A star-forming galaxy at z= 5.78 in the Chandra Deep Field South
Full text linkWe report the discovery of a luminous z = 5.78 star-forming galaxy in the Chandra Deep Field South. This galaxy was selected as an ‘i-drop’ from the GOODS public survey imaging with the Hubble Space Telescope/Advanced Camera for Surveys (object 3 in the work of Stanway, Bunker & McMahon 2003). The large colour of (i′−z′)AB = 1.6 indicated a spectral break consistent with the Lyman α forest absorption shortward of Lyman α at z≈ 6. The galaxy is very compact (marginally resolved with ACS with a half-light radius of 0.08 arcsec, so rhl 5. Our spectroscopic redshift for this object confirms the validity of the i′-drop technique of Stanway et al. to select star-forming galaxies atz≈ 6

Research problems (1) What is the social value of social interaction in Dedy Chandra's Novel After He Goes? (2) What is the social value of social conflict in Dedy Chandra's Novel After Dia Go? (3) What is the social value of social institutions contained in the Novel After He Goes by Dedy Chandra? (4) What is the social value of social change contained in the Novel After He Goes by Dedy Chandra?. This study aims to describe the social value of social interaction. social conflict, social institutions and social change obtained from the novel After Dia Go by Dedy Chandra. This study uses the theory of Hamidy's Law (1993), Zubaedi (2005), Haris Priyatna (2013), Sutarjo Adisusilo (2013), Soerjono Soekanto (2005), K. Bertens (2004), Burhanudin Salam (2002). The research conducted is a qualitative research and library research, while the method used is descriptive method and the data collection technique is hermeneutic technique. The technique used is content analysis technique. The results of this study found the number of social aspects found, namely social interaction as many as 31 data, namely, Fatih's character with Astrid's character and his friends who communicated by telling Indra that they had broken up, 9 data of social conflicts, namely, Fatih's friend, Indra and Fatih's character, Indra. apologized to Fatih for asking about Fatih and Astrid's relationship, 5 data social institutions namely, the ITB campus-Department of Business Administration, and 4 data social changes namely Fatih and Amel from single to married and they are both officially husband and wife

mudah mengalami kerusakan. Kerusakan yang terjadi pada udang dapat
disebabkan oleh kerusakan fisik, cemaran kimia maupun logam dan
kontaminasi mikroorganisme. Pencegahan kerusakan secara fisik, kimia
maupun biologis pada udang dapat dilakukan melalui proses pembekuan.
Pembekuan merupakan proses pengawetan bahan pangan dengan
melakukan penurunan suhu di bawah titik beku air. Salah satu pabrik yang

Negatively supercharging cellulases render them lignin-resistant
No full textNon-specific adsorption of cellulases to lignin hinders enzymatic deconstruction of lignocellulosic biomass. Here we tested the hypothesis that negatively supercharging cellulases could reduce lignin inhibition. Computational design was used to negatively supercharge the surfaces of Ruminoclostridium thermocellum family 5 CelE and a CelE-family 3a carbohydrate binding module fusion. Resulting designs maintained the same expression yield, thermal stability, and nearly identical activity on soluble substrate as the wild-type proteins. Four designs showed complete lack of inhibition by lignin but with lower cellulose conversion compared to original enzymes. Increasing salt concentrations could partially rescue the activity of supercharged enzymes, supporting a mechanism of electrostatic repulsion between designs and cellulose. Results showcase a protein engineering strategy to construct highly active cellulases that are resistant to lignin-mediated inactivation, although further work is needed to understand the relationship between negative protein surface potential and activity on insoluble polysaccharides.Peer reviewe

Kadar NO2 udara ambien semakin meningkat disetiap tahunya, Kadar NO2 yang melebihi standar baku mutu bisa menyebabkan dampak buruk bagi kesehatan manusia maupun lingkungan. Petugas SPBU melayani kebutuhan bahan bakar di masyarakat akan tetapi mereka berisiko tinggi terpapar dengan polutan berbahaya dari emisi kendaraan maupun uap bahan bakar, Semakin tinggi aktivitas kendaraan bermotor maka intensitas pengisian bahan bakar akan meningkat, untuk memperkirakan besarnya risiko kesehatan akibat paparan NO2 dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis risiko kesehatan lingkungan (ARKL). Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis risiko paparan nitrogen dioksida terhadap petugas SPBU 74.942.07 di Kota Palu Sulawesi Tengah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode Analisis Risiko Kesehatan Lingkungan dan pengambilan sampel secara total sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 9 orang petugas. Pengukuran Konsentrasi NO2 dilakukan pada pagi, siang, dan sore hari. Radio sources in the Chandra Galactic Bulge Survey
Full text linkWe discuss radio sources in the Chandra Galactic Bulge Survey region. By cross-matching the X-ray sources in this field with the NRAO VLA Sky Survey archival data, we find 12 candidate matches. We present a classification scheme for radio/X-ray matches in surveys taken in or near the Galactic plane, taking into account other multiwavelength data. We show that none of the matches found here is likely to be due to coronal activity from normal stars because the radio to X-ray flux ratios are systematically too high. We show that one of the source could be a radio pulsar, and that one could be a planetary nebula, but that the bulk of the sources are likely to be background active galactic nuclei (AGN), with many confirmed through a variety of approaches. Several of the AGN are bright enough in the near-infrared (and presumably in the optical) to use as probes of the interstellar medium in the inner Galaxy

Full text linkUD. Wahyu Jaya merupakan salah satu usaha dibidang pemotongan ayam di daerah Babelan Kota. Pengelolaan ayam potong ini telah memiliki banyak pesaing, selama periode 2022. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan strategi yang tepat untuk diterapkan oleh pemilik usaha guna meningkatkan penjualan ayam potong. Analisis data menggunakan Matriks IFE, EFE, IE, SWOT, dan QSPM. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh matriks IFE sebesar 3.11 dan matriks EFE sebesar 3.08, serta menempatkan usaha ini pada kuadran I yaitu strategi tumbuh dan berkembang (growth and build). Hasil yang didapat pada Matriks IFE dan EFE menghasilkan 8 alternatif strategi melalui Analisis SWOT dan hasil penilaian prioritas strategi melalui analisis QSPM yaitu Membuat toko online di Marketplace guna memasarkan produk ayam potong dengan skor TAS sebesar 6.64
