Pengaruh Pelatihan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan (Studi Kasus di CV. Laksana Karoseri Ungaran)
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan kerja, motivasi kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan di CV. Laksana Karoseri Ungaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Total responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 60 karyawan operasional khusus bagian Body dan Rangka CV. Laksana Karoseri Ungaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji analisis regresi berganda dan uji hipotesis dengan olah data menggunakan bantuan aplikasi IBM SPSS 23. Hasil temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, tidak adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara pelatihan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan di CV. Laksana Karoseri Ungaran. Sedangkan variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan di CV. Laksana Karoseri Ungaran. Namun ditemukan bahwa secara bersama-sama atau simultan variabel pelatihan kerja, motivasi kerja, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan di CV. PENGARUH POLA ASUH ORANG TUA TERHADAP KEMANDIRIAN ANAK USIA 5-6 TAHUN
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh data empiris serta memberikan deskripsi mengenai pengaruh pola asuh orang tua terhadap kemandirian anak usia 5-6 tahun di Kecamatan Cakung, Jakarta Timur. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah 80 orang tua yang memiliki anak usia 5-6 tahun di Kecamatan Cakung. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah ex post facto. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang terdiri dari 31 butir pertanyaan terkait pola asuh orang tua dan melakukan observasi terkait kemandirian anak usia 5-6 tahun yang terdiri dari 29 butir pernyataan. Melalui uji homogenitas memperoleh hasil bahwa nilai Sig. 0,061 > 0,05, yang artinya data homogen. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji One Way Anava dengan nilai sig. 0,001 t tabel, sehingga Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak, sehingga penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pola asuh orang tua terhadap kemandirian anak usia 5-6 tahun. Pengaruh pola asuh orang tua terhadap kemandirian anak dapat dilihat melalui perbedaan tingkat kemandirian anak berdasarkan jenis pola asuh, yaitu pola asuh demokratis, pola asuh permisif, pola asuh neglectful, dan pola asuh otoriter. Pola asuh yang diterapkan oleh orang tua terhadap anaknya mempengaruhi terbentuknya kemandirian pada diri anak. Anak yang diberikan kebebasan untuk bereksplorasi akan membentuk kemandirian dan kepercayaan diri pada anak. Orang tua yang memberikan kepercayaan pada anak untuk melakukan segala sesuatu dengan dirinya sendiri, mendorong kemandirian pada diri anak.

This study aims to obtain empirical data and provide a description of the influence of parenting styles on the independence of children aged 5-6 years in Cakung District, East Jakarta. The sample used in this study were 80 parents who had children aged 5-6 years in Cakung District. The sampling technique in this study used cluster random sampling technique. The method used in this research is ex post facto. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires consisting of 31 questions related to parenting styles and making observations related to the independence of children aged 5-6 years consisting of 29 statement items. Through the homogeneity test obtained the result that the value of Sig. 0.061> 0.05, which means the data is homogeneous. Hypothesis testing using the One Way Anava test with a sig value. 0.001 t table is obtained, so Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, so this study shows that there is an influence of parenting on the independence of children aged 5-6 years. The influence of parenting styles on children's independence can be seen through differences in the level of children's independence based on the type of parenting, namely democratic parenting, permissive parenting, neglectful parenting, and authoritarian parenting. Parenting styles applied by parents to their children affect the formation of independence in children. Children who are given the freedom to explore will form independence and self-confidence in children. Background: Anxiety is one of the things that hemodialysis patients often complain about. Each patient's undergoing hemodialysis usually has a different response. One of the non-pharmacological therapies to overcome is Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) with the type of aromatherapy. Linalool compounds found in lavender oil show anti-interference effects that can be felt by inhalation aromatherapy.Objective: Describe the patient's level description before and after lavender aromatherapy is givenMethod: The method used is Descriptive Case Study with 4 respondents being discussed.Results: After being given lavender aromatherapy in hemodialysis patients obtained the results of 1 moderate respondent and 3 respondents.Conclusion: The results of the rate of decline after lavender aromatherapy is given
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
PENGARUH METODE BERMAIN PERAN TERHADAP PENINGKATAN PERCAYA DIRI PADA ANAK USIA PRA SEKOLAH (4-5 TAHUN) DI PENDIDIKAN ANAK USIA DINI INSAN HARAPAN KLATEN
Metode bermain peran adalah salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan rasa percaya diri pada anak usia pra sekolah. Pendidikan usia pra sekolah (4-5 tahun) merupakan pendidikan paling mendasar, hal ini merupakan rentang kritis untuk tahapan selanjutnya. Bermain peran atau disebut pura-pura mempunyai sifat edukatif.Tujuan penelitian : Untuk mengetahui pengaruh bermain peran terhadap peningkatan percaya diri sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan bermain peran.Metode Penelitian : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Pra Eksperimen dengan one group pre test post test. Sasaran penelitian adalah anak pra sekolah yang berusia 4-5 tahun Insan Harapan di Klaten. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 20 orang dengan menggunakan uji Shapiro-wilk sebagai uji statistik.Hasil Penelitian : Setelah dilakukan tindakan bermain peran anak yang memiliki percaya diri tinggi lebih banyak yaitu 12 anak (60%), dan anak percaya diri sedang yaitu 8 anak (40%).Hasil penelitian diperoleh p value = 0,000 dan hasil analisis tes statistik uji Wilcoxon p ? 0,05 artinya ada perbedaan bermakna rasa percaya diri sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan bermain peran.Kesimpulan : Hasil terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara bermain peran dengan peningkatan rasa percaya diri pada anak usia pra sekolah (4-5 tahun) pendidikan anak usia dini di Insan Harapan Klaten
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases.
