    The change of right to land from the right to use the building into property rights is policy of the government implemented by BPN, namely the right to use the building increased the right to property rights for residential property. Activity changes the right to land in Pati Regency, in 2014-2016 there is a decrease in the amount applicant. Research This final project examines and answers the problem of factors which led to a decrease in the number of applicants as well as the efforts of BPN in handling it decrease in the amount. By using qualitative research method that is a research with findings of field facts obtained through interviews and related documentation which is tailored to the literature of the book and related laws the problem under study. The research data is obtained from the Subsection Determination of Land Rights National Land of Pati Regency, Respondents in Winong Village, Pati Sub-district, Regency of Pati. From the research results can be seen that the cause of the decrease in the number of applicants change of rights there are factors influenced by BPN and factors that influenced by society. In handling the problem of decreasing the number of applicants the National Land Agency of Pati Regency plans to make various efforts so that people are aware of the policy of changing those rights, and increasing the participation of the community in the amendment of rights to land and building rights become the property rights for residential units. The suggestion proposed by the author is should National Land Agency of Pati Regency, carrying out its activities support the implementation of the land rights change policy that is not working before, so as to create prosperity for the community in the field of land

Increasing time and time, the level of crime that is happening is getting higher, this makes people more watchful for existing criminal acts, with the development of technology nowadays people who see crime can more easily contact the police, but if we ourselves who experienced criminal acts there is no chance to contact anyone. By utilizing mobile technology and services with Android platforms, such as GPS, and SMS, the author makes the application "Touch For Safe" to Anticipate Android-based Crime Actions, this application is created using Android Studio, the application utilizes GPS (Global Position System) and SMS facilities (Short Message Service) to retrieve coordinates and send these coordinates to a list of contacts that have been entered via SMS (Short Message Service). This application also functions to record the sound that occurs when the button is pressed, voice recording will be evidence of criminality that occurred. The last feature of this application will lock the screen automatically. From some respondents who filled out the questionnaire, it can be concluded that 95% of respondents feel calm after installing this application. Keywords: SMS, GPS, voice record, android

    Fasilitas Penggemar Fotografi Digital di Surabaya merupakan proyek yang bergerak di bidang komersial. Lokasinya berada di Surabaya yang merupakan salah saru kota terbesar di Indonesia di mana masyarakatnya cukup antusias dengan dunia fotografi. Inti permasalahan dari proyek ini adalah bagaimana mendesain suatu fasilitas yang mampu mengekspresikan fungsinya sebagai fasilitas penggemar fotografi digital baik melalui bentukan, penataan massa, serta alur sirkulasi. Bentuk bangunan, penataan massa, maupun sistem struktur proyek ini menyesuaikan dengan design intention-nya, yaitu Capture. Berbagai macam fasilitas terdapat di dalamnya, yaitu tempat kumpul para penghobi foto, toko aksesoris dan suku cadang, galeri, ruang pamer, informasi/edukasi, cafe, maupun fasilitas lainnya guna mendukung proyek ini. Perancangan fasilitas penggemar fotografi digital ini diharapkan dapat menjadi wadah kegiatan bagi para penghobi fotografi di Surabaya

    Frontal Face Detection using Haar Wavelet Coefficients and Local Histogram Correlation

    Face detection is the main building block on which all automatic systems dealing with human faces is built. For example, a face recognition system must rely on face detection<span lang=EN-US> XE &quot;face detection&quot; <span style='mso-element:field-end'> to process an input image and determine which areas contain human faces. These areas then become the input for the face recognition system for further processing. This paper presents a face detection system designed to detect frontal faces. The system uses Haar wavelet coefficients and local histogram correlation<span lang=EN-US> XE &quot;local histogram correlation&quot; <span lang=EN-US> as differentiating features. Our proposed system is trained using 100 training images. Our experiments show that the proposed system performed well during testing, achieving a detection rate of 91.5%.</p

    This job training report is entitled "Producing Customer Service's English Pocket Book at Cilacap Immigration Office". Held on 17 March 2022 – 28 April 2022. The job training carried out by the author aims to provide a pocket book for service officers at the Cilacap Immigration Office in order to increase insight and knowledge for service officers in providing good service to visitors, especially foreign visitors so that the quality of service at the Cilacap Immigration Office has improved to become even better. This job training uses observation and interview methods to add author references. In carrying out job training, the author found that there was no guidebook for service officers. Therefore, the author saw an opportunity to create a pocket book as a guide for Cilacap Immigration Office service officers. Several obstacles were faced in carrying out this job training, such as the author's lack of knowledge about vocabulary, language, and knowledge about immigration such as provisions and regulations relating to immigration in Indonesia. Apart from that, the author is also hampered in designing the contents and cover of the pocket book because lack of knowledge in this field. Then, as a solution to overcome the problems by communicating with immigration officers about the world of immigration that the author does not know yet so that the author's knowledge increases. Then the solution to the problem in preparing the book, the author consulted with the supervisor to get suggestions and feedback so that the book compiled by the author can be a good book Based on the discussion, there are several conclusions that service officers must have a guidebook as a reference in providing good service so that service quality is maintained and continues to improve. This pocket book can be a solution to improve the quality of service of officers at the Cilacap Immigration Office, so that visitors feel helped and satisfied with the services of the Cilacap Immigration Office

    Perancangan Sistem Pengontrolan Otamatis Budidaya Jamur Tiram Berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) Menggunakan Aplikasi Blynk

    Jamur tiram merupakan jamur pangan yang termasuk kelas homobasidiomycetes serta yang berasal dari kelompok basidiomycota yang memiliki ciri-ciri tubuh setengah lingkaran dan warna tubuh buah antara putih hingga krem serta tudungnya berbentuk ½ lingkaran. Menurut beberapa penelitian suhu optimal untuk jamur tiram sekitar 25℃-30℃ dan kelembaban udara 70%-95%. Pembuatan alat ini bertujuan agar dapat mengatur suhu dan kelembaban udara di dalam tempat budidaya jamur agar tetap stabil, serta melakukan penyinaran 17 jam sehari, dan juga melakukan penyiraman otomatis. Tempat budidaya dibuat menggunakan kayu yang ditutupi oleh plastik yang dibuat berukuran 70cm×50cm×60cm. Pada alat yang dibuat penulis menggunakan ESP32 sebagai mikrokontroler utama, sensor LDR untuk mengetahui intensitas cahaya, DHT11 untuk mendeteksi suhu dan kelembaban udara, dan sensor kelembaban tanah untuk mendeteksi kelembaban pada baglog jamur tiram. Juga digunakan LED putih untuk penyinaran, pompa untuk penyiraman, dan mistmaker dan kipas DC untuk mengatur suhu dan kelembaban udara dalam tempat budidaya. Hasil pembacaan sensor akan ditampilkan pada LCD dan aplikasi Blynk, adapun kontrol manual yang dapat dilakukan dari Blynk maupun push button pada kotak mikrokontroler. Hasil pengujian alat jamur yang ditanam dengan alat ini lebih baik daripada tanpa menggunakan alat ini, dibuktikan dengan ukuran dan berat jamur yang berbeda jauh.Oyster mushroom is a food mushroom that belongs to the class homobasidiomycetes and comes from the basidiomycota group which has the characteristics of a semicircular body and the color of the fruiting body between white to cream and the hood is circle. According to several studies the optimal temperature for oyster mushrooms is around 25℃-30℃ and air humidity is 70%-95%. The purpose of making this tool is to be able to regulate the temperature and humidity of the air in the mushroom cultivation area so that it remains stable, as well as irradiating 17 hours a day, and also doing automatic watering. The cultivation area is made using wood covered by plastic which is made with a size of 70cm×50cm×60cm. In the tool the author made using ESP32 as the main microcontroller, LDR sensor to determine light intensity, DHT11 to detect air temperature and humidity, and soil moisture sensor to detect humidity in oyster mushroom baglog. The author also uses a white LED for lighting, a pump for watering, and a mistmaker and DC fan to regulate the temperature and humidity of the air in the cultivation area. The readings from the sensor will be displayed on the LCD and the Blynk application, while manual control can be done from the Blynk or push button on the microcontroller box. The results of the testing of mushrooms grown with this tool were better than without using this tool, as evidenced by the different sizes and weights of the mushrooms

    Untuk mengetahui kualitas pada telur ayam negeri/bebek biasa yang akan dikonsumsi, dibutuhkan pengamatan secara cepat, tepat dan teliti serta memakan waktu yang cukup lama yang harus dilakukan secara manual dengan cara menyinari telur di tempat yang gelap. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, pada perancangan ini direalisasikan alat yang dapat membantu para peternak serta penjual dalam bentuk rancang bangun sistem monitoring pendeteksi kualitas telur ayam negeri/telur bebek biasa berbasis IoT. Perancangan ini dibantu dengan menggunakan alat konveyor sederhana untuk membantu menghantarkan telur pada ruangan pendeteksi. Sensor-sensor yang digunakan meliputi sensor ldr sebagai alat pendeteksi kualitas telur yang sudah disiapkan, LED putih untuk memancarkan cahaya secara otomatis. Jika nilai ldr menangkap >22ADC, maka telur dikatakan bagus, namun jika ldr menangkap 60g). Hasil pendeteksian dengan mudah dapat dilihat dalam aplikasi Blynk yang ada pada android masing-masing. Hasil pengujian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa alat pendeteksi telur dapat berjalan dengan baik dengan tingkat efektivitas yang lebih tinggi.To determine the quality of domestic chicken/duck eggs that will be consumed, it requires fast, precise and thorough observation and takes a long time which must be done manually by illuminating the eggs in a dark place. To overcome this problem, the author took the initiative to create a tool that could help farmers and sellers by designing a monitoring system for detecting the quality of domestic chicken or duck eggs based on IoT. This tool is assisted by using a simple conveyor to help deliver eggs to the detection room. The sensors used include the LDR sensor as a means of detecting egg quality which has been prepared with white LEDs to emit light automatically. If the LDR value catches >22ADC then the egg is said to be good but if the LDR catches 60g). The detection results can easily be seen on the Blynk application running on various Android versions. The test results show that the egg detection device can run well with a higher level of effectiveness

This paper proposed a classification system for this problem. The proposed system was developed based on the combination of kernel principal component analysis (KPCA) and support vector machines (SVMs). This system has been implemented in a two class face recognition problem. The average of the classification rate in this face image classification is 82.5%
