No full textWorld wide, we see developing nations building new infrastructure as well as developed cities rehabilitating and expanding their infrastructure to meet the demands of increased population, energy efficiency, and environmental awareness of the public. Ten years ago ITA issued its special edition of the Tribune entitled “Why Go Underground, Contribution of the use of Underground space to Sustainable Development.” Working Group N° 20 of the ITA, focused on Urban Problems and Underground Solutions, has continued examining the use of underground space in the urban environment as it evolves with expanding cities and urban densification. No full textLatar Belakang: Sectio caesarea diperkenalkan sebagai praktik klinis untuk menyelamatkan nyawa ibu dan bayi ketika komplikasi medis kritis muncul selama kehamilan. Pasien akan merasa sakit selama beberapa minggu post-sectio caesarea, pasien mungkin memerlukan pereda nyeri selama satu minggu hingga sepuluh hari setelah melahirkan. “Undercare Celama Dalam Ita” merupakan inovasi yang digagas dalam upaya memberikan kenyamanan untuk ibu post-sectio caesarea dengan menggunakan celana dalam yang sudah dimodifikasi lengkap dengan fungsi gurita dan magnet untuk membantu menurunkan nyeri post-sectio caesareaTujuan penelitian : menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan “Undercare Celana Dalam Ita” terhadap pengurangan dan nyeri post sectio caesarea.Metode penelitian : desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode quasi experimental design. Sampel penelitian ini adalah ibu yang yang dilakukan sectio caesarea di RSUD Kabupaten Bekasi periode bulan April 2024. Independent sample t test dan uji Generalized Estimating Equations (GEE) digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh overall skor dari pretest, posttest 1, posttest 2, dan posttest 3 terhadap pengurangan nyeri luka operasi post sectio caesarea.Hasil penelitian : independent sample t test diperoleh posttest 1 (Mean Diff: 1,119; 95% CI 0,734-1,504; p = <0,001), posttest 2 (Mean Diff: 1,143; 95% CI 0,755-1,531; p = <0,001), dan posttest 3 (Mean Diff: 0,833; 95% CI 0,451-1,215; p = <0,001), menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan. Uji Generalized Estimating Equations (GEE) diketahui bahwa overall data menunjukkan pengurangan nyeri post sectio caesarea (Mean Diff: 4,130; 95% CI 2,147-6,114; p = <0,001).Kesimpulan : terdapat pengaruh penggunaan Undercare Celana Dalam Ita terhadap pengurangan nyeri post sectio caesarea.Saran : Bagi pasien post sectio caesarea dapat menggunakan “Undercare Celana Dalam Ita, CIDITA” untuk mempercepat menurunkan nyeri post-sectio caesarea Kata Kunci : Post sectio caesarea, Undercare Celana Dalam ItaABSTRACT Background: In cases of life-threatening maternal or foetal problems, the sectio caesarea was instituted as a clinical procedure to preserve mother and child. Patients may need pain medication for one to ten days following delivery, and they will continue to feel pain for several weeks following a caesarean section. The "Undercare Underpants Ita" are a new invention that aims to alleviate the discomfort that some women experience after cesarean sections by utilizing modified underwear that includes octopus and magnet features.Purpose: The research set out to determine whether "Undercare Underpants Ita" could alleviate discomfort experienced by women after cesarean sections.Methods: This research used a quantitative approach based on a quasi-experimental methodology. This research aimed to examine the outcomes for moms who had cesarean sections performed in April 2024 at the Bekasi Regency Hospital. We utilized a Generalized Estimating Equation (GEE) test and an independent sample t test to find out how different total scores from the pretest, posttest 1, posttest 2, and posttest 3 affected the decrease in post-sectio caesarea surgical wound pain.Results: Posttest 1, posttest 2, and posttest 3 all yielded significant results in the independent sample t test (mean difference: 1.119; 95% CI: 0.734-1.504; p = <0.001), with posttest 3 also yielding a significant result (mean difference: 0.833; 95% CI: 0.451-1.215; p = <0.001). The results of the Generalized Estimating Equations (GEE) test indicated a decrease in post-sectio caesarean discomfort, as evidenced by a mean difference of 4.130 (95% CI: 2.147-6.14; p = <0.001).Conclusion: Last but not least, wearing Undercare Ita Panties might alleviate some of the discomfort that comes after a cesarean section.Suggestions; For post sectio caesarea patients can use "Undercare Underpants Ita, CIDITA" to accelerate reducing post-sectio caesarea pain. Detachable Steerable Clip Applier for Dissection of ITA Branches
No full textThe internal thoracic artery (ITA) is increasingly being recognized as the best conduit for replacement of diseased coronary arteries. As the ITA is the main blood supply for the sternum, harvesting this artery causes a drop in blood flow, increasing the risk of failing to heal, and risking deep sternal wound infection. Current methods of harvesting the ITA are time consuming, and due to hidden arteries the manoeuvrability of the surgeon is limited. In this project the goal is to develop a new instrument for branch sealing and dissection, that increases the maneuverability, minimizes damage to surrounding tissue while beingmore time efficient. A systematical selection process resulted in the solutions for some of the sub-functions, whereas two subfunctions required more thorough analysis and evaluation. Concept selection for the sub-function Tip-Articulation a more in-depth analysis and experimental evaluation (n=19). The selection of the sub-function Handle-Mechanism is done by analysis of proven concepts, choices are based on the requirements that resulted from consultation with an experienced surgeon from LUMC, literature study, and supervision of experienced medical instrument engineers. A preliminary headroom analysis is done, resulting in an estimated drop of 64.45%for the duration of sealing and dissecting of branches with a relatively bigger diameter. Further research should specifically be aimed on the further development of the chosen concepts

No full textPerineal wounds are a type of tear that occurs in the perineum during childbirth. The perineum is the area between the vagina and the anus in women. Perineal tears often occur during labor, especially when the baby is born and the baby's head passes through the birth canal.To find out the effectiveness of snakehead fish extract on the healing of perineal wounds in hospitals Permata Hati Cikupa Tangerang in 2024.This study is an experimental Quasy research with a group of snakehead fish. The independent variable in this study was the feeding of snakehead fish, the dependent variable was the duration of healing of perineal wounds. The total number of respondents in this study was 10 respondents based on data from postpartum mothers who experienced perineal injuries which were divided into two groups, namely 5 respondents in the group who were given snakehead fish, 5 respondents in the group who were not given snakehead fish which were taken by puposive sampling. Data analysis was carried out univariate and bivariate, to determine the effectiveness of snakehead fish on the healing time of perineal wounds using an independent sample test if it is normally distributed and if it is not normally distributed, use the Mann-Whitney test of SPSS versii 25.The researcher's assumption is that after a study was conducted at Permata Hati Cikupa Hospital in Tangerang in 2024 with the administration of snakehead fish extract on the healing of perineal wounds for 7 days, as much as 200 grams must be consumed every day. The author also conducted an evaluation and made a comparison between the theory and the existing case, the author concluded that there was no difference between the theory and the case, the stitches seemed dry and had been tight on the seventh day.Consumption of snakehead fish or snakehead fish extract has been proven to be effective in accelerating the healing process of perineal wounds in postpartum mothers and has benefits, namely it can reduce homocysteine levels in the blood, prevent heart disease and stroke and can improve children's intelligence and health, and recommends consuming snakehead fish or snakehead fish extract to accelerate the healing of perineal wounds

No full textThis study aimed to determine the types of clauses, the structure of the clause and the function of the clause in the novel of Marveluna Lets Fly Together by Ita Krn. This study used qualitative descriptive method. The data collection technique of this study was documentation technique. The data in this study were sentences containing the types, structures and functions of clauses in the novel Marveluna Lets Fly Together by Ita Krn. The results of this study show that there are 727 data, 642 verbal clauses, 15 nominal clauses, 57 adjective clauses, 4 prepositional clauses and 9 numeral clauses. The types of verbal clauses consist of 396 data incomplete targeted action verbal clauses, 22 data complete targeted action verbal clauses, 196 data non-targeted action verbal clauses and 25 data situation clauses, the verbal clauses that were not found were event verbal clauses. The noun clause consists of a clause that states the type of noun 5 data, states the name of the noun 6 data, states the relationship of 2 data, and states the characteristics or special characteristics of 2 data. The noun clause of the profession is not found. The adjective clause consists of 17 data physical states, 5 data mental attitudes and 34 data internal feelings. The clause structure of this study is S+P, S+P+O, S+P+O+Pel, S+P+O+K and S+P+K. Function. The clauses of this study consist of the function of S as the actor of the activity, the function of P as a verb, O as something that is done or is the target of the subject, K as additional information and Pel as perfecting the predicate but not subject to the subject's actions

A função seméica do sufixo -cha e -itu/ita
No full textEl propósito del artículo es identificar la función sémica del sufijo -cha de la variedad quechua chanka y los sufijos -ita e -itu aglutinados a los lexemas tanto quechuas como hispanos. Para ello, se examina el comportamiento de la partícula -cha en función de la adhesión a bases léxicas de diferentes categorías gramaticales. La autora, a partir de su experiencia como docente y quechuahablante, así como también, mediante un proceso de inducción interpretativa, elaboró fichas morfológicas con palabras como las siguientes: wasicha "casita", sumaqcha "la bonita", qipichay "empaquetar", hamunqacha "seguro ha de venir", qamcha "seguro ha de ser tú", de las cuales recogió la muestra de análisis. Como resultado del análisis, se concluye que las funciones sémicas de -cha unidas a bases quechuas y en contacto lingüístico indican conjetura, sustantivación, afecto, acortamiento temporal e ira.The purpose of the article is to identify the sematic function of the suffix -cha of the Quechua variety chanka and the suffixes -ita and -itu attached to both Quechua and Hispanic lexemes. For this purpose, the behavior of the particle is examined as a function of its attachment to lexical bases of different grammatical categories. The author, based on her experience as a teacher and Quechua speaker, as well as through a process of interpretative induction, elaborated morphological cards with words such as the following: wasicha "little house", sumaqcha "the pretty one", qipichay "to pack", hamunqacha "sure to come", qamcha "sure to be you". As a result of the analysis, it is concluded that the semic functions of -cha joined to Quechua bases and in linguistic contact indicate conjecture, substantivation, affection, temporal shortening and anger.O objetivo do artigo é identificar a função semática do sufixo -cha da variedade quechua chanka e os sufixos -ita e -itu anexados tanto aos lexemes quechua como aos hispânicos. Itaconate reduces proliferation and migration of fibroblast-like synoviocytes and ameliorates arthritis models
No full textFibroblast-like synoviocytes (FLS) play critical roles in rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Itaconate (ITA), an endogenous metabolite derived from the tricarboxylic acid (TCA) cycle, has attracted attention because of its anti-inflammatory, antiviral, and antimicrobial effects. This study evaluated the effect of ITA on FLS and its potential to treat RA. ITA significantly decreased FLS proliferation and migration in vitro, as well as mitochondrial oxidative phosphorylation and glycolysis measured by an extracellular flux analyzer. ITA accumulates metabolites including succinate and citrate in the TCA cycle. In rats with type II collagen-induced arthritis (CIA), intra-articular injection of ITA reduced arthritis and bone erosion. Irg1-deficient mice lacking the ability to produce ITA had more severe arthritis than control mice in the collagen antibody-induced arthritis. ITA ameliorated CIA by inhibiting FLS proliferation and migration. Thus, ITA may be a novel therapeutic agent for RA
Validation of the Italian version of the spirituality and spiritual care rating scale (SSCRS‐ita)
No full textPurpose: To translate and validate the Italian version of the Spirituality and Spiritual Care Rating Scale (SSCRS-ita). Methods: A single-center cross-sectional study was performed from October 15 to November 15, 2019 in a public hospital in Milan, Italy. The scale was drafted using the back-translation method. Prior to administration, the Italian version of the scale was assessed for content validity and retest stability by calculating the content validity index. Internal consistency was investigated by calculating Cronbach's alpha coefficient, test-retest stability by Spearman's rho coefficient. Findings: A total n = 337 nurses participated in the survey by correctly completing the scale. The Kaiser–Meyer–Olkin test (0.81) and Bartlett's test of sphericity (p < 0.001) confirmed the adequacy of the sample to conduct exploratory factor analysis (EFA). The factorial model of EFA without rotation and then with nonorthogonal Promax rotation confirmed the presence of the four constructs identified by the original author. Conclusions: SSCRS-ita showed promising psychometric properties in terms of validity and reliability. The results of this study, together with the lack of in-depth studies in the Italian health and educational panorama, suggest the need to develop an educational pathway which, starting from the curricula of basic training and continuing with the updating of nursing staff, is dedicated to the detection of the spiritual needs of the patient. Implications for nursing practice: The SSCRS-ita is the first validated Italian tool concerning the consideration of the needs of spirituality and spiritual care in healthcare contexts; the possibility to use this tool is the first step towards a better integration of the mentioned dimensions of care in a nursing care qualitative perspective in Italy
