Graciliano Ramos: adulto e infantil
The objective of this work is to situate the writer Graciliano Ramos in the context of a study where we compare his adult production, more specifically the novel São Bernardo, and A terra dos meninos pelados, one of his works which is aimed at children. When considering the dynamic relationship established between author, text and reader, and knowing that the writer, in building work, is undergoing a creative intent and purpose of an aesthetic, ideological and social basis, and conscious of the need to seek effects of meaning, convey his thoughts and encourage interpretations, we try to answer a question that seems fundamental: are the two branches of Graciliano’s literature (adult and child) equally significant?A nossa intenção neste trabalho é situar o escritor Graciliano Ramos em um contexto de estudo onde se coteje a sua produção adulta, mais especificamente o livro São Bernardo, com A terra dos meninos pelados, um de seus trabalhos destinado às crianças. Ao considerarmos as relações dinâmicas que se estabelecem entre autor, texto e leitor, e sabendo que o escritor, ao elaborar o seu trabalho, o faz submetido a uma intenção criativa e a um propósito estético, ideológico e social, cônscio da necessidade de buscar efeitos de sentido, transmitir o seu pensamento e incitar interpretações, tentamos responder a uma questão que nos parece fundamental: podemos considerar os dois ramos literários de Graciliano (o adulto e o infantil) igualmente significativos

Customs foreign trade manual writing and implementation for interns Case Company: Cedillo Ramos
The purpose of the thesis was to create a feasible and suitable alternative for Cedillo Ramos to determine the opportunity areas that the interns have to improve during the training process. One objective was to study the company's current situation by analysing it with qualitative and quantitative methods. Another goal relied on the design of a foreign trade training manual so it could be implemented to increase customer satisfaction and to facilitate the training process.
The theoretical framework was based on literature regarding customs legislation, supply chain management, service design, and six sigma philosophy. Most of the used authors are leaders on the field, such as Richard Gerson, Elizabeth Cudney and Omer Artun. However, some material retrieved to write the service design title was taken from lectures provided by Georg Berger, lecturer in the International Business degree programme.
The study was executed in an electronic survey sent to the most important and loyal clients. Moreover, by gathering data directly from the company's email, the author analysed the operational knowledge that the interns have in Cedillo Ramos. Eleven different clients were studied in-depth with their answers to the surveys and their previous foreign trade operations to interpret the results. Nonetheless, the analytical approach methodology was a mix of qualitative and quantitative data collection through long-distance interviews, surveys, and meetings to analyse the results with the commissioning company.
The findings revealed that the training process that the company was implementing ten years ago is no longer helpful and that the implementation of the manual revealed positive numbers regarding the leading time of the operations, the operational knowledge of the interns and customer satisfaction.
To sum up, there might be some room to pay close attention to the interns' process and perform their tasks when they are hired. By combining several activities, the company's culture will become a safer place for students who can be part of these foreign trade consultancy organisations and retain the loyal and vital customers that the company has.The Operational Manual delivered to Cedillo Ramos is in Spanish due to the company's requirements regarding the training process of the interns
h-index and Author Impact Factor of Neurosurgical Researchers
The dataset provides the h-index and Author Impact Factor (AIF) from 2015-2019 and 5-Year (AIF) of 300 neurosurgical authors. The h-index was retrieved from Scopus in September 2020. The data required to calculate the AIF was retrieved from Scopus from September 2020 to April 2021. There are three groups of neurosurgical authors: (1) the 100 authors with the greatest number of articles of all time within general neurosurgical journals (“Experienced”); (2) the 100 authors with the greatest number of articles during the 2015-2019 period within general neurosurgical journals (“Trending ”); and (3) the 100 Post Graduation Year 7 (PGY 7) neurosurgical residents with the highest h-index (“Amateur”). Libro de InvestigaciónNiemand ist mehr verantwortlich für die Entstehung jenes Denksystems, das auf Ignatius von Loyola (1491-1556) und seinen Exerzitien basiert, als Jerónimo Nadal. Ignacio Ramos legt in seiner Studie Jerónimo Nadal (1507-1580) und der verschriftlichte Ignatius: Die Konstruktion einer individuellen und kollektiven Identität die ursprünglichen Konturen der sogenannten ignatianischen Spiritualität dar. Es wird deutlich, wieviel Einfluss Nadal auf die Herausbildung des Ignatianischen hatte.
Anhand Nadals lange verkannten Selbstzeugnisses (Chronicon Natalis) wird hermeneutisch herausgearbeitet, wie der gequälte Reifeprozess von Nadal originales Denken erzeugte insbesondere in Bezug auf Ignatius.

O conhecimento profissional do treinador de surf
Dissertação (mestrado) - Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, Centro de Desportos, Programa de Pós-Graduação em Educação Física, Florianópolis, 2015.As investigações sobre o conhecimento de treinadores esportivos tem buscado desenvolver modelos conceituais de atuação, com o propósito de operacionalizar processos formais de formação. O objetivo principal deste estudo foi investigar o conhecimento profissional para o ensino do surf. Adotou-se uma abordagem qualitativa de pesquisa, em que os dados foram obtidos a partir de fontes disponíveis na literatura sobre treinador esportivo e também em dados empíricos obtidos por meio de estudo de campo. O estudo foi composto por cinco etapas, realizadas consecutivamente. Na primeira realizou-se um estudo de revisão da literatura, com auxilio de procedimentos típicos de revisão sistemática, sobre a produção científica no surf, publicada entre 2000-2011. A segunda etapa correspondeu à elaboração de um ensaio teórico acerca das principais propostas a respeito do conhecimento do treinador esportivo. Em terceiro, elaborou-se um ensaio referente à aprendizagem de treinadores esportivos, a partir da literatura especializada. A quarta etapa consistiu na elaboração de um estudo teórico relativo às possibilidades de formação profissional para o treinador de surf no Brasil. E por fim, na sexta etapa foi realizado um estudo empírico, qualitativo, com caráter descritivo e interpretativo, a partir de estudos de casos múltiplos envolvendo cinco formadores de treinador de surf, os quais foram indagados sobre os conhecimentos necessários para o ensino desta modalidade. Com referência as informações encontradas nas cinco etapas do estudo, conclui-se que: embora as publicações sobre surf tenham aumentado nos últimos anos, há uma lacuna referente aos estudos pedagógicos, sobretudo, aos aspectos da formação e intervenção profissional nesta área; os modelos sobre o conhecimento do treinador, disponíveis na literatura, em particular, os que propõem uma abordagem conceitual, fornecem um estrutura relevante para realização de estudos empíricos em várias modalidades; estes conhecimentos têm sido adquiridos por meio de um processo longo de vivência no contexto esportivo, a partir de inúmeras situações de aprendizagem com predomínio daquelas vivenciadas em contextos informais; no Brasil a formação formal para o treinador de surf ocorre por meio dos cursos de Bacharelado em Educação Física e de das entidades esportivas do surf (ACES/IBRASURF); e por fim, os formadores investigados indicaram uma variedade de conhecimentos aos treinadores, com destaque para os conhecimentos específicos do surf como o contexto de prática desta modalidade, os gestos técnicos e os equipamentos utilizados para a prática, além dos conhecimentos sobre instrução, ciências do esporte e para se relacionar com outros indivíduos.Abstract : An investigation into the knowledge of sport coach has sought to develop conceptual models of intervention, in order to operationalise formal training processes. The aim of this study was to investigate the professional knowledge to the surf teaching. We adopted a qualitative research approach, in which data were obtained from sources available in the literature on sport coach and also on empirical data obtained through field study. The research consisted of five steps, performed consecutively. At first there was a literature review study with the aid of typical procedures for systematic review of the scientific production in the surf, published between 2000-2011. The second stage corresponded to the construction of a theoretical paper on the main proposals regarding the knowledge of the sport coach. Third, we prepared a paper related to learning sports coaches from the literature. The fifth step was to draw up a theoretical study on vocational training opportunities for surfing coach in Brazil. Finally, in the sixth stage was conducted an empirical, qualitative study, with descriptive and interpretative character, from multiple case studies involving five surf coach trainers, who were asked about the knowledge needed for teaching this sport. With reference to the information found in the five stages of the study, it is concluded that: although publications on surf have increased in recent years, there is a gap regarding the pedagogical studies, especially the aspects of education and professional intervention in this area; models on the coach of knowledge available in the literature, in particular those who propose a conceptual approach, provide an important framework for conducting empirical studies in various forms; this knowledge has been acquired through a long process of experience in the sports context, from numerous learning situations predominantly those experienced in informal contexts; in Brazil formal education for surfing coach occurs through the Bachelor courses in Physical Education and sports through the surf entities (ACES/IBRASURF); and finally, investigated trainers indicated a variety of knowledge to coaches, especially the specific of the surf as the practice context of this embodiment, the technical gestures and equipment used to practice, beyond the knowledge of education, science sport and to relate to others

A Atualidade de Guerreiro Ramos
Partindo da polêmica provocada em janeiro de 2022, depois da publicação de um artigo de opinião de Antonio Risério sobre a existência da racismo reverso, nos demos conta de que as críticas e reflexões de Guerreiro Ramos sobre as ciências sociais e sobre os estudos raciais no Brasil continuam muito atuais, no entanto, nosso autor raramente tem sido citado; fato que nos suscitou algumas indagações: o que explica o apagamento de Guerreiro Ramos nos estudos raciais produzidos no Brasil na atualidade? Seria Guerreiro Ramos um intelectual cancelado nas discussões raciais da atualidade? Estas indagações nos remetem a um breve estudo bibliográfico, através do qual analisamos algumas obras de grande relevância para os estudos étnico-raciais do Brasil. Consideramos salutar refletir sobre a importância de Guerreiro Ramos para a construção de uma perspectiva epistemológica sobre a questão racial no Brasil.Starting from the controversy provoked in January 2022, after the publication of an opinion article by Antonio Risério on the existence of reverse racism, we realized that Guerreiro Ramos' criticisms and reflections on social sciences and racial studies in Brazil they remain very current, however, our author has rarely been cited; a fact that raised some questions in us: what explains the erasure of Guerreiro Ramos in racial studies produced in Brazil today? Would Guerreiro Ramos be a canceled intellectual in today's racial discussions? These questions lead us to a brief bibliographical study, through which we analyze some works of great relevance to ethnic-racial studies in Brazil. We consider it useful to reflect on the importance of Guerreiro Ramos for the construction of an epistemological perspective on the racial issue in Brazil
