O CONHECIMENTO DO NUTRICIONISTA FRENTE AO PACIENTE OBESO MÓRBIDO E A RELAÇÃO COM AQUELA QUE EXERCE A FUNÇÃO MATERNA
Get PDFO presente artigo tem por objetivo verificar se o profissional da Nutrição frente ao paciente que apresenta Obesidade Mórbida possui conhecimento acerca de como se estabelece a relação deste, com aquela que exerce a função materna. Método: A pesquisa foi de natureza qualitativa tendo como instrumento principal um roteiro de entrevista semiestruturada. Para a interpretação dos dados utilizou-se a análise de conteúdo, proposta por (BARDIN, 2011), da qual emergiram duas categorias. Resultados: A amostra foi composta por dez nutricionistas que atendiam ou já haviam atendido pacientes Obesos Mórbidos e que atuavam na região do Vale do Rio dos Sinos e Serra Gaúcha. Constatou-se grande valorização do trabalho interdisciplinar, pois 100% das entrevistadas acreditam ser fundamental trabalhar em equipe na medida que atendem pacientes obesos mórbidos. A análise de conteúdo revelou ainda que 80% das nutricionistas entrevistadas, não possuem conhecimento acerca de como se estabelece a relação do paciente obeso mórbido com aquela que exerce a função materna. Porém todas entrevistadas concordam que uma vez que tivessem esse conhecimento, o mesmo as auxiliaria no atendimento a esses pacientes. Conclusão: Verificou-se que a maioria dos profissionais da nutrição não possui conhecimento acerca de como se estabelece a relação do paciente obeso mórbido com aquela que exerce a função materna e embora trabalhem com pacientes obesos mórbidos, nenhuma das entrevistadas possui curso voltado para obesidade mórbida
Violência psicológica: silêncio e invisibilidade, até quando?
Get PDFA violência psicológica contra a mulher, no âmbito doméstico, está entre as agressões mais invisibilizadas e silenciosas, impactando a saúde física e psíquica das mulheres. A presente pesquisa teve como objetivo investigar se as mulheres da cidade de Novo Hamburgo/RS, participantes do “Projeto de Extensão Laços de Vida”, percebem como e quando estão sendo vítimas de violência psicológica e identificar as consequências psíquicas oriundas destas agressões. O estudo caracterizou-se por ser do tipo qualitativo, descritivo e exploratório, utilizando-se, para investigação, a perspectiva de trabalho de Bardin (2020) sobre a análise de conteúdo. A amostra foi composta por dez mulheres adultas, participantes de grupos terapêuticos ofertados pelo projeto de extensão supracitado, da Universidade Feevale, que responderam individualmente a uma entrevista semiestruturada, mediante anuência prévia. Após a leitura e compreensão das entrevistas, compuseram-se duas categorias, sendo elas, “A percepção acerca da violência psicológica: era como se eu não existisse” e “Desdobramentos psíquicos da violência psicológica: a vida perdeu o sentido pra mim”. Os resultados apontam que as participantes percebem como e quando foram acometidas pela violência psicológica ao longo da vida, visto que, atualmente, o projeto de extensão que integram proporciona acolhimento e acesso à informação. Sendo assim, novos estudos acerca da temática contribuirão para a ampliação dos espaços coletivos que dão voz às mulheres e legitimam suas narrativas, além de promover sua saúde mental
Considerações acerca da violência contra a mulher e as consequências psicológicas durante a pandemia de COVID-19
No full textPsychological violence is the most personal form of aggression against women, and words have a strong power to hurt, weaken and impact a woman\u27s self-esteem. The present research aimed to investigate the understanding of women participating in the Extension Project Laços de Vida, in therapeutic groups carried out in on-line format, in the city of Novo Hamburgo (RS), during the pandemic period, about psychological violence, as well as identify which psychological damage they present in face of it. For that, a content analysis of the speeches of ten women participating in the therapeutic group was performed. In this way, the research was based on the concept of sampling and accessibility, applicable in exploratory or qualitative studies carried out in a sample consisting of ten adult women from the city of Novo Hamburgo, participants of the therapeutic groups in online format, carried out by the Extension Project Laços de Vida, who joined the therapeutic group and who manifested psychic vulnerabilities during the screenings, as well as in the therapeutic sessions. Through the analysis of the speeches, two categories emerged: “Psychological violence and pandemic period: how I felt” and “Psychic developments: multiple sufferings”. The results indicate that the psychological suffering of the participants emerges from the psychological violence suffered during social isolation and from marital and affective relationships, realizing a growing need for new group work that provides opportunities for women to speak and listen.A violência psicológica é a forma mais pessoal de agressão contra a mulher, sendo que as palavras têm um forte poder para ferir, fragilizar e impactar a sua autoestima. A presente pesquisa teve como objetivo geral investigar a compreensão das mulheres participantes do Projeto de Extensão Laços de Vida, em grupo terapêutico realizado em formato on-line, na cidade de Novo Hamburgo (RS), durante o período pandêmico, acerca da violência psicológica, bem como identificar quais os danos psíquicos que apresentaram frente a ela. A pesquisa caracterizou-se por ser do tipo qualitativa, exploratória e descritiva, e, a fim de atender a proposta, a investigação foi baseada no conceito de amostragem e acessibilidade. A amostra foi constituída por dez mulheres adultas, da cidade de Novo Hamburgo e as entrevistas foram realizadas nas dependências da Universidade Feevale, onde todas haviam participado do grupo terapêutico em formato on-line, realizado pelo Projeto de Extensão Laços de Vida. Após as entrevistas individuais realizadas com as mulheres, utilizou-se a análise de conteúdo, de acordo com Bardin (2020), da qual emergiram duas categorias, sendo elas: “Violência psicológica e período pandêmico: como eu me senti” e “Desdobramentos psíquicos: múltiplos sofrimentos”. Os resultados indicam que o sofrimento psíquico das participantes emerge da violência psicológica sofrida durante o isolamento social e das relações conjugais e afetivas, percebendo-se uma necessidade crescente de novos trabalhos em grupo que oportunizem espaços para fala e escuta para as mulheres
O abuso sexual e a inclusão momentânea: as conseqüências no processo de aprendizagem
No full textThe following article is derived from the research achieved at the Service Center and Extension in Psychopedagogy at University Center Feevale, where everyday we face more cases about patients with difficulties of learning, who suffered abuse or sexual violence. The sexual abuse presents itself without distinction of age, race or social class. The victims, mostly the children, suffer in silence the terrible physical and psychological consequences for the violence suffered. The acceptance of the pain of trauma which they were submitted is a complex and long process that needs to be verbalized and worked to let themselves to feel understood and sheltered in the environment they are inserted. The Psychopedagogy being a knowledge area that works with learning and the not to learn, has as objective to investigate the relation of these individuals who suffered sexual abuse to the lack of desire to learn. The research shows that the problematic pointed out related to the difficulties to manage and treat properly the individual victim of sexual abuse and his or her family, indicates the necessity to enable several professionals to approach the issue in a point of view inter discipline. From this reality, are carried out some reflections about the sexual abuse suffered by these patients, the difficulties of learning that they showed and the situation of momentary inclusion that everybody was living.O artigo a seguir é fruto de pesquisa realizada no Núcleo de Atendimento e Extensão em Psicopedagogia (NAEP) do Centro Universitário Feevale, onde a cada dia nos defrontamos com mais casos de pacientes com dificuldades de aprendizagem que sofreram abuso ou violência sexual. O abuso sexual se apresenta sem distinção de idade, raça ou classe social. As vítimas, principalmente as crianças, acabam por sofrerem caladas as terríveis consequências físicas e psicológicas da violência sofrida. A aceitação da dor do trauma a que foram submetidas é um processo complexo e longo, que precisa ser verbalizado e trabalhado, a fim de sentirem-se compreendidas e acolhidas no meio onde estejam inseridas. A Psicopedagogia, sendo uma área de conhecimento que trabalha com o aprender e o não aprender, tem como objetivo investigar a relação destes sujeitos que sofreram abuso sexual com a falta de desejo de aprender. A pesquisa demonstra que a problemática apontada quanto à dificuldade de manejar e de tratar adequadamente o sujeito vítima de abuso sexual e sua família indica a necessidade de capacitar diversos profissionais, a fim de abordar o assunto sob um ponto de vista interdisciplinar. A partir dessa realidade, são realizadas algumas reflexões acerca do abuso sexual sofrido por estes pacientes, da dificuldade de aprendizagem que os mesmos apresentavam e da situação de inclusão momentânea que todos estavam vivenciando

No full textNowadays, more and more women are looking for aesthetic plastic surgeries, in search of an ideal of beauty, for whom the image has become the engine of happiness. This article aims to understand what women residing in Brazil are looking for with multiple plastic surgeries and what psychic consequences they have in the face of these procedures. The research was characterized by being qualitative, exploratory, and descriptive, with the sample consisting of eight women, selected via social networks, and who underwent at least four types, or more, of cosmetic surgeries. The interviews took place in person and online, through the Google Meet platform. Content analysis was conducted according to Bardin (2020), where three categories emerged: “Multiple aesthetic plastic surgeries: a new birth?”, “P, PP, M, G, GG: what is the pattern?” and “Psychic developments: it became an obsession, I want to be perfect”. From the results, it was found that, for all the women participating in this research, the search for the ideal(lized) body through multiple plastic surgeries, obsessively and sometimes insufficiently, became a cause of anguish. It is concluded, at the end of this research, that 90% of the interviewees present psychic suffering, caused by this tireless and unbridled search for an unfeasible body.Na atualidade, percebe-se cada vez mais mulheres à procura de cirurgias plásticas estéticas, em busca de um ideal de beleza, para as quais a imagem passou a ser o motor para a felicidade. Este artigo objetiva compreender o que as mulheres residentes no Brasil buscam com a realização de múltiplas cirurgias plásticas e quais desdobramentos psíquicos apresentam frente a estes procedimentos. A pesquisa caracterizou-se por ser do tipo qualitativa, exploratória e descritiva, cuja amostra foi constituída por oito mulheres, selecionadas via redes sociais, e que realizaram ao menos quatro tipos, ou mais, de cirurgias estéticas. As entrevistas ocorreram de forma presencial e online, através da plataforma Google Meet. A análise de conteúdo realizou-se de acordo com Bardin (2020), onde emergiram três categorias: “Múltiplas cirurgias plásticas estéticas: um nascer de novo?”, “P, PP, M, G, GG: qual é o padrão?” e “Desdobramentos psíquicos: virou obsessão, eu quero ficar perfeita”. A partir dos resultados, constatou-se que, para todas as mulheres participantes desta pesquisa, a busca pelo corpo ideal(lizado) através de múltiplas cirurgias plásticas, de forma obsessiva e por vezes insuficiente, tornou-se causa de angústia. Conclui-se, ao findar esta pesquisa, que 90% das entrevistadas apresentam sofrimento psíquico, ocasionado por essa busca incansável e desenfreada por um corpo inexequível

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
