    This development research aims to produce teaching materials in the form of handouts for teachers in Al-Kautsar Indralaya Islamic Kindergarten. Development is done by using ADDIE model (analysis, design,development, implementation and evaluation). The evaluation was done by Tessmer's formativeevaluation with four evaluation phases, namely self evaluation, expert review, one-to-one evaluation andsmall group evaluation. Data collection techniques use observation and walkthrough. Experimental resultsHandout 1 of 3.75, Handout 2 of 3.75, Handout 3 of 3.80, Handout 4 of 3.65, Handout 5 of 3.75 andHandout 6 of 3.80 (with very valid category) . Furthermore, the one to one evaluation stage obtained theaverage of teacher observation with Handout 1 of 87%, Handout 2 of 88%, Handout 3 of 87%, Handout 4of 90%, Handout 5 of 87% and Handout 6 of 88% with excellent category). While in the small groupevaluation, the average observation result on Handout 1 of 90%, Handout 2 of 90%, Handout 3 of 92%,Handout 4 is 90%, Handout 5 of 88%, and Handout 6 of 90% (with excellent category). Therefore, it canbe concluded that the teaching materials of scientifically based number of numbers is valid and practicalfor use by the teacher

    Increasing The Character of Courage In Early Childhood Through Mother Tongue

    Each child has a different character. In this case, the role of the family, especially the mother, is very supportive of the child in instilling the child\u27s character according to his potential. The purpose of this study was to improve the character of children\u27s courage through their mother tongue by using the classroom action research method conducted at Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Kindergarten in Sungai Pinang Ogan Ilir by researching two cycles consisting of 3 meetings with planning, implementation, observation and reflection stages. Based on the research results in the first cycle, the minimum category developed as expected 67%, with the dominant indicator appearing as the attitude of doing something without worrying about the difficulties. In comparison, the minimum category increased to 87% in the second cycle, indicating that the child can face something with great confidence and great results. This shows that using the mother tongue can improve the character of the courage of early childhood

    Teknologi pada era revolusi industri 4.0 memberi pengaruh pada mainan anak. Anak menyukai mainan modern yang tidak ada nilai kearifan lokal. Padahal kearifan lokal dapat menunjang pembangunan nasional. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana mainan susun balok seimbang kearifan lokal diterapkan pada anak usia 5-6 tahun dan ditinjau dari sudut pandang aspek perkembangan anak dan pengenalan nilai budaya Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif tentang penggambaran objek dan subjek penelitian berdasarkan hasil perhitungan data. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi dan dokumentasi. Sasaran subjek penelitian adalah anak usia 5-6 tahun. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan aspek perkembangan dan aspek kearifan lokal memperoleh data dengan kategori baik sekali. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa mainan susun balok seimbang berbasis kearifan lokal Yogyakarta dapat diimplementasikan dalam pembelajaran maupun sebagai alat bermain untuk anak usia 5-6 tahun dengan baik sekali

    Abstrak. Peran orangtua dalam pembelajaran anak di masa pandemi Covid-19 sangat penting, orangtua secara tidak langsung sebagai fasilitator dan sebagai guru pendamping selama anak-anak belajar di rumah. Kehadiran orangtua sangat mutlak diperlukan dalam mendidik dan mendampingi tumbuh kembang anak-anak, terutama di masa belajar dari rumah, maupun dalam hal kesehatan anak-anak. Hal lainnya pengawasan anak dalam penerapan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat terutama di masa pandemi. Hal ini lebih dikarenakan situasi pandemi Covid-19 yang sampai saat ini belum berakhir. Penelitian ini mengacu pada jenis penelitian kuantitatif eksperimen semu yang menerapkan  One Group Pre test-Post test Design. Dari hasil nilai awal penelitian dan akhir penelitian kepada 20 orangtua/wali kelompok B1 yang menjadi sampel penelitian, semua anak mengalami peningkatan dalam penerapan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat (PHBS) selama belajar bersama orangtua.     Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

    The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

    “Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

    Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

    We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.     Project on Strengthening Pancasila Student Profiles: Development of Traditional Early Childhood Game Modules in Kepulauan Riau

    This study aims to develop a traditional game module of the Kepulauan Riau as part of a project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students in early childhood. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model, which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the study indicate that this module is effective in increasing children\u27s interest in traditional games while strengthening characters that are in line with Pancasila values such as mutual cooperation, creativity, and cultural diversity. Validation by experts shows that this module has very good feasibility. The trial was conducted in three PAUD institutions in Tanjungpinang and Bintan, with results showing positive responses from students and teachers. This module helps reduce children\u27s dependence on gadgets and introduces them to local cultural values through games. Thus, this module can be a practical guide for teachers in learning activities to preserve traditional games and shape children\u27s characters under the profile of Pancasila students

    The greatest challenge in the current era of globalization and modernization is to uphold and impart moral values and character to children. There are numerous cases where children lose their direction and ethics due to the influence of various media, technology, and foreign cultures. This research aims to examine the values of early childhood character education from the perspective of Malay identity principles by Tenas Effendy. The study employs a literature review method (library research). Data collection techniques involve studying literature and documentation of Tenas Effendy\u27s writings on Malay Identity Principles. The data analysis technique used is content analysis. The research findings indicate that the values of children\u27s character education in the Malay identity principles perspective of Tenas Effendy encompass eight aspects: religious character, honesty, hardworking nature, independence, responsibility, social concern, environmental awareness, and friendly/communicative nature. Therefore, implementing these noble values in children can help shape a strong foundation of character. This doesn\u27t only prepare children for academic success but also builds a moral and ethical groundwork that will guide them in facing future challenges
