Sebuah brand Viora Wrap asal Semarang ingin mengubah kimono menjadi pakaian yang bisa dipakai untuk jalan-jalan, namun dalam pemasaran produknya Viora wrap mengalami beberapa kendala yaitu target market nya yang berusia 20-30 tahun kurang aware dengan produknya, Diketahui dari konsumen yang menghadiri booth pameran Viora Wrap dan membeli produknya kebanyakan adalah ibu-ibu umur 40-50 tahun, Oleh karena itu Viora Wrap membutuhkan sebuah upaya untuk mempromosikan produknya agar dapat menjadikan wrap menjadi gaya busana wanita modern terutama target pasar Viora Wrap yaitu umur 20-40 tahun. Perancangan ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, data-data diperoleh menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode SWOT. Dari kesimpulan analisis SWOT maka terpilihlah strategi dalam upaya untuk mempromosikan Viora Wrap adalah mengenalkan produk kepada calon konsumen bahwa Viora Wrap adalah baju untuk jalan-jalan pada saat event-event besar seperti Idul Fitri, Hari Natal, Hari kasih sayang dan sebagainnya, karena budaya masyarakat Indonesia yang membeli baju baru pada saat event-event tersebut. Media promosi yang dipilih ialah media yang dibutuhkan Viora Wrap saat promosi online yaitu Instagram Ads dan media pendukung pada saat pameran berlangsung seperti X-banner dan MMT. Visualisasi media promosi adalah menggunakan animated poster yang terdiri dari elemen-elemen fotografi, ilustrasi digital dan typografi untuk memperkuat tema desain promosi

Full text linkSecara yuridis normatif dapat dikatakan kedudukan tenaga kerja harian lepas adalah kuat, sebab Undang-undang menetapkan pekerja sebagai pihak yang mempunyai hak dan kewajiban yang sebenarnya tidak bisa dikurangi oleh pihak majikan/pengusaha, tetapi secara sosial ekonomi kedudukan tenaga kerja harian lepas sangatlah lemah. Pengusaha dalam hal ini mempunyai kekuasaan dan kekuatan ekonomi. Peranan tenaga kerja harian lepas dalam mengadakan hubungan kerja tercermin dari hak yang dimilikinya dalam membuat suatu pe~anjian kerja, misalnya menentukan besarnya upah yang akan mereka terima.
Perlindungan yang dapat diterima oleh para tenaga kerja harian lepas pada PT Viera Bumi Dirgantara untuk mendapatkan kesejahteraan dan jaminan sosial adalah berupa perlindungan upah dan perlindungan melalui program Jaminan Sosial Tenaga Kerja. PT. Viora Bumi Dirgantara telah memberikan upah kepada para tenaga kerja harian lepasnya menurut ketentuan perundang-undangan mengenai perlindungan upah.· Sedangkan dalam hal Jamsostek, PT. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Full text linkThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
How occupational mercury neurotoxicity is affected by genetic factors. A systematic review
Full text linkOccupational exposure to elemental mercury still represents a significant risk in the workplace. The sensitivity of the exposed subjects varies considerably. This study aims to summarize the literature on the role of genetic factors in occupationally exposed cohorts. A systematic search of the literature was carried out on PubMed Central (PMC), MEDLINE, and Google Scholar databases in accordance with the “Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic reviews and Meta-Analyses” (PRISMA) guidelines, from 1946 to July 2020. Ten cross-sectional studies were included in the review. All studies referred to the polymorphisms that can favour some neurotoxic effects of the metal in occupational cohorts. Some genetic variants may be associated with an increase in the occupational effects of mercury. Given the limited evidence, genetic screening of all mercury-exposed workers is not recommended. However, a personalized search for polymorphisms could be taken into consideration if exposed workers report early neurotoxic symptoms
Variations on the Author
Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
