THE ROLE AND LEGITIMACY OF AMIL ZAKAT IN THE DISTRIBUTION OF ZAKAT FITRAH: A CRITICAL STUDY BASED ON THE PERSPECTIVE OF MAQASID SHARIA AND INDONESIAN POSITIVE LAW: PERAN DAN LEGITIMASI AMIL ZAKAT DALAM DISTRIBUSI ZAKAT FITRAH: STUDI KRITIS BERDASARKAN PERSPEKTIF MAQASID SYARIAH DAN HUKUM POSITIF INDONESIA
Zakat collectors in various regions in Indonesia carry out their duties without going through the oath process as prescribed by law. As a result, the invalidity of zakat can occur when the muzakki submits his zakat to an unsworn zakat collector, the absence of an oath on the zakat collector also has the potential to weaken public trust in zakat management. In Medan City, there is the National Zakat Collection Agency (BAZNAS) which is responsible for the appointment and oath-taking of the collector. Zakat management in the areas of Medan City is empowered using the Zakat Collection Unit (UPZ) which has been appointed and authorized by BAZNAS. And there are still many UPZs that are not appointed, authorized and registered still carrying out zakat management in the Medan City community. This study will analyze how the legal validity of the distribution of zakat fitrah by unsworn collectors is based on the perspective of zakat regulations in Indonesia and maqasid sharia, as well as the implications of government regulations on zakat management at BAZNAS and UPZ Medan City. The research in this thesis is a field research. This research is descriptive analytical with an normatif-empirical approach. Data collection techniques are by observation, interviews and documentation. After the data is collected, the author analyzes it qualitatively descriptively using the maslahah theory and legal effectiveness. The results of this study indicate that the legal validity of the distribution of zakat fitrah through unsworn amil based on the perspective of zakat laws in Indonesia is invalid, because based on applicable laws, zakat amil (UPZ) must be appointed and approved by the government and cooperate with the city BAZNAS. Meanwhile, based on the maqasid sharia of Jasser Auda, the distribution of zakat fitrah through unsworn amil is valid because the formation of the Zakat Collection Unit (UPZ) of the mosque is based on the welfare of the Muslim community. The implications of zakat regulations in Indonesia on the management of zakat at BAZNAS and UPZ and the community have a very good impact, because there is an increase in cooperation between UPZ and BAZNAS Medan City and the community around UPZ
Penerapan Prinsip Arsitektur Ekologi pada Perancangan Pusat Rehabilitasi Narkoba di Kabupaten Bulukumba
ABSTRAKPendekatan arsitektur ekologis dipilih karena mampu menciptakan lingkungan binaan yang sehat, berkelanjutan, dan mendukung proses penyembuhan pengguna (NAPZA). Lingkungan fisik yang nyaman dan alami diyakini dapat memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kondisi psikologis dan emosional pasien rehabilitasi. Penataan massa bangunan dirancang menyatu dengan kontur dan kondisi alam sekitar untuk meminimalkan kerusakan lingkungan. Ruang terbuka hijau dimanfaatkan sebagai area terapi luar ruang yang mendukung aktivitas refleksi dan pemulihan mental. Konsep sirkulasi udara alami diterapkan untuk menciptakan kualitas udara dalam ruang yang lebih baik dan menyehatkan. Selain itu, desain bangunan memperhatikan orientasi matahari untuk mengurangi konsumsi energi buatan. Fasilitas pendukung seperti ruang konseling, ruang ibadah, dan area kegiatan dirancang dengan suasana yang tenang dan privat.. Dengan pendekatan ini, pusat rehabilitasi diharapkan tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai tempat pemulihan fisik, tetapi juga sebagai sarana pembinaan mental dan spiritual. Hasil perancangan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi pengembangan fasilitas rehabilitasi berbasis arsitektur berkelanjutan di Indonesia.Kata Kunci: Arsitektur Ekologi, Pusat Rehabilitasi, Narkoba, Lingkungan Sosial, Kabupaten Bulukumba.
ABSTRACTThe Ecological Architecture approach was chosen because it can create a healthy, sustainable built environment that supports the healing process of drug users (NAPZA). A comfortable and natural physical environment is believed to have a positive influence on the psychological and emotional state of rehabilitation patients. The building's massing is designed to blend with the contours and natural conditions of the surrounding area to minimize environmental damage. Green open spaces are utilized as outdoor therapy areas that support reflection and mental recovery activities. The concept of natural air circulation is implemented to create better and healthier indoor air quality. Furthermore, the building design takes into account solar orientation to reduce artificial energy consumption. Supporting facilities such as counseling rooms, prayer rooms, and activity areas are designed to create a calm and private atmosphere. The use of water and vegetation elements also function as therapeutic elements that enhance visual and psychological comfort. With this approach, the rehabilitation center is expected to function not only as a place for physical recovery, but also as a means of mental and spiritual development. Analysis of Gibran Teguh's Online Blusukan Campaign Strategy at The 2020 Solo Elections
This paper aims to analyze the online blusukan campaign strategy used by the Gibran-Teguh in the 2020 Solo Regional Election. This is considered important to analyze because the situation in Indonesia, which is being hit by the COVID-19 pandemic, has changed the pattern of people's lives on all fronts, including politics. The candidates for regional heads and mayors are looking for new ways to campaign so that they do not violate the health protocols set by the government. In the Solo Election, one of the candidates, namely Gibran – Teguh, used an online blusukan campaign strategy. The author used the theory of mass society and network society from Jan Van Dijk to find out how this online blusukan strategy was applied to the Solo Election. This paper is conceptual research that uses a descriptive qualitative approach and literature study research methods. This study concludes that the online blusukan campaign strategy is by the types and conditions of the citizen of Solo
Studi Terhadap Nilai Public Relations Dalam Film Thank You For Smoking
Film is a form of mass communication. Film is a medium that has a strong influence on points of view, assumptions, perceptions, behavior, social systems in society. Without realizing what is presented in each discourse, tucked in the values of public relations which indirectly affect the demands of consumers. As in the Thank You For Smoking series directed by Jason Reitman in, not for entertainment, public relations values are inserted in several scenes that represent the role of the Public Relations Officer character in the film, such as a representation constructed by a mass media.The purpose of the study is to convey public relations values in a scene in the film Thank You For Smoking. To study the film Thank You For Smoking, the author uses a research method qualitative descriptive approach with content analysis. Fithrah, Basic Human Potential and the Development of Moderate Character in Religion Thematic Analysis of Hadiths of Fithrah
This article is based on the idea that there are a tendency to understand hadith in a partial way and the demand for its relevance in answering contemporary problems. This is what happens with the concept of fitrah, where the hadiths containing this theme are very diverse, but the analysis of their understanding tends to be carried out separately. Also how this concept can be developed and useful in the Indonesian context, especially regarding religious moderation. To answer this problem, the author conducted library research to examine the meaning of fitrah in the Prophet\u27s hadith by using hadith books, such as Sahih al-Bukhari as the primary data source. After the fitrah hadiths were obtained, they were then analyzed using a thematic-comprehensive method. The results of the research show that there are 2 (two) main meanings contained in the fitrah hadiths, namely: First, the nature of the religious potential of monotheism or the affirmation of God. This potential exists in every creature because it is a gift from God that was given along with the creation of humans. Second, purity. This second meaning is in principle a consequence of the religious potential that exists within humans, both physical and psychological (inner). Fitrah as basic human potential can grow into positive and/or negative characters. Therefore, the effort to maintain it is to carry out actions that support its existence, such as maintaining personal cleanliness, abstaining from disgraceful actions, worshiping according to guidance and praying. Regarding religious moderation, the potential of fitrah can be developed as a basis for forming moderate character in line with efforts to realize the element of \u27purity\u27 that accompanies fitrah. For this reason, there are 3 (three) things that must be optimized so that the ideal moderation character in children can be formed, namely: instilling values, presenting role models, and giving orders and prohibitionsTulisan ini dilatari oleh pemikiran adanya kecenderungan pemahaman hadis secara persial dan tuntutan relevansinya dalam menjawab problematika kekinian. Inilah yang terjadi pada konsep fithrah, dimana hadis-hadis yang memuat tema tersebut sangat beragam, tetapi analisis pemahamannya cenderung dilakukan secara terpisah. Juga bagaimana konsep ini dapat dikembangkan dan bermanfaat dalam konteks ke-Indonesiaan, khususnya tentang moderasi beragama. Untuk menjawab problematika tersebut, penulis melakukan riset kepustakaan untuk menela’ah makna fithrah dalam hadis Nabi dengan menjadikan kitab hadis, seperti Shahih al-Bukhari sebagai sumber data primer. Setelah hadis-hadis fithrah diperoleh, selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode tematis-komprehensif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada 2 (dua) makna pokok yang terkandung pada hadis-hadis fithrah, yaitu: Pertama, pembawaan berupa potensi beragama tauhid atau mengesakan Tuhan. Potensi ini ada pada setiap makhluk karena merupakan anugerah Allah yang diberikan seiring dengan penciptaan manusia. Kedua, kesucian. Makna kedua ini pada prinsipnya merupakan konsekuensi dari adanya potensi beragama yang ada dalam diri manusia, bersifat fisik dan psikis (batin). Fithrah sebagai potensi dasar manusia dapat tumbuh menjadi karakter positif dan atau negatif. Karena itu, upaya pemeliharaannya adalah dengan melakukan perbuatan-perbuatan yang mendukung eksistensinya, seperti menjaga kebersihan diri, menjauhkan diri dari perbuatan tercela, beribadah sesuai tuntunan dan berdoa. Terkait dengan moderasi beragama, potensi fithrah dapat dikembangkan sebagai landasan dalam pembentukan karakter moderat sejalan dengan upaya perwujudan unsur ‘kesucian’ yang menyertai fithrah. Untuk itu, ada 3 (tiga) hal yang harus dioptimalkan agar karakter moderasi yang ideal pada anak dapat terbentuk, yaitu: penanaman nilai, menghadirkan sosok teladan, dan memberikan perintah dan larangan
Implementasi Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah (Mbs) di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu (Sdit) Menara Fitrah Indralaya Kabupaten Ogan Ilir
The research method used is the qualitative approach, which is based on the purpose to obtain a realistic picture-holistic concept of school-based management implementation in SDIT Tower Indralaya disposition. Source of data in the form of writing in this study is the source document in the form of books, scientific papers, as well as sheets of records pertaining to the research. Unwritten data source is the principal, teachers, and those who are considered related to the implementation of school-based management in SDIT Tower Indralaya disposition.Based on these results, several conclusions can be formulated, that implementsi School Based Management (SBM) in SDIT Tower Indralaya disposition includes several aspects. The first aspect of the curriculum with subjects and programs with a strong Islamic values. Both aspects of the interactive process, inspiring, fun, challenging, and motivations that conditioned their learning process students learn with berpartisifasi active and independent. These three aspects of the learners, which makes learners who Muttaqin intelligent, noble, and have the skills and interests for the benefit of mankind. The fourth aspect of educators to work in a professional manner and have the competence and positioning itself as a role model in school. These five aspects of infrastructure are complete enough to support the educational process. The sixth aspect of management through a clear plan, and executed with each other to form a single entity to coordinate between all components of the school. Ketuju aspects of financing, income funds of learners, BOS state budget, as well as community infaq managed with the standards set by JSIT. Eighth aspects of assessment through supervision and inspection conducted by the principal yng scheduled and evaluation of learning outcomes and programs undertaken by teachers. In general, the implementation of school-based management in SDIT Tower Indralaya disposition according to the author is good enough and able to balance the development of education today

Kelapa sawit merupakan salah satu komoditas hasil
perkebunan yang mempunyai peran cukup penting dalam kegiatan
perekonomian di Indonesia karena kemampuannya menghasilkan
minyak nabati yang banyak dibutuhkan oleh sektor industri. Sebagai
negara penghasil minyak sawit terbesar di dunia, Indonesia
mempunyai potensi yang besar untuk memasarkan minyak sawit dan
inti sawit baik di dalam maupun luar negeri. Tujuan penelitian ini
adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana program replanting kelapa sawit
dan pengaruhnya terhadap penghasilan tenaga kerja dan untuk
mengetahui tinjauan ekonomi islam tentang program replanting kelapa
sawit dan pengaruhnya terhadap penghasilan tenaga kerja di
Kecamatan Mesuji Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir. Jenis penelitian
yang di gunakan penulis adalah penelitian lapangan (field research).
Sumber data yang dugynakan sumber data primer dan sumber data
sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi,
wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan reduksi
data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.
Program replanting kelapa sawit biasanya berlangsung dalam
waktu yang cukup lama dan membutuhkan banyak pekerja. Kegiatan
replanting sendiri meliputi pembabatan tanaman lama, penanaman
kembali dan perawatan hingga masa panen. Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan bahwa program replanting kelapa sawit menyerap
penghasilan tenaga kerja karena denga dilakukannya replanting kelapa
sawit penghasilan yang diperoleh semakin berkurang, sehingga petani
untuk memperoleh penghasilan dengan cara sudah memiliki kebun
kelapa sawit lain, memiliki pekerjaan lain, dan tumpang sari kebun
kelapa sawit; Syariat Islam memuat ajaran-ajaran yang mengatur
manusia bekerja dan mencari nafkah dengan jalan halal. Bekerja
merupakan fitrah, sekaligus sebagai identitas manusia yang didasarkan
pada prinsip- prinsip iman (teologis) yang termotivasi untuk
memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya sehari-hari agar bisa hidup mandiri,
tidak menjadi beban orang lain. Bekerja tidak saja dapat meninggikan
martabat dirinya dihadapan sesama manusia, namun dalam
kapastitasnya sebagai hamba Allah, sekaligus juga di hadapan-Nya.

Palm oil is one of the plantation commodities that has an
important role in economic activities in Indonesia because of its
ability to produce vegetable oil which is much needed by the
industrial sector. As the largest palm oil producing country in the
world, Indonesia has great potential to market palm oil and palm
kernel both at home and abroad. The purpose of this study was to find
out how the oil palm replanting program and its effect on the income
of workers and to find out an Islamic economic review of the oil palm
replanting program and its effect on the income of workers in Mesuji
District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. The type of research used by
the author is field research (field research). The data sources used are
primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data collection
techniques by means of observation, interviews, and documentation.
Data analysis used data reduction, data presentation, and drawing
conclusions.
Oil palm replanting programs usually take a long time and
require many workers. Replanting activities include clearing old
plants, replanting and maintaining them until harvest time. The results
of the study indicate that the oil palm replanting program absorbs
labor income because by doing oil palm replanting the income
obtained is decreasing, so that farmers can earn income by having
other oil palm plantations, having other jobs, and intercropping oil
palm plantations; Islamic law contains teachings that regulate people
to work and earn a living in a lawful way. Work is a nature, as well as
a human identity based on the principles of faith (theological) who are
motivated to fulfill their daily needs so that they can live
independently, not be a burden to others. Work can not only elevate
his dignity in front of fellow human beings, but in his capacity as a
servant of God, as well as before Him.

Межрелигиозный диалог: взгляд Исмаила Раджи ал-Фаруки
This article deals with the views of the American scholar of Palestinian origin Ismail Raji Al-Faruqi (1921–1986), specialist on the interfaith dialogue. Al-Faruqi’s contribution to the development of interfaith communication could be considered both as his academic activity as well as the result of his personal convictions. In this regard the special attention is paid to Al-Faruqi’s analysis of the concept of “natural religion” (din alfitrah) and his looking for universal principles permitting to begin a conversation. The author comes to the conclusion that (1) the idea of al-Faruqi’s Islamic humanism depends from his positive interpretation of human nature (fitrah), and that (2) al-Faruqi consider ethics as the basis for the formation of a common platform for interfaith communication.В статье анализируются взгляды палестино-американского ученого Исмаила Раджи ал-Фаруки (1921–1986), отражающие межрелигиозную проблематику. Вклад ал-Фаруки в развитие межрелигиозного взаимодействия рассматривается как с точки зрения теоретического осмысления ученым этого процесса, так и в свете его личного участия в межконфессиональных мероприятиях. В настоящей работе особое внимание уделяется аспекту вовлеченности ал-Фаруки в межрелигиозный диалог, анализу концепции «естественной религии» (дин ал-фитра) и рассмотрению универсальных принципов построения культуры диалога. Автор приходит к выводу, что обозначенная палестинским мыслителем идея об исламском гуманизме, тесным образом связанная с позитивной интерпретацией человеческой природы (фитра), и этика как один из предложенных принципов ведения диалога выступают в качестве основы для формирования общей платформы межрелигиозного взаимодействия
