No full text“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

Na świecie od kilku lat repozytoria wpisane są w strategie rozwoju uczelni na poziomie zarówno lokalnym, regionalnym, jak i krajowym. Powstało też sporo publikacji analizujących modele biznesowe i przyjęte strategie rozwoju tychże repozytoriów, czy opisujących doświadczenia związane z wdrożeniami różnych systemów, kosztów tworzenia i funkcjonowania. Tematem niniejszego artykułu jest rola repozytorium w środowisku uczelni. Na podstawie literatury przedmiotu i własnych doświadczeń zostaną zaprezentowane funkcje jakie pełni repozytorium oraz narzędzia wspomagające komunikację naukową.Institutional repositories are gaining popularity as a source of information and a new form of scholarly communication. They are part of a widely -spread policy of open access to scientific and educational publications. Repositories are increasingly recognized as part of universities’ local and regional strategies of development. There have been numerous publications analyzing business models and development strategies of the repositories, including the description of the implementation of various systems, their cost and function. The core theme of the article is the description of a role of a repository in a small university. – its functions and tools supporting scholarly communication

Tradycyjne sposoby upowszechniania wyników badań zostały uzupełnione przez rozwiązania wykorzystujące Internet jako medium komunikacji, a istotną cechą zachodzących przeobrażeń jest otwartość treści naukowych. W artykule omówiono instytucjonalne oraz społecznościowe narzędzia komunikacji naukowej, wskazując ich funkcje, zasięg oraz zamieszczane treści. Zaprezentowano wyzwania, które stoją przed twórcami serwisów naukowych oraz podjęto próbę porównania platform instytucjonalnych i społecznościowych.The development of modern technologies entailed changes in the way of scholarly communication. Traditional methods of disseminating research results have been supplemented by solutions using the Internet as a medium of communication. An important feature of the ongoing transformations is the openness of schalarly content. The aim of the article is to discuss the institutional and social tools of scholarly communication, indicating their functions, scope and published content. The challenges responded to the creators of scientific websites and attempts to compare institutional and social platforms have been presented

No full textW pracy poruszono kwestie szeroko rozumianej kultury organizacyjnej oraz jej związek z polityką personalną firmy na przykładzie Totalizatora Sportowego. Autorka chciała zweryfikować własne obserwacje i doświadczenia z opiniami innych pracowników odnośnie kultury organizacyjnej. Praca nawiązuje również do zagadnień związanych z motywowaniem pracowników, jednocześnie szczegółowo opisując motywatory jakimi posługuje się badana organizacja w celu podniesienia poziomu motywacji swoich podwładnych. W opracowaniu zawarto także treści, które związane są z polityką personalną firmy. Część teoretyczna wprowadza w zagadnienia, które są obszarem badawczym pracy. Głównym celem pracy była identyfikacja kultury organizacyjnej oraz ustalenie związku kultury organizacyjnej firmy „Totalizator Sportowy” z kształtowaniem polityki personalnej, motywowaniem pracowników, które mają wpływ na zaspokajanie potrzeb oraz aspiracji zawodowych pracowników, umożliwiając jednoczesne realizowanie celów przedsiębiorstwa. Na podstawie badań przeprowadzonych wśród pracowników firmy autorka zweryfikowała postawione hipotezy.The work deals with issues of broadly understood organizational culture and its relation to the company's personnel policy on the example of the Totalizator Sportowy. The author wanted to verify his own observations and experiences with the opinions of other employees regarding to organizational culture. The work also refers to issues related to employee motivation, while describing in detail the motivations used by the research organization to improve the motivation of their employees. The content also includes content related to the company's personnel policy. Theoretical part introduces into the issues that are the research area of work. The main objective of the work was to identify the organizational culture and to establish a relationship of the organizational culture of the company "Totalizator Sportowy" with the development of personnel policy, motivation of employees, which influence meeting the needs and aspirations of employees, enabling simultaneous realization of corporate goals. Based on the research conducted among the company's employees, the author verified the hypotheses

No full textTese (doutorado) - Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, Centro de Filosofia e Ciências Humanas, Programa de Pós-Graduação em História, Florianópolis, 2015.Este esboço de biografia procura citar algumas imagens de Otto Maria Carpeaux: construções biográficas de naturezas múltiplas, elaboradas em contextos, por atores e sob condições igualmente díspares. Está constituído a partir de uma visão crítica da História, o que permite que ?outras imagens?, fragmentárias e não monumentais, também tenham espaço. Em diálogo com o princípio da montagem, este esboço apresenta-se em duas partes. Na primeira, Imagens possíveis, estão citadas as imagens elaboradas em vida e post mortem acerca do austríaco-brasileiro que nasceu em Viena em 1900, se exilou no Brasil em 1939 e morreu no Rio de Janeiro, em 1978. Na segunda, Montagens possíveis, apresentam-se duas possibilidades de exercício biográfico: pela leitura alegórica do documentário O velho e o Novo (Otto Maria Carpeaux), entendido como instrumento de intervenção no contexto ditatorial brasileiro e de uma reelaboração biográfica concernentes às suas experiências europeias; e pelo Caderno de imagens críticas, registro dos encontros em Carpeaux pelo meio de imagens críticas produzidas a partir da cesura do presente.Abstract : This biographical sketch attempts to quote some images of Otto Maria Carpeaux: various types of biographical constructions, carried out in different contexts by disparate authors under conditions just as distinct. It stems from a critical view of history, allowing for ?other images? fragmented and non-monumental ? to share the space.In dialogue with the montage principle, this sketch has two parts. The first, Possible Images, quotes the images produced during and after the life of the Austrian-Brazilian, who was born in Vienna in 1900, went to Brazil in exile in 1939 and died in Rio de Janeiro in 1978. The second part, Possible Montages, presents two possibilities of a biographical exercise: through the allegorical reading of documentary O Velho e o Novo (Otto Maria Carpeaux), understood as an instrument of intervention in the Brazilian dictatorship context and as a biographical retelling of the author?s European experiences; and through my Scrapbook of Critical Images, a record of the encounters in Carpeaux through critical images produced from the caesura of the present

No full textCelem niniejszej pracy jest określenie i ocena roli pełnionej przez doradcę zawodowego w procesie rozwiązywania problemów zgłaszanych przez osoby bezrobotne. Badania przeprowadzono w formie ankiety jedno- i wielokrotnego wyboru, na trzech grupach: osobach korzystających z porady zawodowej, doradcach zawodowych oraz pracodawcach. Zasięgiem badań objęto teren działania Powiatowego Urzędu Pracy w Tarnowie, przy czym z pracodawców ze względu na liczebność wybrano grupę celową obejmującą mikroprzedsiębiorstwa działające na terenie miasta Tarnowa. Badania wskazują na występowanie problemów mogących wpływać na brak skuteczności w szukaniu przez bezrobotnych pracy. Zidentyfikowane problemy pochodzą zarówno ze strony lokalnego rynku pracy, jak i ze strony samego bezrobotnego. Rola doradcy, jak pokazują wyniki badań, nie odznacza się wysoką skutecznością. Zaproponowane rozwiązania mogłyby pomóc w usprawnieniu działania doradców zawodowych. Oprócz rozwiązań proponowanych przez autorkę, w pracy wskazano na rozwiązania płynące z nowelizacji Ustawy o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy, która weszła w życie w trakcie pisania niniejszej pracy. Rozwiązania w niej zaproponowane są zbliżone do proponowanych przez autorkę i mogą w przyszłości uskutecznić działania zmierzające do zmniejszenia bezrobocia i zwiększenia roli i skuteczności działań doradców zawodowych.The thesis aimed at determining and assessing the role of career counsellor in the process of solving problems reported by the unemployed. The research study was conducted in a form of single-choice and multiple choice questionnaire within three groups: people using career counselling, career counsellors and employers. The research covered the area of District Employment Agency in Tarnów; still, with regard to their great number, employers were reduced to a target group covering microenterprises operating within the borders of Tarnów. The research showed the existing problems that could have their impact on the lack of effectiveness of the unemployed in searching for jobs. The identified issues are related to both the local employment market and the unemployed themselves. As the research results showed, the role of the counsellor is not highly effective. The offered solutions could support the actions of career counsellors. Apart from the solutions proposed by the Author, there are those provided for by the amendment of Act on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions which came into force while this thesis was being written. The solutions provided for by the Act are similar to those offered by the Author, and these could make actions aimed at reducing unemployment and increasing the significance of career counsellors' actions more effective
