Safety lifeboats equipment were not working optimally and less skilled
crew in the operation of lifeboats on vessel MV. DK 02 will affect the safety of
the crew on vessel in carrying out the operation of the safety boat correctly to run
in any inspection as well as doing familirization to crew the vessel and carry out
abbandonship drill according to the schedule because it affects the operation of
the safety equipment lifeboats optimally this creating a state of the ship is safe,
conducive and ship operation goes smoothly.
Given the importance of the function of safety devices lifeboat and
knowledge crew boats in the operation of lifeboats, hence the existence of tools
lifeboat should be treated in accordance with inspection and do familirization and
training abbandonship drill on schedule, in writing thus essay the author used
qualitative methods to approach the problem of observational analytical , Ie by
observing the existing activities and carry out interviews directly to the crew
aboard the MV. DK 02.
With the implementation of inspection of safety equipment lifeboat and
do familirization to crew the vessel and carry out abbandonship drills on time thus
avoiding any obstacles to the operation of the safety of the boat so as to create an
atmosphere that is safe, conducive and created operational ship smoothly, at the
end of chart paper the author presents conclusions and suggestions.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membahas hal-hal yang menyebabkan
terjadinya kerusakan gear pada Turning gear di MV. Armada Segara. Turning gear diatas
kapal merupakan salah satu mesin bantu yang memiliki peranan sangat penting pada mesin
induk untuk melakukan pelumasan pertama sebelum melaksanakan star mesin. Turning
gear memiliki funsi yang sangat penting untuk melakukan manual memutar poros engkol
mesin dengan menggunakan tenaga putar electromotor yang dihubungkan dengan roda gigi
pada roda gila (fly wheel).
Dalam hal ini penulis menggunakan metode Fisbhone dan FTA, dimana metode ini
adalah untuk mencari sebab-akibat dari permasalahan dan mengambil beberapa faktor yang
lebih dominan untuk dianalisa menggunakan FTA untuk mencari permasalahan dan
bagaimana mengatasinya.
Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penyebab terjadinya
kerusakan gear adalah terjadi kebocoran pada mechanical seal, Kebocoran pada bagian
mechanical seal yang mengakibatkan minyak lumas pada Turning gear tersebut bocor dan
terbuangnya minyak lumas dengan sia-sia dan berdampak pada gear Turning gear tersebut.
Dari kebocoran tersebut mengakibatkan gear pada Turning gear tidak adanya pelumasan
pada gear maka mengakibatkan gear aus. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan diatas cara
melakukan harus adanya perawatan sesuai PMS dan lakukan pengecekan minyak lumas
sebelum dijalankan mesin Turning gear tersebut, dan lakukan permintaan spare part pada
mesin Turning gear supaya saat adanya kerusakan bissa langsung di tangani oleh masinis,
apabila terjadi kebocoran lagi pada mechanical seal maka segeralah lakukan penggantian
dengan yang baru sebelum jam kerjanya

The purpose of this study is to discuss the things that cause damage to gear on
Turning gear in the MV .Segara Fleet Rotating the gear on the boat is one of the auxiliary
machines that has a very important role in the main engine to do the first lubrication before
running a star engine. Turning gear has a very important function for manually rotating the
engine crankshaft using electromotor rotary power which is connected to the gear on the fly
wheel ( Fly Wheel )
In this case the author uses the fisbhone and FTA method , where this method is to
look for the causes of problems and take several more dominant factors to overcome them.
The results obtained from this study indicate that the cause of gear damage is a
mechanical seal leak ,leakage on the mechanical seal that cause lubricating oil on the
Turning gear to leak and waste oil wasted in vain and has an impact on the gear turning.
From the leak resulting in gear on Turning gear there is no lubrication in the gear resulting
in wear gear . To overcome the above problems , how to do the maintenance according to
the PMS and check the lubricating oil before the Turning Gear engine so that when there is
damage it can be handled directly by the engineer , if there is a leak on the mechanical seal
then immediately replace it with a new one before working hours
Sistem Pendukung Keputusan dalam Menentukan Kualitas Sarang Burung Walet Terbaik Menggunakan Metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW)
Get PDFBurung walet merupakan salah satu sumber daya hayati yang memiliki nilai ekonomi tinggi dan memiliki banyak manfaat. Saat ini banyak pengusaha yang mulai membuka usaha pencucian sarang burung walet, salah satu kawasan usaha jasa pencucian sarang burung walet ada di Desa Kediren, Kecamatan Kalitengah, Kabupaten Lamongan. Dalam pemasaran sarang burung walet, sarang burung walet agar memiliki nilai jual yang tinggi harus memiliki kualitas terbaik. Dalam hal ini, tidak banyak pengusaha pencucian sarang walet yang tau cara menentukan kualitas sarang burung walet terbaik, yang mana ditentukan oleh beberapa kriteria antara lain tingkat kebersihan, bentuk, keutuhan, warna, ukuran dan kadar air. Oleh karena itu, perlu dibangun sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) yang bertujuan untuk menentukan kualitas sarang burung walet, sehingga dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi pengusaha dalam menentukan kualitas sarang burung walet terbaik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pendukung keputusan dalam menentukan sarang burung terbaik berhasil dibangun dengan menghasilkan data sarang burung walet terbaik dan berdasarkan tingkat akurasi didapatkan sebesar 85 % atau tergolong sangat akurat. Sehingga sistem ini dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi pengusaha untuk menentukan sarang walet dengan kualitas terbaik

However, it also poses a significant threat of disease transmission between NHPs and humans, particularly zoonotic tuberculosis, which is frequently reported in NHPs. Due to the high similarity between NHPs and humans, they share many pathogens. As a potential hub for NHP trade, Indonesia needs to enhance its knowledge and preventive measures to manage tuberculosis transmission related to NHPs trade and movement. Legislation at both international and national levels has been established to address the prevention of tuberculosis infection from NHPs. In addition to legislative measures, effective prevention also relies on implementing screening and detection protocols, as well as maintaining good biosecurity practices during handling NHPs

THE ROLE OF E-SERVICE QUALITY TOWARDS E-SATISFACTION AND ITS IMPACT TO E-LOYALTY ON THE TRAVELOKA MOBILE APPLICATION
Get PDFThe emerging of the online travel agent (OTA) has massively increased in recent years. Looking from the application store, there are several big names of the online travel agent such as Traveloka, Tiket.com, PegiPegi, and Agoda are making use of a mobile application to reach their online customers in this virtual environments. Traveloka, in this case, has the most users rather than any Online Travel agent listed on the application store. However, Traveloka earned as much as 15% negative reviews. Some study taken by the author confirmed that feedback in term of reviews and ratings can be one of the aspects to measure a service quality performance. This research constructs 6 dimensions of E-Service Quality which are Efficiency, System Availability, Fulfillment, Privacy, and contact.
The author conducts descriptive analysis with the causal approachment to categorize and simplify the representation of E-service quality, e-Satisfaction, and e-Loyalty as the variables used in this research. The non-probability sampling method is used in this research with convenience sampling procedure. The dependent multivariate technique is applied by the author since this research is predicting one or more dependent variable. Smart Equation Modeling (SEM) is the method used in data analysis to estimate the parameters of each variable, by applying smartPLS 2.0 to process the total of 400 valid answers gathered using the Google docs online questionnaire.
Descriptive analysis result showed that the variables used in this research are classified in a good level. By using Smart PLS 2.0 as the tool to calculate the data from the users in this research, the given result was E-Service quality positively influenced E-loyalty through E-satisfaction. Efficiency has become the most influential E-service quality dimension toward customer’s E-satisfaction

Seiring dengan perkembangan di dunia seni rupa khususnya seni lukis yang terus memunculkan bermacam-macam karya seni lukis yang unik pada ide, bentuk, media, dan teknik sehingga mendorong penulis untuk berkarya dan berkreasi agar mampu menampilkan karya seni lukis yang baru.
Sepatu adalah suatu jenis alas kaki yang terdiri dari sol, hak, kap, tali, dan lidah yang berfungsi sebagai pelindung kaki permukaan kaki yang kasar dan benda-benda tajam serta menjaga kaki tetap hangat. Melihat sepatu sebagai benda yang jarang diangkat menjadi karya seni lukis merangsang penulis untuk menggunakannya sebagai objek utama lukisan dengan mengangkat tema tentang masalah kehidupan sosial manusia dalam menjalani dan bersosialisasi antar manusia lainnya. Pemilihan media papan kayu oleh penulis terinspirasi dari tembok rumah pada pedesaan yang masih menggunakan papan kayu dan penulis juga tidak ingin menggunakan media pada umumnya yaitu kanvas.
Hasil dari proses penciptaan ini yaitu visualisasi dua dimensi dengan berbagai teknik seperti mixed media, transparan, penerapan tipografi dengan teknik decoupage. Melalui proses penciptaan karya seni lukis ini mampu menjadikan pokok utama dalam penciptaan karya selanjutnya.

Abstract
Along with the progress in the world of art, especially painting that continues to bring up a variety of unique paintings on ideas, forms, media, and techniques that encourage authors to work and be creative in order to be able to display new paintings.
Shoes are a type of footwear that consists of soles, heelpiece, hoods, ropes, and tongue of shoes that served as a foot surface protection, sharp objects and keep it warm. Take a look to shoes as objects that are rarely lifted to be artwork of painting that stimulates the author to use it as main object of painting with the theme of the problem of human social life in living and socializing among other humans. The selection of the wooden board as media inspired from house walls in the country that still uses the wooden board and the author also does not want to use media in general that is canvas.
The result of this creation process is two-dimensional visualization with various techniques such as mixed media, transparent, typography application with decoupage technique. Through the process of the creation of this painting can make the main point in the creation of the next work.
