національних культурах (найчастіше польській).Karolina Ivanna Fedorovych-Malytska (1893–1945) came into Ukrainian writing and culture as
Dariia Vikonska, the author of short prose, literary studies, critical reviews and art studies. She was
close to the circle of ʻvisnykivtsiʼ (the ʻVisnyk-poetsʼ).
The history of literary contacts between Yevhen Malaniuk and Dariia Vikonska remains fragmentary
and little known. The paper focuses on the poem “Pobachennia” (“Meeting”) by Malaniuk that transforms
the history of Fedorovyches family in an artistic way.
Ukrainian princely family of Fedorovyches spread all over the Europe creating its history, culture
and contributing to its economic development. The line in which Karolina Ivanna Fedorovych-Malytska
was the last representative remained Ukrainian. Other lines dissolved in other national cultures (often
Polish).
Yevhen Malaniuk left a brief memoir about Dariia Vikonska within an episode of his visit to the estate
of Malytskyis in Podillia region. Some fragments of conversations and reminiscences in the first part
of the poem “Meeting” supplement the description of this visit.
The poem was written in 1939–1941 and consists of three parts although its structure is somewhat
obscure. The first part of the poem artistically describes the fate of the Ukrainian princely family of
Fedorovyches in historiosophical perspective. This family is rooted in the history of the Grand Duchy
of Lithuania and the Polish–Lithuanian Commonwealth. The second and third parts of the poem
are oneiric visions of the lyrical character. The poet tells about the meeting with the general Vasyl
Tiutiunnyk, the deceased chief of the Armed Forces Headquarters of the Ukrainian People’s Republic,
and premonition of a mysterious meeting with already deceased parents and grandparents that should
happen after the death of the character. The mystical third part of the poem describes the transition
of the human soul to eternity in a lyrical literary way

Get PDFУ статті обґрунтовано доцільність виокремлення та дослідження діяльності неурядових організації підтримки бізнесу в Україні з-поміж сукупності неурядових організацій на основі врахування ключових ознак неурядових організацій у цілому та фокусуванні їхньої діяльності на таких напрямах як: лібералізація умов підприємництва та стимулювання підприємництва з урахуванням правової основи й організаційно-правових форм господарювання в Україні.
Визначено ключові неурядові організації підтримки бізнесу в Україні: система торгово-промислових палат України; організації роботодавців, їхні об'єднання (зокрема Федерація роботодавців України, Об’єднання організацій роботодавців України та інші); громадські організації та громадські спілки, які працюють у напрямі створення в Україні сприятливого бізнес-клімату та розвитку підприємництва (зокрема Спілка українських підприємців, Національна платформа малого та середнього бізнесу, Український союз промисловців і підприємців, Асоціація власників малого та середнього бізнесу й інші); кластери, бізнес-інкубатори та інші подібні організації, зареєстровані як громадські об’єднання (громадська організація або спілка); інші організаційно-правові форми, у тому числі кредитні спілки. Зауважено доцільність окремого розгляду місцевих представництв міжнародних неурядових організацій (ЄБА, німецько-українська торгова плата, інші) діяльність яких включає сприяння розвиткові бізнесу. Запропоновано класифікувати неурядові організації підтримки бізнесу залежно від правової основи врегулювання їхньої діяльності, а також відповідно до пріоритетності їхньої діяльності в контексті лібералізації та стимулювання підприємництва в Україні.
Функціональні можливості неурядових організацій підтримки бізнесу запропоновано розглядати в трьох аспектах, а саме: організаційна спроможність окремої організації (громадської спілки) або системи (ТПП); коаліційна спроможність неурядових організацій підтримки бізнесу, відповідно до існуючої тенденції об’єднання зусиль неурядових організацій; інституційна спроможність неурядових організацій підтримки бізнесу загалом
The Evolution of the Public Sphere: Interactivity, the Influence of Digital Media, and the Sociocultural Aspect
No full textIntroduction: the current priorities in the development of civil society is the active transformation of communication strategies and cultural foundations under the influence of digitalization processes. Today, the public must realize how to respond to new social phenomena – the removal of information from human memory, artificial intelligence, “designed children,” etc.Objective: the aim of this study is to provide an in-depth analysis of the evolution of the public sphere in terms of interactivity, the influence of digital media, and sociocultural dynamics.Method: The study uses analytical and synthetic methods, comparison, generalization, and abstraction.Results: the article examines the potential of the global network and media resources in the context of their influence on social development, the promotion of social trends, and the actualization of trends. The potential advantages and associated risks of large-scale digitalization of the communicative public space are highlighted. It is found that the modern algorithmic nature of sociocultural processes could potentially lead to the risk of personality transformation and absorption by the digital environment, which would have a destructive impact on social development processes. The article examines the characteristics of contemporary social impact projects. The public is undergoing radical transformations, which may become a prerequisite for a fundamental change in the trajectory of promising sociocultural development. The author substantiates how the integration of digital technologies affects cultural development and democratic processes. The author analyzes models of modern management mechanisms against the backdrop of active European integration processes.Conclusions: it is proven that the current stage of social development is accompanied by a number of problems in the field of communication, which requires high-quality interaction in the social environment based on the synergy of the sociocultural foundation, sustainable national identity, and information and communication technologies

Get PDFThe article explores the possibilities of advocacy and lobbying of the interests of business entities by non-governmental organizations, in particular public organizations, public unions whose activities are aimed at supporting the development of entrepreneurship, employers\u27 organizations and their associations, chambers of commerce and industry. The functions of non-governmental business support organizations were considered: protection and representation of business interests in relations with authorities in order to improve the conditions for conducting business, legislation, and the elimination of regulatory barriers; legal support; informational support and training; establishment of relationships and communication support; resource support. The advocacy function of non-governmental organizations and the tools for its implementation, including participation in public councils at executive bodies, public examination of regulatory acts, and others, are analyzed in detail. The concepts of "advocacy" and "lobbying" have been thoroughly researched and delineated, in accordance with the legal definition, the subjects of implementation, and the difference in the purpose and content of the activity. The main methods of implementation of advocacy and lobbying of the interests of business entities by non-governmental organizations were analyzed, a problematic aspect was established, which consists in the fact that the methods of implementation of such activities have a lot in common, which in the future, with the introduction of the law from 2025, will lead to controversial issues in the process of detection by controlling bodies of manifestations of lobbying by non-governmental organizations, as well as the process of identification of commercial interest in the activities of non-commercial organizations when establishing the fact of lobbying is assumed to be debatable. An analysis of the legal regulation of the implementation of advocacy and lobbying in Ukraine, including by non-governmental organizations in accordance with the regulatory and legal framework of Ukraine, was carried out. The absence of the concept of "advocacy" and related concepts in the Law of Ukraine "On Lobbying" was established, which is positive, and it was clarified that the law does not apply to the activities of non-profit organizations and institutions, in particular public associations, except in cases when such activities relate to commercial interests. The possibility of implementing lobbying by non-governmental organizations was considered, provided they received the appropriate status.У роботі досліджено можливості адвокації та лобіювання інтересів суб’єктів підприємницва неурядовими організаціями, зокрема громадськими організаціями, громадськими спілками, діяльність яких націлена на підтримку розвитку підприємництва, організаціями роботодавців та їх об’єднаннями, торгово-промисловими палатами. Розглянуто функції неурядових організацій підтримки бізнесу: захист і представництво інтересів бізнесу у відносинах з органами владами з метою покращення умов ведення підприємництва, законодавства, усунення регуляторних бар’єрів; правова підтримка; інформаційна підтримка та навчання; налагодження взаємозв’язків та комунікаційна підтримка; ресурсна підтримка. Детально проаналізовано функцію адвокації неурядових організацій та інструменти її реалізації, в тому числі участь у громадських радах при органах виконавчої влади, проведення громадської експертизи нормативних актів та інші. Ґрунтовно досліджено та розмежовано поняття «адвокація» й «лобіювання», відповідно до юридичної визначенності, суб’єктів реалізації, різниці мети та змісту діяльності. Проаналізовано основні методи реалізації адвокації та лобіювання інтересів суб’єктів підприємництва неурядовими організаціями; установлено проблемний аспект, який полягає в тому, що методи реалізації таких діяльностей мають багато спільного, що в майбутньому, з набуттям чинності закону з 2025 року, зумовлюватиме спірні питання в процесі виявлення контролюючими органами проявів реалізації лобіювання неурядовими організаціями; а також дискусійним може стати процес ідентифікації комерційного інтересу в діяльності некомерційних організацій при встановленні факту лобізму. Здійснено аналіз правового регулювання реалізації адвокації та лобіювання в Україні, в тому числі неурядовими організаціями відповідно до нормативно-правової бази України. Установлено відсутність у Законі України «Про лобіювання» поняття «адвокація» та споріднених понять, що є позитивним; з’ясовано, що дія закону не поширюється на діяльність неприбуткових організацій та установ, зокрема громадських об’єднань, крім випадків, коли така діяльність стосується комерційних інтересів. Розглянуто можливість реалізації лобіювання неурядовими організаціями за умови отримання ними відповідного статусу

The study uses historical academic texts to place the book in its literary context and analyse what particular characteristics of the period influenced the author and how he portrays them in his work of literary art. This thesis consists of four parts, each of which concentrates on a specific subject. The first chapter introduces the topic and methodology, briefly describes the plot and pays attention to the author's biography regarding its influence on The Great Gatsby. The second part deals with the portrayal of the post-war United States in the novel. The following section analyses how the writer describes American society and its issues, while the fourth chapter studies Fitzgerald's depiction of the culture of the Roaring Twenties

Finally, the paper reveals the content of the main integration vectors of Ukraine and their impact on state sovereignty. The scientific novelty of this study lies in the innovative understanding and justification of the essence, feasibility and necessity of protecting the state sovereignty of Ukraine during integration processes. Работа содержит 69 страниц текста, 39 рисунков, 15 таблиц, 30 использованных источников, включая электронные. S-1 относится к типу сульфидных гидротермальных месторождений задуговых бассейнов и входит в группу месторождений S рудного бассейна Манус в западной части Тихого океана. Месторождение представлено сульфидными рудами (массивными сульфидами пирит-халькопиритового состава), в качестве полезных компонентов выделяют медь, цинк, свинец, золото и серебро. S-1 состоит из восьми рудных тел. Изучение их строения, исследование минералогической зональности и характера распределения основных рудных элементов по разрезам этих рудных тел являлось целью данной работы. Для достижения цели был поставлен ряд задач, результаты выполнения которых описаны в практических главах. Для изучения минералогии рудных горизонтов были использованы такие методы, как рудная оптическая микроскопия, сканирующая электронная микроскопия и рентгенофазовый анализ. Химический состав минералов был получен в результате микрозондового анализа. Геохимические данные обрабатывались статистически в программе STATISTICA и графически в программе Surfer, также был использован редактор CorelDRAW. В результате изучения образцов керна и распределения химических элементов в рудных телах месторождения S-1 были сделаны выводы о строении, составе и генезисе слагающих его руд. Были выделены три горизонта массивных сульфидных руд, штокверковая зона с прожилково-вкрапленной сульфидной минерализацией и разделяющая их поверхность палеодна. Были выявлены две геохимических специализации массивных сульфидов - медная, отвечающая более высокотемпературной минеральной ассоциации, и свинцово-цинковая, низкотемпературная. Распределения содержаний главных элементов рудных горизонтов - меди, свинца, цинка, а также золота, исследовались по разрезам рудных тел S-1. Результаты позволяют предполагать расположение флюидподводящих каналов, по которым происходило отложение гидротермального вещества.Bachelor thesis on the theme "Geochemistry and internal structure of sulfide hydrothermal field S-1 (Bismarck Sea, Pacific Ocean)". Author: Korshunova Dariia Vyacheslavovna. The work consists of: introduction; goals and objectives of the work; theoretical chapters devoted to the processes of hydrothermal oregenesis in the ocean and the geology of S-1; practical chapters, written as a result of working with factual material; results of work and conclusions; list of sources; application. The work contains 69 pages of text, 39 pictures, 15 tables, 30 sources, including electronic ones. S-1 refers to the type of sulfide hydrothermal deposits of back-arc basins. It is situated in the western part of the Pacific Ocean and is a part of the deposit group S of the Manus ore basin. The deposit is represented by sulfide ores (massive sulphides of pyrite-chalcopyrite composition). Mineral resources are copper, zinc, lead, gold and silver. S-1 consists of eight ore bodies. The goal of this work was to research structure, mineralogical zoning of these bodies and the character of the distribution of the main ore elements in them. To achieve the goal, a number of tasks were set, the results of which are described in practical chapters. Methods used to study the mineralogy of ore horizons: ore optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and X-ray phase analysis were used. The chemical composition of the minerals was obtained as a result of the microprobe analysis. Geochemical data were processed statistically in the STATISTICA program and graphically in the Surfer program, and the CorelDRAW editor was also used. As a result of the study of core samples and the distribution of chemical elements in the ore bodies of the S-1 deposit, conclusions were drawn about the structure, composition and genesis of its constituent ores. Three horizons of massive sulfide ores were distinguished, the stockwork zone with vein-disseminated sulphide mineralization and the ocean palefloor separating them. Two geochemical specializations of massive sulfides were identified - copper, corresponding to a higher-temperature mineral association, and lead-zinc, low-temperature. The distributions of the contents of the main elements of the ore horizons-copper, lead, zinc, and gold, were investigated from the crossections of S-1 ore bodies. The results suggest the location of the fluid channels through which the hydrothermal matter was deposited
