Due to the harmful effects of air pollution on health, outdoor air pollution standards are getting stricter. Because of environmental changes, the Minister of Environment and Forestry Regulation No. 14/2020 must reevaluate the concentration limits for ISPU parameters. This study aimed to examine the concentration ranges and ISPU values for SO2, NO2, CO, O3, and PM10 in industrial estates on Java Island, and set concentration limits for five relevant ISPU parameters based on the results of monitoring, sampling, and toxicity studies. A drop in the average concentration of the five ISPU parameters in 2022 compared to monitoring from 2015 to 2019 shows that the air quality in industrial estates on Java Island is improving. The ISPU values between 10 and 56 are in the good-to-moderate range, which means that the air quality is still good enough for the health of humans, animals, and plants. The relevant concentration limit recommendations for ISPU in good-to-moderate categories for SO2, NO2, CO, O3, and PM10 were 42–77 μg/Nm3, 29–120 μg/Nm3, 3519–5037 μg/Nm3, 33–97 μg/Nm3, and 29–82 μg/Nm3, respectively. The results of this study can be used to improve Indonesia’s ambient air quality index system (ISPU)

Building harmonious and peaceful interaction between communities of different religions, is necessary to change the theological paradigm; that is passive, textual, and exclusive, leading towards the theology of inclusive, mutual respect, mutual recognition of existence, thinking and being positive among others. The paradigm of plural education in the future is democratic education, this can only be realized in a democratic society, nation and country. By providing the opportunities for the implementation of harmony and peace. The author describes about the Comparison of Islamic Education with Non-Islam (comparative study in Madrasah Tsanawiyah As-Shiddiqi and Catholic Junior High Schools (SMP) in Pamekasan Regency). The different point of these two educational institutions is the allocation of lesson hour (JTM). In Islamic Education is 2 hours a week in each religious material including Fiqh, Al-Quran, Aqidah and SKI subjects. Whereas in Catholic education is only given about 2 lessons, and the other is the same as other general education. For educational institutions that are speciï¬ed into Uskupan or Romo, the applied curriculum is a matter of theology, such as seminaries starting from senior high school until universityMembangun interaksi umat beragama dan antarumat beragama secara harmonis dan damai, perlu mengubah paradigma teologis yang pasif, tekstualis, dan eklusif, menuju teologi yang inklusif, saling menghormati, saling mengakui eksistensi, berfikir dan bersikap positif antar sesama.

Since Proclamation of Indonesian Idependent dated August 17, 1945, at that’s time national public figures (the founding fathers) had choosen and agreed to determine that Indonesia State is that based on laws. The laws  which may be made as pijakan and life foundation of nation and state  in order to manifest  objective and ideals of independence. In Constitution 1945,  statement of Indonesia State as Law One it just had been specified in its elucidation, nevertheless, post reform era of 1998, ie, by third amendement  of Constitution 1945, then, such statement had been  affirmed in body of Constitution 1945 Chapter I (Form and Sovereignty) Article 1 paragraph 3 ennunciated  : "Negara Indonesia is Law One[1]) Of course, as law state, such law enactment in State is not released from law history had ever been applied in community of such nation previously.  Law state applied in Indonesia is law system "Civil Law", i.e, codification or written law system.[2]) Such national and state life of Indonesia proclaimed as law state had taken place in tide and ebb condition either consistently or inconsitently In climate changes of global society  community signed by  extraordinary advance in science and technology, information technology specially,  as culmination point  which result in reform waves of Reform yang melanda  unitary state by collaps of regime of New Order on May Mei 1998 by demanding to return format rightly and correctly (reform) in terms of national and state life in field politic, economic and law specially.[3] Speak on reform, unless  aspect of right and correct restructuring (reforming) of national and state order, of course, by consequency to do transformation/changing against  older order to manifest  idealized order  in accordance with objective of Independence Proclamation. In this case specially, the outhor will discuss  in terms of law and  in field of law enforcement by authority of In field of law and that of law enforcement through authority of Judicial affairs   (The Judge ) more specially.. "Law role in development is to ensure that such changes occurred regularly. There is assumption which may be said near confidence that such regular change may be assisted by legislations or even  court’s award  or combination of them” [4]) Indonesia which follow Civil Law system, i.e, law in written or Codefication law, of course, such law codification will not be able to accommodate of all community aspiration. Additionally, in reform and transformation era  in which change and progress had occurred so speed, hence, although legislators who work so rapidly, but, problems arising in community requiring more faster regulation. Hence, frequently, in community occurred any problem which of legislation had not been passed or in oher word, there is  law vacuum. In this  formal system, such law vacuum contention is conducted by Judge  when to his/her presented any case being not regulated in prevailing legislations, impossibly,  it may be applied although it had been interpretated. Clause of Article 24 paragraph 1 of  Laws  No 4 of 2004 on Judicial affairs Authority as enunciated   : " Judge as law and justice enforcer should exhume, follow and understand  law values  existing in community.. The word of exhume assumed that  such law is exist, but it was still hidened, to bring it up the surface, it should be exhumed, discovered and forwarded, as not nothing, then, it is created. Scholten said that in any such human behavior there was law. Whereas, at anytime human had behaven or created, so that, it may be said that such law had existed, and human only exhume, seek out and find it.[5]). Activities of Judge fo fulfil law vacuum in this law system is by  conduct law creation. Such law creation may be conducted by  discovering law (rechtsvinding) and law creation (rechtschepping), hence, none of case may not be  judged and none of problem may not be legislated. Additionally, when such law discovery and law creation conducted by Supreme Court Justice, it’s very benefit  for law world. Court Supreme as instrument  for law and truth enforcement so as not    get stumbled  to being not up to date. Also as last instance of court, it is wished being able to bring about innovative  judgement (jurisprudence) in accordance with justice taste of community. Supreme Court Justice as law and justice enforcer should should exhume, follow and understand  law values  existing in community. When any rules and provisions had not been obvious or regulated yet, the Judge should get action  based on to settle case. In other word, to decide what is law, although rules and provisions  had not assisted [6]). Based on description above, refer to the title of this  minor paper, then, the author  may pick two (2) variables contained therein to be discussed more details as follows: Supreme Court Justice as  Agent of Change. No full text
This study focuses on the study of the deconstruction towards the concept of character’s existentialism in Veronica Roth's Divergent which begins with the propagation of existentialism as a mainstream value in the novel but still raises problems and issues of freedom. Generally, this study has two main problems: (1) how deconstruction works on the existentialism of the characters in the novel, (2) what are the inherent values contained in the novel as a result of the deconstruction study of the concept of character’s existentialism. This study employs the theory and method of deconstruction as a framework of analysis and existentialism as a concept. The result of this study indicates that the existentialism echoed by the author as the primary value is deconstructed into character’s dehumanization who deals with the non-freedom of choice of life.

Wind turbines are one of the machines that are currently still used to convert wind kinetic energy so that they can be used by humans such as to drive pumps in agriculture and produce electrical energy. Savonius turbine is a vertical axis turbine that is currently widely used as an electrical energy generator, this wind turbine is a type of drag type wind turbine that has a simple design that is in the form of a semicircular curved blade side. Therefore, the author is interested in researching the resulting performance including turbine rotational speed, power generated, and wind turbine efficiency against the variation of the blade radius. The method used is experimental, the stages of this research are in the form of literature studies, making savonius turbines, testing savonius turbines with variations in blade radius as well as data retrieval, data processing, and analysis. Based on the data obtained, the rotating speed of the turbine is influenced by variations in the radius of the blade. The larger the blade radius, the smaller the turbine rotational speed. The maximum turbine rotation speed at blade radius 63 is 173 rpm, while at blade radius, 88 is 118 rpm and at blade radius 113 is 115 rpm. So the highest turbine rotating speed at a radius of 63

Prevention of corruption through strengthening local wisdom has not been done much. Departing from this, the purpose of this study is to reveal efforts to develop an anti-corruption education culture in the community through the implementation of the Huyula culture of the Gorontalo community. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of Huyula can be a community effort in cultivating anti-corruption values. The typical behavior of the Gorontalo people, which is starting to be difficult to find, is considered to be a medium for educating anti-corruption values, including honesty, discipline, responsibility, hard work, simple, independent, fair, brave, and caring. The suggestions that the author can give through this research are: 1) Indonesia is a storehouse of local wisdom which of course contains positive values, including the huyula tradition of the Gorontalo community, so it must be preserved; 2) cultivating anti-corruption values through the implementation of the huyula tradition which is included in non-formal education is expected to be a reference in learning in formal education in schools and universities so that it has sustainable benefits.Pencegahan korupsi melalui penguatan kembali kearifan lokal belum banyak dilakukan.

Kata Kunci : Pajak, Penjual, Pembeli, Produk, Makanan Abstract Tax is a community contribution to the state or government which is closely related to ownership, income, purchase price of goods, and other economic factors. However, the main challenge that people often face today is when they want to buy products or food. In the purchasing process, the buyer is subject to a 10% VAT by the seller, as stated in the purchase note. In this article the author uses the perspective of halal science in Islam. The aim of this research is to obtain answers to the buyer-seller tax process from the perspective of halal science in Islam and what the ulama think regarding this issue. This research applies a qualitative approach which tends to be descriptive, especially in the form of library research. In the data collection process, researchers used documentation methods to obtain very detailed information. Data is collected from library sources that have been reviewed, corrected for inaccurate words, and then described in detail in accordance with the research framework previously established in the relevant sub-chapter. From this research, the results obtained show that taxes are permitted in Islam but on condition that they do not disregard the principles of Islamic law, and are used for the benefit of society because taxes are collected from the community for the community. However, in the Islamic perspective, collecting VAT is charged to the buyer, so the seller is considered haram lighairihi, or external factors should be avoided.
