The efficiency of water irrigation channeling is the comparison of the
amount of water used by crop and the amount of water available in percentage.
During channeling of water from the watergate to the ricefield, water is loss in
primary, secondary, and tertiary drain due to evaporation, seepage and
percolation.
To fulfill water irrrigation, the rate of water must be enough to be flowed
into each drain in the rice field. Therefore, the measuring of rate is needed so that
the water channeling can be used efficiently.
This research was done on September in Bendang Irrigation Area, by
measuring the incoming rate and the exit rate in each drain using floating ball.
Result showed that the efficiency on the primary drain was 82.32 %, in secondary
drain was 66.15 %, and in the tertier drain was 83.32 %, so that the efficiency of

Implikasi Hermeneutis Membaca Injil-Injil Kanonik Sebagai Tulisan Biografi Yunani-Romawi
Get PDFHerry Susanto, The Hermeneutical Implication of Reading the Canonical Gospels as Greco-Roman Biographical Writing. Historical method and narative criticism are the two approaches that have become important tools in exegetical work of canonical Gospels. Both have given important contribution, however the two approaches have inadequacies. The historical approach depends on external data, and narrative criticism tends to treat the Gospel texts as modern narratives. In the subsequent development of studies on the canonical Gospels, it has been found some significant similarities between the Gospels and Greco-Roman biographical writings. This writing observes three similarities, namely the format of content, focus of story and purpose. The content of Greco-Roman biography, mostly narrates the public work or ministry of the main character. The same thing is found on the Gospels. Likewise, the focus of story that orients to one main character and the purpose of authorship that has rhetorical and persuasive element. The similarities indicate that the canonical Gospels may be categorized as Greco-Roman biographical genre. Certainly, it has hermeneutical implication. Metode historis dan kritik naratif merupakan dua pendekatan yang telah menjadi alat penting dalam karya eksegesa Injil-Injil kanonik. Keduanya telah memberi kontribusi penting, namun dua pendekatan tersebut memiliki kelemahan. Pendekatan historis bergantung pada data eksternal, dan kritik naratif cenderung memperlakukan teks-teks Injil sebagai naratif modern. Dalam perkembangan selanjutnya studi terhadap Injil-Injil kanonik, didapati kesamaan-kesamaan yang signifikan antara kitab-kitab Injil dengan tulisan biografi Yunani-Romawi. Tulisan ini melihat tiga kesamaan, yaitu format isi, fokus cerita dan tujuan. Isi biografi Yunani-Romawi, sebagian besar menceritakan karya atau pelayanan publik tokoh utama. Hal yang sama dijumpai pada kitab-kitab Injil. Demikian juga dengan fokus cerita yang berorientasi kepada satu tokoh utama dan tujuan penulisan yang memiliki unsur retoris dan persuasif. Kesamaan-kesamaan ini tentu mengindikasikan bahwa Injil-Injil kanonik dapat dikategorikan bergenre biografi Yunani-Romawi. Ini tentu memiliki implikasi hermeneutis. Kitab-kitab Injil harus dibaca sesuai dengan genrenya tersebut
Detection of the Breast Cancer from Thermal Infrared Images
Get PDFThermography can be used as part of an early detection tool which gives women of all ages the opportunity to increase their chances of detecting breast diseases at a very early stage. Breast thermography is a noninvasive prognostic procedure which can predict a tumor growth rate in breast cancer patients. The objective of this research is to acquire the potential of the statistical characteristics of the breast thermogram images for the detection of the breast cancer. For this research we use thermal data images from Sardjito hospital at Yogyakarta, from normal and abnormal breast (detected breast cancer). Firstly, download the breast image thermograms from the InsideIR software of Fluke Ti20 and save them as the inputs to our image processing program. Then adjust the format of the images, convert to grayscale images, and crop them to separate the suspected objects from the background. Finally we tabulated the statistical characteristics of the objects which are the means, standard deviations, and entropy to reveal the abnormalities of breast thermograms. The results show that the method are promising to detect the abnormality on the breast thermogram images. The normal breast thermograms have minimum entropies which differ from those abnormal thermograms in the early stage of breast cancer and thesignificantly from the more advanced of breast cancer

Komunikasi politik era Susanto dalam pengisian kekosongan jabatan wakil Bupati Kabupaten Bangka Tengah pada sisa masa jabatan 2021 - 2024
No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penyebab keterlambatan pelantikan jabatan Wakil Bupati Kabupaten Bangka Tengah pada sisa masa jabatan 2021 – 2024. Keterlambatan pelantikan jabatan tersebut terjadi hingga hampir satu tahun sebelum terpilihnya Era Susanto pada tanggal 20 Maret 2023, namun baru resmi dilantik pada tanggal 6 November 2023. Hal ini terjadi disebabkan Wakil Bupati sebelumnya Herry Erfian mengundurkan diri karena harus menggantikan posisi Alm. Hudarni Rani anggota DPD RI yang meninggal dunia. Peneliti menggunakan teori komunikasi politik Dan Nimmo dalam melihat bagaimana dinamika politik dalam pengisian kekosongan jabatan Wakil Bupati Kabupaten Bangka Tengah serta pola komunikasi politik dan praktik politik yang dijalankan demi mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode penelitian kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengisian kekosongan jabatan Wakil Bupati Kabupaten Bangka Tengah telah diupayakan oleh berbagai pihak, dengan menjalin komunikasi yang baik. Era Susanto membangun komunikasi politik dengan pemerintah pusat (Kemendagri), DPRD Kabupaten Bangka Tengah, partai politik dan civil society di Kabupaten Bangka Tengah. Peneliti menemukan bahwa terdapat 5 (lima) komponen yang menentukan keberhasilan politik yaitu, komunikator politik, pesan politik, media komunikasi politik, khalayak politik serta efek politik. Namun dalam proses menuju pelantikannya terjadi problematika dimana, terdapat kekurangan pada salah satu berkas yang perlu dilengkapi, yakni surat rekomendasi dari DPP partai Golkar. Hal ini dianggap janggal dan tidak sesuai dengan aturan yang seharusnya. Meskipun penundaan pelantikan Era Susanto telah memakan waktu cukup lama, namun dengan berbagai upaya komunikasi politik dan tekanan dari berbagai pihak, akhirnya Era Susanto resmi dilantik sebagai Wakil Bupati Kabupaten Bangka Tengah sisa masa jabatan 2021 – 2024

Karya-karya mereka telah memberikan citra yang sangat baik untuk ISI Yogyakarta. Mon Mujiman dikenal sebagai pemating yang kuat memperjuangkan formalism dalam sikap yang asketik. Aming prayitno dikenal sebagai pelukis abstrak yang mempunyai daya kreativitas dan nilai artistic tinggi. Herry wibowo dikenal sebagai grafikus dan illustrator handal yang karya-karyanya berhasil menjadi ikon di harian KR dan karya epic SH Mintarja. Demikian juga Y. Eka Suprihadi dikenal sebagai grafikus dengan kekayaan eksperimentasi material, teknik dan bentuk-bentuk yang unik
