MATERNAL AND PERINATAL OUTCOME OF WOMEN WITH OBESITY IN PREGNANCY

Nowadays, obesity is a global problem because of the increasing incidence. This study aimed to explore the characteristics of maternal and perinatal outcomes of obesity pregnancy in Obstetric Outpatient at Dr. Soetomo General Hospital, Surabaya from 2013 to 2015. This was a descriptive and observational analytic study. This study used secondary data from medical records, and the subjects were divided into two groups. There were 241 (7.4%) pregnant women with obesity and only 147 (61%) of 241 delivered in Dr. Soetomo Hospital, Surabaya. Most complications were preeclampsia (25.8%), dyslipidemia (24.5%), and gestational diabetes (18.4%). Most of delivery mode was abdominal delivery in 89 subjects (60.5%). The majority of subjects needed treatment for less than 5 days in 125 subjects (85%). There was significant difference in preeclampsia, the length of stay (LOS), low birth weight, asphyxia, and IUFD compared to maternal-perinatal outcomes of obesity who had antenatal outside Dr. Soetomo Hospital. Whereas, we found no significant difference in caesarean section, surgical wound infection and macrosomia in both groups. Most of delivery mode in obese pregnancy women was caesarean section delivery. Most complications in labor with obesity were preeclampsia, dyslipidemia, and gestational diabetes. There was significant difference in preeclampsia and length of stay, birth weight, asphyxia, and IUFD in both groups

Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono uses YouTube, a social media platform, to develop personal branding to attract the interest of the younger generation. The purpose of this research is to find out more about Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono's personal branding strategy on YouTube. By using foundations such as personal branding, agenda setting, framing and dramaturgy. The author uses qualitative research techniques. Framing analysis will be replaced by research that focuses on issues related to Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono's personal branding. Based on the findings of this study, personal branding, framing, and dramaturgy produce personal branding developed by Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono's management through YouTube social media which has formed a realistic personal branding. Before authors begin filming this, the authors conducted several research methods, such as literature, namely by looking for books related to the movie-making process. Moreover, the authors also conducted an analysis of some of the films made in reference to the character creation as well as analyzing the properties commonly used in a comedy movie.
Film "AGUS" tells about the life of a young person who wanted to try his fortune village in the city. Are then faced with a dilemma, in which he must decide wisely over what happened.
The process of making this film started pre-production process that begins with the design work of ideas and concepts. Writers develop it into a movie by using the techniques of filmmaking in general.
This film uses a video editing software on finalizing, it will also facilitate the task of the writer in perfecting. Finally, the hope of the author of the final report will be the best, so it can be a role model for others, both technical and moral message contained in the film, and through this work, the author is able to provide different entertainment that could shift the interest of the film market film eroticism to quality films

No full textThe Cupid, also known as Amor Vincit Omnia, painted by Caravaggio in the first half of 1602 for Vincenzo Giustiniani in Rome, is one of the best-known paintings by the Lombard painter, but also one of the most investigated and iconographically debated. Art historians have proposed different readings of this work, from those they consider the objects surrounding Amor symbols that refer to the arts of the quadrivium, but incompletely; others that make it generically included among the emblematic paintings or connect it to the patron whose intellectual and military qualities it would exalt; still others connect it to the Trionfi of Petrarch or to the poetry of the same period, or give it a soteric value linked to the reformed Catholic doctrines; finally, some identify a homoerotic matrix linked to the author or even to the client's environment. In this article, starting from some readings already advanced by critics over time, a reading closely linked to classical poetry is proposed, considering Merisi's painting the pictura of an emblem, to which a precise lemma would be connected, identified in the well-known couplet by Marzio Milesi and a broader epigramma, instead identified in a well-known Latin elegiac passage, which the observers of the time could have easily identified. A reading that would also present a profound moral value directly linked to the Catholic doctrine that distinguishes antecedent concupiscence from consequent concupiscence

Conservative Surgical Management of Postpartum Hemorrhage (PPH) Using ’Surabaya Method’ (Modified B-Lynch Compression Suture)
Get PDFObjective: To evaluate the efficacy of PPH management by conservative surgical management using B-Lynch Method and Surabaya method (Modified B-Lynch compression suture) as an alternative to hysterectomy in PPH due to uterine atony.
Method: Eighty-four cases of PPH from 2786 deliveries were
recruited in period of July 1, 2007 - August 31, 2008. The study was
perfomed in Ob/Gyn Dept. Dr. Soetomo Hospital Surabaya, Indonesia.
Its management consisted of 72 cases succeed with medical (uterotonics) and mechanical technique (tamponade technique) and
the remain of 12 failed cases was done by conservative surgical
technique that preserving uterus. The surgically therapy on these 12
cases were proceeded by B-Lynch technique on 4 cases and another
8 cases with Surabaya Method in which the technique was done by
performing brace suturing way with 3 longitudinally stitches using
chromic catgut no 2 and round needle.
Result: From 12 cases showed that all 8 cases with Surabaya
Method technique were success to stop bleeding, but 2 cases were
failed from B-Lynch Method and hysterectomy were done. Two out
of 8 cases Surabaya Method and 1 B-Lynch technique case were
ended with death which possible causes were HELLP syndrome,
DIC and multiple organ failure complication in severe preeclampsia,
although actually the bleeding had already been stopped.
Conclusion: The present study showed that Surabaya Method
was effective to stop bleeding in PPH conservative surgical management with uterus preserving. Beside simple, effective and easy to implement, the advantage of Surabaya Method was quick.
