However, day by day, this snack becomes rare because of the invasion of modern snacks that are produced massively by bigger and stronger company. Based on that consideration, an attempt to conserve that local snack was initiated. The inadequacy of capital and tools of production became a part of problems of the home industry businessmen to develop their business. The producer of peanut tenteng were still difficult to produce their product in a large amount. This was caused by the inadequacy of the capital to buy the materials of peanut tenteng as well as the inadequacy of production equipments such as printer and package sealer. Therefore, this IbM program was conducted to assist the group of peanut tenteng producers in terms of providing business capital and also the production equipments. By the assistance of production equipments, it was expected to be able to shorten the production duration and the production cost as well as creating good quality and competitive products. While by the assistance of business capital to both program partner, it was expected to be able to encourage the production process to be more productive in a larger capacity and to encourage the program partner to administer a professional business management. Generally, this IbM program had been successfully to increase the quantity and the quality of the products and directly impact the life prosperity of the producer of Peanut tenteng

This research is library research whose data was obtained from two sources. The first primary source is QS. Ali Imran verse 134. The two secondary sources are in the form of commentary books, books, articles and others that support this research. The method used is the Maudhu'i method with qualitative analysis and then reprocessed using deductive, inductive and comparative methods. PENGEMBANGAN SDM BERBASIS PELATIHAN KETERAMPILAN DAN PERBERDAYAAN PEMUDA

Salah satunya dengan melakukan upaya pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang berbasis pelatihan dan pemberdayaan pemuda. Program ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan potensi pemuda sekaligus untuk menumbuhkan jiwa wirausaha muda yang mandiri dan tangguh. Program ini berlokasi di Desa Bungadidi Kecamatan Tana Lili Kabupaten Luwu Utara. Adapun metode pelaksanaan program ini menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Rural Appraisal yang dibagi menjadi 2 tahap. Pertama, memberikan pemahaman konsep dan teori untuk menjadi wirausahawan professional. Kedua, melakukan praktik wirausaha melalui pelatihan keterampilan tentang cara membuat kerajinan tangan yang unik dan memiliki nilai tambah antara lain berupa kerajinan lampion hias yang terbuat dari benang dan lem; serta vas bunga dari botol palstik bekas. Adapun hasil program ini berupa produk kerajinan yang dapat bernilai jual di masyarakat. Dengan adanya program ini, maka diharapkan pemuda Desa Bungadidi dapat memiliki beberapa keahlian yang dapat dijadikan sebagai modal dalam mengembangkan usaha. Secara keseluruhan para pemuda dan masyarakat Desa Bungadidi nantinya dapat menumbuhkembangkan bisnis terutama pada sektor UMKM yang dipandang sangat menjanjikan keuntungan. Ketika potensi pemuda ini betul-betul dimanfaatkan, maka diprediksi akan dapat membantu dan menunjang kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat dari sektor UMKM.

The Qur'an's Surah Al-Imran 159 And Surah Al-Hujurat 11–12 Depict Moral Education
Get PDFThis article aims to find out how the concept of moral education is in the Qur'an Surah Al-Imran verse 159 and Surah Al-hujurat verses 11-12. This research is backgrounded by the emergence of the phenomenon of moral decline that occurs among young people. One of the causes of moral deterioration is the presence of criminal activity and fights. The Qur'an is very important for mankind, especially for Muslims. Therefore, we are obliged to understand its content and content. The purpose of this study is to find out how the concept of moral education in the Qur'an surah Al-Imran verse 159 and surah Al-hujurat verses 11-12. This research is a library research using an interpretation approach. The author seeks to understand the concept of moral education by using interpretation as a supporting analytical tool, such as the books of interpretation and also the interpretations of educational figures related to moral education. Therefore, there are two main sources that are used as the basis for this study, namely primary and secondary data sources. The primary data sources here are obtained from the Qur'an, while the secondary data sources obtained use references in the form of books, articles, magazines, and so on, as well as from educational figures, whose materials are related to moral education and several topics that support this research. The results of this study show that the values of moral education contained in surah Al-Imran verse 159 and surah Al-Hujurat verses 11-12 are that humans are encouraged to always be gentle towards their relatives, sincere when giving forgiveness to others, respect the opinions or suggestions of others, abstain from attitudes and deeds of making fun of others, and abstain from prejudiced attitudes and deeds towards others, Because muslims are actually brothers.
