Analysis of The Impact of Fiscal Decentralization on Economic Growth in Indonesia
Get PDFThis study aims to examine the effect of fiscal decentralization on economic growth in Indonesia. The research sample is journals that discuss the effect of fiscal decentralization on Indonesia's economic growth. The data were then analyzed using the Compare method. The results indicated that, first, fiscal decentralization had a positive and significant effect on economic growth. Second, fiscal decentralization has a negative and significant effect on economic growth. Third, there are many aspects that influence the results of fiscal decentralization in every region in Indonesia

Get PDFTujuan dari tulisan ini adalah untuk menyelidiki dampak kesenjangan ekonomi atau status ekonomi orang tua terhadap perkembangan emosional anak usia dini. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah review naratif, yang berfungsi sebagai analisis mendalam dari berbagai penelitian dan buku dibandingkan satu sama lain untuk menghasilkan hasil yang komprehensif. Hasil dari penelitian ini, bahwa pendekatan fungsional berpendapat bahwa ketimpangan ekonomi orang tua memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap perkembangan emosional anak usia dini. Jadi dapat dikesimpukan bahwa menurut pandangan fungsionalisme dan konflik memberikan bukti bahwa status ekonomi orang tua dapat mempengaruhi perkembangan emosional anak usia dini.
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this paper is to investigate the impact of economic inequality or parents' economic status on the emotional development of early childhood. The method used in this study is a narrative review, which functions as an in-depth analysis of various studies and books compared to one another to produce comprehensive results. The results of this study, that the functional approach argues that parents' economic inequality has a significant impact on the emotional development of early childhood. So, it can be concluded that according to the view of functionalism and conflict provides evidence that the economic status of parents can influence the emotional development of early childhood

Along with this commitment, specifically the commitment of a religious teaching also plays an important role in the success of this global commitment, namely the implementation of the halal economy. Literature review is the method in this research to find theories and similarities between the green economy and the halal economy. The result is that these two economic targets have unidirectional goals so that they will support and strengthen each other if they are collaborated into solutions rather than overcoming the impacts and challenges of the global economy.

No full textMuseum Blambangan adalah tempat berharga yang menyimpan warisan kerajaan Blambangan dan kerajaan lainnya di Nusantara. Pemerintah perlu memperhatikan masa depan museum ini sebagai platform ilmu pengetahuan, bukan hanya sebagai gudang artefak sejarah. Untuk mengubah persepsi bahwa museum hanya untuk menyimpan barang tua, pemerintah harus memperluas peran museum dan mendorong kunjungan pelajar dan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi strategi Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Banyuwangi dalam meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan, termasuk domestik dan mancanegara, di Era Industri 4.0. Kami menggunakan pendekatan pengembangan masyarakat dengan melibatkan mitra sebagai obyek dan subyek dalam program pengabdian masyarakat. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa promosi melalui media sosial, situs web, brosur, pamflet, dan media cetak lainnya akan meningkatkan keterlibatan masyarakat dalam mempromosikan museum. Selain itu, menjalin kemitraan dengan pemerintah daerah, sekolah, dan organisasi masyarakat dapat meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan di Banyuwangi, baik lokal maupun internasional.
The Strategy for Preserving the Blambangan Museum in the Industrial Age 4.0 in Increasing Tourist Visits in Banyuwangi
The Blambangan Museum is a valuable place that stores the heritage of the Blambangan kingdom and other kingdoms in the archipelago. The government needs to pay attention to the future of this museum as a science platform, not just as a warehouse for historical artifacts. To change the perception that museums are only for storing old items, the government must expand the role of museums and encourage visits by students and the public. This research aims to evaluate the strategy of the Banyuwangi Culture and Tourism Office in increasing tourist visits, including domestic and foreign, in the Industrial Era 4.0. We use a community development approach by involving partners as objects and subjects in community service programs. The results show that promotion through social media, websites, brochures, pamphlets and other print media will increase public involvement in promoting the museum. Apart from that, establishing partnerships with local governments, schools and community organizations can increase tourist visits to Banyuwangi, both local and international.
Pengaruh Ppn 12% terhadap Laba Kotor dan Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan Manufaktur di Kabupaten Jember
Get PDFKenaikan Pajak Pertambahan Nilai (PPN) menjadi 12% membawa implikasi signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan manufaktur, khususnya di Kabupaten Jember. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kebijakan tersebut terhadap laba kotor dan indikator kinerja keuangan, seperti likuiditas, profitabilitas, dan solvabilitas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah literatur riview dengan analisis statistik sebelum dan sesudah penerapan tarif PPN 12%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kenaikan PPN berdampak pada penurunan laba kotor serta penurunan rasio profitabilitas, seperti Return on Assets (ROA) dan Return on Equity (ROE). Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa perusahaan perlu melakukan strategi adaptasi, seperti efisiensi biaya produksi dan inovasi dalam penetapan harga, untuk mempertahankan daya saing. Implikasi dari penelitian ini dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan bagi pelaku usaha dan pembuat kebijakan dalam merespons perubahan regulasi perpajakan terhadap sektor industri manufaktur.

Khalayak sasaran dalam program pengabdian masyarakat yaitu umkm yang juga mengirimkan delegasinya pada LPNU yang juga mendapatkan beberapa pelatihan entrepreneur digital di LPNU . Jumlahnya ada sekitar 20 perwakilan UMKM yang selalu mendapat pelatihan dari berbagai mentor-mentor . bukan sesuatu yang baru sebenarnya, akan tetapi di program pengabdian kami yang sebelumnya telah melihat sejauh mana umkm di Kabupaten Jember ini memahami dan menggunakan peleporan keuangan. Program pendampingan dapat diselenggarakan dengan baik dan berjalan dengan lancar sesuai dengan rencana kegiatan yang telah disusun meskipun belum semua peserta pendampingan menguasai dengan baik materi yang disampaikan. Kegiatan ini mendapat sambutan sangat baik terbukti dengan keaktifan peserta mengikuti pendampingan dengan tidak meninggalkan tempat sebelum waktu pelatihan berakhir
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
