    Banking Company Value Through Company Size, Growth Assets and Profitability

    This study aims to test the influence of company size,growth assetsand profitability on company value.This type of research is quantitative research. The population used in this study are all banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2020-2024 period taken from its official website totaling 40. The sample used in this study is banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). according to the sample selection criteria up to 34. The data collection technique used in this study is documentary research by collecting and studying documents related to the research obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) or other websites (www.idx.co.id and the company website). financial reports (annual reports) that have been published by the company. This study uses descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study found that company size and asset growth did not have a significant effect on company value, while profitability had a significant effect on company value

    Pengaruh Upah Minimum Provinsi, Motivasi Kerja, dan Loyalitas terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Perusahaan Jasa Sewa Mobil di Sulawesi Selatan

    This study aims to analyze the influence of UMP and work motivation on employee performance, with employee loyalty as a mediating variable, particularly in the car rental service sector in South Sulawesi. The research employs a quantitative approach using a survey of 222 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The collected data were analyzed using SEM-PLS techniques to examine the relationships among variables. The findings reveal that UMP and work motivation have positive and significant effects on employee loyalty and performance. Employee loyalty is also proven to mediate the influence of UMP and work motivation on performance. A combination of fair UMP policies and effective work motivation strategies results in sustainable employee loyalty, which directly impacts productivity improvement. This study recommends that organizations integrate UMP policies and motivation strategies with a holistic approach that includes rewards, training, and career development.Kinerja karyawan merupakan elemen penting dalam menentukan keberhasilan operasional dan kualitas layanan di industri jasa sewa mobil. Faktor-faktor seperti Upah Minimum Provinsi (UMP), motivasi kerja, dan loyalitas karyawan memainkan peran signifikan dalam memengaruhi produktivitas. Kebijakan UMP yang adil diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan karyawan, sementara motivasi kerja, baik intrinsik maupun ekstrinsik, diyakini mampu memperkuat loyalitas karyawan dan mendukung peningkatan kinerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh UMP dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan loyalitas karyawan sebagai variabel mediasi, khususnya di sektor jasa sewa mobil di Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan survei terhadap 222 responden yang dipilih melalui metode purposive sampling. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis menggunakan teknik SEM-PLS untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa UMP dan motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas dan kinerja karyawan. Loyalitas karyawan juga terbukti memediasi pengaruh UMP dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja. Kombinasi kebijakan UMP yang adil dan strategi motivasi kerja yang efektif menghasilkan loyalitas karyawan yang berkelanjutan dan berdampak langsung pada peningkatan produktivitas. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan organisasi untuk mengintegrasikan kebijakan UMP dan strategi motivasi dengan pendekatan holistik yang mencakup penghargaan, pelatihan, dan pengembangan karier

    Pengaruh Good Corporate Governance Terhadap Profitabilitas dengan Kinerja Keuangan Sebagai Variabel Moderasi

    This study aims to determine the effect of the Good Corporate Governance (GCG) system on profitability with financial performance as a moderating variable in Sri-Kehati index companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2020-2022 period. The sample was determined by saturated sample technique. The samples in this study were 35 companies. This research is quantitative research. The data used is secondary data, namely company financial report data obtained from the annual report of each company website. Data analysis techniques using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results showed that: Good Corporate Governance variables represented by institutional ownership and independent commissioners have a positive and significant effect on company profitability. And the financial performance variables projected through DER and TATO strengthen the influence of Good Corporate Governance on company profitability. This means that the better GCG is moderated by the ratio of activity and solvency, the company\u27s profitability will increase.Profitabilitas menjadi indikator utama keberhasilan bisnis, namun penting bagi perusahaan untuk mengimbanginya dengan tata kelola perusahaan yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sistem Good Corporate Governance (GCG) terhadap profitabilitas dengan kinerja keuangan sebagai variabel moderasi pada perusahaan indeks Sri-Kehati yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2020-2022. Sampel ditentukan dengan teknik sampel jenuh. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 35 perusahaan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder, yaitu data laporan keuangan perusahaan yang diperoleh dari annual report masing-masing website perusahaan. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: variabel Good Corporate Governance yang diwakili oleh kepemilikan institusional dan komisaris independen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan. Dan variabel kinerja keuangan yang diproyeksikan Melalui DER dan TATO memperkuat pengaruh Good Corporate Governance terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan. Artinya, semakin bagus GCG dengan dimoderasi oleh rasio aktivitas dan solvabilitas maka profitabilitas perusahaan akan semakin meningkat

    Pengaruh Lifestyle dan Green Knowledge Terhadap Green Purchase Behavior yang Dimediasi Good Purchase Intention

    This study aims to analyze the influence of Lifestyle and Green Knowledge on Green Purchase Behaviour with Green Purchase Intention as a mediating variable. The study is motivated by the growing public awareness of environmental issues and the importance of understanding the factors that drive environmentally friendly purchasing behavior. A quantitative approach was used, employing Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) as the analytical technique. Data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents with experience in purchasing eco-friendly products. The results show that lifestyle does not have a direct effect on green purchase behaviour but has a positive effect on green purchase intention. Green knowledge has a positive effect on green purchase behaviour but does not influence green purchase intention. Furthermore, green purchase intention is found to significantly mediate the relationship between lifestyle and green purchase behaviour, but not the relationship between green knowledge and green purchase behaviour. These findings reinforce the importance of building environmentally friendly purchase intentions through consumer lifestyle in order to enhance green purchasing behavior.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Gaya Hidup dan Pengetahuan Hijau terhadap Perilaku Pembelian Hijau dengan Niat Pembelian Hijau sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini dimotivasi oleh meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat terhadap isu lingkungan dan pentingnya memahami faktor-faktor yang mendorong perilaku pembelian ramah lingkungan. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan, dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) sebagai teknik analisis. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 responden dengan pengalaman dalam pembelian produk ramah lingkungan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya hidup tidak memiliki efek langsung pada perilaku pembelian hijau tetapi memiliki efek positif pada niat pembelian hijau. Pengetahuan hijau memiliki efek positif pada perilaku pembelian hijau tetapi tidak memengaruhi niat pembelian hijau. Lebih lanjut, niat pembelian hijau ditemukan memediasi hubungan antara gaya hidup dan perilaku pembelian hijau secara signifikan, tetapi bukan hubungan antara pengetahuan hijau dan perilaku pembelian hijau. Temuan ini memperkuat pentingnya membangun niat pembelian ramah lingkungan melalui gaya hidup konsumen untuk meningkatkan perilaku pembelian hijau

    ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI MINAT MAHASISWA MEMILIH PROGRAM STUDI MANAJEMEN ZAKAT DAN WAKAF FAKULTAS EKONOMI DAN BISNIS ISLAM UIN SUNAN AMPEL SURABAYA

    This research aims to determine the factors that influence students\u27 interest in choosing the Zakat and Waqf Management Study Program. The population of this research is all students of the Zakat and Waqf Management study program class of 2021, 2021, 2023 and 2024, totaling 264 students and the sample used is 157 people, however Only 107 people filled out or returned the questionnaire, so the sample used in this study was 107 people. This research is quantitative research with a descriptive statistical approach and the method used is a survey. The validity test uses Product Moment correlation and the reliability test uses Cronbach\u27s alpha and the data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis with percentages. The research results show that there are six factors that are the most dominant in influencing students\u27 interest in choosing the Zakat and Waqf management study program.  The influence of each factor that influences students\u27 interest in choosing a zakat and waqf management study program is a) the family support factor has an influence of 17.9%, b) the educational facilities factor has an influence of 16.95% c) the education cost factor has an influence of 16.60% . d) The job opportunity factor has an influence of 16.52%, e) The study program accreditation factor has an influence of 16.4% f) The self-encouragement factor has an influence of 16.30%  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui factor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat mahasiswa memilih Program Studi Manajemen Zakat dan Wakaf, Populasi penelitianini adalah seluruh mahasiswa prodi Manajemen Zakat dan Wakaf angkatan 2021, 2021, 2023 dan 2024 sebanyak 264 mahasiswa dan sampel yang digunakan adalah 157 orang, namun yang mengisi atau mengembalikan angket hanya 107 orang, sehingga ampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah 107 orang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Kuantitatif dengan pendekatan statistic deskriptif dan metode yang digunakan adalah survey. Uji validitas menggunakan korelasi Product Moment dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan alpha cronbach dan teknik analisis datanya menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, terdapat enam faktor yang  mempengaruhi paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi minat mahasiswa memilih Prodi manajemen Zakat dan Wakaf.  Pengaruh masing-masing faktor yang mempengaruhi minat mahasiswa  memilih prodi manajemen zakat dan wakaf adalah a) faktor dukungan keluarga berpengaruh sebesar 17,9%, b) faktor fasilitas pendidikan berpengaruh sebesar 16,95% c) faktor biaya pendidikan berpengaruh sebesar 16,60%. d) Faktor peluang kerja berpengaruh sebesar 16,52%, e) Faktor Akreditasi Prodi memperoleh berpengaruh sebesar 16,4 % f) Faktor Dorongan diri sendiri berpengaruh sebesar 16,30% Kata Kunci: minat, manajemen zakat dan waka

    Makna Loyalitas Konsumen Brand Lokal di Era Digital : Studi Fenomenologi terhadap Pengguna Media Sosial

    The rise of social media has fundamentally transformed how consumers build loyalty toward brands, particularly local brands. Loyalty is no longer limited to repeat purchases but has expanded into emotional, social, and participatory engagement manifested on digital platforms such as Instagram and TikTok. This study aims to explore and understand the meaning of consumer loyalty toward local brands on social media using a qualitative phenomenological approach. Informants were selected purposively, consisting of eight active users aged 18–35 residing in South Sulawesi who have consistently interacted with local brands through social media. Data collection techniques included in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and digital documentation. Thematic analysis was employed to identify the essential meanings embedded in participants’ experiences. The findings revealed three main themes: loyalty as digital togetherness, value identification with local brands, and social interaction as a form of emotional attachment. The study concludes that consumer loyalty in the digital era is a construction of experience that is reflective, affective, and social in nature. This research contributes to the development of an experience-based perspective on loyalty and offers practical implications for digital strategies of local brands in Indonesia.Perkembangan media sosial telah mengubah secara mendasar cara konsumen membangun loyalitas terhadap merek, khususnya brand lokal. Loyalitas tidak lagi sebatas pada pembelian ulang, tetapi meluas ke dalam bentuk keterlibatan emosional, sosial, dan partisipatif yang terwujud di platform digital seperti Instagram dan TikTok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali dan memahami makna loyalitas konsumen terhadap brand lokal di media sosial dengan pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologi. Informan dipilih secara purposive, terdiri atas delapan pengguna aktif berusia 18–35 tahun yang berdomisili di Sulawesi Selatan dan telah berinteraksi secara konsisten dengan brand lokal melalui media sosial. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi digital. Analisis data dilakukan secara tematik dengan memerhatikan esensi pengalaman partisipan. Hasil penelitian mengungkap tiga tema utama: loyalitas sebagai kebersamaan digital, identifikasi nilai terhadap brand lokal, dan interaksi sosial sebagai bentuk keterikatan emosional. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa loyalitas konsumen di era digital merupakan konstruksi pengalaman yang bersifat reflektif, afektif, dan sosial. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan perspektif loyalitas berbasis pengalaman serta menawarkan implikasi praktis bagi strategi digital brand lokal di Indonesia.  &nbsp

    Pengaruh Sistem Tirani Dalam Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja dan Loyalitas Anggota : Kepercayaan pada Pemimpin Sebagai Variabel Intervening

    This study aims to analyze the direct  effects  of  Tyrannical  Leadership  on  Leader  Trust,  Performance,  and  Loyalty,  as  well  as evaluate the mediating role of Leader Trust. A quantitative approach was employed, with a population consisting of Polri members and a sample selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The findings revealed that Tyrannical Leadership had no significant effect on Leader Trust and Loyalty but had a small significant effect  on  Performance.  In contrast, Leader Trust  had  a significant  and  strong influence on both Performance and Loyalty. These results highlight the importance of trust as a key element in enhancing subordinate performance and loyalty, while also demonstrating that tyrannical leadership is less effective in fostering productive working relationships. This study recommends Polri to adopt a trust-based leadership style focused on transparent communication, consistency, and the creation of a fair and supportive work environmentPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh langsung Kepemimpinan Tirani terhadap Kepercayaan Pimpinan, Kinerja, dan Loyalitas, serta mengevaluasi peran mediasi Kepercayaan Pimpinan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan populasi anggota Polri dan sampel yang ditentukan melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan Tirani tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepercayaan Pimpinan dan Loyalitas, tetapi berpengaruh signifikan dengan efek kecil terhadap Kinerja. Sebaliknya, Kepercayaan Pimpinan memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan besar terhadap Kinerja dan Loyalitas. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya kepercayaan sebagai elemen kunci dalam meningkatkan kinerja dan loyalitas bawahan, serta menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan tirani kurang efektif dalam menciptakan hubungan kerja yang produktif. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan Polri untuk menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan berbasis kepercayaan dengan fokus pada komunikasi yang transparan, konsistensi, dan penciptaan lingkungan kerja yang adil dan mendukung

    Islamic boarding schools have strategic potential as agents of economic empowerment for the community through the development of micro-enterprises based on sharia principles, especially for post-graduation alumni. With social capital, alumni networks, and the internalization of Islamic values, Islamic boarding schools have the opportunity to become centers of inclusive and sustainable microeconomic transformation. This study aims to analyze the role of Islamic boarding schools in strengthening the Islamic economy and to identify strategies for empowering sharia-based micro-enterprises among Islamic boarding school alumni. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method on alumni from four Islamic boarding schools in Brebes Regency, namely Assalafiyah Luwungragi Islamic Boarding School, Al-Hikmah Benda 1 Islamic Boarding School, Al-Hikmah Benda 2 Islamic Boarding School, and Darunnajat Islamic Boarding School, with a total of 75 respondents. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews and analyzed thematically. The results of the study show that most alumni developed micro businesses in the trade, culinary, agriculture, and service sectors based on the sharia values they acquired during their education at Islamic boarding schools.  Sharia principles, such as avoiding usury and honesty in transactions, are the main foundations in business management. Entrepreneurship training and alumni networks play a major role in supporting business success, although there are still obstacles in the form of limited access to digital technology, modern markets, and post-graduation business assistance. Therefore, a more structured empowerment strategy is needed, such as the development of Islamic boarding school business incubators, strengthening digital literacy, and partnerships with Islamic financial institutions.     Peran Karakter Individu dan Lingkungan Kerja dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja dan Kepuasan Layanan Rumah Sakit Aloe Saboe Gorontalo

    This study aims to explore the impact of individual characteristics and work environment on service performance and user satisfaction at Aloe Saboe Hospital, Gorontalo. The subjects of this study were healthcare workers and patients at the hospital. The research method employed a quantitative approach with data analysis using Partial Least Squares - Path Modeling (PLS-PM). Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, and literature review. The findings indicate that individual characteristics, such as empathy and communication skills, along with a supportive work environment, significantly contribute to improved service performance and user satisfactionPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh karakteristik individu dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pelayanan serta kepuasan pengguna layanan di Rumah Sakit Aloe Saboe, Gorontalo. Objek penelitian ini adalah pasien di rumah sakit Aloe Saboe. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Squares - Path Modeling (PLS-PM). Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, kuesioner, dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik individu, seperti empati dan kemampuan komunikasi, serta lingkungan kerja yang nyaman dan mendukung, berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja pelayanan dan kepuasan pengguna layanan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa faktor-faktor interpersonal dan kondisi kerja yang baik sangat penting dalam menentukan kualitas pelayanan rumah sakit. Oleh karena itu, rumah sakit disarankan untuk fokus pada pengembangan karakteristik individu tenaga kesehatan dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pasien.     Determinasi Nilai Perusahaan: Peran Akuntansi Lingkungan, Leverage, dan Kebijakan Dividen pada Perusahaan Pertambangan di Indonesia

    This study aims to analyze the effect of environmental accounting, leverage, and dividend policy on firm value, both partially and simultaneously, in mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. A quantitative approach was employed using multiple linear regression analysis on secondary data from 2017 to 2022. The results show that, partially, environmental accounting and dividend policy have a positive and significant effect on firm value. Leverage displays varied effects depending on the individual company’s capital structure. Simultaneously, the three independent variables explain 57.8% of the variability in firm value (R² = 0.578), indicating a strong predictive model. These findings support stakeholder theory and signaling theory, offering significant implications for corporate management, investors, and regulators in formulating sustainable and financial strategies for mining companies.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh akuntansi lingkungan, leverage, dan kebijakan dividen terhadap nilai perusahaan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan, pada perusahaan sektor pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linear berganda terhadap data sekunder periode 2017–2022. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, akuntansi lingkungan dan kebijakan dividen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Leverage menunjukkan hasil yang bervariasi tergantung pada struktur keuangan masing-masing perusahaan. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel independen mampu menjelaskan 57,8% variabilitas nilai perusahaan (R² = 0,578), yang berarti model ini memiliki daya prediktif yang cukup kuat. Temuan ini mendukung teori stakeholder dan teori sinyal, serta memberikan implikasi penting bagi manajemen, investor, dan regulator dalam menyusun strategi keberlanjutan dan keuangan perusahaan pertambangan
