Tercemarnya lingkungan perairan akibat limbah logam berat kromium
(Cr) dapat mempengaruhi kualitas air permukaan maupun air tanah. Oleh
karena itu diperlukan usaha untuk meningkatkan kualitas air dengan
mengurangi kandungan ion logam kromium (Cr). Konsentrasi Cr dalam air dapat
dikurangi dengan cara penjerapan (adsorbsi). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
mengetahui pengaruh komposisi tanah andisol / lempung bayat / abu sekam,
suhu aktivasi dan waktu kontak terhadap kapasitas jerapan Cr dalam larutan
model; kondisi optimum jerapan dan efektivitas filter keramik dan pipa penjernih
untuk menurunkan Cr dalam air.
Campuran tanah andisol, lempung bayat dan abu sekam digunakan
sebagai penjerap (adsorben) ion logam Cr
3+
dengan metode batch. Filter
keramik dan pipa penjernih digunakan untuk mengurangi kandungan Cr dalam
air sumur. Identifikasi dan karakterisasi penjerap dilakukan dengan uji NaF,
Spektroskopi infra merah (FTIR), difraksi sinar-x (XRD), luas permukaan
spesifik dan keasaman total spesifik. Konsentrasi logam Cr dianalisis dengan
spektroskopi serapan atom. Isoterm jerapan ditentukan dengan persamaan
Freundlich dan Langmuir. Filter keramik dan Pipa Penjerap dibuat dengan
komposisi tanah andisol /lempung bayat / abu sekam menurut perbandingan
80/10/10.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sampel tanan andisol dan lempung bayat
mengandung mineral-mineral alofan, felspar, kaolin, gibsit dan monmorilonit.
Kondisi optimum jerapan dicapai pada suhu aktivasi 150

C, waktu kontak 30
menit dan komposisi tanah andisol / lempung bayat / abu sekam menurut
perbandingan 80 / 10 / 10. Isoterm Freundlich jerapan Cr dengan koefisien
determinasi (R
2
) (0,999), lebih tinggi dibandingkan Langmuir (0,380). Hasil
pengukuran menunjukkan filter keramik efektif menurunkan padatan terlarut
(TDS) dan kandungan Cr dalam air sumur dengan persentase penurunan
masing-masing sebesar 75,91 % dan 9,44 %. Sedangkan pipa penjernih mampu
menurunkan padatan terlarut (TDS) dari 260 ppm menjadi 249 ppm dan
kandungan Cr dari 0,064 ppm menjadi 0,052 ppm.

Indonesia will hold presidential and parliamentary elections in 2024 at both national and regional levels. Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono is one of the presidential candidates in the 2024-2029 elections. In political years where this, as done by Agus Harimurti Yodhoyono, will have a significant influence on the support of the Indonesian people, personal branding is an important component in the success of the plan. The development of information technology and the use of social media as a tool for developing personal branding is currently impossible to resist. Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono uses YouTube, a social media platform, to develop personal branding to attract the interest of the younger generation. The purpose of this research is to find out more about Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono's personal branding strategy on YouTube. By using foundations such as personal branding, agenda setting, framing and dramaturgy. The author uses qualitative research techniques. Framing analysis will be replaced by research that focuses on issues related to Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono's personal branding. Based on the findings of this study, personal branding, framing, and dramaturgy produce personal branding developed by Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono's management through YouTube social media which has formed a realistic personal branding. The film is a live picture, also often called a movie. Film, collectively, often called cinema. Cinema itself is derived from the word cinematic or motion. So the sense of motion is painting with light. The author makes a comedy movie using Circular Linear plot as the plot. The method used was the story begins from conception, data collection techniques of filming and editing videos.
Before authors begin filming this, the authors conducted several research methods, such as literature, namely by looking for books related to the movie-making process. Moreover, the authors also conducted an analysis of some of the films made in reference to the character creation as well as analyzing the properties commonly used in a comedy movie.
Film "AGUS" tells about the life of a young person who wanted to try his fortune village in the city. Are then faced with a dilemma, in which he must decide wisely over what happened.
The process of making this film started pre-production process that begins with the design work of ideas and concepts. Writers develop it into a movie by using the techniques of filmmaking in general.
This film uses a video editing software on finalizing, it will also facilitate the task of the writer in perfecting. Finally, the hope of the author of the final report will be the best, so it can be a role model for others, both technical and moral message contained in the film, and through this work, the author is able to provide different entertainment that could shift the interest of the film market film eroticism to quality films

Analisa Bullwhip Effect Pada Retail Air Minum Dalam Kemasan Studi Kasus Pada CV. Tirta Mekar Jaya Jl. Bat - Kareb No. 51 Tegalmulyo, Kartasura, Sukoharjo, Jawa Tengah
Salah satu kendala yang masih sering dijumpai dalam sistem distribusi produk adalah adanya fenomena Bullwhip Effect yaitu adanya simpangan yang jauh antara persediaan yang ada dengan permintaan. Hal ini disebabkan kesalahan interpertasi data permintaan ditiap rantai distribusi. Hal itu juga yang dialami oleh CV. Tirta Mekar Jaya yang memproduksi air minum dengan merk Axogy dalam kemasan galon 19 liter dan kemasan 500 ml.
Adapun tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui besarnya amplifikasi permintaan (bullwhip effect) dan meminimalisasi terjadinya bullwhip effect didalam sistem distribusi perusahaan Axogy wilayah Surakarta. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah data permintaan dan penjualan di masing- masing retail. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menghtung nilai amplifikasi permintaan (bullwhip effect) pada masing-masing retail, sedangkan untuk perbaikan dilakukan dengan peramalan permintaan dan perhitungan kembali nilai amplifikasi permintaan (bullwhip effect).
Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan untuk produk kemasan 19 liter terjadi bullwhip effect pada retail Yoga Sofyan 1,0156, Agus Suprapto 1,3519, Cipto waluyo 1,2479, Anik Sholihati 1,2144, Slamet Suharno 1,0140, Satna Nopida 1,0463, E.Asri Sadiyanti 1,1298, Adede Mustaqim 1,0256, P.Kusuma W 1,0570. Untuk produk kemasan 500mL terjadi bullwhip effect pada retail Kurniawan C 1,0328, Agus Suprapto 1,0348, Cipto waluyo 1,0279, Tintin Murtini 1,0291,Adede Mustaqim 1,0628, Wiyono 1,0321, nilai tersebut diatas parameter yaitu 1,0056.
Hasil peramalan dan perhitungan kembali nilai Amplifikasi permintaan (bullwhip effect) untuk produk kemasan 19 liter didapatkan hasil retail Yoga Sofyan Anwar 0,0330, Agus Suprapto 0,4045, Cipto waluyo 0,4926, Anik Sholihati 0,6101, Slamet Suharno 0,2787, Satna N 0,0233, E.Asri Sadiyanti 0,0700, Adede Mustaqim 0,4867, P.Kusuma Wijayanto 0,5396. Untuk produk kemasan 500 mL didapatkan hasil retail Kurniawan C 0,6964, Agus Suprapto 0,1869, Cipto waluyo 0,7678, Tintin Murtini 0,0622, Adede Mustaqim 0,1114, Wiyono 0,1256, nilai tersebut dibawah parameter yaitu 1,0056 .Usaha perbaikan dilakukan dengan melakukan pemesanan produk pada manufaktur dengan memperhatikan jumlah persediaan yang ada, menjaga arus informasi permintaan dan penjualan produk, serta menjaga menjaga lead time agar tetap stabil

Kabobs Premium Kebab Surabaya has fulfilled food storage standards, which
include storage methods in the Freezer for the perishable material category,
Chiller or Refrigerator for the semi-perishable ingredient category, and Dry

The Cupid, also known as Amor Vincit Omnia, painted by Caravaggio in the first half of 1602 for Vincenzo Giustiniani in Rome, is one of the best-known paintings by the Lombard painter, but also one of the most investigated and iconographically debated. Art historians have proposed different readings of this work, from those they consider the objects surrounding Amor symbols that refer to the arts of the quadrivium, but incompletely; others that make it generically included among the emblematic paintings or connect it to the patron whose intellectual and military qualities it would exalt; still others connect it to the Trionfi of Petrarch or to the poetry of the same period, or give it a soteric value linked to the reformed Catholic doctrines; finally, some identify a homoerotic matrix linked to the author or even to the client's environment. In this article, starting from some readings already advanced by critics over time, a reading closely linked to classical poetry is proposed, considering Merisi's painting the pictura of an emblem, to which a precise lemma would be connected, identified in the well-known couplet by Marzio Milesi and a broader epigramma, instead identified in a well-known Latin elegiac passage, which the observers of the time could have easily identified. A reading that would also present a profound moral value directly linked to the Catholic doctrine that distinguishes antecedent concupiscence from consequent concupiscence
Analisis Kajian Feminisme dalam Cerpen Pemetik Air Mata Karya Agus Noor
Feminist literary criticism is one of the literary criticisms that seeks to describe and examine women's experiences in various literary works. This study aims to describe women's struggles in facing gender injustice and seeking freedom in a patriarchal society. The main character, who is a woman, shows courage and determination in the face of social norms that limit her role and rights as a female individual. There is this study the author uses a structural approach. The structural approach aims to explain as carefully as possible the functions and relationships between literary works and show the relationship between these elements. The research used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. The data in this study is in the form of feminist literary criticism in a short story entitled Tear Picker by Agus Noor, which is contained in a collection of short stories by Agus Noor. Conclusion: 1) in a short story Pemetik Air Mata by Agus Noor which tells how women are treated, where lies the self-esteem of a woman who should get a decent life not only limited to satisfying the needs of men. 2) there are three schools of feminism contained in Agus Noor's short story Pemetik Air Mata, namely Social Feminism, Marxist Feminism, and Social Liberal
Analysis of Production and Consumption in Hair Artisans at Karangbanjar Village, Bojongsari District, Purbalingga
Hair craft product is selected as a specialized one in Karangbanjar village, Purbalingga Regency. This product has comparative advantage among other regions such as in Demak, Sragen, Karanganyar, and Brebes. It is also the second best product in the world after Guangzhou, China. This hair craft creative industry can employ many workers and generate income for the artisans in fulfilling their basic needs. The purpose of this study is to identify internal and external factors and analyze production activity and consumption behaviour of entrepreneurs of hair creative industry in Karangbanjar, Purbalingga. This study used primary and secondary data. The primary one was collected from respondents—68 entrepreneurs of hair production industry, and the secondary one was from relevant government institutions. Some measurements were applied in this study. Internal and External factors were identified by using SWOT analysis, while production activity was measured by profit analysis and economic efficiency analysis, and the consumption was measured by average propensity to consume (APC) analysis. The result shows that: 1) Hair creative industry has strenghts over weaknesses and opportunities over threats; (2) Hair creative industry offers high profit; 2) The entrepreneur profit coming from this industry can fulfill most of the consumption.</p
