Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari tentang Hak Kekayaan Intelektual, serta kepentingannya perlindungan Hak Cipta sebagai bentuk pelestarian industri kreatif sebagai salah satu sumber pendapatan negara, sangat penting juga untuk mengetahui proses penyelesaian sengketa jika terjadi sebuah pelanggaran Hak Cipta. Kekayaan Intelektual adalah topik yang cenderung terlewatkan atau tidak dibicarakan sebanyak topik lain, sehingga membuka jalan yang bisa ditempuh dengan menjelaskan bagian dari Kekayaan Intelektual akan sangat bermanfaat bagi masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, dimana peneliti akan melakukan aktivitas Focus Group Discussion bersama dengan narasumber terpercaya dari pihak perhukuman serta analisa dokumen yang kemudian akan dibandingkan dengan kasus terpilih. Hasil dari penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus sengketa fotografi oleh Falcon Pictures dalam film "Warkop DKI Reborn" bersama dengan analisis penyelesaian sengketa Hak Cipta dalam kasus tersebut dan membandingkan dengan kasus lain yang memiliki similaritas untuk melihat apa saja pendekatan yang dilakukan dalam kedua kasus ini. Kesimpulannya adalah bahwa pentingnya untuk setidaknya mengetahui proses penyelesaian sengketa melalui segala pendekatan pasif maupun aktif, diantaranya bisa dilakukan dengan negosiasi, mediasi, konsiliasi, pengadilan, tuntut pidana
Integration of multimetric path management into 802.11S for telemedicine quality of service provision
Get PDFThe merits of 802.11s as the wireless mesh network standard provide a low cost and high independent scalability telemedicine infrastructure. However, challenges in degradation of performance as hops increase and the absence of Quality of Service (QoS) provision need to be resolved. Reliability and timely manner are important factors for successful telemedicine service. This research investigates the use of 802.11s for telemedicine services. A new model of 802.11s based on telemedicine infrastructure has been developed for this purpose. A non deterministic polynomial path selection is proposed to provide end-to-end QoS provisioning in 802.11s. A multi-metric called QoS Price metric is proposed as measurement of link quality. The QoS Price is derived from multi layers values that reflect telemedicine traffic requirement and resource availability of the network. The proposed solution has modified the path management of 802.11s and added resource allocation in distributed scheme. This modification and resource allocation improvement of 802.11s were given the designation medQoS-802.11s. MedQoS- 802.11s could provide a link guarantee of telemedicine traffic transmission in the selected path. MedQoS-802.11s had been tested using ns3 simulation and real environment testbed. The result has shown that medQoS-802.11s could achieve the traffic guarantee for almost 95% telemedicine traffic with 58% for the resource intensive diagnostic video traffic. It has also shown that the cost of link path overhead is efficient with the transmission overhead having an increment of 6% compared to the original 802.11s. The concurrent connection results for single time transmission shows that medQoS-802.11s has a significant increase of up to 12% traffic than original 802.11s. The testbed results have verified the QoS guarantee of the intended telemedicine traffic per transmission time. In summary, the reliability and time guarantee of medQoS has highly improved 802.11s to transmit telemedicine traffic

Kekayaan intelektual adalah topik yang penting bagi individu kreatif, namun terkadang terlupakan atau belum tersadari oleh masyarakat umum. Program yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini meliputi kumpulan individu kreatif yang ikut beserta dengan tujuan untuk mengembangkan karya yang sudah mereka buat atau rencanakan dalam pikirannya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berbentuk Focus Group Discussion yang berisi dengan diskusi bersama narasumber yang diundang oleh perusahaan untuk membagi materi dan pengalamannya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa dapat beradaptasi dengan lingkungan kerja dan bisa melaksanakan tugas sebagai asisten peneliti. Kesimpulannya, pengalaman bekerja dalam perusahaan menambah ilmu melalui tinjauan data dan materi tentang industri kreatif yang berasal dari presentasi narasumber dan diskusi bersama, yang kemudian dirangkum dan dikumpulkan dengan susunan rapih oleh asisten peneliti sebagai bagian dari anggota perusahaan
PERANCANGAN DAN IMPLEMENTASI WEBSITE SMP NEGERI 1 KLATEN SEBAGAI SARANA INFORMASI SEKOLAH, PENILAIAN ONLINE, DAN FORUM ALUMNI
Get PDFABSTRAKSI: SMP Negeri 1 Klaten merupakan salah satu dari beberapa sekolah menengah pertama bertaraf nasional di Kabupaten Klaten. Sekolah tersebut merupakan sekolah favorit di Kabupaten Klaten. Prestasi sekolah juga sangat membanggakan mulai dari tingkat kabupaten, provinsi, maupun nasional. Namun, media informasi yang kurang baik menyebabkan masyarakat tidak sepenuhnya mengetahui tentang seluk beluk sekolah. Pemerintah memfasilitasi pendidikan gratis dengan program BOS (Bantuan Operasional Siswa), namun buku pelajaran masih belum bisa digratiskan. Hal tersebut menjadi salah satu kendala bagi siswasiswi yang kurang mampu. Selain itu, kurang efektifnya penyampaian informasi dari sekolah ke orangtua/wali siswa menyebabkan citra sekolah dipandang kurang professional. Pada saat ini kebutuhan penilaian online untuk memenuhi standar pelayanan minimal sekolah sangat dibutuhkan. Hal tersebut diharapkan dapat memberikan transparansi nilai kepada orangtua. Selain itu kebutuhan mengenai forum alumni dibutuhkan untuk memfasilitasi alumni dalam berbagi ilmu dan pengalaman kepada siswa dan pihak sekolah.Dengan berkembangnya teknologi dan masalah yang terjadi, pada proyek akhir ini dibuat website SMP Negeri 1 Klaten yang memungkinkan sekolah untuk dapat memberikan informasi secara cepat kepada masyarakat. Pada website diberikan fitur tambahan mengenai penilaian online sehingga orangtua siswa dapat mengetahui detail nilai dari nilai rapor yang diberikan. Ditambahkan pula fitur berbagi materi yang dapat diunduh secara gratis oleh siswa, serta forum alumni ditujukan untuk berbagi ilmu dan pengalaman oleh alumni. Pembuatan website ini menggunakan framework codeigniter berbasis PHP sebagai bahasa pemrograman website dan MySQL sebagai database server.Setelah dilakukan pengujian dan implementasi didapat beberapa hasil kesimpulan diantaranya: website SMP Negeri 1 Klaten ini dapat membantu sekolah dalam penyampaian informasi secara online, sehingga masyarakat dapat mengetahui seluk beluk SMP Negeri 1 Klaten, dan orangtua siswa dapat mengetahui detail nilai dari siswa yang bersangkutan. Selain itu diperoleh MOS dari website sebesar 4.16 oleh guru dan 4.39 oleh siswa, dari nilai tersebut tergolong baik. Sedangkan berdasarkan hasil pengujian kemampuan web server diperoleh bahwa website ini mampu melayani 50 pengguna dengan baik tanpa terjadi error.Kata Kunci : website, SMP N 1 Klaten, sistem informasi, penilaian online.ABSTRACT: SMP Negeri 1 Klaten is one of the few national standard junior high school in Klaten. The school is popular school in Klaten. This school’s achievements are also can be proud of and obtained from the district, provincial, and national levels. However, the lacking media information caused the community is not fully aware of all information about the school. The Government facilitate free education with BOS (Bantuan Operasional Siswa), but textbooks can’t be given away for free. It became one of the obstacles for students who their parents are economically disadvantage. Moreover, lack of effective acceptance of information from the school to the parents / guardians of students led to the image of the school is seen lack of professionality. At the moment, online marking is needed to reach the minimum standards of the school service. It is expected to provide transparency of the grade to the parents. In addition, the requirement of a graduation forum is needed to sharing of knowledge and experience to the students and the school.With the rapid development of technology and the problem that occur, this final project created a website of SMP N 1 Klaten that allow the school to provide information quickly to the public. There is an online marking media development as one of the minimum standard service of the school, so that parents / guardians of students can find out the scores of their children not only at the end of the semester. Online marking will provide the detailed parts of the existing assessment. In addition, there will be an additional feature to download the course materials for free from the school. Website equipped with graduation forum additional feature which can be used as gathering facility for the alumni, the school, and students. This website uses Codeigniter framework based on PHP as the programming language and MySQL as database server.After testing and implementation, get the results and it can be concluded that : website of SMP N 1 Klaten can help to share an school information by internet media, and parents can find out the details of the student’s grades. Moreover, the website get the Mean Opinion Score (MOS) 4.16 from teachers questioner and 4.39 form students questioner, so it can be concluded that the website is good. THE CYBORG AUTHOR AND THE LIMITS OF TEXTUAL EXPLORATION IN THE WATER SELLER (MAI RUWA)
Get PDFReader or user interaction is one of the main attractions of Cyber Literature. Cyber literature allows its readers to be involved in shaping the story or altering the plot within a narrative. This is made possible by the development of Hypertext technology in cyber literary works. Hypertext enables user and reader involvement within the text of a literary work. This study uses the theory of hypertext and the cyborg author by Espen J. Aarseth. The theory is used to understand how users and readers operate within cyber texts and to comprehend the function of hypertext in cyber literature. The work The Water Seller (Mai Ruwa) (2023) by Faith Bassey and Deena Larsen serves as the material object of this research. The study finds that the use of hypertext in The Water Seller (Mai Ruwa) appears merely as an attachment and does not provide an active interactive experience for the reader (user). As a result, the interaction of the cyborg author with the work is limited, resembling the interpretation of conventional literary texts

Aku Tak Marah tells about a world that is both familiar and stranger to the general readers in Indonesia; the poor lives of the urban and suburbs people. With a language that is easy to understand and concise story and funny things in it, Aku Tak Marah presents the events that happen every day, but they are often ignored from observation. Aku Tak Marah Novel written by Djokolelono contains many values of life in it, especially the moral aspects that come from the characters contained in the novel. This thesis aims to reveal the moral aspects that arise from each character in order that the moral message can be conveyed by the author to the readers. The issues discussed in this thesis demonstrate how the structural elements of the novel develop the literary work and what kind of morality aspects contained in the novel.
This research used literature study. The method used in this research is qualitative method. There are three phases in this research, first phase is data collection. The technique used is the observation technique. After collecting the data, the next step is the data analysis phase. The data is analyzed descriptively. Then, the presentation of data analysis results are presented in the form of words by giving explanation about Aku Tak Marah.
The results of this research can be seen as follows:
The main characters in Aku Tak Marah are Agit, Candra, and Vici. The characterization in the Aku Tak Marah uses analytical techniques. The plot in Aku Tak Marah uses a chronological straight. The most dominant place setting in Aku Tak Marah is Encing’s House. The time setting in the novel Aku Tak Marah is not explained specifically, such as the day, date, month, or year used; the time mentioned in the novel is morning, evening, and night that all happen in rainy season. The social setting contained in the novel is a comparison of social life among the citizens of big cities (Jakarta) and the suburban residents (Bekasi). Moreover, the results of the analysis of a moral issue in Aku Tak Marah reveal the moral aspects: love, help, courage, admitting mistakes and forgiving, loyalty, caring, and responsibility.

Tailoring Data Storage Configuration for Efficient Fraud Detection Model Training
Get PDFThe rapid growth of e-commerce in Indonesia, with a record 88.1% growth rate, has been accompanied by a surge in online fraud, leading to an estimated loss of 4.62 trillion rupiahs. Current fraud prevention methods, such as the widely used 3D-Secure system, though effective, result in a high rate of transaction abandonment (approximately 16%), which is undesirable for merchants. To address this, we propose an AI-based fraud detection system that leverages machine learning models to identify potentially fraudulent transactions. By employing a combination of classification algorithms, including logistic regression and neural networks, security protocols are activated only for high-risk transactions, optimizing transaction processing efficiency and improving detection accuracy. Our study focuses on fine-tuning key parameters of the AI-Fraud Detector model, specifically some parameters such as ∆ttrain, ∆tlag and f rac hr pass, to enhance detection performance over time. Simulation performances using ROCAUC, false positive rate (fpr), and true positive rate (tpr) metrics show that a configuration with a training period (∆ttrain) of 180 days, a lag period (∆tlag ) of 90 days, and a high-risk pass fraction (f rac hr pass) of 10% yields a balance between detection efficiency (∼ 50%) and a reduced false positive rate. It means that the model is able to identify approximately 50% of the actual high-risk events while minimizing the number of times it incorrectly identifies a low-risk event as high-risk. However, further research is required to refine these results, explore parameter optimization strategies, and enhance the model’s adaptability to evolving fraud patterns. Future work will focus on optimizing thresholds, improving model robustness over time, and ensuring effective detection of new fraud schemes. Matthew is an astrophysicist specialising in radio astronomy and gravitational waves with a focus on relativistic astrophysics. A former ARC Laureate Fellow, he is a member of the Australian Academy of Sciences and was honoured as a 2023 Shaw Laureate for the discovery of Fast Radio Bursts.
His contributions extend to leadership roles at Swinburne University of Technology, where he has served as Pro-Vice Chancellor (Research) and acted as DVC (Research) on two occasions. Notably, Professor Bailes has played pivotal roles in securing success in three ARC Centre of Excellence bids. As a Theme Leader for CAASTRO and Director of OzGrav, the ARC Centre of Excellence for Gravitational Wave Discovery, he continues to shape groundbreaking research in the field.

No full textPenerapan eufemisme dan disfemisme dapat memberikan warna tersendiri terhadap dunia perfilman. Hal tersebut penting untuk dikaji secara lebih lanjut mengenai konteks tujuan dan latar belakang produksi pada suatu film yang ditampilkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginterpretasikan manifestasi eufemisme dan disfemisme dalam film, mendeskripsikan pengaruh eufemisme dan disfemisme dalam film, serta menyimpulkan eufemisme dan disfemisme dalam penyesuaiannya dengan budaya dan pemahaman penonton Indonesia terhadap film. Data yang digunakan adalah data kualitatif deskriptif yang memungkinkan peneliti untuk menyelidiki secara mendalam karakteristik, konteks, dan makna yang terkandung dalam dialog film bebas yang diproduseri Mira Lesmana dan disutradarai oleh Riri Riza tahun 20219. Dalam hal ini, dianalisis karakter-karakter dalam film Bebas menyampaikan pesan mereka melalui eufemisme dan disfemisme serta menafsirkan implikasi makna yang tersembunyi di balik tuturan para tokoh. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu mencakup tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan yang dihubungkan dengan eufemisme dan disfemisme oleh Allan dan Burridge. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan eufemisme dan disfemisme dalam film mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap penyampaian makna atau penegasan ekspresi para karakter dalam bertindak tutur sepanjang film. Saran yang dapat diberikan dalam penelitian ini adalah diperlukan perubahan dalam penggunaan bahasa secara eufemisme dan disfemisme di kehidupan dalam rangka mengakomodasi perkembangan sosial, budaya, serta teknologi di masyarakat.
