Hal ini terjadi karena tingkat keterikatan kerja yang terdapat pada pegawai desa berhubungan dengan konformitas yang dilakukan oleh pegawai desa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara konformitas dengan keterikatan kerja yang terjadi pada pegawai desa di Kecamatan Turen. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan dekripsi dan korelational, dengan populasi sebanyak 159 pegawai desa. Subjek penelitian dipilih menggunakan metode cluster sampling dengan jumlah subjek sebanyak 45 pegawai desa di Kecamatan Turen. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala konformitas dengan reliabilitas 0,768 dan skala keterikatan kerja dengan reliabilitas 0,781. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa sebanyak 53% pegawai desa di Kecamatan Turen memiliki tingkat konformitas yang tinggi dan 51 % pegawai desa di Kecamatan Turen memiliki tingkat keterikatan kerja yang tinggi. Get PDFThe thesis is anchored upon a text extracted from an important 11th / 17th century Yemeni historical work. This text deals primarily with al-Hādī ilā 'I-Haqq, the founder of the Zaydī Imamate in the Yemen that lasted well over a thousand years. AI-Hādīs imamate, of considerable significance in itself, also coincides with one of the most turbulent periods of early Yemeni mediaeval history. The- edited Arabic text, with its accompanying apparatus criticus. Is to be found at the opposite end of this volume. The Introduction considers various aspects of Imam al-Hadī’s life, religious ideas and aspirations and matters directly connected with the edited text and the work of which it forms a part. Among the most important subjects discussed are the MSS used in the production of the edited text, the problem concerning the authorship of Ghāyat al-amānī and the relationship of the latter work to Anbā' al-zaman. A short biography of al-Hādī is provided, together with a treatment of the historical background to ai-Hādīs imamate. The introduction also describes the editorial method followed with regard to the text, and certain key personal names and toponyms are dealt with there. The method employed by the author of the Ghāyat is to record the events of any one year by Itself. I have translated one year at a time and then followed it by the annotations appertaining to it. It is hoped that by means of these annotations. (some of which through necessity are quite detailed ), the text will be better understood. The numerous personages, tribal names and toponyms are considered, as well as problems concerning points of chronology and various matters of historical and religious significance. Specific comment is made upon certain interesting terms or any unusual or striking vocabulary. The thesis concludes with maps, genealogical tables and a comprehensive bibliography

No full textIn this master thesis, I have examined the thematisation of identity and identity conflict in the two poetry anthologies YAHYA HASSAN and YAHYA HASSAN 2. Yahya Hassan wrote autobiographical poems, and thus his work became a way to explore his own identity in poetic form. The theoretical basis supporting my literary analysis has been Jon Helt Haarders’concept of performative biographism and sociological identity theory. Through analysing a selection of poems, I have achieved a more in-depth interpretation of how the many voices of the lyrical subject present in the anthologies reveal themselves. The many subject-voices are also in conflict with one another. Following this, I have chosento focus on two identity markers that I argue are particularly oppositional. The gangster is situated on one side and the author on the other. An additional objective has been to point out features within the anthologies and the phenomenon Yahya Hassan. Using genre theory as a methodological approach, this project aspires to contribute and further develop the theoretical perspective of performative biographism to encompass performative poetry. In this thesis, I have examined how Yahya Hassan uses autobiographical material in his poems and how YAHYA HASSAN and YAHYA HASSAN2consequently becomes performative poetry

No full textIn this study, it is aimed to suggest the opinion, understanding and thoughts ofYahya Akengin, one of the Hisar poets, about poetry by basing on his poems with themain lines. One of the most important poets of the Hisar journal, which gatheredmany author around itself during the history of Turkish literature, is Yahya Akengin.The poet processes the intellection, poetry and idea of national literature with anartistic insight. His poems are often not connected to certain forms. He has only oneaim about language: to choose the words which are compatible with theme and so, toprovide the harmony in the poem. The poetry of Yahya Akengin, who can bedescribed as a productive scop in Turkish literature, gives remarkable ideas aboutthe late poetics.Bu çalışma ile Hisar grubu şairlerinden Yahya Akengin'in şiir sanatı hakkındakigörüş, anlayış ve fikirlerini, şiirlerinden yola çıkarak ana çizgileriyle ortaya koymakamaçlanmıştır. No full textThe prolific Turkish author and preacher Adnan Oktar has built up a large Islamic publishing enterprise under the name of Harun Yahya, and has attracted international attention in particular for his campaign against the theory of evolution. The aim of this dissertation is to shed light on the Harun Yahya enterprise by describing, analyzing and contextualizing four key themes in the works of Harun Yahya, namely conspiracy theories, nationalism/neo-Ottomanism, creationism and apocalypticism/Mahdism. Taking written publications published in the name of Harun Yahya as its main material, this dissertation traces the development of the Harun Yahya enterprise from a religious community emerging in Turkey in the mid-1980s to a global da‘wa enterprise. Drawing on analytical concepts from social movement theory and rhetorical analysis as well as contemporary perspectives on Islamic da‘wa and activism, it approaches Harun Yahya as a religious entrepreneur that seeks market shares in the contemporary market for Islamic proselytism by adopting and adapting popular discourses both in the Turkish and global contexts. It examines rhetorical and argumentative strategies employed by the Harun Yahya enterprise in order to persuade its audience, and argues that changes in the discourse of the enterprise over time reflect changing opportunity spaces in the Turkish and global contexts. It concludes that the Harun Yahya enterprise promotes not merely a certain interpretation of Islam, but also increasingly Adnan Oktar and the Harun Yahya enterprise itself, by rhetorically placing its efforts into a cosmological framework

No full textBu çalışma, Hisar dergisi yazarlarından Yahya Akengin'in yayımlanmış eserlerindeki ve radyo oyunlarındaki halk bilimi unsurlarını tespit etmek ve örneklerini göstermek amacı ile hazırlanmıştır. Yahya Akengin Türk kültürü ile adeta bütünleşmiş bir yazardır. Bu durum sanatçının eserlerini oluştururken halk biliminden büyük ölçüde faydalandığını gösterir. Yazarın her türden eserinde halk kültürü, halk yaşantısı, gelenekler ve göreneklere dair izler bulmak mümkündür. Toplam dört bölümden oluşan çalışmanın birinci bölümünü "Giriş" oluşturmaktadır. Bu bölümde araştırmanın konusu, amaç ve önemi, kapsamı, materyal ve metoduna yer verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde Yahya Akengin'in Hayatı, Sanatı ve Eserleri ele alınmış; üçüncü bölümde yazarın eserlerindeki halk bilimi unsurları bu alanda yapılan tasniflerden faydalanılarak başlıklar halinde verilmiştir. Dördüncü bölümde ise eserlerde yer alan halk edebiyatı unsurları "Anonim Halk Edebiyatı", "Âşık Edebiyatı", "Tekke-Tasavvuf Edebiyatı" başlıkları altında ele alınmıştır. Sonuç kısmı ise tüm bölümlerin genel bir değerlendirmesi niteliğini taşımaktadır.This study has been prepared in order to identify the elements of folk science in the published works and radio plays of Yahya Akengin, one of the authors of Hisar journal, and to show examples of them. Yahya Akengin is a writer who is almost integrated with Turkish culture. This situation shows that the artist made great use of folk science when creating his works. It is possible to find traces of folk culture, folk life, traditions and customs in all kinds of works of the author. The first part of the study, which consists of a total of four parts, is "Introduction". In this section, the subject, purpose and importance, scope, material and method of the research are given. In the second part, the Life, Art and Works of Yahya Akengin are discussed; in the third part, the elements of folk science in the author's works are given in the form of titles using the classifications made in this field. In the fourth chapter, the elements of folk literature contained in the works are discussed under the headings of "Anonymous Folk Literature", "Ashik Literature", "Tekke-Sufi Literature". The conclusion part is a general evaluation of all the sections

This book stunt drew attention to Islamic creationism as a growing phenomenon, and to Harun Yahya as its most prominent proponent globally. Harun Yahya is allegedly the pen name of the Turkish author and preacher Adnan Oktar. Behind the brand name “Harun Yahya”, a highly prosperous religious enterprise is in operation, devoted not merely to the debunking of Darwinism, but also to the promotion of Islam. Backed by his supporters, Oktar channels vast financial resources into producing numerous books, dvds, websites and lately also television shows promoting his message. The aim of this dissertation is to shed light on the Harun Yahya enterprise by examining selected texts published in the framework of the enterprise. It describes, analyzes and contextualizes four key themes in the works of Harun Yahya, namely conspiracy theories, nationalism/neo-Ottomanism, creationism and apocalypticism/Mahdism. The dissertation traces the development of the enterprise from a religious community emerging in Turkey in the mid-1980s to a global da‘wa enterprise, and examines the way in which its discourse has changed over time. The dissertation’s point of departure is the notion that the Harun Yahya enterprise and the ideas it promotes must primarily be understood within the Turkish context from which it emerged. Drawing on analytical frameworks from social movement theory and rhetorical analysis as well as contemporary perspectives on Islamic da‘wa and activism, the study approaches Harun Yahya as a religious entrepreneur seeking market shares in the contemporary market for Islamic proselytism by adopting and adapting popular discourses both in the Turkish and global contexts. Get PDFTässä kehittämistehtävässä tarkoituksena oli lisätä ymmärrystä itsensä johtamisen haasteista opiskelevan yrittäjän itsensä kehittämiseksi. Työn tavoitteena oli selvittää opiskelijayrittäjän itsensä johtamisen haasteet ja voimavarat, joita voidaan hyödyntää kiireisen elämän tasapainottamiseksi. Opinnäytetyössä on kuvattu miten opiskelijayrittäjä voi kehittää itsen-sä johtamistaan, löytämällä ja käyttämällä voimavarakeinoja hyödyksi tosielämän tilanteissa. Kohdeyrityksenä on opinnäytetyön kirjoittajan oma yritys, jolle lopputuotos tehdään. Työn lopputuotoksena opinnäytetyön kirjoittaja laatii itsensä johtamisen oppaan opiskelevalle yrittäjälle, jonka tarkoituksena on auttaa muita samassa elämäntilanteessa olevia opiskelijayrittäjiä.
Opinnäytetyön tietoperusta koostui itsensä johtamisen teoreettisesta ja strategisesta näkökulmasta yleisesti. Itsensä johtamisen voimavarat osiossa käsiteltiin psykologista pääomaa, minäpystyvyyttä, henkilökohtaista hyvinvointia ja ajanhallintaa sekä ajanhallinnan tekniikoi-ta. Tämän opinnäytetyön lähestymistavaksi valittiin tutkimuksellinen kehittämistyö, joka tutkii kehitettävää kohdetta palvelumuotoilumalliprosessin avulla. Yhteiskehittämismenetelmän luomisprosessi toimi käytännön tasolla tutkimustyön eteenpäin viemisessä, jossa lopputuotoksena saatiin luotua uusi konsepti eli opas opiskelevalle yrittäjälle. Kehittämistyön aineistonkeruumenetelmiksi valittiin puolistrukturoitu haastattelu ja yksi osallistava ideointityöpaja. Tulosten analyysi tehtiin teoriaohjaavana sisällönanalyysina.
Kehittämistyön tulokset osoittivat, että itsensä johtaminen on haaste, jota tulisi kehittää jatkuvasti. Voimavarakeinojen tarve on välttämättömyys yksilötasolla. Haasteena koettiin aiheen laajuus, mutta työn aihealueeseen oltiin tyytyväisiä ja sitä pidettiin mielenkiintoisena sekä ajankohtaisena. Oppaan sisältö rakentui osallistujien toiveiden mukaisesti ja se sisältää: ajanhallinta tekniikan työkaluja, määritelmiä itsensä johtamisesta ja voimavarakeinoja hyvinvoinnista, aikatauluttamisesta ja psykologisen pääoman kyvyistä. Johtopäätökseni on, että opasta on nähty hyödylliseksi lähinnä sen käytännöllisyyden kannalta ja sille on kysyntää.The purpose of this development task was to increase the understanding of the challenges of self-management to develop the self-employed student. The aim of the work was to find out the challenges and resources of self-management of a student entrepreneur, which can be utilized to balance a busy life. The thesis describes how a student entrepreneur can develop self-management by finding and utilizing resources in real-life situations. The target company is the author's own company, for which the final output will be made. The final output of the thesis is a self-management guide for the student entrepreneur, the purpose of which is to help other student entrepreneurs in the same life situation.
The knowledge base of the thesis consists of the theoretical and strategical perspective of self-management in general. Psychological capital, self-capability, personal well-being, and time management techniques are dealt with and described in the self-management section. The approach of this thesis was chosen to be in the style of research development, which examines the object to be developed with the help of service design model process. The method of co-development creation worked on a practical level in taking the research work forward, where the end product was to become a new concept, a guide for the studying en-trepreneur. A semi-structured interview and one participatory brainstorming workshop were chosen as the data collection methods for the development work. The analysis of the results was performed as a theory-guiding content analysis.
The results show that self-management is challenging and requires continues development. The need for resources is a necessity at the individual level. The scope of the topic was considered challenging yet satisfactory, and it was considered interesting and topical. The con-tent of the guide was built according to the wishes of the participants, and it includes: Techniques and tools for time management, definitions of self-management and resource tools for well-being, scheduling, and the underlining abilities of one’s own psychological capital. The author concludes that the guide is useful mainly in terms of its practicality and that there is a real need for it
