Get PDFThe cigarette industry in Indonesia is currently experiencing a pretty heavy pressure, which comes from changes in government policies such as restrictions on importing raw materials, promotional activities, excise tax rates and increasing taxes. The question arises as to the condition of competition in the cigarette industry, during the transition of the SBY presidential administration to president Jokowidodo (2012-2016). Five force porter (1989) is a generic tool to analyze competitive strategies. Then developed by Dobbs (2014) into a more structured, in-depth and strategic insight. This study describes how the performance of core players in the cigarette industry is assessed in terms of profitability ratios during the government transition 2 years before Mr President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono was replaced by Mr President Jokowi. Kemudian oleh Mbah Kasemat diberikan kepada Agus Sulton (peneliti). Kanjeng yang dimaksud dalam judul adalah Nabi Muhammad. Dalam cerita lebih ditonjolkan doa, sedikit cuplikan sejarah Nabi Muhammad, dan unsur dakwah atau pitutur. Di pihak lain, ada yang menarik saat mengkristalisasi atau membahas tentang Nabi Muhammad, karena sosok beliau merupakan sosok yang sudah banyak dimengerti oleh banyak umat, khususnya yang beragama Islam. Kata Kunci: harapan, dunia usaha, SMK, soft skill Saat ini perguruan tinggi tengah dihadapkan pada tantangan untuk menghasilkan lulusan yang tidak hanya mempunyai kemampuan keilmuan (hard skills) yang memadai, tetapi juga diharuskan mempunyai kemampuan kepribadian (soft skills) yang mumpuni. Jika pada tahun 1990-an serapan tenaga kerja oleh perusahaan berorientasi pada tangible asset saat ini berubah menjadi intangible asset. Akibat perubahan ini tentunya berdampak pada lulusan perguruan tinggi yang akan memasuki pasar kerja. Orientasi mutu lulusan perguruan tinggi yang selama ini hanya berorientasi pada hard skill kini mengalami perubahan dengan dimasukkannya unsur pengembangan soft skill. Soft skill adalah kecakapan fundamental (kecakapan untuk maju dalam pekerjaan: mengelola informasi, berpikir dan menyelesaikan masalah); kecakapan intrapersonal (keyakinan diri dan kemampuan personal dalam mengatur diri sendiri); dan kecakapan interpersonal (kesadaran sosial dan kemampuan sosial dalam berhubungan dengan orang lain) yang harus dimiliki oleh setiap individu untuk terus berkembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan harapan dunia usaha/ industri (DU/DI) dan mendeskripsikan harapan SMK terhadap soft skill lulusan Jurusan Teknik Mesin FT UM. Penelitian ini dijalankan dengan menggunakan rancangan penelitian deskriptif, dan dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan teknik angket. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa harapan pimpinan DU/DI atau Pusdiklat mengharapkan lulusan Jurusan Teknik Mesin FT UM memiliki soft skill yang sangat tinggi sebesar (66,67%) dan tinggi (33,33%), sedangkan harapan SMK mengharapkan lulusan Jurusan Teknik Mesin FT UM memiliki soft skill yang sangat tinggi sebesar (62,50%) dan tinggi (37,50%). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, dapat disarankan agar penelitian lebih lanjut misalnya tanggapan dunia usaha/industri dan SMK terhadap soft skill lulusan Jurusan Teknik Mesin FT UM.

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana pola adaptasi santri
di Pondok Pesantren Modern Islam Assalaam. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian
deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini mulai dilakukan pada bulan Juni sampai dengan
November 2020 di Pondok Pesantren Modern Islam Assalaam. Subyek penelitian ini
adalah 5 orang santri kelas X Madrasah Aliyah (MA) yaitu MFM, ME, FM, FAM,
RNA sedangkan informan penelitian ini yaitu Ustad kepala asrama 2 sekaligus wali
kamar, dan guru Bimbingan Konseling (BK).
Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan mengadakan observasi, wawancara,
dan dokumentasi. Teknik keabsahan data dilakukan dengan triangulasi metode, dan
triangulasi sumber. Sedangkan analisis data dilakukan dengan cara pengumpulan
data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.
Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pola adaptasi santri baru di
Pondok Pesantren Modern Islam Assalaam diantaranya yaitu pertama pola adaptasi
di asrama yaitu santri beradaptasi dengan peraturan dan disiplin asrama diantaranya
a) Santri beradaptasi dengan jadwal shalat berjamaah 5 waktu di masjid, b) santri
beradaptasi dengan peraturan disiplin menggunakan bahasa (Arab-Inggris), c) santri
beradaptasi dengan kegiatan Halaqah Hujrah, d) santri beradaptasi dengan jadwal
istirahat. Kedua, pola adaptasi di tempat makan diantaranya yaitu a) Santri harus
mengambil makan di resto sesuai dengan jadwal yang telah di tentukan, b) Santri
tidak boleh mengambil giliran temannya pada saat mengantri. Ketiga, pola adaptasi di
kelas diantaranya a) santri beradaptasi dengan cara berkenalan dengan teman
kelasnya, b) santri beradaptasi dengan cara berkenalan dengan ustadz ustadzahnya, c)
santri beradaptasi dengan mata pelajaran baru khususnya mata pelajaran kepondokan

Get PDFThis research aims to identify the character education values contained in the book Washaya al-Aba' li al-Abna Muhammad Syakir and the role of his opinion on the richness of character education values. It is hoped that this research can be used as a source or reference in efforts to develop education and character as a whole, especially character education according to Islam. It can also be used as a reference to facilitate understanding of character education and as a reference for relevant research in the future. This research method is qualitative and uses a narrative biography method. By using a descriptive presentation approach, this autobiography of the character's thoughts combines the ideas of character education from his work. Library research, or library research, is a research method that involves books, articles, notes and electronic media. with primary sources from the book Washaya al Aba Li al-Abna and secondary sources from study books. In this research, data collection was carried out through the documentation method, which includes searching for data through variables such as notes, books, and articles, among others. The author used a content analysis study to analyze the data; they analyzed the data textually based on the contents of the book. The research results show that the book Washaya al Aba Li al-Abna contains 17 educational character values, divided into two categories: 10 character values fall into the moral category and 7 character values fall into the performance category. Faith and piety, love and obedience to the Messenger of Allah, respect for parents, respect for teachers, truth or honesty, nobility or self-respect, patience, sincerity and a simple life are moral characters. Performance characteristics also include trust, discipline, hard work, never giving up, love of the country, interest in reading or literacy knowledge, and concern for the environment
