Skripsi ini membahas tentang Strategi Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam Dalam Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Dan Kecerdasan Emosional Peserta Didik Di SMK Negeri 1 Palopo. Pokok permasalahan pada penelitian ini adalah strategi guru dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan kecerdasan emosional peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan kecerdasan emosional peserta didik untuk mengetahui apa dampak yang ditimbulkan jika pendidik memberikan atau menerapkan strategi untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan kecerdasan emosional peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian interdisipliner dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik analisis data ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran secara mendetail tentang latar belakang, motivasi belajar dan kecerdasan emosional peserta didik yang bersifat khusus dijadikan suatu hal yang bersifat umum. Dalam rangka mendapatkan data yang dibutuhkan penulis menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data, antara lain: observasi dengan menggunakan pengamatan langsung diteliti, interview dengan melakukan wawancara untuk mengumpulkan data, dan dokumentasi dengan mengumpulkan data yang bersumber dari arsip atau dokumen yang ada hubungannya dengan penelitian ini. Sumber informasinya adalah guru pendidikan Agama Islam dan peserta didik kelas XI Akuntansi 1 di SMK Negeri 1 Palopo. Dari hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa gambaran motivasi belajar dan kecerdasan emosional peserta didik pada kelas XI Akuntansi 1 di SMK Negeri 1 Palopo sudah cukup baik dan meningkat. Adapun strategi yang diterapkan dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan kecerdasan emosional peserta didik pada kelas XI Akuntansi 1 di SMK Negeri 1 Palopo yaitu (1) strategi meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik yaitu menggunakan strategi pembelajaran ekspositori dan strategi pembelajaran inkuiri, dengan menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi, pemberian tugas, dan Tanya jawab. (2) strategi meningkatkan kecerdasan emosional peserta didik yaitu strategi pembelajaran kooperatif, dengan menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi aktif, reward and punishment, pembiasaan dan demonstrasi. Dengan adanya strategi atau upaya tersebut akan menjadi bekal utama bagi peserta didik di masa depan yang akan datang.     Penelian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh jumlah nasabah produk tabungan BSI Easy Wadi’ah sebagai produk unggulan yang banyak diminati oleh nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Palangka Raya 1. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan nasabah tabungan BSI Easy Wadi’ah di Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Palangka Raya 1. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research), dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode yang menekankan analisisnya pada data-data numerikal (angka) yang diolah dengan statistika. Kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan teori-teori yang berkaitan dengan kualitas produk dengan indikator: performance (kinerja), reliability (kehandalan), features (fitur), konsistensi, durability (daya tahan), desain, dan indikator kepuasan nasabah: sering menggunakan produk, menggunakan kembali jasa produk, loyal terhadap produk tersebut, dan memberikan rekomendasi kepada orang lain. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan nasabah tabungan BSI Easy Wadi’ah di Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Palangka Raya 1 dengan thitung > ttabel yakni 10,983> 1,66071 dan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 55,2%

    Pengaruh Film Animasi Riko The Series Terhadap Kemampuan Bercerita Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun di Taman Kanak-kanak Negeri II Padang

All 71 Padang II State Kindergarten kids participated in the study. They were placed into 5 study groups, which included pupils from classes B1, B2, B3, B4, and B5. Cluster sampling is the sample approach utilized, with classes B3 (the experimental class) and B1 (the control class), each with 13 participants. In this study, the methods for gathering data were observation and tests with five question items.The data analysis technique employs a normality test to determine whether the research data are normally distributed, a homogeneity test to see whether the data are homogeneous, and a hypothesis test to identify a significant effect. It uses SPSS 15 and a significance criterion of 5% (0.05). The findings demonstrated that children's storytelling abilities utilizing the animated film riko the series media had a substantial impact when compared to the control class by telling tales using serial photographs in Padang State Kindergarten II. The experimental class scored 156 on the pre-test and 210 on the post-test, whereas the control class scored 158 on the pre-test and 195 on the post-test.    Abstrak Jenis penelitian ini berbentuk eksperimen quasi eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa TK Negeri Padang II yang berjumlah 71 orang siwa. terdiri dalam 5 kelompok belajar, yang meliputi siswa dari kelas B1, B2, B3, B4, dan B5. Cluster sampling adalah pendekatan sampel yang digunakan, dengan kelas B3 (kelas eksperimen) dan B1 (kelas kontrol), masing-masing dengan 13 peserta. Dalam penelitian ini metode pengumpulan data adalah observasi dan tes dengan lima item pertanyaan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas untuk menentukan apakah data penelitian berdistribusi normal,uji homogenitas untuk menguji apakah data homogen, dan uji hipotesis untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang siginifikan dengan bantuan SPSS 15 dengan taraf siginifikansi 5% (0,05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan bercerita anak dengan menggunakan media film animasi Riko the series memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol dengan bercerita menggunakan gambar berseri terhadap kemampuan bercerita anak usia 5-6 tahun di Taman Kanak-kanak Negeri II Padang. Dengan skor pre-test Kelas eksperimen 156 dan 210 pada post-test, sedangkan kelas kontrol mendapat skor 158 pada pre-test dan 195 pada post-test.     Background: among all pregnant women, it turns out 47-60% reported that back pain occurs in pregnancy 5-7 months and pregnancy exercises can reduce back pain in pregnant women. The aim is to find out the effects of pregnancy exercise on the reduction of back pain in Pregnant Women in Pa'rappunganta Village, Polongbangkeng Utara District, Takalar Regency. The design of this study was Quasy Experiment using a group pre-post test design approach, with a total sampling technique and the sample is 10 pregnant women with a gestational age more than 5 months , This research uses observation sheet. The results of this study were processed using a Wilcoxon alternative testand the value of p = 0.004 <α 0.05.     Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

    The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

The research carried out is a field study in order to improve the historical comprehension of students specifically in finding opinions with the discovery model.     “Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

    Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

    We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.     Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts

    We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more sophisticated methods
