UJI AKTIVITAS ANTIBAKTERI EKSTRAK BIJI PEPAYA (Carica papaya L) TERHADAP BAKTERI Streptococcus mutans
Biji pepaya (carica papaya) sering digunakan dalam pengobatan tradisional oleh masyarakat, namun pemanfaatannya untuk mengobati caries gigi masih bersifat tradisional sehingga perlu dilakukan pengujian secara ilmiah menggunakan bakteri Streptococcus mutans. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui daya antibakteri ekstrak etanol biji pepaya (Carica papaya) terhadap bakteri Streptococcus mutans. Pembuatan ekstrak biji pepaya (Carica papaya) menggunakan metode maserasi dengan menggunakan pelarut etanol 70%. Ekstrak yang diujikan dibuat dengan variasi konsentrasi ekstrak 3%, 5%, dan 10 %. Hasil setiap konsentrasi menunjukkan rata-rata daya hambat yang berbeda yaitu pada konsentrasi 3% dengan daya hambat 7,5 mm, 5% dengan daya hambat 10,2 mm, dan 10% dengan daya hambat 11,3 mm. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak etanol 70% mempunyai aktivitas antibakteri dan semakin besar konsentrasi ekstrak semakin besar diameter daya hambat yang dihasilkan.

Juicide is a bar that serves healthy drinks especially juices with the main concept \u27premium juice bar street in the city\u27. Juicide present many unique juices menu inspired by many artist\u27s name and also the British band\u27s name. Juicide also has Black and white concept, combining elements of wood, fashion, music, and art that creates a nuanced garage bar. The juices divided into four categories, Basic, Vegetable, Mixed, and Smoothies. Juicide located at 5 Jalan Sultan Agung Bandung,and open from 10 am until 11 pm.
The method used in data collection are observation, interviews, literature review, data analysis, marketing mix, and Business Model Canvas. Based on data collection and analysis, it is neccesary to create a website as a promotional media.
The concept of visual design that Juicide\u27s website used is black and white elements and also elements that reflect Juicide, such as fruit illustrations with doodle drawing style. This website consist of animation, music, video, photos, and also supported by many social media and other physical media such as business cards, packaging, goodie bags, t-shirts, lighters, and stickers. In this design the author hopes Juicide can compete with other competitors and also can increase consumer\u27s interest to buy, especially in Bandung.

THE BIBLIOMETRICS ANALYSIS OF LITERACY OF VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT IN BUILDING CONSTRUCTION EXPERTISE
This qualitative study focuses on bibliometric analysis of literacy research trends of vocational high school’s students in the Field of Building Construction. The goal is to find out the direction and projection of research using a content analysis approach with Google Scholar and Scopus databases taking the range of 2003-2023. The data search process was carried out through Publish or Perish software which then obtained 1,166 raw data with the acquisition of saturated data as much as 24 data. This study analyzes trend growth, author country/geographic location, author agency/affiliation, keywords, and author distribution. The results found that the research topic in this study rose in the range of 2008-2012 with Indonesia as a country that appeared superior, supported by the superior affiliation of the country, namely Jakarta State University, with the author on behalf of Riyan Arthur getting a superior position in this research, while keyword analysis showed that vocational literacy studies had not been discussed much, indicated by the small bubble shape, some related keywords are about literacy skills in SMK, literacy components in SMK, to the required learning support such as e-modules. So that based on the results of existing research, it can be projected that the development of research in vocational literacy in SMK in the Field of Building Construction will be in line with the dominant results that appear in every analysis that has been carried out

Test the Effectiveness of Rose Flower Water ( Rosa Damascena Mill) As a Potential Herbal Drink Health
Roses (Rosa damascena Mill) are a commodity that has economic value that is not utilized optimally. Research on roses shows that roses have potential as a source of natural antioxidants. Some of the chemicals contained in roses include tannin, geraniol, nerol, citronellol, geranic acid, terpenes, flavonoids, pectin polyphenols, vanillin, carotenoids, stearopten, farnesol, eugenol, phenylethyl alcohol, vitamins B, C, E, and K. There is a need for further research regarding the active compounds contained in rose water which can have the potential to be used as a herbal drink for human health that meets standards by showing appropriate tests.
The aim of this research is to determine the value, total flavonoids and vitamin C value in waste and rose water. This research was designed with stages of determination of rose plants, preliminary tests, phytochemical screening of rose waste and water including: organoleptic observations, total flavonoids and vitamin C.
From the research, it was found that the total value of flavonoids in mamar flower waste water was 1.24 ± 0.03, while in rose water it was 0.68 ± 0.02. The main flavonoid compound is quercetin which consists of lutein, luteoxanthin and ?-carotene and is correlated with antioxidant activity. The level of Vitamin C in C rose flower waste is 0.314 ± 0.0028, while in rose water it is 0.244 ± 0.0009, this is due to the ascorbic acid content. From the results, the value of vitamin C shows a correlation with flavonoids. The higher the flavonoid value, the higher the vitamin C value. With the flavonoid and vitamin C content, rose flower waste and water have the potential as a health herbal drink
Analisis Kadar Vitamin C Pada Air Mawar Dan Limbah Air Bunga Mawar Merah (Rosa damascena Mill) Dengan Metode Spektrofotometri UV-VIS
Red roses are a type of rose that has a distinctive fragrance and a sharp red color. Red roses contain tannins, geraniol, flavonoids and vitamin C which can act as antioxidants. This research aims to measure vitamin C levels from rose water and red rose flower waste. This research method is experimental research which is used to find the effect of certain treatments or treatments under controlled conditions. The samples used were rose water and red rose flower waste. The extraction method used is distillation with distilled water as a solvent. The comparison solution used was ascorbic acid. Vitamin C levels were determined using the UV-Vis spectrophotometry method. The results of determining vitamin C levels showed that the vitamin C levels in red rose waste were greater, namely 2.958 ± 0.018 mg/g.Bunga mawar merah merupakan salah satu jenis bunga mawar yang mempunyai wangi khas dan warna merah yang tajam. Bunga mawar merah mengandung tanin, geraniol, flavonoid dan vitamin C yang dapat berperan sebagai antioksidan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kadar vitamin C dari air mawar dan limbah air bunga mawar merah. Metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen yang digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perlakuan tertentu atau perlakuan dalam kondisi terkendali. Sampel yang digunakan adalah air mawar dan limbah air bunga mawar merah. Metode ekstraksi yang digunakan adalah destilasi dengan air suling sebagai pelarut. Larutan pembanding yang digunakan asam askorbat. Kadar vitamin C ditentukan dengan metode spektrofotometri uv-vis. Hasil penentuan kadar vitamin C pada limbah air bunga mawar merah lebih besar yaitu 2,958 ± 0,018 mg/g
UJI AKTIVITAS ANTIOKSIDAN DAN SPF (Sun Protection Factor) LENDIR BEKICOT (Achatina fulica) MENGGUNAKAN SPEKTROFOTOMETER UV-VIS
Hewan bekicot (Achatina fulica) banyak dimanfaatkan sebagai pengobatan tradisional dan kosmetik karena mengandung protein achasin, acharan sulfat, zat beta aglutinin, asam hialuronat, enzim glikoprotein, proteoglycan, glycosaminoglycan dan allantoin. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui aktivitas antioksidan dan tabir surya pada lendir bekicot menggunakan spektrofotometer uv-vis. Metode penelitian ini adalah eksperimental, menggunakan sampel lendir bekicot dengan konsentrasi 5%, 10%, dan 15%. Hasil skrining fitokimia diperoleh bahwa lendir bekicot mengandung senyawa metabolit sekunder berupa alkaloid, fenol, saponin, dan tanin. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, aktivitas antioksidan lendir bekicot pada konsentrasi 5%, 10%, dan 15% memiliki nilai IC50 berturut-turut yaitu 83,63 ± 0,57 ppm; 57,93 ± 0,82 ppm; dan 31,59 ± 0,59 ppm dengan kategori kuat (IC50 50-100 ppm) dan kategori sangat kuat (IC50 < 50 ppm). Nilai SPF diperoleh berturut-turut yaitu 14,77 ± 0,42; 21,67 ± 0,06 dan 27,67± 0,59 dengan tipe proteksi maksimal (SPF 8-15) dan tipe proteksi ultra (SPF > 15). Berdasarkan analisis SPSS menggunakan One Way Anova diketahui bahwa variasi konsentrasi lendir bekicot berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil aktivitas antioksidan dan tabir surya sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa lendir bekicot memiliki aktivitas antioksidan yang dapat mencegah terbentuknya senyawa radikal bebas pada kulit dari dalam dan aktivitas tabir surya yang dapat melindungi kulit dari luar akibat radiasi sinar UV yang dipaparkan pada kulit setiap hari

The internet is not only a communication tool for spreading information that is very fast and cheap. In the economic field there are many marketing methods via the internet to achieve increased sales turnover targets. An e-commerce website or online store is a website that aims to sell one or more goods and services using electronic media as a medium for information and transaction media for these goods/services. Before getting to know the internet, the sellers only advertised the company through word of mouth and distribution of brochures so that only a few people knew about it. Currently, Banyu Lemon does not yet have publicity or promotion facilities, so that consumers who visit Banyu Lemon are only from the surrounding area and people outside the area do not know the existence and products of the shop. Meanwhile, in promotion we need a media that can help the promotion reach the target consumers. Therefore, in order to provide good service to consumers while promoting Banyu Lemon products, an information media in the form of a website is designed to promote and increase sales of Banyu Lemon products

Abstrak
Masyarakat butuh bantuan akademisi untuk membantu masa pemulihan ekonomi dari dampak covid-19 yang melanda pada tiga tahun terakhir ini. Masyarakat butuh bimbingan teknik maupun non teknik dalam mengembangkan usaha yang sedang dirintis. Politeknik Indonusa Surakarta telah membentuk tim Pemberdayaan Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) yang sudah berpengalaman membantu masyarakat dalam mengembangkan usahanya. Tim telah melakukan observasi ke berbagai daerah dan telah memutuskan memilih mitra sasaran industri rumah tangga kripik buah “KreaChips” yang beralamatkan Jl. Ngargoyoso-Kemuning, Sidomulyo RT.3/RW. 3, Ngargoyoso, Karanganyar, Jawa Tengah. Industri ini dikembangkan oleh Yayuk Pidiyanto mulai tahun 2020. Awal mulanya Bapak Yayuk Pidiyanto kena dampak pengurangan karyawan di Ibukota. Alhasil beliau pulang ke desa. Bapak Yayuk Pidiyanto membuka usaha berjualan buah keliling. Banyak dagangan yang tidak laku dan akhirnya busuk. Singkat cerita Bapak Yayuk Pidiyanto punya kenalan di Malang untuk belajar membuat kripik buah. Bapak yayuk Pidiyanto juga diberi alat vacuum frying seharga 30 juta untuk digunakan produksi. Dengan modal alat tersebut Bapak Yayuk Pidiyanto sangat bersemangat untuk berwirausaha. Awal produksi, Bapak Yayuk Pidiyanto memproduksi kripik Nangka. Sekali produksi membutuhkan 10 kg bahan baku Nangka segar, diproses kurang lebih 2,5 jam menghasilkan kripik Nangka kurang lebih 3 kg. Untuk produksinya dibantu oleh 4 tenaga yaitu Sunarti, Simiyati, Waluyo, Agung Listiyanto.
Berdasarkan pengumpulan data maka di dapat permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah: kekurangan modal, belum ada mitra/reseller sebagai agen penjualan, belum dilakukan penjualan secara online, kekurangan modal, desain kemasan dan label, kesulitan mencari bahan baku, belum memiliki izin P-IRT.
Solusi yang ditangani tim dan mitra adalah: mencari reseller, mitra mahasiswa yang pernah mengikuti Program Wirausaha Merdeka (WMK) untuk mengembangkan wirausahanya, memperbaiki desain kemasan dan label produk, melakukan penjualan secara OnlineShop di Tokopedia.
