Metod: Material samlades in genom att söka på olika begrepp som redovisas i teoriavsnittet. Kurslitteraturer samt högskolans databas var två viktiga verktyg som uppsatsförfattarna arbetat med för att samla in teorier. Vidare kontaktades respondenterna och därefter genomfördes totalt åtta intervjuer som redovisas i bilagan. Åtta intervjuer, varv två med respondenterna och två kompletterande intervjuer med respondenterna samt fyra med kunderna. Slutsats: Det finns både likheter och olikheter på kundvärde inom advokat samt mäklarbyrån. Method: Material was collected by looking up different concepts that are shown in the theory section. The course literature and the universities database were two major tools that the article author worked with for the theories. The respondents were contacted and after that eight interviews were completed that are shown in the appendix. A total of eight interviews were two conducted with respondents, two complementary with the respondents and four with clients/customers. Conclusion: There are similarities and differences when it comes to customer value at both law firms and real estate agencies.
PENGARUH KONSELING KELOMPOK MOTIVATIONAL INTERVIEWING UNTUK MENURUNKAN PERILAKU SOCIAL LOAFING PADA MAHASISWA
No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan pengaruh layanan konseling
kelompok motivational interviewing untuk menurunkan perilaku social loafing
pada mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen pretest-posttest
control design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa bimbingan dan konseling
angkatan 2024 kelas A Universitas Bengkulu. Teknik pengambilan sample pada
penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengambilan data
menggunakan angket perilaku social loafing dengan model skala likert, dan
analisis data menggunakan uji-t. Hasil pre-test dan post-test kelompok eksperimen
mengalami penurunan dengan nilai rata-rata skor 144,75 menjadi 81,73.
Sementara hasil pre-test dan post-test kelompok kontrol mengalami penurunan
tetapi sebanyak kelompok eksperimen dengan skor dari 141,75 menjadi106.
Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis dengan uji-t bahwa penurunan yang dihasilkan
pada kelompok eksperimen lebih besar dengan nilai 63 pada kelompok kontrol
sebesar 35,75. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh konseling
kelompok motivational interviewing untuk menurunkan perilaku social loafing
pada mahasiswa.

Annemarie Schwarzenbach'ın "Winter in Vorderasien - Tagebuch einer Reise" Başlıklı Seyahat Günlüğünde Türkiye Tasviri

Seyahatinin iki ayını Türkiye'de geçirmiştir. Gördüklerini, edindiği izlenimler çerçevesinde kaleme alarak, 1935 yılında "Winter in Vorderasien - Tagebuch einer Reise" başlığıyla yayınlatmıştır. Seyahat, Türkiye'de reform çalışmalarına ve Cumhuriyet'in onuncu yılına denk gelmektedir. Ancak aktarımlarına bakıldığında, eleştirel bakış açısı dikkat çekmektedir. Yürütülecek bu çalışma ile Schwarzenbach'ın Alman edebiyatına sunduğu Türkiye imgesinin anlaşılmasına katkı sağlanması amaçlanmıştır. Bu nedenle, seyahatname Türkiye'ye dair tasvirleri çerçevesinde ele alınacaktır.Annemarie Schwarzenbach was a Swiss journalist, reporter, author and photographer who embarked on a mission as a journalist to the Orient in October 1933. This journey took her until Iraq. She spent the first two months of her journey in Turkey and wrote about her observations in Turkey. Her travel book was published in 1935 under the title "Winter in Vorderasien - Tagebuch einer Reise". Her journey coincided with the reform process in Turkey and the tenth year of the founding of the Turkish Republic. However, when her writings are scrutinized, critical perspective stands out. This study aims to contribute to the understanding of the Turkish image, which Schwarzenbach represents in German literature. For this reason, her descriptions of Turkey will be discussed in this analysis
Non-invasive blood flow measurement using diffuse correlation spectroscopy
No full textDiffuse Correlation Spectroscopy (DCS) is an emerging method that measures blood flow in small vessels of deep tissue non-invasively. It uses the dynamic fluctuations of speckle pattern formed by photons that are scattered by blood cells. Possible DCS applications include stroke monitoring, breast cancer diagnosis, and brain functional imaging. The purpose of the author’s project was to build a single channel DCS device and validate its performance by doing several control experiments.
Several control experiments with simulated particle motions and a subsequent in-vivo experiment with cuff occlusion were conducted. The results generated from the established DCS device were the inverse of theoretical expectation. However, qualitatively, the device was able to detect changes of blood flow. The reason of this discrepancy is discussed in the text. In addition, the author was able to develop real time DCS data acquisition and analysis program which can be used for continuous monitoring of relative blood flow over time.
In summary, the DCS device which was built offers a promising possibility for continuous blood flow monitoring. Several improvements on the device were still required for obtaining better measurements. This project could eventually be combined with Diffuse Optical Tomography (DOT) which measures deep tissue hemodynamic variables non-invasively. This instrument can provide a non-invasive measurement of local metabolic rate thereby enabling more accurate functional imaging of human body.Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering
Children’s Meeting with Classics in the “Eternity Library”: An Example of Intertextual Reading
No full textIn this study, children’s meeting with the classics through Mavisel Yener’s work named “Eternity Library” will be exemplified by discussing intertextual relations. The study is qualitative and descriptive. By using intensive sampling, which is one of the purposeful sampling types, the aforementioned children’s book was chosen because it refers to the classics in a diverse, rich and intense manner in the context of intertextuality. The data were collected through document analysis and analyzed with descriptive analysis. In order to ensure its validity and reliability, the features of the determined classification were clearly drawn, the appropriateness of the classifications and quotations was paid attention to, the determined quotations were analyzed and revised at different times, and the final form was given. In the analyzed book, inter-author, inter-work, inter-genre, explicit and implicit references were found in the context of intertextuality, and it was determined that these references were mostly structured through the classics. It was concluded that the work examined in the study directed children to the classics with its rich intertextual references. It can be said that the work examined is a good example in terms of both breaking the negative view of the classics and effectively adding these works to the reading process of children
Flood exposure and poverty in 188 countries
No full textFlooding is among the most prevalent natural hazards, with particularly disastrous impacts in low-income countries. This study presents global estimates of the number of people exposed to high flood risks in interaction with poverty. It finds that 1.81 billion people (23% of world population) are directly exposed to 1-in-100-year floods. Of these, 1.24 billion are located in South and East Asia, where China (395 million) and India (390 million) account for over one-third of global exposure. Low- and middle-income countries are home to 89% of the world’s flood-exposed people. Of the 170 million facing high flood risk and extreme poverty (living on under 5.50 per day face high flood risk. Using state-of-the-art poverty and flood data, our findings highlight the scale and priority regions for flood mitigation measures to support resilient development.Policy Analysi

Stefan Zweig’s political reaction against national socialism: Castellio gegen Calvin
No full textGünümüzde çeviri imkânlarının ve etkinliklerinin artmış olmasıyla beraber, yabancı edebiyattan birçok yazar da eserleriyle ülke edebiyatı içinde kendine yer bulmaktadır. Avusturyalı yazar Stefan Zweig ve Castellio Calvin’e karşı ya da Vicdan Zorbalığa adlı eseri bu konuda önemli bir örnek oluşturmaktadır. Zweig’ın eserlerinin Türkçe’ye çevirisi elbette yeni değildir. Fakat son yıllarda eserlerinin Türkiye’de okuyucularla buluşma oranı, yeni çeviriler ve yeniden basımlar yoluyla artmıştır. Bu artış, Türkiye’de Stefan Zweig ve eserlerine ilginin yoğun olduğunu göstermektedir. Yazarın Castellio eserinin de bu bağlamda, farklı çeviriler ve yayın evleri aracılığıyla öne çıktığı görülmektedir. Buna bağlı olarak, Türk okuyucuların gittikçe daha çok karşılaştığı ve eserlerine ilgi gösterdiği bir yazara ve eserlerine ilişkin çalışmalara duyulan ihtiyaç da artmaktadır. Bu ihtiyacı gidermeye katkı sağlamak amacıyla yürütülecek araştırmada, Zweig’ın eseri yazma amacından yola çıkılarak, eserin oluşum süreci, yayınlandıktan sonra Zweig’ın dönem yazarları tarafından alımlanması çerçevesinde ve pozitivist bir yaklaşımla çalışılacaktır. Böylelikle, Hitler karşıtı hemen her çevre tarafından, nasyonal sosyalizme karşı tepkisiz kalması yönündeki suçlamaların sebeplerine açıklık getirilecek ve Zweig’ın, itham edildiğinin aksine, nasyonal sosyalizme kendine has yöntemlerle karşı koyduğu ortaya koyulacaktır. Böylece, Alman Dili ve Edebiyatı alanında Stefan Zweig’ın politik yaklaşımları ve eserlerinin siyasi işlevi konularında katkı sağlanması amaçlanmıştır.Today, with the increasing number of translation opportunities and activities, many writers from foreign literature take a place in the country's literature with their works. In this context, Stefan Zweig, Austrian writer, takes an important place in the Turkish literature with his translated and at the same time with his republished books from many publishers in Turkey in recent years. Thus, the necessity of the study about a writer who Turkish readers encounter more and show more attention is increasing. In this context, The Author's work named Castellio gegen Calvin oder ein Gewissen gegen die Gewalt (Castellio against Calvin or Conscience Contre Violence), which the readers in Turkey are familiar in recent years, will be analyzed with a positivist approach, starting from the writing purpose of Zweig. In much of studies is Zweig criticized, that he did not react enough load the National Socialism. In this study it is aimed to present, that Zweig wasn’t a silent Author during the national socialist activations. He reacted with his literal works. Thus, with this work, it is purposed to fill the deficiency of this subject in the field of German Language and Literature and to throw a light on new studies but to contribute the various studies from different disciplines
Judge's Considerations For Marriage Dispensation at The Sidenreng Rappang Religious Court (Socio-Juridical Analysis)
No full textRequests for dispensation of marriage at the Sidenreng Rappang Religious Court have increased from year to year, and in 2019 there were 222 cases. describe the development of mating dispensation. (2). Analyzing the background to the marriage dispensation application, and (3). Describe and analyze the judge's consideration of the intent of the Marriage Law in article 7 paragraph (2) of Law Number 16 of 2019 concerning amendments to Law Number 1 of 1974, because the intention of deviation is not explained, so a separate interpretation is needed from the Judge. And how the Judge in his considerations must prioritize and guarantee the best interests of the childfulfilled, so as to suppress early marriage.
This type of research is descriptive qualitative, the research location is at the Sidenreng Rappang Religious Court, for primary data sources, namely copies of decisions, marriage laws, Judges, Registrars and Justice Seekers and secondary data sources, namely from Annual Report documents and LKjIP Court case data Religion Sidenreng Rappang, several books as references. To solve the problems in this thesis the author uses the theory of judges' considerations (Mukti Arto 2007), this is also supported by the maqashid al-Syariah theory to parse Islamic law against requests for dispensation of marriage.
Based on the results of this study, the authors formulated conclusions (1). The dispensation for marriage at the Sidenreng Rappang Religious Court has always increased from year to year and in 2019 experienced a very sharp increase. (2). The background is cultural, educational, economic, environmental and pregnant outside of marriage. (3). Juridical analysis of the legal considerations of the judges of the Religious Court of Sidenreng Rappang regarding dispensation of marriage examines article 7 of the Marriage Law Number 16 of 2019, guided by PERMA Number 5 of 2019 as a guideline for adjudicating applications for dispensation of marriage, and based on fiqhi principles and paying attention to maaqashid al-Syariah. It turned out that it ignored several administrative requirements that could support the judge's considerations in realizing and guaranteeing the best interests of the child

As a result of the COVID-19 outbreak, learning systems began to be done online from home. As a result, many complaints from teachers and students, especially new school year students in class VII about learning that is less understandable due to using software that has not been well socialized. Based on the background of the problem, the author researched and designed a web-based academic information system specialized in the collection of assignments and materials and assessment of grade VII students at Muhammadiyah Junior High School. The purpose of this research is to design a web-based academic information system for Muhammadiyah Al Amin Sorong Junior High School. The method of data collection carried out in this study is by interview method, observation and literature study, system development methods used, namely by prototype and website testing methods using blackbox testing, MySQL as a database, XAMPP as a local server and PHP as a programming language. The results of this study are web-based academic information systems for Muhammadiyah Al Amin Kota Sorong Junior High School which is dynamic in accordance with the system development methods used
