    ANALISIS PENGARUH KENAIKAN UPAH MINIMUM PROVINSI, IPM, DAN PDRB TERHADAP TINGKAT KESEMPATAN KERJA DI PROVINSI DKI JAKARTA TAHUN 2011-2021

    This study discusses job opportunities in six administrative districts/cities of DKI Jakarta Province which are influenced by several factors such as wage levels, quality of human resources, and regional economic growth. The purpose of this study is to analyze how the Provincial Minimum Wage (UMP), Human Development Index (IPM), and Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) as independent variables affect the level of employment during the 2011-2021 period. This study uses secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). This data is then processed using panel data regression with the Common Effect Model (CEM) method.The results showed that partially the Provincial Minimum Wage (UMP) had a negative and insignificant effect on the level of employment opportunities, the Human Development Index (IPM) had a positive and significant effect on the level of employment opportunities, and GRDP had a negative and significant effect on the level of employment opportunities. However, simultaneously the three variables have a significant effect on the level of employment opportunities in regencies/cities in DKI Jakarta Province. The magnitude of the influence of the UMP, HDI, and GRDP in explaining the effect on the level of employment opportunity is 34.18%, while the remaining 65.82% is influenced by other factors outside the model

    Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Matematika Materi Aritmetika Sosial dan Aktivitas Belajar melalui Model Pembelajaran Problem Solving

    This study aims to: (1) improve the mathematics learning outcomes of Social Arithmetic material;(2) Improving student learning activities through problem solving learning models in class VII A of SMP Negeri 4 Ungaran. Classroom action research was conducted at SMP Negeri 4 Ungaran January-March 2019. Research subjects: 33 grade VII A students. Research results: (1) The application of problem solving learning models can improve mathematics learning outcomes. In the initial learning conditions, the average value was 63.83 with 38.46% learning completeness in the first cycle the average value was 68.59 with 56.41% learning completeness. In the second cycle the average value increased to 84.94 with a learning completeness of 87.18%. The average increase in learning outcomes is 16.35 and an increase in learning completeness is 30.77%. (2) The application of problem solving learning models can increase students' learning activities. Active learning of students in the first cycle 84.62% in the second cycle increased to 92.31%. The increase in student activity is 7.69%.Keywords: Activity, Problem Solving Learning Mode

    Penerapan Pembelajaran Tematik Integratif untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar IPAS pada Siswa Kelas IV di MI Gedanganak Kecamatan Ungaran Timur Kabupaten Semarang

    This research was motivated by the low science learning outcomes of class IV MI Gedangk students. The purpose of this study was to improve student learning outcomes through the thematic integrative application of science and technology in class IV students of MI Gedanganak, East Ungaran District, Semarang Regency. The type of research used is classroom action research using the Kemmis and Mc Taggart models. The research was conducted from 4 to 10 January 2023 at MI Gedanganak. Data collection techniques in this study are by observation and tests. Observations are to measure teacher skills, while tests are to measure science learning outcomes with the application of integrative thematics at MI Gedanganak. Data analysis used quantitative data analysis to process learning outcomes and qualitative analysis to process teacher skills data. The results of the acquisition in cycle I obtained mastery learning in a classical manner of 52.8% with details of 19 students out of 36 students who had achieved the specified KKTP score for the IPAS subject, which was 75 with a classical 75%. The learning outcomes of the first cycle have not reached the specified indicators of success, so that the research has not been successful. In cycle II by paying attention to the reflection of cycle II, the learning process was improved. So that the science learning outcomes experienced an increase compared to cycle II, namely classical completeness was obtained which became 91.7% with details of 33 students out of 36 students.     Bawaslu merupakan Lembaga yang berperan dalam strategi pengawalan pemilu yang berintegritas bagi kemajuan bangsa. Tugas Bawaslu mengatur pelaksanaan, mengupayakan sistem pencegahan (preventif) untuk menekan adanya bentuk pelanggaran. metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah yuridis normative. hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa aktualisasi bawaslu dalam mencegah pelanggaran pemilu di Indonesia sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan masih memiliki kendala yang perlu diperbaiki dengan adanya ketidakpastian dan interpretasi yang beragam dari peraturan teknis yang diterbitkan oleh para penyelenggara di level pusat. Adapun factor pendorong Bawaslu dalam melakukan pencegahan pelanggaran Pemilu yaitu peningkatan terhadap kedudukan dan  fungsional Bawaslu. Sedangkan Faktor Penghambat Bawaslu yaitu belum memiliki strategi khusus untuk mencegah politik transaksional. Hal ini bisa dilihat dari tingkat pelanggaran yang terjadi selama pelaksanaan Pemilusebelumnya. Kualitas sumber daya manusia masih dirasa kurang sehingga perlu adanya penguatan kelembagaan. Kurangnya informasi tentang Pemilu dan pengawasan Pemilu serta rendahnya kemampuan teknis masyarakat dalam melakukan pengawasan Pemilu, merupakan akibat dari adanya ketidak seimbangan antara partisipasi masyarakat di Indonesia.Kata Kunci : Bawaslu, pelanggaran, Pemilu

    DESAIN KOLAM PEREDAM ENERGI BENDUNG PLAOSAN KABUPATEN SEMARANG

    Hydraulic aspect of the weir is important factors in planning a stilling basin. Remaining energy on the stilling basin is expected to be as minimal as possible so that scour does not occur on the river bed. Plaosan Weir does not yet have a stiiling basin structure. Therefore it is necessary to recommend the design of stiliing basin.The analysis carried out hydrological analysis, including calculating return period rainfall, flood discharge (Q) using the Haspers method, and calculating Froude number (Fr) to determine pond type. Based on the recommendations for the type of stilling basin, a building design is carried out and also stability of design..From the results of calculation it is obtained that 50-year return period rainfall is 108.68 mm. Planned discharge for 50 years is 186.06 m3/s, and froude number : 4. The appropriate type of stilling basin is USBR Type IV. The pond is planned to have a length of L = 17 m, with a block face width of 0.68 m, height of 1.36 m, distance between front blocks of 1.69 m and total of 13 pieces. The results of stability control analysis during normal water conditions and flood water conditions produce values above the safety factor so that it can be concluded that the design is planned qualify

    Pendekatan Hidden Curriculum dalam pengajaran Life Skill Qiroatul Qutub dapat meningkatkan pemahaman agama siswa. Pemahaman agama siswa dan efektivitas pengajaran Life Skill Qiroatul Qutub saling berpengaruh dan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dalam konteks pendidikan agama. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam memahami pentingnya pendidikan Life Skill Qiroatul Qutub dan pemahaman agama dalam konteks pendidikan Islam di MAN 1 Semarang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk 1). menganalisis kondisi pemahaman agama siswa di MAN 1 Semarang sebelum penerapan pendekatan hidden curriculum dalam pengajaran Life Skill Qiroatul Qutub. 2). mengidentifikasi komponen-komponen pendekatan hidden curriculum yang dapat diintegrasikan dalam pengajaran Life Skill Qiroatul Qutub untuk meningkatkan pemahaman agama siswa. 3).  mengoptimalkan pengajaran Life Skill Qiroatul Qutub melalui pendekatan hidden curriculum dalam meningkatkan pemahaman agama siswa di MAN 1 Semarang. 4). memberikan rekomendasi dan saran yang dapat diimplementasikan oleh MAN 1 Semarang dalam mengoptimalkan pengajaran Life Skill Qiroatul Qutub dengan pendekatan hidden curriculum guna meningkatkan pemahaman agama siswa secara efektif. Metode penelitian ini dengan metode analisis data yang digunakan meliputi analisis data kuantitatif untuk tes pemahaman agama dan analisis data kualitatif untuk observasi kegiatan pengajaran Life Skill Qiroatul Qutub. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Implementasi pendekatan Hidden Curriculum dalam pengajaran Life Skill Qiroatul Qutub terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman agama siswa. Adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam skor pemahaman agama siswa setelah intervensi menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan ini dapat memberikan dampak positif pada pemahaman siswa. Efektivitas pengajaran Life Skill Qiroatul Qutub dalam meningkatkan pemahaman agama siswa terkait erat dengan integrasi nilai-nilai agama dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Dengan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai agama secara implisit, siswa dapat lebih memahami hubungan antara kehidupan sehari-hari dan ajaran agama. Terdapat hubungan saling berpengaruh antara pemahaman agama siswa dan efektivitas pengajaran Life Skill Qiroatul Qutub melalui pendekatan Hidden Curriculum. Peningkatan pemahaman agama siswa memberikan kontribusi positif pada efektivitas pengajaran Life Skill Qiroatul Qutub, dan sebaliknya, pengajaran yang efektif juga berdampak pada peningkatan pemahaman agama siswa. Pendidikan Life Skill Qiroatul Qutub memiliki peran penting dalam mengembangkan kecakapan hidup siswa yang relevan dengan ajaran agama. Selain itu, pemahaman agama yang baik membantu siswa dalam memahami dan menerapkan nilai-nilai agama dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.Kata kunci: Life Skill Qiroatul Qutub, pendidikan agama, hidden curriculum.The Hidden Curriculum Approach in teaching Life Skill Qiroatul Qutub can increase students' understanding of religion. Students' understanding of religion and the effectiveness of teaching Qiroatul Qutub's Life Skills influence each other and have a significant influence in the context of religious education. This research makes an important contribution in understanding the importance of Qiroatul Qutub Life Skill education and understanding of religion in the context of Islamic education at MAN 1 Semarang. The purpose of this research is to 1). analyzing the condition of students' understanding of religion at MAN 1 Semarang before implementing the hidden curriculum approach in teaching Qiroatul Qutub Life Skills. 2). identify the components of the hidden curriculum approach that can be integrated into Qiroatul Qutub Life Skill teaching to increase students' understanding of religion. 3). optimizing the teaching of Qiroatul Qutub Life Skills through a hidden curriculum approach in increasing students' understanding of religion at MAN 1 Semarang. 4). provide recommendations and suggestions that can be implemented by MAN 1 Semarang in optimizing teaching Qiroatul Qutub Life Skills with a hidden curriculum approach in order to increase students' understanding of religion effectively. This research method with the data analysis method used includes quantitative data analysis for religious understanding tests and qualitative data analysis for observing the teaching activities of Life Skill Qiroatul Qutub.The results of this study are that the implementation of the Hidden Curriculum approach in teaching Qiroatul Qutub Life Skills has proven effective in increasing students' understanding of religion. There was a significant increase in students' religious understanding scores after the intervention indicating that this approach can have a positive impact on students' understanding. The effectiveness of Qiroatul Qutub's Life Skill teaching in increasing students' understanding of religion is closely related to the integration of religious values in learning activities. By implicitly integrating religious values, students can better understand the relationship between daily life and religious teachings. There is a mutual influence relationship between students' understanding of religion and the effectiveness of teaching Qiroatul Qutub's Life Skills through the Hidden Curriculum approach. Increasing students' understanding of religion makes a positive contribution to the effectiveness of teaching Life Skill Qiroatul Qutub, and conversely, effective teaching also has an impact on increasing students' understanding of religion. Qiroatul Qutub Life Skills Education has an important role in developing students' life skills that are relevant to religious teachings.     Audit of A Web-Based Electronic Documents and Record Management System (WEDRMS): Oversight Efforts to Improve Administration in Higher Educational Institutions

    An electronic records had important role in organizations including a university or higher educational institutions. It was important to stay abreast of best practices and new technologies to manage these records effectively. A Web-Based Electronic Documents and Records Management System (WEDRMS) was a web-based system that was expected to reach a wide range of system users. This system had functions to store, archive and retrieve electronic documents. The purpose of this research was to explain further an audit implication for Web-Based Electronic Documents and Record Management System (WEDRMS) as an effort to supervise administration of higher educational Institutions. This research used a descriptive research approach with observation and document analysis for the data collection process. With the existence of an audit, it can become an alternative to managing electronic documents in the higher education environment.     ANALISIS EFISIENSI ANGGARAN BELANJA PEMERINTAH DAERAH SEKTOR KESEHATAN DI KABUPATEN/KOTA PROVINSI JAWA TENGAH TAHUN 2017-2020

    Sektor kesehatan memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan sumber daya manusia dari segi berfikir dan kondisi kesehatan. Kondisi kesehatan yang buruk tentunya akan menghasilkan produktivitas yang rendah, seperti tenaga kerja yang tidak sehat maka tidak mampu berkerja secara optimal.  Penelitian ini menggunakan metode alat analisis Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) dengan menggunakan software DEAP versi 2.1. Hasil pengukuran menunjukan nilai efisiensi relative. Penelitian ini menggunakan anggaran belanja kesehatan sebagai variabel input dan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan sebagai variabel output intermediate digunakan untuk mengakomodir hubungan tidak langsung antara variabel input dan output. Asumsi dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan Variabel Return to Scale (VRS) dan berorientasi pada output (Output Oriented). Penelitian pada tahun 2017-2020 menjelaskan bahwa efisiensi terparah Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Jawa Tengah secara teknis biaya dengan rata-rata 2 Kabupaten/Kota yang mencapai efisiensi sempurna (=1). Hasil ini sangat berbanding terbalik dengan hasil efisiensi teknis sistem dengan rata-rata 6 Kabupaten/Kota disusul dengan hasil daerah lain yang hampir mendekati nilai efisien sempurna (=1). Hal ini menjelaskan bahwa sebagian kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Jawa Tengah masih belum efisien dalam penggunaan anggaran belanja kesehatan dan perlu adanya perbaikan yang dilakukan melalui perhitungan target perbaikan dengan berorientasi pada memaksimalkan output

    This study aims to find out about human rights arrangements, especially for women after the amendments to the 1945 Constitution. This research uses a qualitative approach in the nature of literature study. Researchers also reviewed several books written by experts, journals, articles related to this study. The data analysis process used in this study includes data reduction, data presentation, verification and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that post-amendment human rights are regulated in articles 28A to 28J of the 1945 Constitution. Implementation of human rights arrangements has not been fully implemented in accordance with the legal basis in Indonesia, there are still many violations of human rights, especially women's rights regarding the issue of inequality socio-cultural and violence against women. If this is not taken seriously, it is feared that Indonesia will be threatened as a country that is not committed to implementing the constitution so that there must be strengthening of women's rights and increased awareness of gender equality which is supported by all parties.Keywords: human rights, women, amendments to the 1945 Constitutio

    Pengaruh Pola Asuh terhadap Kemampuan Komunikasi Siswa dalam Pembelajaran Matematika di Kelas III MI Gedanganak Kecamatan Ungaran Timur Kabupaten Semarang

    This research was motivated by difficulties when conveying mathematical ideas and when working on essay questions, there were some students who just counted the numbers without knowing the meaning of the problem or without knowing the meaning of each step of solving the problem. The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there was an influence of parenting on students' communication skills in learning mathematics in class III MI Gedanganak, East Ungaran District, Semarang Regency. The type of research used is quantitative research. The research subjects were class III students of MI Gedanganak, totaling 120 students with 30 samples. The variables of this study are parenting style and students' communication skills in learning mathematics. The data collection technique is using a questionnaire. Then the results of the data obtained were analyzed using arithmetic T test. Based on the results of the research and after the data was analyzed using the T-test, there was an influence of parenting style on students' communication skills in learning mathematics. This is indicated by the results of the calculated T-test which is greater than the T distribution table (2.750 > 2.042), which means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is an influence of parenting style and students' communication skills in learning mathematics.Keywords: parenting, parents, communication skills, students in learning Mathematic
