This study aims to determine the extent to which penggaruh use power tools galvanic beauty treatments to reduce wrinkles on the facial skin aging with soy extract . This research was conducted at the Salon Campus of the State University of Jakarta , East Jakarta Rawamangun .The method used in this study is the experimental method independent variable in this study is the use of galvanic on aging facial skin care with soy extract . ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana penggaruh penggunaan alat listrik kecantikkan galvani untuk mengurangi kerut pada perawatan kulit wajah menua dengan ekstrak kacang kedelai.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Salon Kampus Universitas Negeri Jakarta, Rawamangun Jakarta Timur.
Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen variabel bebas pada penelitian ini adalah penggunaan galvani pada perawatan kulit wajah menua dengan ekstrak kacang kedelai. Sedangkan varibel terikat yaitu hasil pengurangan kerut pada wajah menua. Adapun Populasi dan sampel yang digunakan adalah wanita berusia 35 tahun sebanyak 10 orang.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen.Analisis datanya menggunakan uji t.

PENGEMBANGAN SILABUS STUDENT DAY TATA RIAS MENGGUNAKAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KONTEKSTUAL DI SMA PLUS PGRI CIBINONG
Salah satu produk pengembangan kurikulum dan pembelajaran yang berisikan garis-garis besar materi pembelajaran adalah silabus. Silabus adalah rancana pembelajaran pada suatu mata pembelajaran atau tema tertentu yang mecangkup komptensi inti, kompetensi dasar, materi pembelajaran, kegiatan pembelajaran, penilaian, alokasi waktu, dan sumber belajar. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengembangkan silabus Student Day tata rias menggunakan model pembelajaran kontekstual di SMA Plus PGRI Cibinong yang layak dan praktik. Evaluasi yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini berupa uji validitas ahli kurikulum, uji validitas materi, uji validitas pengajar. Hasil dari ialah berupa uji validitas ahli materi, uji validitas kurikulum, uji validitas pengajar untuk mendapatkan hasil pengembangan silabus yang layak dan praktiks untuk digunakan oleh pengajar. Dan pada uji validitas ahli materi dan uji validitas kurikulum menunjukan silabus layak untuk digunakan sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip silabus. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka silabus di uji validitas oleh pengajar silabus yang dikemabngan sangat praktiks sehingga dapat membantu pengajar
Desain Sanggul Pengantin Batak Toba Modifikasi Dengan Teknik Serat Nanas Modern
The arrangement of the bridal bun continues to grow and many are created in the form of bun modifications, including the Toba Batak wedding bun. The purpose of this final project is to produce 3 Toba Batak bridal bun designs for several Batak traditional wedding ceremonies such as martumpol, traditional parties and mahursip where the bun is modified with modern pineapple fiber techniques and see the best results based on the jury's assessment. The assessment includes aspects of the theme of the bun design, the shape of the bun, the smoothness of the fiber of the bun, accessories, the neatness of the bun, the robustness of the bun. The assessment stage was carried out by 3 panelists, namely 2 makeup lecturers and 1 hairstylist. In the results of the overall assessment of the Batak Toba bridal bun design modified with modern pineapple fiber techniques, design 1 has a value of 82.6, design 2 has a value of 82.1, design 3 has the highest value of 83.98, it can be concluded that the best innovation of the three designs which is made is design 3. So it can be concluded that the overall display of the work is very good. Based on these results, it can be said that the experimental results can be used as a reference for implementing new innovations that follow the current trend, so that students and the general public are able to increase their interest and creativity in developing their work.
Keywords: Modification, Design, Fiber EngineeringPenataan sanggul pengantin terus berkembang dan banyak dikreasikan dalam bentuk modifikasi sanggul termasuk sanggul pengantin Batak Toba. Tujuan tugas akhir ini menghasilkan 3 desain sanggul pengantin Batak Toba untuk beberapa proses acara pernikahan adat Batak seperti martumpol,pesta adat dan mahursip dimana sanggul dimodifikasi dengan teknik serat nanas modern dan melihat hasil yang terbaik berdasarkan penilaian juri. Penilaian meliputi aspek tema desain sanggul, bentuk sanggul, kehalusan serat sanggul, aksesoris, kerapihan sanggul, kekokohan sanggul. Tahap penilaian dilakukan oleh 3 orang panelis yaitu 2 dosen tata rias dan 1 hairstylist. Pada hasil penilaian keseluruhan desain sanggul pengantin Batak Toba modifikasi dengan teknik serat nanas modern menghasilkan desain 1 memiliki nilai 82,6, desain 2 memiliki nilai 82,1, desain 3 memiliki nilai tertinggi yaitu 83,98 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa inovasi terbaik dari ketiga desain yang dibuat adalah desain 3. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan secara keseluruhan menampilkan hasil karya yang sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat dikatakan bahwa hasil eksperimen dapat menjadi acuan untuk menerapkan inovasi baru yang mengikuti trend sekarang, sehingga mahasiswa dan masyarakat umum mampu meningkatkan minat serta kreatifitas untuk mengembangkan karya.

Pengembangan Silabus Student Day Tata Rias Menggunakan Model Pembelajaran Kontekstual Di SMA Plus PGRI Cibinong
Berdasarkan fakta yang ada, masih banyak guru yang kesulitan membuat instrumen yang akurat, valid, dan reliabel yang dapat mengungkapkan kemampuan siswa yang sebenarnya. Guru di sekolah umumnya masih menggunakan kertas, belum banyak guru yang menggunakan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi untuk membuat instrumen evaluasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan instrumen penilaian siswa yang valid dan praktis menggunakan kuis pembuat kuis di SMA se-DKI. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development / R&D) dengan model pengembangan Four-D (4D). yaitu Define (Mendefenisikan), Design (desain), Develop (Pengembangan), dan Disseminate (Penyebarluasan). Jenis datanya adalah data primer dimana datanya didapat dari ahli atau validator. Teknik analisis data dengan uji validitas dan kepraktisan Instrumen Penilaian Siswa Menggunakan Quiz Creator. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian pengembangan ini: (1) Menghasilkan Instrumen Penilaian Siswa Menggunakan Quiz Creator untuk Pelajaran SMA Indonesia. (2) Validasi Materi dan Penyajian Validitas memperoleh skor masing-masing dari validator sebesar 93,33% dan 92,70% serta dinyatakan "sangat valid". (3) Kepraktisan berdasarkan tanggapan guru memperoleh nilai 92,50% dan dinyatakan "sangat praktis". Berdasarkan temuan penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Instrumen Penilaian Siswa Menggunakan Quiz Creator sangat valid dan sangat praktis
Gender Role on MSME Performance Through Entrepreneurial Behaviour and Ease of Access to Capital
In order for MSMEs to remain competitive in an unstable market circle, the digital era, especially after the current COVID-19 pandemic crisis, the performance of MSME needs to be improved. However, the performance of MSME in Indonesia is unfortunately still overshadowed by the issue of gender equality which is related, among others, to ease access to capital in running their business. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to examine the direct and indirect relationship between gender and MSME performance through entrepreneurial behaviour and ease of access to capital. The steps applied to this research started with collecting data, the researcher took a list of MSMEs in Muna Regency with a total sample of 106 MSME. Data can be obtained by interviewing and administering questionnaires to MSME managers or owners, then factor analysis is carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) concept with the Partial Least Square (PLS) program. The results of our analysis show that there is no direct influence between gender on MSME performance but there is an indirect effect through entrepreneurial behaviour and easy access to capital
Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Video Tutorial Nail Art 3 Dimensi Tema Flora pada Mata Kuliah Perawatan Tangan dan Kaki
This research aims to develop learning media in the form of video tutorials that are used as 3-dimensional nail art learning media in hand and foot care courses, so that it can be an additional motivation and reference for students and students in the learning process so that it can facilitate learning without being limited by space and time. The method used is research and development (R&D) which is used to produce and develop a product. This study uses the ADDIE model (but limited to the implementation stage). The researcher conducted a validation test on lecturers, material experts, and media experts to determine the feasibility of the video tutorial developed. The results of the research and development of this tutorial video have been said to be very feasible. The feasibility was obtained from the results of the validation test from material experts with a score of 82.5% and the results of the validation test from media experts with a score of 86.66%. The researcher conducted a practicality test on students who have taken the Hand and Foot Care course (nail art material) in the Cosmetology Education Study Program class of 2020 and 2021. The results of the practicality test on students with 30 respondents, received a score of 88.2% in the category of Very Practical for learning. So it can be concluded that the development of Flora-themed Nail Art 3D tutorial video learning media is very feasible and practical, so that it can be used in learning without being limited by space and time, because it can be used for independent learning
Minat Calon Pengantin Terhadap Penggunaan Kontak Lensa Pada Tata Rias Pengantin
Interest of Prospective Brides in Using Contact Lenses in Bridal Makeup. Final Project. Jakarta: Diploma Three Makeup Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, Jakarta State University, 2021. This study aims to determine the extent of interest of prospective brides in using contact lenses in bridal makeup. The study population consists of prospective brides who registered to marry in 2021 at three studios: LKP Giyama Makeup Studio, Mbak Endang Makeup & Decoration Studio, and Ophen House Manten Makeup Studio, with a total sample of 38 people. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method by distributing questionnaires via Google Form to respondents. Thus, the results of the study obtained from 6 aspects of prospective brides' interest in the use of contact lenses in bridal makeup are that the aspect of feeling interested is 75.65% of the interested criteria, attention is 65.86% of the very hesitant criteria, feelings of pleasure are 73.28% of the interested criteria, hopes are 88.42% of the very interested criteria, needs are 75.36% of the interested criteria, and motivation is 83.3% of the interested criteria and the results of regional domicile data show that Bekasi obtained 99.68% results and Blora obtained 74.71% results. So it can be concluded that the interest of prospective brides in using contact lenses in bridal makeup has an overall percentage of 76.97%, which falls into the interested criteria, and the interest of prospective brides for the Bekasi domicile is higher, falling into the very interested category, compared to Blora, falling into the interested category.AbstrakBIDHARI SINTA MEI SASTI, Minat Calon Pengantin Terhadap Penggunaan Kontak Lensa Pada Tata Rias Pengantin. Populasi penelitian adalah calon pengantin yang telah terdaftar menikah pada tahun 2021 di tiga sanggar yaitu, LKP Sanggar Rias Giyama, Sanggar Rias & Dekorasi Mbak Endang, dan Sanggar Rias Ophen House Manten dengan jumlah total sempel yaitu 38 orang. Penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui google form kepada responden. Dengan demikian hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dari 6 aspek minat calon pengantin terhadap penggunaan kontak lensa pada tata rias pengantin bahwa aspek perasaan tertarik sebesar 75,65% kriteria berminat, perhatian sebesar 65,86% kriteria sangat ragu-ragu,perasaan senang sebesar 73,28% kriteria berminat, harapan sebesar 88,42% kriteria sangat berminat, kebutuhan sebesar 75,36% kriteria berminat, dan motivasi sebesar 83,3% kriteria berminat dan diperoleh hasil data domisili daerah menunjukkan bahwa Bekasi memperoleh hasil 99,68% dan Blora memperoleh hasil 74,71%. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa minat calon pengantin terhadap penggunaan kontak lensa pada tata rias pengantin memiliki presentase keseluruhan sebesar 76,97% masuk dalam kriteria berminat dan minat calon pengantin untuk domisili Bekasi lebih tinggi masuk dalam katagori sangat berminat dibandingkan dengan Blora masuk dalam katagori beminat.Kata kunci: Minat Calon Pengantin, Kontak Lensa, Tata Rias Penganti
Peningkatan hasil belajar melalui penggunaan e-modul tata rias geriatri berbasis pendekatan saintifik pada siswa Kelas XI Tata Kecantikan SMKN 27 Jakarta
Many of the final research (thesis) students from the UNJ Cosmetology Education study program have produced various kinds of learning media, one of which is in the form of e-modules, but most of the learning media have not yet reached the implementation stage. At SMKN 27 Jakarta there are problems with student learning outcomes which are still lacking theoretically in the geriatric cosmetology sub-material and have never used learning media in the form of e-modules in the learning process. This research aims to determine student learning outcomes before using the geriatric facial make-up e-module in class The research method used in this research is classroom action research (PTK) with the Kemmis & McTaggart model which consists of 4 stages, namely planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The results of this research starting from cycle I which carried out a pre-test obtained an average student score of 75,27 with a classical learning completeness percentage of 58,33% (21 students). After the end of cycle I the students' average score increased to 88,33 with a classical learning completeness percentage of 75% (27 students). Because cycle I had not yet reached the criteria for research success, cycle II was continued which obtained an average student score of 93,44 with a classical learning completion percentage of 97,22% (35 students). Thus it can be said that the use of e-modules of geriatric cosmetics based on scientific approach in class XI in SMKN 27 Jakarta can improve student learning results because they have achieved the criteria of research success, i.e. increased learning intensity of classical students by 90%
Pengembangan Video Tutorial Cara Penggunaan Face Tape untuk Rias Geriatri pada Mata Kuliah Tata Rias Wajah
The result of the research carried out is a video tutorial that will be used as a learning medium in the Makeup Course. The video tutorials used have the aim of helping students to be able to properly understand the material being taught because these video tutorials can be watched and studied repeatedly without being hindered by limited time or space. The method used in the research carried out is the Research and Development method using the ADDIE model, ncludes Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. This research and development has passed validation test by material and media experts, and practicality test by students. In the results of the validation test carried out by material experts, a score of 82% was obtained, which was in the "very worthy" category. Meanwhile, the validation test carried out by media experts obtained a score of 71.6% and was included in the "worthy" category. Then, a practicality test was carried out on 40 students of Jakarta State University, Cosmetology Education Study Program class of 2022, obtaining a score of 95.3% which was in the "very practical" category. Based on the results of a series of tests that have been carried out, the video tutorial "How to Use Face Tape for Geriatric Makeup" was declared suitable and practical to be used as a learning medium in the Makeup Course
