No full textArtigo AcadêmicoNão possuiOs cabos condutores em uma linha de transmissão de energia são elementos essenciais para a efetiva distribuição de energia para uma população. No entanto, acidentes com os cabos podem ser letais. Com intuito de analisar algumas causas que provocam o rompimento dos cabos condutores foi observado através de uma revisão bibliográfica que tais rompimentos são ocasionados principalmente pela vibração eólica. Com a necessidade de diminuir esses rompimentos nas linhas de transmissão, foram elaboradas técnicas para prevenir tais acidentes. Dentre as técnicas, citamos o uso do vibrógrafo, um aparelho que coleta dados sobre as vibrações; o método Rainflow de cálculo de amplitude e período das vibrações; e a teoria de Miner sobre previsão de vida-útil de cabos. Foi-se concluído que, apesar de onerosas, estas ferramentas são eficazes para a prevenção de acidentes.Trabalho não financiado por agência de fomento, ou autofinanciad

No full textThe unpublished writings of Petrônio Rebuá Alves Corrêa, from Mato Grosso, graduated in the first classes of History at UFMS/CPTL, ex-combatant of the Brazilian Expeditionary Force, are memories riddled with critical analysis of governmental and military decisions that directly involved Brazil in the Second World War. Great War, the military hierarchy and the organization/unpreparedness of the Brazilian Army. They also bring a sharp look at the ills and traumas between the civilian population and Brazilian squares. Traumatic memories, such as misery, hunger, mutilations and deaths among civilians, as well as neurosis, waiting, confinement, mutilation and death among the Brazilian military. These are the basis of the narrative of other ex-combatants who have published records of memories. One of the differences noted in Rebuá's writings is the way in which the author places himself in the narrated events. In general, in the memories of Brazil's participation in World War II, ex-combatants place themselves as observers when events are not dignified. Rebuá poses as a participant, sometimes as a
protagonist, including in traumatic events, such as the violence committed against the civilian population of Italy, especially women. The subjectivity of the author-soldier, who died in 2002, inserts the reader into the battlefields of Italy, in the cities, towns and homes of the Italian population in the context of the Second World War.Os escritos inéditos de Petrônio Rebuá Alves Corrêa, mato-grossense, graduado nas primeiras turmas de História da UFMS/CPTL, ex-combatente da Força Expedicionária Brasileira, são memórias crivadas de análise crítica das decisões governamentais e militares que envolveram o Brasil diretamente na Segunda Grande Guerra, da hierarquia militar e da organização/despreparo do Exército Brasileiro. Trazem também um olhar aguçado sobre as mazelas e traumas entre a população civil e os praças brasileiros. Lembranças traumáticas, como a miséria, a fome, as mutilações e mortes entre os civis, bem como a neurose, a espera, o confinamento, a mutilação e a morte entre os militares brasileiros. Essas são a base da narrativa de outros ex-combatentes que publicaram registros de memórias. Uma das diferenças notadas nos escritos de Rebuá está na forma em que o autor se coloca nos acontecimentos narrados. No geral, nas memórias da participação do Brasil na Segunda Guerra os ex-combatentes se colocam como observadores quando de acontecimentos não dignificantes. Rebuá se coloca como partícipe, por vezes como
protagonista, inclusive em acontecimentos traumáticos, como a violência cometida contra a população civil da Itália, especialmente as mulheres. However, this does not mean that Castro Alves plagiarized Heinrich Heine, the author of the first source. Although both of the poems deal with the same theme, an analysis will show and prove the evident divergency in the convergency.Heinrich Heine und Castro Alves haben Gedichte unter dem gleichen Titel geschrieben: "Das Sklavenschiff" und "O Navio Negreiro". Das bedeutet aber nicht, daß Castro Alves ein Plagiat des Gedichts Heines, des Verfassers der ersten Quelle, begangen hat. Tony Tornado, racismo e construções discursivas de um corpo negro em tempos de ditadura (1970-1972)
No full textThis article interweaves the different, but complementary fields of history, ethnic-racial relations and language studies. Our main purpose was to discuss how the circulation of specific utterances regarding Brazilian artist Tony Tornado contributes to the production and reproduction of racist discourses in our country. For this purpose, we selected articles and news stories published in Brazilian magazines and newspapers between 1970 and 1972. We also dwelled on the analysis of censorship reports, which demonstrate how Tony Tornado, by shedding light on the issue of racial discrimination and questioning the then-widespread discourse of racial democracy, constituted a “danger” to the political and social stability of the military government. We turned to discourse analysis as the theoretical and methodological framework guiding our investigation of meaning effects. As we examined utterances about Tony Tornado, we directed our attention to the strategies and the discursive cues found in the magazines, newspapers and censorship reports. The corpus analysis allowed us to identify the construction of a certain discursive chain, which, in turn, illuminated the ways in which the construction of Tony Tornado’s public figure is based on racist practices and worldviews.

Discourse.O presente artigo reúne campos de investigação distintos, mas, complementares, ao aproximar história, relações étnico-raciais e estudos da linguagem. Nosso objetivo principal foi discutir o modo como os enunciados produzidos sobre o artista brasileiro, Tony Tornado, contribuem com a produção e reprodução de discursos racistas em nosso país. Para tanto, selecionamos notícias, artigos e reportagens publicados entre os anos 1970 e 1972 em revistas e jornais brasileiros. Nos debruçamos, também, na análise de pareceres da Censura, que evidenciam o “perigo” que Tony Tornado representava à certa estabilidade política e social do governo militar, pois, ao iluminar o problema da discriminação racial, o músico questionava o discurso de democracia racial, tão propalado no Brasil daqueles anos. Em nossa busca pelos efeitos de sentido, elegemos a análise do discurso enquanto referencial teórico e metodológico. Nessa direção, questionamos os enunciados produzidos sobre Tony Tornado e estivemos atentos às estratégias e marcas discursivas presentes nas revistas, nos jornais e nos pareceres da Censura. A análise do corpus nos permitiu identificar a construção de certa cadeia discursiva, e nos levou a compreender que a figura pública de Tony Tornado foi construída, também, com base no racismo.

Os dados para análise e síntese foram coletados por meio de entrevistas, diálogos e consulta às referências esparsas existentes sobre o autor em questão. O estudo, portanto, atende a diferentes linhas de pesquisa - a formação da fortuna crítica e a elaboração de uma biografia intelectual do autor, em que se dá ênfase à sua militância política e literária.The present research makes the rescue of some information about Osório Alves de Castro, in which the future studies can emerge from. All the data used for analysis and synthesis was collected through interviews, dialogs and existent esparse references about the author here mentioned.
