PENGARUH LATAR BELAKANG PENDIDIKAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN THE SAHIRA HOTEL BOGOR
No full textPenelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari latar belakang pendidikan terhadap kinerja karyawan The Sahira Hotel Bogor. Merupakan penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif dengan menggunakan metode survei. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan angket latar belakang pendidikan (2) kinerja karyawan (35 butir). Populasi dari penelitian ini karyawan The Sahira Hotel bogor pada departemen Housekeeping, Food and Beverage serta Front Office dengan sampel karyawan berjenjang pendidikan SMK, D3 dan S1. Periode pengumpulan data berlangsung sejak bulan Juni 2022 sampai dengan bulan Agustus 2022. Analisis data yang digunakan uji anova one way dan uji t. Data-data yang telah diolah memenuhi uji validitas dan uji reabilitas. Hasil analisis data menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh latar belakang pendidikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil menunjukan bahwa adanya perbedaan nilai rata-rata pada tiap jenjang pendidikan, dan hal ini terlihat juga pada jurusan/bidang keilmuan. Hasil perhitungan menunjukan bahwa koefisiensi determinasi latar belakang jurusan berpengaruh sedang sesuai dengan rumusan 0,09 < r2 ≤ 0,25 atau 0,09 < 0,237 ≤ 0, 25 terhadap kinerja karyawan The Sahira Hotel Bogor. Dengan begitu dapat disimpulkan jika perusahaan/hotel menginginkan karyawan yang memiliki kinerja baik/maksimal maka harus diimbangi dengan latar belakang pendidikan yang memadai pula.

This study aims to determine the effect of educational background on the performance of employees of The Sahira Hotel Bogor. It is an associative quantitative research using survey method. Collecting data using educational background questionnaires (2) employee performance (35 items). The population of this study was The Sahira Hotel Bogor employees in the Housekeeping, Food and Beverage and Front Office departments with a sample of employees with SMK, D3 and S1 education levels. The data collection period took place from June 2022 to August 2022. Data analysis used the one way ANOVA test and t test. The data that has been processed meets the validity and reliability tests. The results of the data analysis concluded that there was an effect of educational background on employee performance. The results show that there are differences in average scores at each level of education, and this is also seen in majors/scientific fields. The results of the calculations show that the coefficient of determination of the background of the department has moderate influence according to the formula 0.09 < r2 ≤ 0.25 or 0.09 < 0.237 ≤ 0.25 on the performance of employees of The Sahira Hotel Bogor. That way it can be concluded that if the company/hotel wants employees who have good/maximum performance, then it must be balanced with an adequate educational background as well
Sistem Informasi Akademik Berbasis Web Pada SMK Purnama 2 Banyumas
No full textAbstract - The internet can be used by the organizer of education especially school as a means of information distribution, promotional tools, and to help processing students’ grades or better known as academic information system. Currently SMK Purnama 2 Banyumas still uses the manual system so the process of academic data processing become quite complicated and the delivery of information become slower. Therefore the author tries to make web based academic information system at SMK Purnama 2 Banyumas. Data collection methods used such as research, interview and literature study that related to the issues. This website is designed using HTML, PHP, CSS, Javascript and JQuery programming language, MySQL as database and Apache as the web server. This website is expected to be a solution for SMK Purnama 2 Banyumas to be able to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of academic data management and services in presenting information to the parties in need without having to be at school as long as the user has support equipment and internet access.

Abstrak - Internet dapat dimanfaatkan oleh penyelenggara dunia pendidikan khususnya sekolah sebagai media penyebaran informasi, alat promosi, hingga sebagai sarana untuk membantu mengolah nilai siswa atau yang lebih dikenal sebagai sistem informasi akademik berbasis website. Saat ini SMK Purnama 2 Banyumas masih menggunakan sistem yang masih manual sehingga proses pengolahan data akademik menjadi cukup rumit dan penyampaian informasi menjadi lebih lambat. Untuk itulah penulis mencoba membuat sistem informasi akademik berbasis web pada SMK Purnama 2 Banyumas. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan antara lain penelitian, wawancara dan studi pustaka yang berkaitan dengan masalah yang diambil. Website dirancang menggunakan bahasa pemrograman HTML, PHP, CSS, Javascript dan JQuery, MySQL sebagai database serta Apache sebagai web server. Dengan adanya website ini, diharapakan mampu menjadi solusi bagi SMK Purnama 2 Banyumas untuk dapat meningkatkan efektifitas dan efisiensi pengelolaan data akademik serta pelayanan dalam menyajikan informasi kepada pihak-pihak yang membutuhkan tanpa harus berada di sekolah selama pengguna memiliki peralatan pendukung dan akses internet.

In this study, issue management was used to respond to and manage the issue of school closure that afflicted Purnama Vocational School Tempuran Magelang. There are four main focuses that will be the study of the author in this study. First, Why is the issue of closing Tempuran Vocational High School arise. Second, how is the development of the issue of closing Tempuran Vocational High School. Third, how is the issue management carried out by the Tempuran Vocational High School in dealing with this issue. Fourth, How is the result of image improvement conducted by the Tempuran Vocational High School. This research is qualitative, revealing in detail about the application of issue management conducted by the Purnama Tempuran Vocational School. The subjects of this study were the principals, public relations and teachers of
Purnama Tempuran Vocational School. To answer this problem the data is collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that 1) Issue of school closure that afflicted Purnama Vocational School Tempuran come about because of the narratives was
rolled out by groups of people who were anxious and uncomfortable towards a handful of Purnama Tempuran Vocational students who were often involved in brawls with other schools students. 2) There are four phases of the development of issues that afflict Purnama Tempuran Vocational School. The first phase is emergence, where the issue of school closure arises and begins to be a discussion of the surrounding community. The second phase was dissemination, the issue began to develop and spread to other regions, besides that the mass media also played an important role in helping the development of the issue. The third phase is the establishment phase, the issue increasingly becomes the discussion of the community and the organization makes a policy to respond to the issue with clarification through the mass media. The fourth phase is erotion, the issue of school closure that afflicts Purnama Tempuran Vocational School is no longer the subject of public discussion or mass media after the organization has clarified. 3) Where as in dealing with the issue, the Purnama Tempuran Vocational School conducted clarifications submitted by the principal through the mass media, and made programs aimed at changing the issue, of course, at the same time improving / building the image of Purnama Tempuran Vocational School, as for the following programs: intensive coaching to Purnama Tempuran Vocational
students, marketing and conducting media relations. 4) While the result of improving the image that conducted by the Tempuran Vocational High School have not been too significant, this is indicated by the responses of the people who still look negative on Purnama Vocational School Tempuran

No full textThe objective of this study is to analyze the meaning contained in communication symbols in the version of "New Jakarta" campaign advertisement of Joko Widodo - Tjahaja Basuki Purnama in television, how the messages conveyed through the advertisement sets the image of Joko Widodo - Tjahaja Basuki Purnama at Jakarta election 2012, and the perception of some viewers from the author point of view. This type of study is a qualitative descriptive using communication semiology analysis approach. As a descriptive study, it only describes the situation or discourse, does not look for a relationship, tests hypotheses or makes predictions. This study uses qualitative data so the data are substantive categories which are then interpreted by scientific references. In the data analysis, the author uses Roland Barthes' semiotic system with the concept of denotation and connotation as the first level, mythologies (myth) as the second level, as well as metonymy and metaphor as the concept of intertextual. The result of study show that the image of Joko Widodo - Tjahaja Basuki Purnama is found in the couple’s self-claim that they are agents of change who can bring people's expectations about the city of Jakarta into real, namely for a better condition of the road in the city, regular city planning, cleanness and flood prevention

allegedly carried out by Basuki Thahaja Purnama “ as having obtained permanent
legal force in decision number 1537 / Pid.B / 2016 / PN JKT.UTR. Blasphemy of
religion through social media is increasing not only because of the intentions of the
perpetrators, but also because the regulatory system in Indonesia is related to
formulation of the offense for blasphemy against religion. The purpose of this
research is to find out the regulation of criminal acts committed by Basuki Tjahya
Purnama who allegedly committed blasphemy in the Decision Number 1537 / Pid.B
/ 2016 / PN. This research is a normative legal research that is prescriptive and
technical or applied. The research uses law approach and case approach. The type
of research data is secondary data with primary and secondary legal materials.
Data collection techniques in the form of literature studies and data analysis
techniques used are deducted with the syllogism method.Based on the results of

Perkembangan bahasa anak usia dini adalah perkembangan
bahasa yang harus dimiliki anak sebagai salah satu dari kemampuan
dasar, sesuai dengan tahapan usia dan karakteristik perkembangannya.
Pada zaman sekarang banyaknya gangguan perkembangan berbahasa
anak seperti ketidakmampuan atau keterbatasan dalam berkomunikasi
dan keterlambatan kemampuan perkembangan bicara dan bahasa anak
sesuai dengan kelompok umur, jenis kelamin, adat istiadat, dan
kecerdasannya. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana
penerapan pojok baca dalam mengembangkan bahasa pada anak usia
dini di Taman Kanak-Kanak Purnama Sukarame Bandar Lampung.
Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif
kualitatif, subjek penelitian adalah guru dan peserta didik Taman
Kanak-Kanak Purnama Sukarame Bandar Lampung. Adapun
informan dalam penelitian yaitu kepala sekolah, guru kelas dan
peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data yang di gunakan dalam
penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Dalam
menganalisis data penulis menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data
dan menarik kesimpulan.Keabsahan data menggunakan tringulasi.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa TK Purnama
sudah menerapkan pojok baca khususnya dalam mengembangkan
bahasa anak usia dini. Mengembangkan bahasa anak melalui pojok
baca, diterapkan secara bertahap antara lain: penataan pojok baca yang
menarik bagi anak, memiliki keragaman buku-buku yang ada di pojok
baca, pembiasaan membaca buku sebelum kegiatan pembelajaran,
lingkungan sekolah gemar membaca, pemberian reward berupa pujian
kepada anak yang rajin membaca, dan pelibatan orang tua dalam
membangun pojok baca.

ABSTRACT
Early childhood language development is the development of
language that children must have as one of the basic abilities, in
accordance with the age stages and developmental characteristics.
Nowadays, there are many disorders of children's language
development such as the inability or limitation in communicating and
delays in children's speech and language development abilities
according to their age group, gender, customs, and intelligence. This
research was conducted to find out how the application of the reading
corner in developing language in early childhood at Purnama
Kindergarten Sukarame Bandar Lampung.
This research uses descriptive qualitative research, the
research subjects are teachers and students of Purnama Kindergarten
Sukarame Bandar Lampung. The informants in the study were the
principal, class teachers and students. Data collection techniques used
in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. In
analyzing the data, the author uses data reduction, data presentation
and drawing conclusions.data validity using tringulation.
The results of this study indicate that Purnama Kindergarten
has implemented a reading corner, especially in developing early
childhood language. Developing children's language through reading
corners is implemented in stages, including: structuring reading
corners that are attractive to children, having a variety of books in
reading corners, habituation to reading books before learning
activities, a school environment that likes to read, giving rewards in
the form of praise to children who are diligent in reading, and
involving parents in building reading corners.

Multi-level anomalous Hall resistance in a single Hall cross for the applications of neuromorphic device
No full textWe demonstrate the process of obtaining memristive multi-states Hall resistance (RH) change in a single Hall cross (SHC) structure. Otherwise, the working mechanism successfully mimics the behavior of biological neural systems. The motion of domain wall (DW) in the SHC was used to control the ascend (or descend) of the RH amplitude. The primary synaptic functions such as long-term potentiation (LTP), long-term depression (LTD), and spike-time-dependent plasticity (STDP) could then be emulated by regulating RH. Applied programmable magnetic field pulses are in varying conditions such as intensity and duration to adjust RH. These results show that analog readings of DW movement can be closely resembled with the change of synaptic weight and have great potentials for bioinspired neuromorphic computing. © 2020, The Author(s).1
