Corruption prevention based on e-government with Islamic religiosity as a moderating variable / Chrisna Suhendi, Abdul Rohman and Agus Purwanto
Full text linkThe growing phenomenon of corruption in Indonesia was used as a basis of this research. This study aimed to examine the effect of e-government on corruption and the role of Islamic religiosity in moderating the relationship between e-government and corruption. The research data was obtained through a survey of 133 of 869 Budget Users (PA) at the Local Government Work Unit (Organisasi Perangkat Daerah, OPD) in Central Java Province. Data analysis in this research used the SPSS 16 software aid with the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) Test, ie pure moderated test. This research formulated 2 hypothesis. The test results showed that e-government has no direct negative effects in reducing corruption, but Islamic religiosity plays a role in moderating the relationship between e-government and corruption in order to reduce corruption

Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono is one of the presidential candidates in the 2024-2029 elections. In political years where this, as done by Agus Harimurti Yodhoyono, will have a significant influence on the support of the Indonesian people, personal branding is an important component in the success of the plan. The development of information technology and the use of social media as a tool for developing personal branding is currently impossible to resist. Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono uses YouTube, a social media platform, to develop personal branding to attract the interest of the younger generation. The purpose of this research is to find out more about Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono's personal branding strategy on YouTube. By using foundations such as personal branding, agenda setting, framing and dramaturgy. The author uses qualitative research techniques. Framing analysis will be replaced by research that focuses on issues related to Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono's personal branding. Based on the findings of this study, personal branding, framing, and dramaturgy produce personal branding developed by Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono's management through YouTube social media which has formed a realistic personal branding. As a result, Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono's personal branding has become realistic

Full text linkThe film is a live picture, also often called a movie. Film, collectively, often called cinema. Cinema itself is derived from the word cinematic or motion. So the sense of motion is painting with light. The author makes a comedy movie using Circular Linear plot as the plot. The method used was the story begins from conception, data collection techniques of filming and editing videos.
Before authors begin filming this, the authors conducted several research methods, such as literature, namely by looking for books related to the movie-making process. Moreover, the authors also conducted an analysis of some of the films made in reference to the character creation as well as analyzing the properties commonly used in a comedy movie.
Film "AGUS" tells about the life of a young person who wanted to try his fortune village in the city. Are then faced with a dilemma, in which he must decide wisely over what happened.
The process of making this film started pre-production process that begins with the design work of ideas and concepts. Writers develop it into a movie by using the techniques of filmmaking in general.
This film uses a video editing software on finalizing, it will also facilitate the task of the writer in perfecting. Finally, the hope of the author of the final report will be the best, so it can be a role model for others, both technical and moral message contained in the film, and through this work, the author is able to provide different entertainment that could shift the interest of the film market film eroticism to quality films

No full textThe Cupid, also known as Amor Vincit Omnia, painted by Caravaggio in the first half of 1602 for Vincenzo Giustiniani in Rome, is one of the best-known paintings by the Lombard painter, but also one of the most investigated and iconographically debated. Art historians have proposed different readings of this work, from those they consider the objects surrounding Amor symbols that refer to the arts of the quadrivium, but incompletely; others that make it generically included among the emblematic paintings or connect it to the patron whose intellectual and military qualities it would exalt; still others connect it to the Trionfi of Petrarch or to the poetry of the same period, or give it a soteric value linked to the reformed Catholic doctrines; finally, some identify a homoerotic matrix linked to the author or even to the client's environment. In this article, starting from some readings already advanced by critics over time, a reading closely linked to classical poetry is proposed, considering Merisi's painting the pictura of an emblem, to which a precise lemma would be connected, identified in the well-known couplet by Marzio Milesi and a broader epigramma, instead identified in a well-known Latin elegiac passage, which the observers of the time could have easily identified. A reading that would also present a profound moral value directly linked to the Catholic doctrine that distinguishes antecedent concupiscence from consequent concupiscence
Pengaruh Kompetensi, Independensi, Dan Integritas Auditor Terhadap Kualitas Hasil Audit Pada Inspektorat Kabupaten Rokan Hilir
No full textThis study was conducted to analyze the effect of auditor competence, independence, and integrity on the quality of audit results at the Rokan Hilir Regency Inspectorate. The theory used in this study is Rai which states that auditor competence consists of three indicators, namely the quality of persona, general knowledge regarding the independence, integrity, and quality of the auditor's audit results. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire with the entire population of auditors being sampled and interviews. Data analysis was performed by multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the partial t test, it was revealed that the competence and integrity of the auditors had a positive effect on the quality of the audit results, while independence had no effect on the quality of the audit results. Meanwhile, the results of the simultaneous F test found that the competence, independence, and integrity of the auditors have a positive effect on the quality of the audit results

International Adolescent Mental Health Survey (I-NAMHS) pasca COVID -19
tentang survey kesehatan mental nasional yang mengukur angka kejadian gangguan
mental usia remaja menunjukan rasio satu dari tiga remaja di Indonesia memiliki
masalah kesehatan mental. Dalam diseminasi hasil penelitiannya disampaikan
bahwa masalah mental atau gangguan mental tersebut lebih diakibatkan oleh
gangguan kecemasan, depresi, gangguan perilaku dan gangguan stress pasca
trauma. Identity merupakan bagian dari konsep diri (self concept) yang yang harus
dikembangkan secara positif oleh setiap remaja. Dalam konteks pendidikan di
sekolah, kesehatan mental remaja berkaitan erat dengan layanan Bimbingan dan
Konseling. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil kesehatan mental
remaja di usia sekolah menengah kejuruan. Berdasarkan dari identifikasi tersebut
diharapkan sekolah secara khusus dapat membuat program layanan Bimbingan dan
Konseling dengan fokus mengembangkan mental health (kesehatan mental) remaja.
Pada penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan pendekatan kulitatif dengan metode
ethnometodology dalam pengumpulan data penelitiaannya dengan memperlakukan
realitas objektif sebagai hasil yang interaksional, diskursif dan deskriptif melalui
wawancara, observasi dan analisis dokumen tentang identifikasi kesehatan mental
remaja dan tindak lanjutnya dalam layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling. Hasil
penelitian menunjukan bahwa siswa SMK : (1) memiliki penghargaan terhadap diri
dan orang lain dengan baik; (2) memiliki selera humor sewajarnya; (3) mampu
mendayagunakan potensi akal untuk sesuatu yang bersifat kreatif dan realistik; (4)
bersikap tenang dan sewajarnya, yang secara umum memiliki kesehatan mental
yang baik. Akan tetapi dalam kondisi tertentu setelah dilaksanakan need
assessment, teridentifikasi sebagian siswa SMK : (1) memiliki kondisi mental
remaja yang kurang sehat; (2) membutuhkan bantuan bimbingan yang salah satunya
adalah melalui kerangka bimbingan kelompok untuk mengembangkan kesehatan
mental remaja.
Based on research throughout 2021 conducted by the post-COVID-19 Indonesia
International Adolescent Mental Health Survey (I-NAMHS) regarding a national
mental health survey that measures the incidence of mental disorders in
adolescents, it shows that a ratio of one in three adolescents in Indonesia has
mental health problems. In the dissemination of his research results, he conveyed
that mental problems or mental disorders are more caused by anxiety disorders,
depression, behavioral disorders and post-traumatic stress disorder. Identity is
part of the self-concept that must be developed positively by every teenager. In the
context of education in schools, adolescent mental health is closely related to
Guidance and Counseling services. This study aims to determine the mental health
profile of adolescents at vocational high school age. Based on this identification, it
is hoped that schools can specifically develop Guidance and Counseling service
programs with a focus on developing adolescent mental health. In this study, the
authors used a qualitative approach with the ethnomethodology method in
collecting research data by treating objective reality as interactional, discursive
and descriptive results through interviews, observation and document analysis
regarding the identification of adolescent mental health and its follow-up in
Guidance and Counseling services. The results of the study show that SMK
students: (1) have good respect for themselves and others; (2) have a reasonable
sense of humor; (3) being able to utilize the potential of reason for something that
is creative and realistic; (4) be calm and reasonable, generally have good mental
health. However, under certain conditions after the need assessment was carried
out, it was identified that some SMK students: (1) had an unhealthy adolescent
mental condition; (2) need guidance assistance, one of which is through a group
guidance framework to develop adolescent mental health
Analisis Kajian Feminisme dalam Cerpen Pemetik Air Mata Karya Agus Noor
No full textFeminist literary criticism is one of the literary criticisms that seeks to describe and examine women's experiences in various literary works. This study aims to describe women's struggles in facing gender injustice and seeking freedom in a patriarchal society. The main character, who is a woman, shows courage and determination in the face of social norms that limit her role and rights as a female individual. There is this study the author uses a structural approach. The structural approach aims to explain as carefully as possible the functions and relationships between literary works and show the relationship between these elements. The research used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. The data in this study is in the form of feminist literary criticism in a short story entitled Tear Picker by Agus Noor, which is contained in a collection of short stories by Agus Noor. Conclusion: 1) in a short story Pemetik Air Mata by Agus Noor which tells how women are treated, where lies the self-esteem of a woman who should get a decent life not only limited to satisfying the needs of men. 2) there are three schools of feminism contained in Agus Noor's short story Pemetik Air Mata, namely Social Feminism, Marxist Feminism, and Social Liberal
IDENTIFIKASI AHOK DAN PESAN SATIRE DALAM CERPEN “KORUPTOR KITA TERCINTA” KARYA AGUS NOOR (Identification of Ahok’s Character and Satire Message in The Short Story “Our Beloved Corruptors” by Agus Noor)
Full text linkLahirnya sebuah karya sastra tidak bisa dilepaskan dari konteks sosial, budaya, ataupun politik yang melingkupinya karena sastra merupakan mimesis kehidupan. Dalam menyikapi persoalan korupsi, Agus Noor dalam karya cerpennya menghadirkan dimensi lain, yakni realitas korupsi dan aktor politik yang ada di dalamnya dengan muatan humor satire yang khas. Yang menjadi tujuan dalam penelitian ini ialah mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan (1) indentifikasi sosok Ahok dalam cerpen KKT karya Agus Noor; (2) pesan satire dalam cerpen KKT karya Agus Noor.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah deskriptif-kualitatif dengan pendekatan mimesis sastra. Sumber data berupa buku kumpulan cerpen Lelucon Para Koruptor. Data diambil dengan teknik rekam-catat untuk selanjutnya dianalisis dengan model analisis interaktif. Dari hasil kajian, dihasilkan simpulan bahwa (1) Tokoh utama dalam cerpen KKT memiliki identifikasi yang erat dengan sosok Ahok. Identifikasi tersebut didasarkan pada peristiwa yang dialami tokoh dalam cerita dengan realitas Ahok serta melalui karakter keras, lugas, berani, dan bicara ceplas-ceplos apa adanya. (2) Pesan satire dalam cerpen digunakan sebagai media kritik oleh pangarang terhadap realitas korupsi yang dilakukan para koruptor. Pesan satire digunakan oleh pangarang sebagai media alternatif dalam menyampaikan kritik tentang korupsi melalui guyonan “asem” yang segar nan miris.An art work is strongly related to social context, culture, or politic because it reflects the condition of life. For example, in responding corruption problem, Agus Noor in his literary works shows other dimensions such as the reality of corruption and political actors involved inside with the touch of a unique satire humor. The main purpose of this study was to describe and explain (1) the identification of Ahok’s character in the short story “Koruptor Kita Tercinta” (KKT) by Agus Noor; (2) the satire message in short story KKT by Agus Noor. The method used in this study was descriptive-qualitative method with the main data source was taken from the short story collection entitled Jokes of The Corruptors. The data were taken by using “recording-noting” technique to be further analyzed using analysis-interactive model. From the study, there were some conclusions: (1) the main character in the short story jokes of the corruptors has a strong identification with Ahok. That identification was based on the act experienced by the main character in the story which was compared with the reality and also through some characteristics described such as assertive, straightforward, to be brave, and to speak frankly. (2) The satire message contained in the short story was used as the media of critic by the author toward the corruption reality in Indonesia. Satire message was used by the author as an alternative way in conveying critics on corruption in a fresh and ironic way
