Teknik Pembuatan Tanaman Sakit untuk Tujuan Penelitian

    No full text

The diseases control with synthetic fungicide is dangerous since mustard green leaves are freshly consumed or with minimum treatments. Therefore, a safer alternative method must be sought such inducing plant resistance using chemical inducers. This research aimed to evaluate effectiveness of salicylic acid, chitin, K2HPO4, vitamin B1, as resistance inducers. Meanwhile,  Bion M 1/48, a commercial inducer, was used as the check treatment. These substances were applied as either seed soaking or spraying. In the soaking treatmet, the seeds were soaked for 12 hours duration, whereas in the spraying treatment, chemicals were applied once, at two days before inoculation with conidial suspension of 5 x 105 conidia ml-1. Experimental plants were arranged in a Randomized Block Design with four replicates. Observation was carried out on incubation period and disease intensity. Results showed that soaking the seed in salicylic acid, chitin and K2HPO4 was able to delay the appearance of symptoms, better than of Bion M 1/48. Towards disease intensity, salicylic acid, chitin, and K2HPO4 were also effective in inducing resistance of mustard green leaves against Curvularia leaf spot.  The three substances were potential to be applied as an alternative to synthetic fungicide in managing Curvularia leaf spot on the mustard green

Trichoderma sp., Aspergillus sp. dan Penicillium sp. merupakan jamur antagonis potensial untuk mengendalikan R. microporus asal PKR Sakambangan.ABSTRACTWhite root rot disease (WRRD) incited by Rigidoporus microporus is an important disease in rubber plants. WRRD is commonly controlled using synthetic fungicide, nevertheless it is expensive and harmful to environment. One way to control soil-borne diseases that is considered cheaper, efficient and safer is by using antagonistic microorganisms. This study aimed to examine the antagonism of rubber plant rhizosphere fungi (RRF) against R. microporus. The research was carried out from November 2021 to February 2022. Research used survey method at a rubber plantation in Sakambangan, Garut Regency, West Java, and experimental method at the Phytopathology Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Padjadjaran. A Completely Randomized Design was used for the two antagonism tests, namely dual culture (in vitro) of 17 RRF isolates and R. microporus as control treatment while a rubber root piece test (in planta) was used for testing 8 RRF isolates and two control treatments with three replications. The results derived 17 fungal isolates in the genera of Trichoderma, Aspergillus, Penicillium, Gliocladium, Paecilomyces, Acremonium, Cladosporium, and four unidentified. All isolates inhibited the growth (86.07%) and colonization (85.33%) of R. microporus. Trichoderma sp., Aspergillus sp. and Penicillium sp. are potential antagonists against R. microporus of Sakambangan rubber plantation origin.</jats:p

All isolates inhibited the growth (86.07%) and colonization (85.33%) of R. microporus. Trichoderma sp., Aspergillus sp. and Penicillium sp. are potential antagonists against R. microporus of Sakambangan rubber plantation origin

Teades, et varasem kogemus ettevõttel puudub, uuris autor erinevaid viise, kuidas saaks ettevõttel konversioonimäära paremaks muuta läbi HTTPS´i, Facebook Retargeting´i, Mailchimpi, uudiskirjade ning blogidega. The purpose of this thesis was to find solutions for the company MiisuMiisu OÜ to boost sales through online marketing. Paljud laod kannatavad informatsiooni piiratud liikumise all. Uurimisküsimused on nimetatud töö sissejuhatuses. Many warehouses suffer from the limited communication of information. It means that the wishes of a particular entity are not known to all parties. One reason for this situation is the lack of the information systems and technologies operating in the company. By the skilful use of information systems and technologies it is possible to make logistic operations more efficient. The thesis titled “The Improvement of the Information Flow at AS Tallink Duty Free Logistics Center” is aimed at making proposals for a faster and more efficient flow of documents and information at Tallink Logistics Center. To achieve this aim, the author examined the specialist publications and manuals and conducted a study. The author formulated the following problem of the graduation thesis as a slow-paced flow of information at AS Tallink Duty Free logistics centre, which results in a failure to completely fulfil customer orders, or, furthermore, client does not receive ordered products at all. For the aim of obtaining the results, as the research method, the author set out the research questions to which he has found the answers in the course of this work. The research questions contain in the introduction to this work. To investigate the problem, the author applied the qualitative benchmarking analysis, in which he conducted a survey and studied documents regulating the company work. The observations were helpful in identifying the current processes concerning handling of information and documents inside the company, and the bottlenecks therein, in order to find the best solution for the company. The thesis also revealed that due to the improper circulation of information and documents in supply of ships, in addition, problems arise in the processes related to the handling of goods. The processes include activities that could be made faster if a scanner was in use and the processes that do not create value were abandoned. The speed of batching is affected by a choice of storage place locations in the warehouse, though, there are other ways to make picking more efficient and avoid errors. One option is to use colours in the warehouse to mark items that are slightly different from each other and for which reason it is time-consuming to find them. The problem of the loss of documents would be solved by the introduction of scanners on the ships. The use of scanners could also make the work process faster as it allows to scan ordered goods / pallets, and a delivery note of ordered products and their quantities will be displayed in the scanner. To ensure the high-quality service, it is important to ensure the continuous flow of processes and to understand that each entity division plays an important role in delivering the high- quality and satisfying end results. The introduction of the upgrade proposals to the work of the company logistics centre will improve the quality of work of both operators and batching operators. The high-quality work contributes to the efficient day-to-day information exchange, which ensures the timely and accurate execution of customer orders. The author’s position is that by applying the proposals presented in the thesis, it is possible to increase the speed and quality of information circulation at the logistics centre, which in turn will improve the company’s image
