PENINGKATAN MINAT MENULIS PUISI SISWA KELAS VI SD NEGERI BUMIJO DENGAN SUMBER BELAJAR ALAM SEKITAR MELALUI PENDEKATAN KONTEKSTUAL
SubagyaABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat menulis puisi pada siswa kelas VI SD Bumijo Yogyakarta dengan sumber belajar alam sekitar melalui pendekatan kontekstual. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 39 orang siswa dengan nilai kemampuan rata-rata awal menulis puisi adalah 68,4. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas model Kemmis dan Taggart dengan tahapan perencanaan, alternatif pemecahan masalah, tindakan, analisis, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata awal kelompok adalah 68,4 dan mandiri 65,2, meningkat menjadi 73,3 (nilai rata-rata kelompok) serta 71,20 (nilai rata-rata mandiri) di siklus I, dan menjadi 79,4 (nilai rata-rata kelompok) serta 78,0 (nilai rata-rata mandiri) di siklus II.Kata kunci: menulis puisi, sumber belajar, alam sekitar, pembelajaran kontekstualThe aims of this research are to increase students’ interest in writing poems for 6th grade students of elementary school at SD Bumijo Yogyakarta through environment learning resources by contextual approach. The subjects of research are 39 students with pre-average score of writing poems are 68,4. This research is classroom action research of Kemmis dan Taggart model with several steps are planning, problem solving alternative, action, analysis, and reflection. The results of this research show that pre-avarage score of writing poems in team are 68,4 and individual 65,2, increase to 73,3 (team average score) and 71,20 (individual average score) in 1st cycle, then become 79,4 (team average score) and 78,0 (individual average score) in 2nd cycle.Keywords: writing poems, learning resources, environment, contextual learnin
Pengembangan Buku Siswa Audio Taktual (BSAT) Matematika SMP/sederajat untuk Siswa Tunanetra
Penelitian bertujuan untuk: 1) Menganalis kebutuhan buku dalam pembelajaran
mata pelajaran matematika untuk siswa SMP/sedejat kelas VII siswa tunanetra; 2)
Menghasilkan produk BSAT matematika yang layak digunakan untuk siswa tunanetra
SMP kelas VII; 3) Mengetahui efektivitas buku matematika audiotaktual ditinjau dari
aspek kemandirian belajar, motivasi belajar, user friendly, kecepatan belajar dan
pemahaman dibandingkan dengan buku matematika Braille dan buku matametika
audio.
Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan R&D dari model Borg dan Gall. Tahapan
penelitian terdiri 1) Penelitian dan pengumpulan; 2) Perencanaan; c) Mengembangkan
produk awal/draft produk; d) Ujicoba lapangan awal; e) Merevisi produk utama; f) Uji
coba lapangan utama; g) Penyempurnaan produk operasional; h) Ujicoba lapangan
operasional; I) Penyempurnaan produk akhir; j) Diseminasi dan implementasi. Subjek
ujicoba produk awal berjumlah enam siswa tunanetra dari satu sekolah, ujicoba
produk utama berjumlah dari 20 siswa tunanetra dari tiga sekolah dan subjek pada
uji coba lapangan operasional terdiri dari 57 siswa tunanetra dari sembilan sekolah
yaitu yaitu SMPLB-A YAAT Klaten, SMPLB-A YKAB Surakarta, SMPLB-A YPAB
Surabaya, M.Ts Yaketunis Yogyakarta, SMPLB Negeri Kota Bandung, SMPLB
Citueruep, Cimahi, SMPLB Bina Insani Bandar Lampung dan SMPLB PRPCN
Palembang, SMPLBN Pemalang. Desain uji coba produk awal menggunakan one to
one, desain uji coba lapangan utama dan uji coba lapangan operasional menggunakan
quasi experiment with posttest-only design. Analisis data pada uji coba produk awal
menggunakan analisis deskriptif-kualitatif. Analisis data uji coba lapangan utama dan
lapangan operasional menggunakan mix method yaitu analisis campuran yang diawali
dengan analisis data kualitatif, kemudian diikuti dengan analisis data kuantitatif.
Analisis data kuantitatif menggunakan MANOVA satu jalur untuk menguji efektivtas
BSAT.
Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa: 1) Pembelajaran matematika SMP kelas
VII pada siswa tunanetra menggunakan buku cetak yang dibacakan. 2) Bahan ajar
yang dihasilkan adalah buku siswa audiotaktual matematika (BSAT) kelas VII; 3)
Pemanfaatan buku siswa matematika audio taktual/Braille (BSAT) secara signifikan
efektif dapat meningkatkan kemandirian belajar, motivasi belajar, user friendly,
kecepatan belajar dan pemahaman dalam belajar matematika siswa tunanetra kelas VII
SMP/sederajat. Hal ini terbukti bahwa BSAT dapat meningkatkan secara signifikan
terhadap kemandirian belajar, motivasi belajar, user friendly, kecepatan belajar dan
pemahaman matematika siswa tunanetra kelas VII SMP/SMPLB/M.Ts/M.Ts LB jika
dibanding dengan buku matematika Braille dan buku matematika yang disajikan
dalam bentuk audio saja. Hal ini ditunjukkan secara bersama terdapat berbedaan
(Pillai's Trace: 0.00; Wilks' Lambda:0,00), Hotelling's Trace:0,00; Roy's Largest dan
Root :0,000) atau memiliki taraf signifikansi kurang dari 0.5 antara penggunaan buku
Braille, Buku Audio dan BSAT Matematika terhadap kemandirian, motivasi, user
friendly, kecepatan dan pemahaman belajar siswa tunanetra kelas VII.

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Implementation of Vygotsky's Theory of Social Constructivism in Learning Pancasila Education in Elementary Schools As Strengthening Cooperation Attitudes
This study aims to reveal the implementation of Vygotsky's theory of social constructivism in learning Pancasila education to strengthen students' cooperative attitudes. This study used a phenomenological method with a qualitative approach. The subjects in this study were teachers who teach Pancasila education subjects and grade III students at Gondangmanis State Elementary School, Karanganyar Regency, Central Java Province. The data collection technique was carried out by observation and interviews, which were then checked for validity of the data using triangulation techniques and sources, the data analysis used was interactive analysis. The results of the study showed that the theory of social constructivism was relevant to strengthening the attitude of cooperation in Gondangmanis State Elementary School in the learning of Pancasila Education. Gondangmanis State Elementary School still tends to be selective in choosing their group mates, but after the teacher implements Vygotsky's theory of social constructivism through Pancasila Education learning, students easily blend in with each side regardless of differences. It can happen because teachers divide groups randomly regardless of the differences in students' backgrounds after being divided, students are required to cooperate in the group to complete the tasks given by the teacher. Through this process, the attitude of cooperation of students can be built well because they are used to working with each student regardless of differences in background, both differences in religion, ethnicity, and area of residence
Learning Motivation of Visually Impaired Student During Pandemic Covid-19
The Covid-19 pandemic has changed the special education system. This study aims to (1) determine the differences in the learning motivation of visually impaired students during the pandemic based on gender; (2) knowing the differences in the learning motivation of visually impaired students during the pandemic based on the SMPLB/SMALB level; and (3) knowing the differences in the learning motivation of visually impaired students during the pandemic based on the ownership of facilities and infrastructure. This research is a type of quantitative descriptive research.The sampling uses the Purposive Sampling Technique, and the subjects in this study were 30 visually impaired students at the SMPLB and SMALB levels at SLB A National Level Trustees who were carrying out learning. The data collection technique is using a learning motivation scale (rxx = 0.809). The data analysis technique was using the independent sample t-test with the help of SPSS. The researchers analyzed learning motivation based on gender, SMPLB/SMALB level, and ownership of facilities and infrastructure. The results of this study indicate that: (1) there is no significant difference in the learning motivation of visually impaired students during the pandemic based on gender; (2) there is no significant difference in the learning motivation of visually impaired students during the pandemic based on the SMPLB/SMALB level; and (3) there is a significant difference in the learning motivation of visually impaired students during the pandemic based on ownership of facilities and infrastructure
Hubungan Efikasi Diri dengan Kemampuan Orientasi Mobilitas Siswa Tunanetra SLB A YKAB Surakarta
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara efikasi diri dengan kemampuan orientasi mobilitas siswa tunanetra di SLB A YKAB Surakarta. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa tunanetra SLB A YKAB Surakarta. Penentuan subjek pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik purposif sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan angket efikasi diri dan tes kinerja kemampuan orientasi mobilitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik uji validitas isi oleh para ahli (expert judgement) sebagai validator yang selanjutnya dihitung menggunakan Aiken’s V. Pada uji reliabilitasnya menggunakan Interclass Correlation Coefficient dengan bantuan SPSS 26. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis korelasi Sperman Rank. Hasil uji korelasi dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,654 dengan nilai rtabel 0,591, sehingga rhitung ˃ rtabel untuk taraf signifikansi 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara efikasi diri dengan kemampuan orientasi mobilias siswa tunanetra SLB A YKAB Surakart
Revisiting The Effect of Talent Management, Intrinsic Motivation, Job Satisfaction, and Affective Commitment on Employee Performance
This study aims to analyze the relationship between job satisfaction, affective commitment and intrinsic motivation in relation to talent management on employee performance. This study tries to elaborate on the talent management approach as a program carried out by organizations with individual motivation coming from the employees themselves in the form of job satisfaction, affective commitment and intrinsic motivation, where these two approaches have not been explored much in previous studies. The literature used in this study is related to these variables. This research method refers to the variance based structural equational modeling approach, this research was conducted at the Directorate General of Treasury, the respondents were employees at the head Office, regional offices and service Offices, which was carried out on 14 to 27 March 2022. The data obtained through 278 respondents will be processed using Smart PLS, and to make decisions regarding whether the hypothesis is proven or not, it will be reviewed from the P-values. The results showed that talent management did not affect performance, as well as affective commitment did not affect performance. Thus, it can be concluded from 7 hypotheses, which are proven as many as 5 hypotheses while 2 hypotheses are not proven which describe the phenomena that exist in the Directorate General of Treasury
