    Truth is an absolute that must be achieved by human beings. It is because there is an element of the human instincts characteristic in the truth; to seek, to understand and to comprehend. Without the truth, human life would lose a barometer of humanity values. There is a problem when a standard of truth is seized by some ideologies which come from human thought. Therefore, this paper tries to research the concept of truth deeper, including the process of its presence and its causes. To shorten the long discussion of the theory of truth, the author of this article tries to focus his research on Ibnu Sina’s theory of the truth. As a great philosopher of Islam, Ibnu Sina has an ideal concept ofepistemology, so it is worthy to be studied. For the theory of truth, Ibnu Sina has an interesting view on it. According to him, the truth is contained in philosophical thinking which he describes as wisdom. He divides it into two main concepts. In addition, he also explains the the relation between the truth and the philosophy built upon three important reasons. This paper also explains the relation between the truth and the concept of mind, which is called kama>l al-awwal in Ibnu Sina’s terms.     This research discusses the attitude of moderation in fighting radicalism movements, especially in Indonesia. Why is this research interesting to discuss? Radicalism movements must be stemmed by education and understanding of the diversity of religious understandings in Indonesia. Therefore, the author offers Ibn Rushd's thoughts and personality as a famous philosopher. In historical records, Ibnu Rushd was a scholar who never attacked personally and accused his opponents of deviations in religious understanding. The moderation attitude shown by Ibnu Rushd can be used as an example in forming the character of Muslims in Indonesia. In terms of methodology, this article is a type of library research. Next, the author explores data from Ibn Rushd's books and uses a philosophical approach with content analysis. According to Ibnu Rushd, a scholar must have some essential personality traits of moderation. There are three parts: before, in, and after thinking. Before thinking, a scholar must have a personality that is open, honest, curious, skeptical, brave and patient. The ulama's personality in thinking is speculative, willing to be guided by experience and reason, willing to accept, ready to face mistakes and brave in making decisions.     The dogma of resurrection after death is a very interesting subject to discuses since it contains controversy among Moslem schoolers. It hase being by philosophers since medieval era. Al-Ghazali outlined rejection against the philosophers about bodily resurrection in his book entitled Tahafut al-Falasifah (Confusions of the Philosophers), precisely in the last issue of the twenty issuesdiscussing the absence of a physical generation. Responding to the attack, Ibnu Rushd appeared to defend the philosophers of the attack and pagan. It is in this context Ibnu Rushd wrote is book Tahafut al-Tahafut (The Ambiguity of the Book Ambiguity).Departing from this background the author proposes research questions as follows : 1). How the thought of Al-Ghazali and Ibnu Rushd about human resurrection in the afterlife. 2). What are the causes and implications of about Al-Ghazali, as and Ibnu Rushd different talk about human resurrection in the afterlife. Goals to a achiev from the study are : 1). to comprehend the thought ofAl-Ghazali and Ibn Rushd about human resurrection in the afterlife. 2). to determine the causes and implications of Al-Ghazali and Ibnu Rushd thoughts on the respective issue.In terms of methodology, the author follows several steps : Determinain data sources, collecting data, and arrange data, and analyzing data. Primary data is retrieved from Al-Ghazali’s book Tahafut al-Falasifah especially on the twenty issues and that of Ibnu Rushd Tahafut al-Tahafut. Secondary data is retrieved from books related to Al-Ghazali and Ibnu Rusyd. The collected datais analyzed by comparative method.Conclusions of this study are as follow: First, Al-Ghazali holds that the surrection will occur in body and soul. On the other hand, Ibnu Rushd and other philosophers maintain that the revival will occur only in soul. Secondly, the cause of this disagreement is the difference in interpreting the Qur’anic verses of resurrection. As for Ibnu Rushd, philosophers’ exegesis does not mean toreduce sense of primacy of the hearafter. Therefore, this implies that the philosophers should not be the subject of infidel accuse just because of their thoughts. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan makna laba dalam pandangan Ibnu Khaldun yang direfleksikan melalui Muqaddimah. Dengan Hermeneutik Schleiermacher, yaitu metode tafsir teks yang berorientasi pada wawasan historis dan psikologis penulis, dapat dipahami bahwa Ibnu Khaldun memaknai laba sebagai; 1) tambahan nilai yang disebabkan karena adanya tambahan nilai produksi, 2) laba dipengaruhi oleh respon permintaan karena ada perubahan harga dan kebutuhan masyarakat, 3) laba harus tercipta dari kerja nyata yang dapat menambah nilai barang atau jasa, 4) keuntungan yang diperoleh secara tidak sengaja merupakan rezeki dari Allah SWT.     AbstractCurrently, discussions related to moral education are being discussed very hotly. As a scholar as well as a Muslim philosopher who was quite famous in his time, Ibnu Miskawaih had his own concept regarding how to cultivate good morals in students. As it is known that he is a scholar as well as a Muslim philosopher who pays more attention to the field of sahsiah. This research is intended so that we can understand the concept of the best moral education in the perspective of Ibnu Miskawaih in instilling good morals in students as objects of education. This literature research focuses on the formation of the Muslim personality based on the perspective of Ibnu Miskawaih. The author tries to dig deeper into the literature related to the moral philosophy that was initiated by Ibnu Miskawaih, which is then compared and a conclusion is drawn. In this study, it was found that the core of all moral inculcation activities in students is habituation. Because human nature can develop according to the environment and time in life. However, it cannot be denied that genetics also has its own role in shaping one's character. Therefore, it is appropriate that Ibnu Miskawaih is called the father of Islamic ethics with a progressive view. He does not deny the existence of genetics in his moral concept, on the contrary he also does not consider that genetics is absolute. He believes that a person's character can be formed with the help of aspects outside the individual.AbstrakDewasa ini diskusi terkait pendidikan akhlak sedang sangat hangat dibicarakan. Selaku cendekiawan sekaligus seorang ahli filsafat muslim yang cukup terkenal pada masanya, Ibnu Miskawaih memiliki konsep tersendiri terkait cara memupuk akhlak baik dalam diri peserta didik. Sebagaimana diketahui bahwa beliau adalah seorang cendekiawan sekaligus seorang ahli filsafat muslim yang memberikan perhatian lebih pada bidang sahsiah. Penelitian ini ditujuankan agar kita dapat memahami konsep terbaik perspektif Ibnu Miskawaih untuk menanamkan akhlak baik pada diri siswa selaku objek pendidikan. Penelitian yang bersifat kepustakaan ini memfokuskan kepada pembentukan peribadi muslim berdasarkan persepektif Ibnu Miskawaih. Penulis berusaha menggali lebih dalam literatur-literatur yang berkaitan dengan filsafat akhlak yang dicetuskan oleh Ibnu Miskawaih, yang kemudian dilakukan komparasi dan dibina sebuah kesimpulan. Pada penelitian ini, ditemukan inti dari seluruh aktivitas penanaman akhlak pada peserta didik adalah pembiasaan. Karena sejatinya watak manusia itu dapat berkembang sesuai dengan lingkungan dan waktu dalam kehidupannya. Namun demikian tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa genetika juga membawa peran tersendiri dalam pembentukan watak seseorang. Oleh itu, pantaslah jika Ibnu Miskawaih disebut sebagai Bapak Etika Islam yang berpandangan progresif. Beliau tidak menafikan adanya genetika dalam konsep akhlak beliau, sebaliknya beliau juga tidak menganggap bahwa genetika itu bersifat mutlak. Thing that can lead people to not associate with God. Customs or human traditions greatly deviate from the teachings of tauhid. This mistake in understanding the teachings of tauhid causes a part of Muslim to supplicate Allah. In the midst of society there are attitudinal problems related to tauhid, such as a part of the community and santri in Probolinggo, East Java, believing someone named Dimas Kanjeng is someone who is able to double money. Events like this are things that must be resolved so that errors in understanding the teachings of tauhid can be anticipated and understood by all generations of Indonesian Muslim. So the author is interested in lifting the title this study on tauhid education that contains in surah Al-Ikhlas according to the Ibnu Katsir tafsir.     In this article, we will explain the deconstruction of Ibnu Khaldun's educational thought, what the concepts, goals and curriculum of education are according to Ibnu Khaldun and discuss whether this is still relevant today. The author uses the Library Research method or library method. Library research is a series of activities related to library data collection, reading, storage and processing of research materials. Ibnu Khaldun was born on 1 Ramadhan 732 H. or 27 May 1332 M. In Tunisia. His family was of Andalusian descent who emigrated to Tunisia in the mid  7 H. Ibn Khaldun's perspective on education is still in line with the independent curriculum (KM) that is implemented today.     This study focuses on discussing the effectiveness of using audio-visual learning media in improving student learning outcomes in PAI subjects at SMP IT Ibnu Sina Merauke. In accordance with the title that the author took, the type of research conducted by the author was field qualitative (Field Research). This type of qualitative field research (Field Research) is research that requires researchers to go to the field to make observations about a phenomenon in a natural state. By way of observation, interviews and documentation related to the problem to be studied. Field qualitative research conducted by the author aims to examine and determine the effectiveness of using audio-visual learning media in improving student learning outcomes in PAI subjects at SMP IT Ibnu Sina Merauke. After analyzing the conditions in the field, the results show that the learning process is carried out using audio-visual learning media at SMP IT Ibnu Sina Merauke, it is necessary to carry out several stages, namely: the preparation stage, the planning stage, the implementation stage and the evaluation stage. Then the factors that cause an increase in student learning outcomes by using audio-visual learning media, including: Facilities and infrastructure, teachers, students and the environment. Forms of using audio-visual learning media in improving student learning outcomes at SMP IT Ibnu Sina Merauke, use three forms, namely: forms of motivation, forms of information and forms of teaching. It can be said that the use of audio-visual learning media is very effective in improving student learning outcomes, especially in PAI subjects at SMP IT Ibnu Sina Merauke. As an implication of this research it is recommended that schools should provide facilities and infrastructure to support the learning process, especially audio-visual learning media. With this media, every learning, especially in PAI subjects, will be fun learning and produce the maximum expected achievement of learning objective

    The main problem and research is consumer protection in fintech agreements (online loans) viewed from the perspective of Ibnu Taimiyah and positive law, namely based on POJK, and looking at the extent to which consumer protection has been regulated in Islamic law and positive law. The type of research in writing this thesis uses normative legal research, with a qualitative approach and the data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data sources with data collection techniques in the form of library studies. From the research conducted by the author, it can be concluded thatIbnu Tamiyah's perspective on consumer protection regarding online loan cartels highlights the importance of justice, equality and rejection of exploitation in economic transactions. Through Islamic moral and ethical principles, Ibnu Tamiyah emphasized the need to ensure that business practices do not harm or exploit consumers, and that all parties involved in economic transactions have equal and fair access. Consumer protection from Ibnu Tamiyah's perspective also emphasizes the importance of complying with applicable laws and increasing consumer education and awareness about their rights.Existing fintech (online loan) agreements have not been able to fully protect consumer rights and obligations in accordance with existing legal regulations such as the MUI DSN Fatwa Number 117. Because currently only one regulation for sharia fintech has been used as a source. The main law is the MUI DSN Fatwa Number 117 of 2018 concerning Information Technology-Based Financing Services Based on Sharia Principles. Meanwhile, consumer protection in positive law is based on POJK Number 77 of 2016 and POJK Number 13 of 2018. The author found the fact that the OJK Regulation on Consumer Protection in the financial services sector actually provides protection and in it guarantees order, certainty and justice for consumers, but POJK only regulates one aspects of the online loan agreement, namely conventional online loans

    Moral education in general are distinguished into two categories, namely moral education rational and moral education of sufism. One of the classic philosophers considered mazhab rational moral education is Ibnu Miskawaih. Whereas considered a classic figure mazhab sufism moral education is Al-Gazālī. Ibnu Miskawaih and Al-Gazālī was a prominent Muslim representative in the field of morals (ethics), moral education thought both figures can be revived into modern times, in order to filter the currents of globalization and knowledge of information technology that is constantly evolving. So the creation of a critical human, intelligent, and noble moral in the middle of the rate of development of the times. Based on the background of the problems mentioned above, the purpose of this research is to know how the thought of Ibnu Miskawaih and Al-Gazālī about moral education, and to find out how the similarities and differences of thinking between Ibn Miskawaih with Al-Gazālī about moral education. This type of research is a library research with the philosophical approach. From the research that has been done, the author finds that: (1) Education moral thought Ibnu Miskawaih that is human essence lies in the faculty think (through the brain), and the concept of the middle way doctrine, namely their ways as the basis of moral virtue, where the size is reasonable and the religion. The purpose of education their ways are social. Educational material covering their ways; the science of jurisprudence, the science of morals, and morals. A method of education that is natural, conditioning their ways, riyāḍah and mujāhadah. The obligation to educate first-time is his parents. Education moral thought of Al-Gazālī that is the very essence of man lies in the strength of knowledge (through the liver), and the concept of the middle way doctrine, namely their ways as the basis of moral virtue, where the size is reasonable and the religion. Their ways are individual educational objectives. Educational material according to the morals of all their ways commendable jurisprudence. Method of education their ways through a gift from God and perfection of fiṭri, conditioning, riyāḍah and mujāhadah. According to him, the parents are the first educators for a child. Then, the environment and food or beverage item will affect the the formation of a moral person. (2) The overall moral education thought of Ibnu Miskawaih and Al-Gazālī has a lot in common.
