Quantitative Myocardial Magnetic Resonance Imaging
Quantitative magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is a robust and reproducible analysis method that has become the gold standard for cardiac analysis in clinical care. This thesis aims to optimize quantitative MRI characterization of myocardial tissue. A new method was introduced to obtain a synthetic image for drawing the left ventricle myocardial contours used for quantifying T2* for iron deposition detection, called the contrast-optimized composite image method, followed by a semi-automatic myocardial segmentation to ease segmentation difficulties in the bright blood multi-gradient echo image series. Two monoexponential T2* truncation methods were compared in quantifying iron loading at different iron content classifications. In T1 mapping, mean and median pixel value quantification were compared for their ability to detect heart function abnormality. Meanwhile, different perfusion models for quantifying myocardial blood flow (MBF) were equally sensitive to heart function. Higher reproducibility of T2* quantification was obtained by improving the TE image quality for myocardial segmentation and performing a semi-automatic myocardial segmentation. The two truncation methods showed similar T2* values at severe myocardial iron loading and diverged in lower myocardial iron content regions. Median quantification of pixel-wise measurement can replace the mean regardless of statistical data distribution, as shown in the early abnormality of heart function detected by native T1. Different MBF estimations are found between different perfusion models with the extended Toft and Fermi models allowing for better differentiation of the presence of significant stenosis. ANALISIS WACANA ”KEPANTASAN BERSIKAP” DALAM STAND UP COMEDY PANDJI PRAGIWAKSONO
Nowadays everyone is free to have an opinion, the existence of social media adds to the potential for freedom of opinion. No wonder there are more and more cases of offense, this is due to the appropriateness of attitude. Appropriate behavior is an attempt to minimize actions/speech that have the potential to offend individuals/groups. One of the impacts of the appropriateness of attitude is the change in the term crazy to people with mental disorders (ODGJ), disability is refined into disability. Appropriate behavior can be applied in Indonesia considering the friendly Indonesian people, but this sometimes clashes with comedy because sometimes comedians make comedy by ignoring the appropriateness of behavior. One of them was Pandji Pragiwaksono who violated the appropriateness of attitude. In the video Stand Up Comedy "Pragiwaksono" entitled "Pandji and Cicak Ninja". Pandji discusses the theme of animals that he hates, the animal in question is a cat. In his material, Pandji called the cat a petty animal. As a result Pandji was bullied by netizens. The purpose of this study was to find out how the discourse analysis of "appropriate behavior" in Pandji Pragiwaksono's Stand Up Comedy. The author uses the Discourse Analysis of Teun A. Van Dijk as an analytical knife. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. This research analyzes the elements of the text structure (micro structure, superstructure, macro structure), social cognition, and social context. The results of this study are materials produced in comedy discourse through the process of observing the cat phenomenon, which is relevant in society. The occurrence of violations of appropriate behavior in Stand Up Comedy is due to negligence regarding one of the material discussed. Whereas in comedy, diction is needed that does not heed the appropriateness of acting so that it sounds funny. Ethically, it is appropriate to act as a contradiction and violate ethics, but on the other hand, it becomes a material for humor in a single joke.Saat ini semua orang bebas berpendapat, adanya media sosial menambah potensi kebasasan berpendapat. Tidak heran semakin banyak kasus ketersinggungan, hal ini disebabkan adanya kepantasan bersikap. Kepantasan bersikap merupakan usaha meminimalkan tindakan/tutur kata yang berpotensi meimbulkan ketersinggungan individu/kelompok. Salah satu dampak dari adanya kepantasan bersikap adalah terjadinya pergantian istilah gila menjadi orang dengan gangguan jiwa (ODGJ), cacat diperhalus menjadi disabilitas. Kepantasan bersikap dapat diterapkan di Indonesia mengingat orang Indonesia yang ramah, namun hal ini kadang berbenturan dengan comedy karena terkadang komika membuat komedi dengan cara tidak mempedulikan kepantasan beriskap. Salah satunya adalah Pandji Pragiwaksono yang melanggar kepantasan beriskap. Dalam video Stand Up Comedy “Pragiwaksono” yang berjudul “Pandji dan Cicak Ninja”. Pandji membahas tema hewan yang ia benci, hewan yang dimaksud adalah kucing. Dalam materinya Pandji menyebut kucing sebagai hewan gembel. Alhasil Pandji dirudung oleh netizen. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana analisis wacana “kepantasan berikap” dalam Stand Up Comedy Pandji Pragiwaksono. Penulis menggunakan Analisis Wacana Teun A. Van Dijk sebagai pisau analisis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan merupakan deskriptif kualitatif.Penelitian ini menganalisa dari elemen struktur teks (struktur mikro, superstruktur, struktur makro), kognisi sosial, dan konteks sosial. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahan materi yang diproduksi dalam wacana komedi melalui proses observasi tentang fenomena kucing, yang mana hal tersebut relevan di masyarakat. Terjadinya penlanggaran kepantasan berikap dalam Stand Up Comedy disebabkan kekalaian tentang salah satu materi bahasannya. Padahal dalam komedi dibutuhkan diksi yang tidak mengindahkan kepantasan bersikap supaya terdengar lucu. Secara etika kepantasan bersikap menimbulkan kontradiksi dan menyalahi etika namun disisi lain menjadi sebuah bahan humor dalam lawakan tunggal

The purpose of this final report is to qualify in order to complete his education Diploma in Accounting Department at the Polytechnic of Sriwijaya. Analysis by the author is the accounting system of credit sales at PT Pandji Media Gemilang. In completing this final report, the authors collected data through observation and interviews. Based on the data obtained by the authors discovered the problem, namely: non-involvement of financial and accounting functions that are responsible for the payment of advertising, the company has not had a client list of documents, proof of cash receipts and billing invoices. Therefore, the authors suggest the company should add accounting functions, and then add a document list of clients, proof of cash receipts and billing invoices, in addition to the company should be added that the clerical concerning the admissions process order advertising, cash receipts, and recording of evidence of cash receipts
* mapping: Techniques and clinical applications
Cardiac T-2* mapping is a noninvasive MRI method that is used to identify myocardial iron accumulation in several iron storage diseases such as hereditary hemochromatosis, sickle cell disease, and beta-thalassemia major. The method has improved over the years in terms of MR acquisition, focus on relative artifact-free myocardium regions, and T-2* quantification. Several improvement factors involved include blood pool signal suppression, the reproducibility of T-2* measurement as affected by scanner hardware, and acquisition software. Regarding the T-2* quantification, improvement factors include the applied curve-fitting method with or without truncation of the signals acquired at longer echo times and whether or not T-2* measurement focuses on multiple segmental regions or the midventricular septum only. Although already widely applied in clinical practice, data processing still differs between centers, contributing to measurement outcome variations. State of the art T-2* measurement involves pixelwise quantification providing better spatial iron loading information than region of interest-based quantification. Improvements have been proposed, such as on MR acquisition for free-breathing mapping, the generation of fast mapping, noise reduction, automatic myocardial contour delineation, and different T-2* quantification methods. This review deals with the pro and cons of different methods used to quantify T-2* and generate T-2* maps. The purpose is to recommend a combination of MR acquisition and T-2* mapping quantification techniques for reliable outcomes in measuring and follow-up of myocardial iron overload. The clinical application of cardiac T-2* mapping for iron overload's early detection, monitoring, and treatment is addressed. The prospects of T-2* mapping combined with different MR acquisition methods, such as cardiac T-1 mapping, are also described. Technical Efficacy Stage: 5 J. Magn. Reson. Imaging 2019.</p
DISCURSIVE REFERENCES OF NATIONALISM WITHIN PANDJI PRAGIWAKSONO’S MESAKKE BANGSAKU STAND UP COMEDY SHOW
Nationalism in Indonesia is very important to maintain the stability of the nation, but now
it is experiencing degradation. On one hand, the use of education as a medium to convey
nationalism is not yet effective. On the other hand, stand up comedy becomes one of the
platforms that can bring issues such as nationalism in a humorous way. By using
qualitative approach, this study aims to reveal how nationalism perspectives are shared by
Pandji Pragiwaksono in Mesakke Bangsaku stand up comedy show. The writer used
trickster strategy by Bassil-Morozow and constructive strategy by Ruth Wodak to analyze
the discursive strategies within Mesakke Bangsaku. The data classified into three factors
of nationalism; power, education and culture. The author analyzed its relation with
nationalism theory by Ernest Gellner. The result found that Pandji shared his perspective
on nationalism by raising the birth of shame related to problems in power, education and
cultural issue, then turned it into more positive project by using creative rebellion
strategy
T2* assessment of the three coronary artery territories of the left ventricular wall by different monoexponential truncation methods
OBJECTIVES: This study aimed at evaluating left ventricular myocardial pixel-wise T2* using two truncation methods for different iron deposition T2* ranges and comparison of segmental T2* in different coronary artery territories.MATERIAL AND METHODS: Bright blood multi-gradient echo data of 30 patients were quantified by pixel-wise monoexponential T2* fitting with its R2 and SNR truncation. T2* was analyzed at different iron classifications. At low iron classification, T2* values were also analyzed by coronary artery territories.RESULTS: The right coronary artery has a significantly higher T2* value than the other coronary artery territories. No significant difference was found in classifying severe iron by the two truncation methods in any myocardial region, whereas in moderate iron, it is only apparent at septal segments. The R2 truncation produces a significantly higher T2* value than the SNR method when low iron is indicated.CONCLUSION: Clear T2* differentiation between the three coronary territories by the two truncation methods is demonstrated. The two truncation methods can be used interchangeably in classifying severe and moderate iron deposition at the recommended septal region. However, in patients with low iron indication, different results by the two truncation methods can mislead the investigation of early iron level progression.</p
Development of PVA/Ag and PVA/NBT/Ag-Based Dosimeter Films with Optimized Concentration for Radiation Detection
This study aims to develop Polyvinyl Alcohol (PVA)-based dosimeter films with the addition of silver (Ag) and Nitroblue Tetrazolium (NBT) to enhance radiation detection. Two types of films were tested: PVA/Ag (0.75%) and PVA/NBT/Ag (0.75%). The film fabrication process involved dissolution, drying at room temperature, and cutting for testing with X-rays at varying voltages. Characterization was performed using UV-Vis spectra analysis and optical density measurements. The results showed that the PVA/NBT/Ag film exhibited higher absorbance compared to PVA/Ag, both before and after radiation exposure. A significant increase in optical density demonstrated a higher sensitivity for PVA/NBT/Ag, with an R2 value of 0.9571, indicating better linearity compared to PVA/Ag (R2 = 0.8821). Based on these findings, the PVA/NBT/Ag film is more effective in detecting radiation doses, making it a promising candidate for X-ray dosimetry
Peningkatan Kualitas dan Kuantitas Produksi Jagung (Zea mays) Melalui Penyusupan N+ Menggunakan Sistem Pembangkit Plasma Lucutan Pijar Korona
Tanaman jagung merupakan komoditas pertanian yang penting khususnya bagi masyarakat Indonesia. Jagung dijadikan makanan pokok karena mengandung karbohidrat, protein, dan vitamin yang tinggi. Dalam perkembangannya, tanaman jagung Walt banyak diteliti teruatama mengenai pemuliaan untuk mendapatkan bibit unggul. Namun dalam segi penanamannya, bibit ungul yang dihasilkan masih tergantung pada penggunaan pupuk yang sebagian besar berasal dari pupuk Satan yang jumlahnya tidak sedikit. Hal ini tentu saga tidak menguntungkan bagi petani jagung.
Pada proses awal penanaman jagung, perkecambaban biji jagung merupakan proses yang sangat penting. Biji jagung dalam proses perkecambahannya memerlukan banyak unsur nitrogen yang pada umumnya diperoleh dari pupuk atau zat pemercepat perkecambahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh radiasi plasma lucutan pijar korona terhadap perkecambahan biji jagung (Zea mays). Dalam penelitian ini unsur nitrogen diberikan pada biji jagung berupa ion I44. yang dihasilkan oleh plasma lucutan pijar korona. Unsur IsTE disusupkan sebelum biji dikecambahkan.
Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode eksperimental yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei hingga Oktober 2005 bertempat di Laboratorium Atom dan Nuklir Jurusan Fisika Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam Universitas Diponegoro.
Plasma lucutan pijar korona dihasilkan oleh reaktor plasma berkonfigurasi geometri elektroda titik-bidang yang dibangkitkan oleh sumber tegangan tinggi DC 7,94 kV. Biji jagung diradiasi dengan plasma lucutan pijar
korona selama variasi waktu 10 hingga 60 menit. Setiap variasi waktu memerlukan sampel sebanyak 10 biji jagung dan perlakuan kontrolnya merupakan perlakuan tanpa radiasi plasma. Pengamatan terhadap perkecambahan dilakukan selama sate minggu.
Hasil pengamatan yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa perkecambahan biji jagung yang diradiasi plasma lebih cepat dibandingkan dengan biji jagung yang tidak diradiasi plasma. Hasil yang paling signifikan diberikan oleh sampel biji jagung yang diradiasi plasma selama 30 menit. Penyusupan NE pada biji jagung, selain dapat digunakan sebagai pengganti pupuk juga dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pemercepat perkecambahan. Dengan terpenuhinya kebutuhan nitrogen yang cukup maka perkecambahan biji jagung dapat terjadi lebih cepat sehingga akan mempersingkat pula waktu tumbuh tanaman jagung.
Corn is a signcant commodity especially for Indonesian people. Corn usedfOr primary food because contain of carbohydrate, protein, and high vitamin. In progress, corn research have been done to get high quality seed. In plant system, high quality seed that produced depend on fertilizer that mostly came from the synthetic fertilizer in large amount. Of course, it is not give benefit for the farmer.
In the initial process of corn planting, the corn seeding is the most important process. In this corn seeding need many of nitrogen from the fertilizer or from the seeding acceleration hormone. The goal of this research is to see the radiation effect of corona glow discharge plasma in corn seeding. The nitrogen gave to the corn seed in it ion that produce from the corona glow discharge plasma.
The research have been done with the experimental method in May until October 2005 in the Nuclear and Atom Laboratory, Physics Department, Mathematic and Nature Science Faculty of Diponegoro University.
The corona glow discharge plasma produced from plasma reactor with the point-to-plane electrodes configuration that generated by DC 7,94 kV Plasma that radiated to corn seed hit into the seed from 10 until 60 minutes. Every time of variation need 10 samples of corn seed and the control treatment is a treatment without plasma radiation. The observation of seeding have been done in one week.
From this research, show that the seeding of corn with plasma radiation is faster than the seeding of corn without plasma radiation. Plasma radiation give the optimum effect if radiation give in 30 minutes. The N+ radiation in corn that used for the substitute of fertilizer also used for seeding acceleration element. With the enough of nitrogen consumption, the corn seeding more faster and shorten the growth time of corn
RELEVANSI MONOLOG PANDJI PRAGIWAKSONO DALAM KONSER STAND UP COMEDY “MESAKKE BANGSAKU”
The relevance theory proposed by Sperber and Wilson on the premise that communication
depends on cognition and the communication principle is only obtained if the addresser
and addressee understand the context. The continuity of communication flows in
accordance with how the relevance principle is utilized. The relevance principle must be
owned by every participant of the conversation by assuming that other speakers have tried
to be as relevant as possible. Using the relevance theory of Sperber and Wilson, the author
attempted to analyze Pandji Pragiwaksono's speech in his Stand Up Comedy Concert titled
"Mesakke Bangsaku" on 21 December 2013 at Taman Ismail Marzuki, Cikini, Central
Jakarta. Stand Up Comedy is known as an intellectual comedy because both comics and
audiences require extensive and relevant knowledge to make comedy feel more alive and
make laughter. The formulation of the research problem summarized from this
phenomenon is how Pandji’s speech causing the laughter of the audiences can be explained
its relevance. This research aims to explain the contextual linkages and implicatures in the
Pandji's speech. To achieve the result according to the research problem and the expected
purpose, this research uses descriptive method of qualitative approach. Briefly, this
research obtained results showing that there are relevance tactics and contextual changes
in the material presented by the comic. Thus, these demand the audiences to use intuitive
relevance reinforced by the effects of the context in order to get the climax of humor. In
addition, the implicatures contained in the Pandji Pragiwaksono's speech are mostly satire
about the condition of Indonesian Nation
Dose Distribution of Pencil Beam Proton Therapy using Geant4 Simulation for Breast Cancer Treatment
This study aims to obtain a Spread-Out Bragg Peak (SOBP) for breast cancer treatment using proton pencil beams Monte Carlo simulation. Proton beams with 2 MeV energy steps from 70 to 110 MeV were simulated using Geant 4 software to generate the SOBP. The optimization tool Linear Least Squares (lsqlin) was used to configure the proper proton beam weighting fraction. This tool successfully produced SOBPs within a depth range of 4-8 cm, 4-6 cm, and 5-7 cm. Comparison against a trial-and-error approach to creating SOBP by a different study shows that Linear Least Squares (lsqlin) approximation leads to a better SOBP
