    Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja dimoderasi oleh kompensasi. Penelitian dilakukan pada Klinik Kosasih yang terdapat di Kota Bandar Lampung. Klinik Kosasih merupakan organisasi yang berorientasi pada bidang kesehatan yang merupakan klinik kesehatan tertua dan masih tetap eksis selama 36 tahun dan juga merupakan klinik kesehatan swasta yang memiliki cabang terbanyak di Kota Bandar Lampung. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi moderasi. Sampel dalam penelitian diambil melalui data primer yang merupakan 100 orang pegawai Klinik Kosasih di Bandar Lampung. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa hipotesis satu terpenuhi yaitu komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, hipotesis dua terpenuhi yaitu kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan hipotesis tiga tidak terpenuhi yaitu komitmen organisasi jika dimoderasi oleh kompensasi tidak mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.Kata kunci: Komitmen Organisasi, Kinerja Pegawai, Klinik Kesehatan, Kompensas

    Training and development has an important role to improve employee performance and improve quality human resources. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of simultaneous and partial HR training and development on the performance of Indonesian Islamic bank kc employees. Bandar Lampung, Kedaton. This type of research used a quantitative approach to determine the effect of the independent variable, namely training (X1) and development (X2) on the dependent variable, namely employee performance (Y). The sample used is the employees of sharia indonesia kc. Bandar Lampung Kedaton with a total of 31 employees. The sampling technique used was a purposive sample and a questionnaire which was used as primary data. The method used to collect respondent data is a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis which was processed with SPSS 20. The results of this study based on data analysis of hypothesis testing that was carried out partially, the training variable (X1) had no effect and the development variable (X2) had an effect. Simultaneously, training variables (X1) and development (X2) affect employee performance.Pelatihan dan pengembangan memiliki peran penting untuk meningatkan kinerja karyawan dan meningkatkan SDM yang berkualitas. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan dan pengembangan SDM secara simultan dan parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan bank syariah indonesia kc. bandar lampung kedaton. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel independent yaitu pelatihan (X1) dan pengembangan SDM (X2) terhadap variabel dependen yaitu kinerja karyawan (Y). Sampel yang digunakan adalah karyawan syariah indonesia kc. bandar lampung kedaton sejumlah 31 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan sampel bertujuan dan kuisoner yang dijadikan sebagai data primer. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data responden adalah kuisoner dengan skala likert. Analisis data digunakan analisis regresi linear beganda yang diolah dengan spss 20. Hasil dari penelitian ini berdasarkan analisis data pengujian hipotesis yang dilakukan adalah secara parsial variabel pelatihan (X1) tidak berpengaruh dan variabel pengembangan SDM (X2) berpengaruh. Secara simultan variabel pelatihan (X1) dan pengembangan SDM (X2) berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan

    Analyzing Employee Retention in Growing Indonesian MSMEs: Factors such as Compensation, Career Opportunities, and Leadership Styles

    This study looks into the intricate connections between leadership style, pay, career possibilities, employee performance, staff retention, and the productivity of Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. The study employed a quantitative research methodology using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) analysis to gather and examine data from 487 employees of MSMEs in Indonesia. Significant conclusions emerged from the data, including the following: high employee performance positively impacts employee retention and MSME performance, structured career opportunities enhance employee outcomes, remuneration impacts both employee performance and retention, and employee retention impacts MSME performance. These results highlight HRM strategies' role in motivating workers' productivity and retention, boosting MSMEs' overall success in the Indonesian market

    Dynamic Modelling of Sharia-Based Corporate, Islamic Index and Exchange Rate: VAR Model Application

    Indonesia is one of largest users of sharia-based compliant recently which bring into many concerns how the sharia stocks listing in the most valuable sharia stocks index in Indonesia perform and correlate with other variables, particularly exchange rates. The study aims to analysis the causal relationship and to forecast the performances of sharia-based stocks and its Islamic index in Indonesia along with the volatility of exchange rate. Vector Autoregressive (VAR) model is applied as the method to analyse the multivariate time series as it is believed as the suitable model in predicting such time-series data in the scope of multivariate variables. The finding suggests VAR(1) model is the fitted model as such to both analyse its dynamic relationship and forecast the data set for the next 24 weeks. While the prediction shows the JII has an increasing data, both ANTM and EXR are predicted to have a stable volatility. In addition, granger causality defines variables to have effect in its respective variables, and IRF describes the shocks in one variable cause another variable is relatively difficult in reaching its zero condition in short-term period

    Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

    The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

    This research focuses on the factors that interact with each other and influence consumers' purchasing decisions, as well as how implementing effective marketing strategies can influence these decisions across various industry sectors. The purpose of the study is to examine studies that are relevant to purchase decisions, this study uses a qualitative method with a systematic literature study approach, which is an assessment and analysis of previous research related to purchase decisions, using the keywords "Purchase Decision" and "Travel" in the period from 2004 to 2024 (20 years). The results of the study found that purchasing decisions are influenced by cognitive dissonance, social influence, corporate alliances, brand equity, brand preferences, gender roles: female dominance, online forum browsing, price, online reviews, promotions, demographics, travel preferences, domestic family decisions, brand decisions, price decisions, circle of acquaintance decisions, compromises, temporal constructions, perceived ease of use, electronic word of mouth, content marketing,  Brand image, lifestyle, trust in tour packages, trust in payment methods, intention to purchase tour services, promotion of online tour services, place of residence, previous purchase experience, information sources used and perception of reliability, professional status, age, education level, financial situation, and perception of value

    ISO 21001:2018: Upaya Mewujudkan Budaya Mutu pada IAIN Metro

    Abstrak IAIN Metro menjadi salah satu lembaga pendidikan tinggi yang memiliki urgensitas dan peran penting dalam ikut mencerdaskan pembangunan bangsa sekaligus menjadi salah satu instrumen penentu dalam mewujudkan insan pendidikan yang berakhlakul karimah. Konsistensi dan komitmen manajemen budaya mutu menjadi kata kunci bagi IAIN Metro dalam mencapai kualitas output yang dihasilkan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menggali informasi dan fakta melalui data-data yang ada di IAIN Metro dalam menjamin komitmen terselenggaranya budaya mutu melalui penerapan ISO 21001:2018. Metode yang digunakan dalam menggali berbagai informasi dan fakta tentang penerapan ISO 21001:2018 dalam kerangka penguatan manajemen mutu pada IAIN Metro dilakukan melalui pendekatan kualitatif. Informan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari pimpinan IAIN Metro, Ketua-Ketua lembaga, dan pimpinan fakultas. Untuk mendapatkan data dan informasi yang valid dan akurat, maka pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui interview, observasi dan dokumentasi, Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah display, data reduction, dan drawing conclussions. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan ISO 21001:2018 dalam memperkuat manajemen budaya mutu di IAIN Metro dilakukan melalui Sistem Manajemen Organisasi Pendidikan (SMOP) dengan menerapkan model tata kelola organisasi yang berkualitas melalui sinergisitas seluruh komponen dan elemen yang ada dengan merujuk pada klausul yang diatur dalam ISO 21001:2018. Memang dalam penguatan manajemen budaya mutu pada IAIN Metro ISO 21001:2018 bukanlah satu-satunya instrumen, tapi kehadiran instrumen tersebut dirasakan mampu menjadi instrumen yang mendukung eksistensi proses, sistem, komitmen dan kebijakan yang diterapkan berdasarkan klausul yang ada pada ISO 21001:2018 tersebut.
