The method of cluster analysis was used to assess the key competencies of specialists in the context of sustainable development. The research used the OECD Skills for Jobs database (2021), which contains estimates of surplus (score from -1 to 0) and deficit (score from 0 to +1) of different skill groups of specialists in 44 EU countries, OECD, and other countries.The key competencies of specialists in the context of sustainable development include systemic, strategic, critical thinking, creativity, cooperation, integrated problem solving, empathy, interdisciplinarity. The assessment and analysis of workforce competencies across countries and the productivity of the employed prove the importance of skills development for sustainable economic development

No full textIt is marked that the problem of protecting the rights of doctors and patients studied not enough. It is emphasized that today in Ukraine remains an imbalance between the protection doctors\u27 and patients\u27 rights. In the market are quite common legal services to protect rights of patients and almost no protected rights of medical workers. At the same time it is emphasizes that the quality of care can be determined only by ensuring constant peer review process of providing, with this relevant criteria. In conclusion it is suggests that in terms of the goal of legislative regulation and application of the rules of legal technique, seems appropriate amendments to the Law of Ukraine «Bases of the legislation of Ukraine on health care», which would provide a comprehensive solution to the problem of patient and health care worker legal status determination.Отмечается, что проблемы защиты прав врачей и пациентов исследуются недостаточно. Подчеркивается, что сегодня в Украине сохраняется дисбаланс между защитой прав врача и пациента. На рынке услуг достаточно распространены юридические услуги по защите прав пациентов и почти не защищаются права медицинских работников. Одновременно акцентируется, что качество медицинской помощи возможно определить, только обеспечив постоянную экспертную оценку процесса ее предоставления, имея для этого соответствующие критерии. В заключение высказывается мнение, что с точки зрения достижения цели законодательного регулирования и применения правил юридической техники, уместным представляется внесение изменений в Закон Украины «Основы законодательства Украины о здравоохранении», которые бы обеспечили комплексное решение проблемы определения правового статуса пациента и медицинского работника.Зазначається, що проблеми захисту прав лікарів і пацієнтів досліджуються недостатньо. Підкреслюється, що сьогодні в Україні зберігається дисбаланс між захистом прав лікаря і пацієнта. На ринку послуг досить поширені юридичні послуги щодо захисту прав пацієнтів і майже зовсім не захищаються права медичних працівників. Одночасно акцентується, що якість медичної допомоги можливо визначити тільки забезпечивши постійну експертну оцінку процесу її надання, маючи для цього відповідні критерії. На закінчення висловлюється думка, що з погляду досягнення мети законодавчого регулювання і застосування правил юридичної техніки, доречним видається внесення змін до Закону України «Основи законодавства України про охорону здоров\u27я», які би забезпечили комплексне вирішення проблеми визначення правого статусу пацієнта і медичного працівника

Зроблено акцент на ролі соціальних мереж як необхідного дієвого додаткового інструментарію для розширення можливостей двосторонньої інтерактивної взаємодії організації зі своєю громадськістю.The analysis of foreign and domestic scientific literature, scientific views on Internet communication in the system of public relations has been carried out in order to identify the current trends and perspectives of using social networks in the activity of the modern specialist in the field of PR; The practical experience of using social internet networks in the activity of the PR-specialist has been studied and summarized.
Every year there is a steady growth of the Internet audience, along with an increase in the audience of social networks in Ukraine. Digital PR is one of the most effective, productive directions providing the maximum reach of the target audience. The role of public relations has shifted from content creation to an attempt to influence the content created by others.
Social networking is an on-line service designed to establish users’ relationships. One of the great features of social Internet networks is that the content is formed by the users themselves. The rapid development of social networks which has created numerous new tools and channels, has brought new opportunities and new challenges for the work of all public relations specialists. The research emphasized that the role of social Internet networks as a necessary and effective additional tool for expanding the possibilities of bilateral interactive interaction between the organization and its public.
For the first time, the question is raised about the opportunities for PR-professionals to gain trust by engaging the online community of social networks, while using the unprecedented level of transparency of the organization.
The results of the investigation can be used for further study of the use of social networks in the practice of a specialist in public relations.Проанализирована суть понятий «социальные медиа», «социальные сети», «цифровой PR» в плоскости исследуемой проблемы. Осуществлен анализ последних публикаций по исследованию использования социальных медиа и социальных интернет-сетей, в частности, в профессиональной деятельности специалиста по связям с общественностью с целью формирования взаимоотношений с общественностью.
