This study aims at finding out if The Influence of the Bank By Using CAMEL Banking On Financial Performance Period on 2013. The hypothesis of study is: “There is Influence of the Bank By Using CAMEL Banking On Financial Performance Period on 2013”. The method used is the author of the survey method with a quantitative approach. This study population is the entire bank listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia period on 2013. The sampling technique is random sampling as many as 30 samples. Hypothesis states that either simultaneous or partially independent variables affect the dependent variable of the study. Based on the findings of the regression coefficient test simultaneous, the value of (3.352 > 3.11) with a sig. of 0.040, it can be conclude that simultaneous of the bank using CAMEL effect on banking financial performance. While the findings of the partial regression coefficient test, CAR (-2.405 < 2.060) and sig. 0.031 can be conclude that the CAR significance not effect on financial performance, for BDR (0.285 < 2.060) with a sig. 0.780, can be conclude that the BDR not significance not effect on financial performance, for ROA (3.519 > 2.060) with a sig. 0.003 can be conclude that the CAR significance effect on financial performance, and for LDR (-0.129 < 2.060) with a sig. 0.899 can be conclude that the CAR not significance not effect on financial performance.     Safety function analysis in an industrial production process

    Dissertação para obtenção do Grau de Mestre em Engenharia e Gestão IndustrialAim: The purpose of this work was to identify and assess safety features on a production line of paper manufacturer called Renova. The assessment includes technical as well as organisational factors. The study was carried out through the evaluation of safety functions (SF), either present or absent in the system analyzed. Methods: The methodology applied was the SFA (Safety Function Analysis), which was developed by Harms-Ringdahl in 2001 and was updated further, in 2011 (draft version). The analytical framework was applied in two processes (raw material loading and transversal cut of log) of a production line (Line H4) of Renova. Results: In the first process analyzed (raw material loading), 47 safety functions (SF) were identified and evaluated, whereas 36 SF were assessed in the second case (transversal cut of log). The evaluation has shown that most of the SF considered are in good condition and being well monitored, therefore they do not need any improvements. In contrast, this work has also identified a number of safety functions that need essential improvements. Conclusions: As a consequence of this SFA analysis, the author proposes a number of specific recommendations to improve safety and the system’s performance in general. Since Renova is a manufacturer of paper products, fire safety is of paramount importance and one of the most relevant recommendations is perhaps the implementation of thermo graphic tests to identify possible hot spots that may originate a fire

Com a evolução dos mercados, aumento da competitividade e o constante surgimento de diversas marcas, tem sido cada vez mais importante e complexa uma boa gestão e construção das marcas, sendo necessárias estratégias de comunicação e marketing mais meticulosas e pragmáticas. Nos últimos anos assistimos ao aparente triunfo do conceito de marca: desde países, partidos políticos, passando pelos consumidores, organizações, todos são motivados para se auto-identificarem como uma marca. Sendo as marcas o principal capital de uma empresa, pode dizer-se, que surgem como fator diferenciador para os consumidores e assumem-se como um poderoso método de sucesso junto do público-alvo das empresas. Vivemos atualmente numa teia de complexas redes de concorrência, de mercados diferenciados e bastante competitivos. Do lado dos consumidores existe um nível elevado de conhecimento dos serviços e produtos disponibilizados no mercado em relação ao que existia num passado recente, o consumidor é cada vez mais exigente e pouco fiel, toda esta mudança, este novo paradigma traduz-se num grande desafio para os gestores, as suas organizações e marcas. Assiste-se a uma evolução frenética na relação entre os consumidores e as marcas. Assim, o valor das marcas torna-se numa das principais e mais poderosas vantagens competitivas de qualquer organização. O conceito de Brand Equity emerge no contexto empresarial, refletindo o conjunto de atributos que contribuem, de forma positiva ou negativa, para a valorização da marca. Cada vez mais as marcas têm uma importância fulcral no comportamento do consumidor no momento de compra, assim o valor/património da marca deverá ser bem definido e vincado para que as empresas se possam diferenciar da concorrência. Since brands are the main capital of a company, it can be said that they appear as a differentiating fator for consumers and are a powerful method of success among the corporate target audience. We are currently living in a web of complex competition networks, differentiated markets and very competitive. Study ini mambahas tentang pengaruh biaya operasional dan volume penjualan terhadap laba PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk periode 2021-2023. Metode yang diterapkan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif digunakan dengan melakukan tinjauan literatur dari artikel yang terindeks sinta tahun tahun 2015-2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa biaya operasional dan volume penjualan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap laba Perusahaan. Volume penjualan yang tinggi dan pengelolaan biaya operasional yang efesien dapat meningkatkan laba bersih Perusahaan. Dalam era globalisasi yang kompetitif, Perusahaan perlu terus memperhatikan strategi peningkatan volume penjualan dan pengendalian biaya operasional untuk mencapai laba maksimal.     The increasing number of corruption cases in Indonesia has caused the State to suffer losses, thus hampering national development. In order to achieve the goals of national development, corruption must be eradicated. The rules regarding criminal acts have a different structure from the rules regarding reactions to those who violate them. For this reason, the author raises the title Juridical Analysis of Decision Number 130/Pid.Sus/TPK/2017/PN.Jkt.Pst. This writing uses a normative juridical analysis method. In the decision, the defendant Setya Novanto was sentenced to 15 (fifteen) years and a fine of Rp. 500,000,000,- (five hundred million rupiah) provided that if the fine is not paid, it will be replaced with imprisonment for 3 (three) months because it has been proven to be corrupt in the administration of the E-KTP. The verdict has been assessed in accordance with Article 12 letter (a) of Law Number 20 of 2001 concerning the Eradication of Corruption.Keywords: Corruption, Court Decision, Criminal Punishmen

    "Redesenhando margens para que a água limpa comece a chegar" : imaginários sociotécnicos e o processo de reparação ambiental da bacia do rio Doce

    Este estudo analisa os imaginários sociotécnicos presentes no processo de reparação ambiental da bacia do Rio Doce relacionado ao rompimento da barragem de Fundão. No dia 5 de novembro de 2015, a barragem de Fundão, de propriedade da empresa Samarco (Vale S.A. e BHP Billiton) rompe, estabelecendo um dos maiores desastres sociotécnicos do mundo. Em março de 2016, com a intenção de liderar e mediar o processo reparatório, é criada a Fundação Renova. Nesse contexto, esta pesquisa buscou compreender – com base nos futuros imaginados pelos técnicos da Renova – como a ciência e a técnica produzem e reordenam a vida social a partir da reparação. O estudo encontra-se inserido no campo de pesquisa denominado como Estudos Sociais das Ciências e Tecnologias, sendo que se tomou como ponto de partida teórico a abordagem coproducionista, como descrita por Jasanoff (2004), tendo como principal marco analítico o conceito de imaginários sociotécnicos, desenvolvido pela mesma autora e Sang Hyun Kim (2009; 2015). As análises foram realizadas com dados contidos em documentos, os quais estruturam e institucionalizam a reparação, nos dados coletados por meio de entrevistas, realizadas com um grupo de técnicos da Renova, bem como em dados que surgiram no processo de observação. Considerando as formalizações que atravessam os três principais acordos jurídicos (TTAC; TAP; e TACG), os quais contribuem para a institucionalização do processo reparatório, é possível inferir que a reparação – da forma como é disposta originalmente – coproduz e reflete um imaginário sociotécnico que traduz a ciência como agente principal para a recuperação de um mundo que foi destruído. Foi possível desenhar, a partir dos resultados, que os imaginários que produzem a reparação estão vinculados à projeção de uma situação anterior ao desastre, a qual visa balizar as ações de reparação. Tais ações, por sua vez, devem respeitar as consequências produzidas pelo evento. Contudo, a partir da agência dos técnicos envolvidos, é possível perceber que a situação anterior não deve, necessariamente, servir como ideal para a reparação. Mesmo assim, os imaginários compartilham uma confiança sobre a capacidade da ciência e da tecnologia para a produção de um futuro ideal para a bacia do Rio Doce.This study analyzes the sociotechnical imaginaries present in the environmental repair process of the Rio Doce basin, related to the rupture of the Fundão dam. On November 5, 2015, the Fundão dam, owned by the company Samarco (Vale S.A. and BHP Billiton) breaks, establishing one of the largest sociotechnical disasters in the world. In March 2016, with the intention of leading and mediating the reparatory process, the Renova Foundation is created. In this context, this research sought to understand – based on the future imagined by Renova technicians – how science and technique produce and reorder social life based on reparation. The study is inserted in the research field called Science and Technology Studies, taking the coproductionist approach as theoretical starting point, as described by Jasanoff (2004), having as main analytical concept the concept of sociotechnical imaginaries developed by the same author and Sang-Hyun Kim (2009; 2015). The analyzes were performed with data contained in documents, which structure and institutionalize the repair, in the data collected through interviews, carried out with a group of technicians from Renova, as well as data that emerged in the observation process. Considering the formalizations that go through the three main legal agreements (TTAC; TAP; and TACG), which contribute to the institutionalization of the reparatory process, it is possible to infer that the repair - as originally arranged – co-produces and reflects a sociotechnical imaginary that translates science as the main agent for the recovery of a world that has been destroyed. It was possible to draw, from the results, that the imaginary that produce the repair are linked to the projection of a situation prior to the disaster, which aims to guide the repair actions. Such actions, in turn, must respect the consequences produced by the event. However, from the agency of the technicians involved, it is possible to realize that the previous situation should not necessarily serve as an ideal for repair. Even so, the imaginary shares a confidence in the ability of science to produce an ideal future for the Doce River basin

Num contexto em que a concepção de família se renova, a compreensão do acesso à justiça é levada a reboque, pressupondo mudanças na ritualística civil e seus métodos de abordagem. Levando em conta a importância da família para a sociedade, esta investigação tem como foco a mediação, como procedimento mais adequado para a resolução dos conflitos familiares. Integra a doutrina ética solidária que este autor tem desenvolvido desde o ano 2007, desta vez, sobre a promoção da cultura da paz nas relações marcadas pela afetividade.There are issues that adversarial procedural formalism is not appropriate to address. In a context in which the conception of family is renewed, the comprehension of the access to justice is taken in tow, presupposing changes in the civil ritualistic and its methods of approach. Taking into account the importance of the family to society, this research focuses on mediation, as the most appropriate procedure for the resolution of family conflicts. It is part of the solidary ethical doctrine that, since 2007, this author has been developing, this time, on the promotion of the culture of peace in relationships marked by affection.N/
