    Employee performance is very important to implement and review, management have to increase and stimulate to increase employee performance in the company. Management can do a lot of thing and methods to increase the performance such as gives the good compensation, employee empowerment or create a positive and conducive organizational culture. This research is to analyze determinant of compensation satisfaction to the employee performance of PT Bina Guna Kimia, to analyze determinant of employees empowerment to the employee performance of PT Bina Guna Kimia, to analyze determinant of organizational culture to the employee performance of PT Bina Guna Kimia and to analyze determinant of compensation satisfaction. employees empowerment and organizational ,culture to the employee performance of PT Bina Guna Kimia. The samples this research are employees of PT Bina Guna Kimia which 141 employees in total numbers. In this research the data collect by give the questioners to the respondents and interview the respondents. Analytical techniques of this research are regression. t analysis and F analysis. Results of the research explain that compensation satisfaction. employee empowerment and organizational culture have significant determinant to the employee performance of PT Bina Guna Kimia employees. Results of hypotheses analysis explain that compensation satisfaction, employee empowerment and organizational culture have significant determinant to employee performance of PT Bina Guna Kimia. Result of the simultaneous analysis give the results which compensation satisfaction, employee empowerment and organizational culture give significant determinant to employee performance of PT Bina Guna Kimia employees. Kinerja karyawan merupakan suatu hal yang sangat penting untuk dilaksanakan atau diperhatikan, sehingga manaj amen perusahaan harus mampu meningkatkan dan merangsang untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dalam suatu perusahaan. Banyak • sekali cara atau metode yang digunakan oleh perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan yaitu dengan cara memberikan kompensasi atau upah yang layak, pemberdayaan karyawan fnaupun dengan cara menciptakan budaya organisasi yang positif dan kondusif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : Menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kompensi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Bina Guna Kimia. Menganalisis pengaruh pemberdayaan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Bina Guna Kimia. Menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Bina Guna Kimia. Menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kompensasi, pemberdayaan dan budaya organisasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Bina Guna Kimia. Sedangkan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Bina Guna Kimia, yang berjumlah 141 karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini, data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responder dan wawancara. Sedangkan teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda, uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kompensasi, pemberdayaan dan budaya organisasi mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bina Guna Kimia. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kompensasi, pemberdayaan dan budaya organisasi juga mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bina Guna Kimia. Sedangkan hasil pengujian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut juga mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bina Guna Kimia

    Human resources as a resource is the company's most important asset, human resources are always expected to give maximum level of contributions and committed to the company to reach expected goals. Employees who are committed to their organization will take risks to the organization and want to remain in the organization. This research is done to explore impact of work family conflict, job stress and job satisfaction to organizational commitment. The response taken was 138 employees of a garment factory in the Semarang Regency area. With SPSS analysis technique version 23. Result of the research found work family conflict and work stress have negatively impact and insignificant to organizational commitment. And job satisfaction has a positively impact and significant to organizational commitment.     This study aims to examine the impact of organizational culture, compensation, and organizational commitment to employee performance, as well as the role of organizational citizenship behavior as a mediating factor for employee performance in the garment company in the Regency of Semarang, Indonesia. The study population was employees of garment companies that have been in the business for at least 5 years with 43,056 employees. Samples chosen were as many as 120 employees. The questionnaire with Likert scale was the primary data collection instrument. The study was quantitative, with a survey method, and hypothesis approach used was positivism. Structural Modeling Equation was used as the inferential statistics and descriptive statistics. Data was collected through questionnaires. The analysis technique used was SEM analysis. The results show that (1) organizational culture, compensation, and organizational commitment affects organizational citizenship behavior; (2) organizational culture, compensation, and organizational commitment affects employee performance; (3) organizational citizenship behavior affects employee performance; and (4) organizational culture, compensation, and organizational commitment affects employee performance through organizational citizenship behavior.     Abstrak: Pada saat ini untuk meningkatkan pendapatan dan juga pengembangan potensi wisata di daerah bermunculanlah desa-desa dengan berlabel Desa Wisata. Desa Wisata adalah merupakan sekelompok swadaya dan swakarsa dari pada masyarakat yang didalam aktivitas sosialnya berusaha menambahkan akan pemahaman kepariwisataan, mewadahi peran dan juga partisipasi dari masyarakat didalam pembangunan kepariwisataan dalam wilayahnya, turut meningkatkan nilai kepariwisataan serta pemberdayaannya untuk kesejahteraan masyarakat, ikut sertaannya didalam turut mensukseskan pembangunan kepariwisataan. Desa Wisata Cikendung merupakan suatu desa wisata yang memiliki 3 pedukuhan, masuk di wilayah Kecamatan Pulosari, Kabupaten Pemalang, Propinsi Jawa Tengah, secara geografis desa Wisata Cikendung terletak di 10 KM sebelah utara Gunung Slamet, 45 Km Sebelah Selatan Kota Pemalang dan 30 Km sebelah timur dari Obyek Wisata Air Panas Guci Tegal. Desa Cikendung mempunyai potensi sebagai Dewa Wisata dengan daya tarik atraksi seperti Silakupang, wisata regigi dan juga wisata keindahan alamnya. Dengan adanya sarana dan prasarana seperti jalan, penginapan dan transportasi serta sumber daya manusia dan kelembagaannya. Disamping potensi tersebut juga terdapat kekurangan dan masalah-masalah yang ada di sana. Dengan diadakannya Focus Group Discussion (FGD) diharapkan ditemukan permasalahan apa yang ada dan ditindak lanjutkan dengan pelatihan-pelatihan yang diharapkan akan lebh meningkatkat perkembangan Desa Cikendung sebagai suatu Desa Wisata.Abstract:  Now a days to increase and to develop tourism potential in the district there are a lot of villages with title Desa Wisata. Desa Wisata is a group of people with their self-subsistent and their own initiative at their social activities intent to increase understanding of tourism, contain he act and resident participation in tourism’ development at their territory, participate to increase value of tourism and empowerment of people well-being, participate to tourism development be success. Desa Wisata Cikendung is a Desa Wisata with have three parts of the village territory on kecamatan Pulosari, Pemalang Districts, Central Java Province as geography Desa Wisata Cikendung at 10 km north of Slamet mountain, 45 km south of Pemalang city and 30 km east of Guci hot spring Tegal. Desa Cikendung is potential as Desa Wisata with Attractions like Silakupang, Religion tourism, and nature tourism. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan diskriptif kualitatif, metode pengumpulan data dan depth Interview serta swot analisis juga dengan observasi baik langsung atau tidak langsung pada beberapa nara sumber yang diseleksi. Hasil penelitian yang diolah dengan Analisis SWOT berdasarkan teknik EFAS dan IFAS, dengan perhitungan AFE dan IFE untuk analisis faktor eksternal dan fakor internal didapatkan bahwa konsumen puas akan pelayanan warung saste cempe Pak Dar. Posisi warung sate cempe Pak Dar Desa Blotongan Salatiga jika dilihat dengan diagram kortesius SWOT terdapat pada kwadran I, yang berarti kuat dan berpeluang.     The purpose of this study, which was carried out at the Satpol PP Demak Regency, was to ascertain how internal control, motivation, and leadership affected staff performance. Quantitative research methodologies were used for this study. 82 Satpol PP employees made up the sample. Multiple linear regression was performed and used using SPSS to evaluate the data collected through surveys. Regression analysis' findings demonstrate that leadership has a significant impact on worker performance. Since leadership has a greater impact on employee performance than work motivation and internal control, Satpol PP employees require strong leadership from their supervisors. While internal controls, motivation, and leadership all influence how well employee work.Tujuan penelitian yang dilakukan di Satpol PP Kabupaten Demak ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh pengendalian internal, motivasi, dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Metodologi penelitian kuantitatif digunakan untuk penelitian ini. Sampelnya berjumlah 82 pegawai Satpol PP. Regresi linier berganda dilakukan dan digunakan menggunakan SPSS untuk mengevaluasi data yang dikumpulkan melalui survei. Temuan analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pekerja. Karena kepemimpinan mempunyai pengaruh yang lebih besar terhadap kinerja pegawai dibandingkan motivasi kerja dan pengendalian internal, maka pegawai Satpol PP memerlukan kepemimpinan yang kuat dari atasannya.     This research aims to determine and explain the influence of customer satisfaction, service quality and customer trust spatially and jointly on customer retention. The research was conducted using quantitative methods. The sample was 90 customers of PT. Piranti Berkah Travelindo Tool taken using the Census technique. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire, and the data is tested and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 20.
