PERANCANGAN DAN IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM INFORMASI KEPEGAWAIAN PADA PT ANUGERAH SUKSES KHARISMA
Get PDFSistem informasi kepegawaian adalah sistem yang mampu memberikan informasi data-data pegawai pada perusahaan agar informasi tersampaikan dengan baik. Masalah yang ada pada PT Anugerah Sukses Kharisma adalah proses perekrutan calon karyawan yang lama, tidak adanya pendataan presensi, kehilangan surat penugasan, pemberhentian, mutasi dan demosi. Tujuan dari pembuatan sistem adalah mengatur proses recruitment secara online, absensi karyawan, dan fitur dokumentasi seperti data pemberhentian, mutasi, penugasan, dan demosi. Manfaat dari pembuatan sistem adalah mempermudah admin dalam mengatur lamaran, data karyawan, presensi, pemberhentian, mutasi, penugasan, dan demosi. Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan Metode Iterasi (iterative model), dan untuk menganalisis masalah menggunakan use case diagram, class diagram, activity diagram,bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan Framework Laravel dan database menggunakan MySql. Hasil dari pembuatan Sistem Informasi Kepegawaian ini adalah fitur fitur data seperti proses perekrutan calon karyawan secara online, pengajuan cuti sudah dilakukan pendataan sehingga terekap, Perekapan absensi sudah dilakukan secara online, surat penugasan, surat pemberhentian. surat mutasi karyawan dan surat demosi karyawan yang terdata sehingga memudahkan pencarian data. The purposes of this article are to reveal (1) the policy direction for the allocation and utilization of the education funding, and (2) the distribution model of the education budget from the goverenment to the schools in this local autonomy era. This research is based on literature study. The analysis results showed that (1) the policy direction for the allocation and utilization of education funding still need to be improved in case of its quantity to fulfill the mandate of Law No.20 Year 2003, i.e. 20% from State Budget (APBN) and Local Budget (APBD) excluding salaries and specific-administrative school, (2) Generally, the distribution model of education funding from the central government in the forms of block grant, deconcentration (including BOS/BKM) and from the Ministry of Religious Affairs, Provincial Budgets and Local Budget were still feasible for the distribution of education funds to schools with several improvements, especially for the empowerment of the Provincial Education Department and the Education Department of City/ district to participate as an advisor and controller of the implementation of school programs.

The CSR practice was hypothesized to be inuenced by government regulation and corporate strategy. The primary data was collected through survey, interviews, focused group discussion, and
direct observation in the eld. Meanwhile, the secondary data was gathered from various documents. The data was analyzed by using quantitative and qualitative approaches.The result shows that the
government regulation CSR has no impact on the CSR practice. On the reverse, the corporate commitment and strategy were the decisive factors in the successful of CSR practice. This research also found that the CSR practice has contributedto the improvement of people’s economic and social conditions. The prominent weakness is that the CSR policies and strategies were top-down and the participation of local people were limited. The other empirical nding is that the nucleus-plasma partnership was able to implement the basic principles of CSR which were prevailing generally in different sector of businesses

PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP PRESTASI KERJA KARYAWAN MELALUI KEPUASAN KERJA
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja. Subyek penelitian adalah karyawan PT Waruna Nusa Sentana – Head Office. Metode Analisis Jalur menunjukkan hasil bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan, budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan dan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening tidak memberikan efek mediasi yang diharapkan sehingga nilai pengaruh langsung budaya organisasi terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan (0,667) lebih besar daripada nilai pengaruh tidak langsung budaya organisasi terhadap prestasi kerja melalui kepuasan kerja karyawan (0,285). Budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja memberikan pengaruh sebesar 92,5% terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian lainnya menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi di PT Waruna Nusa Sentana – Head Office tergolong lemah, tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawan tergolong rendah dan tingkat prestasi kerja karyawan tergolong rendah.</p
PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN METODE DEMONSTRASI DAN BAKAT MEKANIK TERHADAP PENCAPAIAN KOMPETENSI MENGELAS SISWA SMK
Get PDFAchievement always becomes the orientation of the conduction of learning process. One of achievement at vocational education is circuit manual arc welding. This research aims at finding out the influence of the demonstration method and the CD learning and mechanical talent toward the achievement in scircuit manual arc welding competency at State Vocational 1 Singosari Malang. This research has been done by experimental design. The study result show that (1) there’s the significant differencess of the study result achievement circuit manual arc welding between the student taught using demonstration method and the student taught using CD learning; (2) there is differences study result between the student who have high, medium, and low levels of mechanical talent; and (3) there is no interaction between demonstration method and mechanical talent in influencing the circuit manual arc welding competency achievement.
Capaian selalu menjadi orientasi dari setiap pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran. Salah satu capaian pada pendidikan kejuruan adalah pengelasan manual jalur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan dampak dari metode demosntrasi dan pembelajaran berbasis CD serta bakat mekanik dalam mencapai kompetensi di bidang pengelasan di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 1 Singosari Malang. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui rancangan eksperimental. Hasil penelitan menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara capaian hasil studi pengelasan jalur secara manual yang diajar dengan metode demonstrasi dan diajar menggunakan CD; (2) terdapat perbedaan capaian hasil studi dari siswa yang mempunyai bakat mekanik tinggi, sedang, atau rendah; (3) tidak ada interaksi antara metode demontrasi dan bakat mekanik dalam mempengaruhi capaian kompetensi pengelasan jalur secara manual
EVALUASI PELAKSANAAN UJIAN AKHIR SEKOLAH BERSTANDAR NASIONAL (UASBN)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) persiapan penyelenggara UASBN; (2) tingkat pencapaian sosialisasi; (3) pelaksanaan pelatihan dan penyusunan soal UASBN; (4) penggandaan dan pengamanan naskah soal ujian; (5) pendistribusian soal UASBN; dan (6) sistem pengawasan UASBN. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan evaluasi di lima provinsi yaitu: Jawa Tengah, Bengkulu, Kalimantan Selatan, Sulawesi Tengah, dan Nusa Tenggara Timur. Tiap provinsi dipilih tiga SD masing-masing satu sekolah kategori baik, cukup, dan kurang serta satu MI kategori menengah. Secara nasional berjumlah 20 sekolah, terdiri dari 15 SD dan 5 MI yang dijadikan sampel.
Pengambilan data lapangan dilakukan selama 4 hari, salah satunya adalah hari terakhir UASBN, yaitu pada tanggal 15 Mei 2008. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan: (1) persiapan penyelenggara UASBN sudah berjalan dengan sangat matang; (2) tingkat pencapaian sosialisasi sudah 100%; (3) pelaksanaan pelatihan dan penyusunan soal UASBN sudah dilaksanakan di seluruh Kabupaten/Kota; (4) Penggandaan dan pengamanan naskah soal ujian sudah sesuai dengan SOP; (5) pendistribusian soal UASBN sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik sehingga tidak ada daerah yang mengalami keterlambatan; dan (6) sistem pengawasan UASBN sudah sesuai dengan ketentuan satu ruang belajar di awasi oleh dua orang guru.

Guidance is a process that provides assistance to individuals or groups of individuals at every age stage. This study was carried out with the goals of developing web-based social media advice, implementing guidance web pages, overcoming obstacles that have been encountered, and developing students' potential. The ADDIE development research technique was used for this study's data analysis, followed by an assessment of the obtained findings. There are 80 students enrolled at a university in North Sumatra, and 12 of those students have contributed to academic mentoring at the institution. Based on the number of students who utilize the internet as a tutoring service, there are 12 students who have contributed. According to the findings of internet-based online media about university assistance, the study sample consists of eighty different students.Key Words: Social Media, Developing ADDI
