ROŞCA, Simion. Modelul social european: abordare teoretico-practică. In: Competitivitatea şi inovarea în economia cunoaşterii [online]: conf. şt. intern., 22-23 sept., 2017: Culegere de articole. Chişinău: ASEM, 2018, vol. 4, pp. 63-69. E-ISBN 978-9975-75-899-4.This research studies the European social model. The author notes that the concept of European model is interpreted differently by scientists from different European countries. For the first time, the concept of the European social model was used by Jacques Delors in the mid 1990s to designate an alternative to the American model of pure capitalism. To highlight the specifics of the European social model, the author conducts a comparative study, characterizing American and Asian models. The author concludes: while the Asian model is focused on development, and the American one on regulation and competition, the European social model promotes the idea of interdependence of economic and social progress, the purpose of which is extended social protection and social conflict resolution through consensus and democratic methods. At the moment, the European Union faces, in terms of social policy, two major challenges: on the one hand, fear that globalization will affect the ability to ensure social security of persons, on the other hand, fear that the very social policy threatens EU's ability to adapt to changes brought about by globalization and international competition. There are a variety of factors putting pressure on the European social model, which carry different meanings. Leaders of European countries want a European social model based on economic performance, a high level of social protection and social dialogue on education. Developing this model and especially practical implementation of policies requires changing the social paradigm. The new paradigm should resize potential economic policy, employment and citizen involvement in community life and social policy. One of the means of ensuring the dynamic stability of the political system or Europeran national political class is collaborating with civil society, marginalized social groups.

SPECIFICS AND FUNCTIONS OF THE PROVOCATIVE ACT

The author points out that the provocativeness that is at the basis of the creations belonging to different art trends (constructivism, futurism, surrealism, minimalism, conceptualism and so on) played a key role in the art of the 20th – 21st centuries. At present, provocation has become the main strategy for the development of the theatrical process, which makes it necessary for theatre science to try to delineate the theoretical outline of what we call provocativity. The author, using worldknown theatrical cases, determines the specificity and functions of provocativity. The latter consists in the fact that the provocation, allows a clearer outline of the boundaries of art, broadening the permissibility framework and increasing the degree of tolerance in society, breaks the taboos, from the sexual to the social ones, contributes to changing the artistic paradigm, destroys stereotypes, radically changes conceptions, artistic means, methods, models of organizing the artistic process, impacts the emergence of radical aesthetics, carries out artistic and social reforms

In this paper the author reveals briefly the history of the protection of cultural heritage that is a growing international concern. The research aims at revealing the essential issues related to the examination of protection of cultural national heritage and the protection of cultural rights in international law that has led to a fine network of rules and regulations. Thus, the protection of cultural heritage has become an important subject that is relevant in a network of policy areas. The UNESCO World Heritage Convention and the Intangible Heritage Convention should be interpreted in each other’s context, and that it may be advised that in time these two Conventions should merge into one. Political shifts in national governments should not stand in the way of the operationalization of the Diversity Convention

PROVOCATIVE PERFORMANCE, PROVOCATIVE THEATER: AESTHETIC INTERACTION

    No full text
The author directs her attention to an yet-understudied area of theatre science, namely the aesthetic interaction between the provocative performance and the provocative theatre. The article sheds light on the conceptual coordinates of the performance placed among such artistic trends as Actionism, Conceptualism, Fluxus and Happening. Elements of performing arts infiltrated into the theatre long ago. And it is not just a co-occurrence within an artistic act, but an interference indeed. The provocative performance dispossesses the alternative arts of their distinct codes. First in the USA, then in Europe and eventually in the former Socialist Camp and the territory of the ex-USSR, the performance conquered the theatrical territory. This process has been accelerating since the dramatic theatre began to yield its positions to the post-dramatic one. Some of the overlapping points, which unite the performance with the spectacle in contemporary art, are followed in: the strategy of idiocy in provocative practices; the ready made; the corporeality; the pictorial

International audienceNew investigations were carried out to demonstrate the ability of Trichoderma viride dead biomass for the bioremoval of Cr(VI) from aqueous solutions. The gathered experimental data were initially modelled considering both adsorption and reduction kinetic models, followed by equilibrium models. In the next step, Design of Experiments method (DoE) and a Differential Evolution (DE) algorithm were applied for determining the optimal Response Surface Methodology and Artificial Neural Network (ANN) models which are able to correlate the process efficiency with the experimental conditions. In addition, DE (in combination with the previously determined ANN) was used to obtain the optimal working conditions for maximum process efficiency. These optimization procedures allow setting various process parameters and working conditions which ensure the maximum bioremoval efficiency. DoE highlighted that all the study parameters have statistically significant individual influence on Cr(VI) bioremoval efficiency and, for example, at pH 2 and a temperature of 50 °C, 100% of Cr(VI) is bioremoved if the biosorbent dosage is 10 g/L, considering a minimum contact time of 2 h and given a maximum initial concentration of 122.5 mg/L. According to the ANN model, a contact time set at 24 h yields optimal values for Cr(VI) bioremoval by dead biomass considering pH 1.00, 3 g/L biosorbent dosage, 23 mg/L metallic ion concentration and a temperature of 50 °C. pHpzc, FT-IR and SEM-EDX analyses were included for biomass characterization and to underline the bioremoval mechanism of Cr(VI). Our results are providing a solid basis for the development of technologies for detoxification of contaminated effluents. © 2022 Institution of Chemical Engineer

What You Understand Is What Your Cognitive Integrates. Scientific research develops, as a native environment, knowledge. This environment consists of two interdependent divisions: theory and technology. First division occurs as a recursive research, while the second one becomes an application of the research activity. Over time, theories integrate methodologies and technology extends as infrastructure. The engine of this environment is learning, as the human activity of knowledge work. The threshold term of this model is the concepts map; it is based on Bloom’ taxonomy for the cognitive domain and highlights the notion of software scaffolding which is grounded in Vygotsky’s Social Development Theory with its major theme, Zone of Proximal Development. This article is designed as a conceptual paper, which analyzes specific structures of this type of educational research: the model reflects a foundation for a theory and finally, the theory evolves as groundwork for a system. The outcomes of this kind of approach are the examples, which are, theoretically, learning outcomes, and practically exist as educational objects, so-called e-learning.Assisted Instruction, Cognitive Infrastructure, Concepts Map, Software Scaffolding
