The individualisation of independent work in the professional training of future teachers contributes to the stable achievement of results in professional and pedagogical training, as it takes into account the needs, motivation, and capabilities of the student. One of the leading technologies of innovative education is tutoring, which ensures an open educational environment in a higher education institution. The article outlines the results of an experimental study of the state of individualisation of independent work in the professional training of future university teachers on the basis of comprehensive, competence-based, systemic and activity-based approaches. The experiment was conducted in the form of a questionnaire among 54 respondents – master students majoring in "011 – Educational, Pedagogical Sciences" of the Mykhailo Drahomanov Ukrainian State University in order to find out their attitude to the current individualisation of independent work and the introduction of tutoring technology. The respondents were offered a Google Forms questionnaire "The current state of individualisation of students' independent work in higher education institutions", which consisted of 10 questions with possible answers. The results of the experiment showed that modern higher education institutions do not provide adequate conditions for the development of important skills and qualities in students, such as independence, the ability for self-education, self-development, and self-knowledge. It is established that the majority of master's students express their dissatisfaction with the organisation of individualised independent work in higher education institutions, which is due to insufficient attention to their interests, needs, and motives. It is proposed to introduce an integrated form of professional and pedagogical training of future teachers – tutoring technology as an important mechanism for innovating education, which can ensure the openness of the educational and scientific environment. The essence of the educational process under the guidance of a tutor, when a student acts as a tutor on the basis of subject-subject partnership interaction, is revealed. The results of the confirmatory experiment make it possible to further study the conceptual foundations of tutoring as a leading technology for individualising the educational and scientific process. The developed experimental study on the current state of individualisation of independent work in higher education institutions can be implemented at all levels of training of future pedagogical specialists.

The article is devoted to the theoretical substantiation of the expediency of introducing tutoring technology as a type of pedagogical innovation in the professional and pedagogical training of a teacher at a higher education institution. It was found that professional and pedagogical training is an important normative condition within the framework of the pedagogical master's degree in higher education in the preparation of future teachers of the institution of higher education. Due to the considered psychological and pedagogical concepts, which are related to the concept of "individual education", we managed to outline the technology of individualization of education. This made it possible to generalize that professional-pedagogical activity can be implemented in a higher education institution within the framework of a pedagogical master's degree as one of the types of pedagogical innovation based on an individualized approach to learning – tutoring technology. Tutoring is able to fully implement the professional and pedagogical training of a teacher of a higher education institution based on acmeological, humanistic, personal-activity, context-competence approaches. At the same time, ensure flexibility, variability and practical orientation of professional and pedagogical training at various stages of educational and scientific activity

Abstract
Background: The five-year survival rate of early stage (I and II) oral squamous cell carcinoma might be about 80%, but of advanced stage (III and IV) oral squamous cell carcinoma is only approximately 20%. Because most cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma are preceded by clinically evident oral potentially malignant disorders, it is important to prevent malignant change for those patients diagnosed with oral potentially malignant disorders. Purpose: to estimate the malignant transformation rate of a retrospective cohort of 293 patients with oral leukoplakia (OL) and oral lichen planus (OLP) (mean follow-up of 4,5 years) and identify significant risk factors of malignant transformation in Ukraine. Materials and Methods: All archived files of patients with the clinical and pathologic diagnosis of OL and OLP from 2011 to 2015 were retrospectively reviewed in Oncology Hospital in Zhitomir and Chernigov. All clinical history and follow-up data were obtained from the archived files. Information regarding gender, age, site of lesions at the time of the initial diagnosis of OL and OLP was all documented in detail. Results: Two important parameters should be considered when evaluating the potential for malignant transformation of OPMDs. First, the initial OPMD lesions should be confirmed using histopathological diagnoses; second, the amount of time it takes for the lesion to be transformed into a malignancy at the same location as the original OPMD lesion. Conclusions: In the current study, we analyzed and updated the data of malignant transformation of various OPMDs in a cohort of patients from Ukraine. Moreover, our data indicated that patients with OPMDs need a long-term clinical follow-up and histopathological examination is an important predictor of cancer development to monitor the possibility of malignant transformation.

Abstract
For the time being, the social network Internet acts as a direct platform for the realization of the need for self-presentation, self-identification and self-realization. There is no limit to the content of the Internet, in addition to scientific, political, economic information, there are also negative information platforms with aggressive, sexual and other negative information that have an effect on the network users. This paper focuses on analyzing the spread of suicidal information on the Internet about how to formulate guidelines for suicidal behavior. The author analyzes the contemporary specific literature on the phenomenon of suicide, analyzes the communication space available to the population of our country - social and search networks. This problem is considered in the context of the development and spread of communication on the Internet deviant subcultures and their negative impact on the adoption of norms, values and behaviors by young people.
This study is a pilot study conducted to identify current trends in the impact of the Internet on adolescent behavior, including suicidal ones, with a view to further developing both algorithms for an individual complex program of psychosocial rehabilitation and group psycho-corrective programs that take into gender.

Studium tenkých vrstev oxidu ceru pro biosenzorické aplikace
Název práce: Studium tenkých vrstev oxidu ceru pro biosenzorické aplikace Autor: Yuliia Kosto Katedra: Katedra fyziky povrchů a plazmatu Vedoucí disertační práce: Prof. RNDr. Druhým směrem této práce je studium polykrystalických tenkých vrstev oxidu ceru jako elekrody pro elektrochemickou a elektrochemiluminiscenční...Title: Study of cerium oxide thin films for biosensing applications Author: Yuliia Kosto Department: Department of Surface and Plasma Science Supervisor: Prof. RNDr. Vladimír Matolín, DrSc. Abstract: The presented scientific work was conducted in two main directions. The first one is an investigation of the simple biomolecules (glycine and sarcosine) bonding to cerium oxide model films by surface science techniques: photoelectron and near-edge X-ray absorption spectroscopies. Adsorption chemistry and thermal stability of the molecules on the oxides were studied in relation to the oxidation state of ceria cations, film morphology, and molecular deposition method. The oxygen vacancies in the oxide were shown to affect the adsorption geometry of glycine and stimulate molecular decomposition. The polycrystalline oxide morphology provided stabilizing effect on the glycine adlayer. Sarcosine deposited in vacuum formed densely packed adlayer with the molecules directed outwards. Interestingly, the results revealed that molecular film deposited from the aqueous solution, in contrast to deposition in vacuum, induces continuous reduction of the cerium oxide during thermal annealing. The second part is a study of polycrystalline cerium oxide thin films as an electrode for electrochemical and electrochemiluminescent...Katedra fyziky povrchů a plazmatuDepartment of Surface and Plasma ScienceFaculty of Mathematics and PhysicsMatematicko-fyzikální fakult
