Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Kesiapsiagaan individu terhadap bencana tsunami di Kecamatan Puring Kabupaten Kebumen (2) Kesiapsiagaan komuntas sekolah terhadap bencana tsunami di Kecamatan Puring Kabupaten Kebumen (3) Kesiapsiagaan pemerintah terhadap bencana tsunami di Kecamatan Puring Kabupaten Kebumen (4) Upaya yang dilakukan oleh individu, komunitas sekolah, dan pemerintah untuk meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan terhadap bencana tsunami di Kecamatan Puring Kabupaten Kebumen. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan spasial. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu tehnik sampel wilayah. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan cara observasi, angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan panduan rumus indeks yang bersumber dari LIPI (2006) dan dijabarkan secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) kesiapsiagaan individu termasuk dalam kategori siap dengan nilai indeks rata-rata 67,06. (2) Kesiapsiagaan komunitas sekolah termasuk dalam kategori siap dengan nilai indeks rata-rata 68,25. (3) kesiapsiagaan pemerintah termasuk dalam kategori siap dengan nilai indeks rata-rata 68. (4) Upaya yang dilakukan oleh individu untuk meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan yaitu dengan mengikuti sosialisasi dan simulasi. Sekolah menerapkan pengetahuan kebencanaan dalam materi pembelajaran, sedangkan pemerintah melakukan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat dan kordinasi dengan pihak terkait. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Pengantar metode komputasi untuk sains dan teknik
No full textBuku pengantar ini membicarakan secara singkat asal usul metode numerik yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan suatu topik dan kemudian menerapkannya pada topik yang dibahas. Dalam rangka memperjelas metode numerik yang digunakan, diberikan contoh soal numerik dan jawabannya dalam beberapa kali proses iterasi. Proses iterasi selanjutnya hanya diberikan hasilnya (jawaban kunci) tanpa proses perhitungan dengan harapan agar menjadi tugas mandiri yang dapat dikerjakan sendiri oleh pembaca dan dapat dicocokkan dengan jawaban kunci.
Dalam buku pengantar ini disertakan proses penghitungan secara iterasi menggunakan program komputasi bahasa Pascal. Program dalam bahasa Pascal disusun secara sederhana tanpa menggunakan subprogram maupun subrutin sehingga diharapkan lebih memudahkan dalam mencocokkan langkah-langkah perhitungan secara programing dan manual (kalkulator). Oleh karena menggunakan bahasa Pascal sederhana, maka diharapkan lebih memperjelas dan mempermudah alur perhitungan sehingga secara prinsip tidak ada masalah jika nantinya menggunakan bahasa selain bahasa Pascal.
Untuk lebih mendalami program komputasi tentu perlu banyak latihan. Dalam hal ini latihan diwujudkan dalam bentuk atau cara tugas mandiri, yaitu meneruskan penghitungan suatu topik secara manual yang dapat dicocokkan dengan jawaban kunci. Tugas mandiri berikutnya diwujudkan dalam bentuk soal latihan, misalkan mengenai gejala sains atau teknik yang diselesaikan secara numerik. Diharapkan dengan adanya tugas mandiri ini pembaca akan lebih mendalami metode komputasi. Selanjutnya dapat mengembangkannya untuk berbagai persoalan dalam bidang fisika, kimia, biologi, teknik, dan lain-lain. Hal ini dikarenakan kesemuanya (topik fisika, kimia, biologi, atau teknik) itu masih perlu pemikiran lain, yaitu menyelesaikan topik tersebut agar terbentuk perumusan matematik yang kemudian baru dapat dihitung secara komputasi
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. No full textBased on the results of the research entitled "From Authority to Authenticity: Paradigm Shifts in School Leadership Towards Authentic Leadership in the Gen Z Era", it can be concluded that there has been a profound transformation in school leadership practices from authoritative patterns to authentic leadership that is more humanistic, reflective, and adaptive to the characteristics of the digital generation. Effective leadership in the Gen Z era is no longer determined by formal positions, but by the ability of school principals to build relational relationships based on trust, empathy, and moral consistency. The authenticity of the principal has proven to be a major factor that increases the engagement of young teachers through honesty, openness, and participation in decision-making. In addition, the transformation of leadership communication to a humanized digital format strengthens emotional closeness and increases the loyalty of school residents. The use of digital media such as WhatsApp, Instagram, and YouTube makes interactions more warm, responsive, and inclusive. Thus, authentic leadership in the Gen Z era plays an important role in creating a school culture that is collaborative, adaptive, and oriented towards human values, thus becoming a relevant and sustainable leadership model for the modern world of education.
 
Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
Get PDFWe conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases.
