EKSISTENSI MANILIAK AWAL BULAN OLEH TAREKAT SYATTARIYAH PARIAMAN
The Maniliak Bulan tradition is an important thing for followers of theSyattariah Pariaman Order. This religious tradition is routinely carried out everyyear to welcome the holy month of Ramadan, and has become a symbol that hasbeen passed down from generation to generation since the Syattariyah Order beganto develop in Pariaman. In addition, the purpose of the research is to find out whatactivities are in the Maniliak Bulan tradition from followers of the Syatariahcongregation. Maniliak Bulan is a religious symbol that has meanings and valuescontained in this tradition, so that the followers of the Tariqa Syattariyah Pariamanmaintain this tradition. In this study, the author uses qualitative methods, namelydescriptive qualitative research with data analysis of interview and observationtechniques related to the problems of this research using the symbolic interpretivetheory approach by Geertz can be used to dissect cultural studies both in a societydirectly and in literary works. The reason for the existence of the Maniliak Bulanritual for religious and intellectual reasons and this tradition has meaning andvalues that encourage local people to maintain this tradition. Pro kontra hasil rukyat Muhammad Inwanuddin
Berdasarkan catatan Kementerian Agama RI Muhammad Inwanuddin telah berhasil melihat hilal sebanyak 18 kali sejak tahun 2008, terutama di tiga bulan penting (Ramadhan Syawal dan Dzulhijjah). Dalam melakukan rukyatul hilal Inwanuddin tidak menggunakan alat atau (teleskop) tetapi hanya dengan mata telanjang. Dengan ketinggian hilal yang terlihat mulai 2° dan bahkan di bawah 2°. Namun dari beberapa hasil rukyat tersebut masih timbul keraguan terkait objek yang diamati, apakah itu berupa hilal atau benda langit lainnya. Saat ini kesaksian hilal tidak bisa dipercaya hanya dengan pengakuan semata. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, perlu dilakukan kajian terhadap ketajaman mata Muhammad Inwanuddin dengan rumusan masalah sebagai berikut : 1). Bagaimana ketajaman mata Muhamamd Inwanuddin 2). Mengapa mereka pro dan kontra terhadap hasil rukyat Muhammad Inwanuddin.
Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research). Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data yang telah peneliti kumpulkan diolah secara deskriptif, dengan menjabarkan lebih terperinci masalah mengapa mereka pro dan kontra, kemudian ditarik kesimpulan secara induktif terhadap pro dan kontra hasil rukyat Muhamamd Inwanuddin.
Kajian ini menghasilkan temuan, pertama bahwa hasil ketajaman mata Muhammad Inwanuddin berdasarkan tabel ketajaman mata yaitu 6/6, yang berarti dapat melihat huruf pada kartu snellen pada jarak 6 meter yang oleh orang normal dapat dilihat pada jarak 6 meter atau dengan sistem desimal yaitu 1.0, berdasarkan tabel efesiensi central dari hasil tersebut yaitu 100 %. Muhammad Inwanuddin tidak mengalami buta warna, tetapi mengalami mata tua yaitu presbyopia dengan bantuan jarak baca adisi S + sebesar + 1.25. Kedua, terjadinya pro dan kontra terhadap hasil rukyat Muhammad Inwanuddin. Pihak yang pro berpendapat bahwa ada faktor yang ikut berperan yang memengaruhi pengamat itu sendiri yaitu pengalaman. Kemampuan mata lebih baik dalam menapiskan cahaya latar belakang. Dalam menerima kesaksian hilal LFNU Gresik berpatokan pada kriteria imkanur rukyah MABIMS. Pihak yang kontra terhadap hasil rukyat mata telanjang Muhammad Inwanuddin LAPAN dan RHI meyakini hasil rukyat berdasarkan astronomis bukan dengan pengakuan semata. Kesaksian semata dipengaruhi kondisi psikis dari seorang pengamat. Hasil rukyat Muhammad Inwanuddin lebih banyak tidak sesuai dengan kriteria visibilitas internasional dan kriteria yang dibangun sendiri oleh LAPAN dan RHI. Kriteria LAPAN jika menggunakan alat minimal 3° dan elongasi 6.4° sedangkan mata telanjang minimal 5°. RHI menggunakan alat ketinggian hilal minimal 5° sedangkan mata telanjang minimal 11°.
ABSTRACT:
Based on the records of the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia Muhammad Inwanuddin has succeeded in seeing the hilal 18 times since 2008, especially in three important months (Ramadan Syawal and Dzulhijjah). In performing rukyatul hilal Inwanuddin does not use a tool or (telescope) but only with the naked eye. With the height of the hilal visible from 2 ° and even below 2 °. But from some of the results of the rukyat there are still doubts regarding the object being observed, whether it is a hilal or other celestial body. At present the testimony of the new moon cannot be trusted with mere confession. Based on this, it is necessary to study the sharpness of Muhammad Inwanuddin's eyes with the following problem formulation: 1). What is the sharpness of the eyes of Muhammad Inwanuddin 2). Why are they pros and cons of the Muhammad Inwanuddin rukyat results.
This type of research is field research. In this study researchers used data collection techniques, namely, observation, interviews and documentation. The data that the researchers have collected is processed descriptively, describing in more detail the problems why they are pro and contra, then inductively drawn conclusions on the pros and cons of the results of rukyat Muhamamd Inwanuddin.
This study yields findings, first, that the sharpness of Muhammad Inwanuddin's eyes based on eye sharpness table is 6/6, which means that he can see the letters on the snellen card at a distance of 6 meters which normal people can see at a distance of 6 meters or a decimal system 1.0, based on the table the central efficiency of the results is 100%. Muhammad Inwanuddin was not color blind, but had old eyes, namely presbyopia with the help of a reading distance of S + of + 1.25. Secondly, the occurrence of the pros and cons of the Muhammad Inwanuddin rukyat results. Abstract: Interfaith Marriage in the Perspective of Marriage Law No. 1 of 1974 (Review of Analysis of Article 2 of Law No. 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage). Indonesia is a country with a multi-religious society. The various religions and beliefs held by the Indonesian people open up the potential for interfaith marriages. Interfaith marriages often cause polemics in society, this is because in Indonesia interfaith marriage is something that is considered uncommon and contrary to religious beliefs held by the majority of Indonesian people. In Indonesia, the rules related to marriage are contained in Law No. 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage and the Compilation of Islamic Law. Article 2 of the Marriage Law No. 1 of 1974 states that "a marriage is said to be valid if it is carried out according to the laws of each religion and belief". Problems arise when marriages are carried out by different religions and different beliefs, and the article does not mention interfaith marriages. The purpose of writing this scientific article is to examine and analyze the meaning related to these rules and other rules related to marriage in the Indonesian legal system, in order to determine and confirm the position of interfaith marriages according to Indonesian laws and regulations. This research is a normative research using the approach of legislation in Indonesia. KALIBRASI ARAH KIBLAT MASJID DI KECAMATAN SELUPU REJANG DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE RASDHUL KIBLAT HARIAN
This study aims to calibrate the direction of the Qibla of mosques in Selupu Rejang subdistrict and aims to determine the accuracy of the direction of the Qibla of existing mosques. This type of research uses field research, namely research conducted using data in the field, with a qualitative approach and descriptive analysis techniques, this study also uses comparative analysis. Data will be obtained using interview techniques, observation and documentation. The results of this study are first 1.) An-Nur Cawang Baru Mosque deviated by 2 degrees, 2) Istiqomah Cawang Baru Mosque deviated by 1 degree, 3) Darussalam Mosque deviated by 3 degrees, 4) Nurul Iman Mosque deviated by 2 degrees, 5) Alfitrah Kampung Baru Mosque is accurate the same as the results of the daily or local Qibla rasdhul, secondly based on interviews with several mosque administrators, on average in measuring the direction of the Qibla with a compass only and there are also mosques that use the ceramic floor line of the building towards the west in the reference direction of the Qibla.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkalibrasi arah kiblat masjid-masjid yang ada di kecamatan Selupu Rejang dan bertujuan untuk mengetahui akurasi arah kiblat masjid-masjid yang sudah ada. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian lapangan field reseach yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan data yang ada di lapangan, dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan Teknik analisis deskritif, studi ini juga menggunakan analisis komperatif. Data akan diperoleh dengan Teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah pertama 1.) Masjid An-Nur Cawang Baru melenceng sebesar 2 derajat, 2) Masjid Istiqomah Cawang Baru melenceng 1 derajat, 3) Masjid Darussalam Melenceng sebesar 3 derajat, 4) Masjid Nurul Iman melenceng sebesar 2 derajat, 5) masjid Alfitrah Kampung Baru akurat sama dengan hasil rasdhul kiblat harian atau local, kedua berdasarkan wawancara dengan beberapa pengurus masjid rata-rata dalam mengukur arah kiblat dengan kompas saja dan juga ada masjid yang menggunakan garis keramik lantai bangunan kearah barat dalam acuan arah kiblat
KAJIAN FAKTOR PSIKOLOGI YANG BERPOTENSI MEMPENGARUHI KEBERHASILAN RUKYAT
The success factor in hilal is not only related to astronomical aspects. However, it is also closely related to perukyatÔÇÖs psychological itself. In psychology, experience is one aspect studied as a scientific study of behavior and mental processes. Psychology uses a systematic method to observe human behavior and draw conclusion from this observation. Some psychological aspects of the perukyat are vision, perception, attention, concentration, and experience. Thorndike's law effect theory states that if an action is followed by a satisfactory change in an environment, the possibility of that action to be repeated tends to increase. That experience is an ability to decide on something because of the knowledge that has been obtained previously. In everyday human life, human experience always forms a unity in certain patterns and configurations. The rukyat technique used by Inwanuddin is in line with psychological theories, namely rukyat before ghurub which aims to increase concentration, then many experiences also affect the subsequent results of rukyat. Some levels of experience obtained based on the data and results of the interval class calculation are: 1-5 times is less experienced, 6-10 times sufficient experience, 11-15 times experienced, 16-20 times very experienced
