    Pendidikan inklusif dan kewirausahaan inovatif merupakan dua pendekatan strategis dalam pembangunan sumber daya manusia, namun belum banyak dikaji secara sinergis dalam konteks kebijakan nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi potensi integrasi keduanya dalam mendukung visi Indonesia Emas 2045. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR), melalui telaah terhadap enam artikel ilmiah yang relevan dalam rentang waktu 2018–2024. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan inklusif telah berkembang dalam kerangka regulatif nasional, tetapi masih menghadapi tantangan implementasi di tingkat lokal, seperti keterbatasan guru terlatih dan sarana pendukung. Di sisi lain, kewirausahaan inovatif menunjukkan potensi besar dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi kelompok rentan, termasuk penyandang disabilitas, namun belum terintegrasi dalam sistem pendidikan secara sistemik. Temuan memperlihatkan belum adanya kebijakan intersektoral yang menyatukan nilai-nilai inklusi dan pemberdayaan ekonomi dalam satu kerangka pembangunan manusia. Berdasarkan kerangka Capability Approach dan arahan SDGs, sinergi antara pendidikan inklusif dan kewirausahaan inovatif dinilai mampu memperluas kapabilitas individu untuk hidup mandiri dan produktif. Kajian ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi kedua pendekatan ini perlu diformulasikan dalam kebijakan pendidikan dan pembangunan nasional sebagai strategi transformasi sosial dan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan, relevan dengan Asta Cita dan peta jalan Indonesia Emas 2045

    This study aims to analyze how the influence of labor welfare on employee performance is mediated by morale at PT. Area PGE Kamojang, either directly or indirectly. The research method used was a descriptive and verification method with a total sample of 74 employees. Data collection techniques used were interviews, questionnaires, and observation. Data analysis methods used in this study include path analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that the welfare of the workforce has a direct effect on morale. Labor welfare has a direct effect on employee performance, just as work enthusiasm has a direct effect on employee performance. Then, the results of the analysis also show that morale can mediate the influence of labor welfare on employee performance

    ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT MEDIATING WORK-FAMILY CONFLICT AND JOB SATISFACTION IN NURSING PERFORMANCE

    This study examines how nurses' performance is perceived regarding work-family conflict and job satisfaction and how organizational commitment plays a role in mediating this relationship at Pindad Bandung General Hospital. The research used a quantitative survey methodology with a sample of 66 female nurses. Data was collected through interviews, questionnaires, and observations, and path analysis was used to analyze the data. The results indicate that work-family conflict has a negative and significant impact on organizational commitment, while job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment. Work-family conflict also has a negative and significant impact on nurse performance, while job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on nurse performance. Furthermore, organizational commitment has a positive and significant impact on nurse performance. These findings suggest that work-family conflict and job satisfaction influence nurse performance and that organizational commitment mediates this relationship

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi pegawai PT. PLN tentang fringe benefit dan mutasi terhadap kepuasan kerja baik secara parsial dan simultan, serta untuk Untuk mengetahui, menganalisa dan mengkaji seberapa besar pengaruh fringe benefit dan mutasi terhadap kepuasan kerja secara parsial dan simultan. Pegawai yang diteliti sebanyak 71 orang dengan metode simple random sampling. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan eksplanatori, untuk analisis data dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier ganda. Secara umum hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan fringe benefit, mutasi dan kepuasan kerja masuk kedalam kategori cukup baik. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan besarnya pengaruh fringe benefit dan mutasi terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 72.2 %, dan fringe benefit memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan mutasi

    This study discusses issues related to purchasing decisions. The research focused on the social networking community on social media facebook with a sampling technique using non-probability sampling. The method used in this research is Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis with Smart-PLS version 3.3.5 software support. The results of the study conclude that promotional strategies through social media have a positive influence on purchasing decisions. Promotional strategies through social media have a positive influence on electronic word of mouth. Electronic word of mouth has a positive influence on purchasing decisions. Electronic word of mouth mediates the effect of promotional strategies through social media on purchasing decisions. The practical implication of this research is that companies in the organic agricultural sector, especially organic rice products, are recommended to carry out promotional strategies through social media because this strategy is one of the most effective and appropriate tools in marketing, so that electronic word-of-mouth marketing will be formed, which ultimately has an impact on purchasing decisions

    Building a Digital Innovation Ecosystem through Knowledge Sharing and a Conducive Business Climate

    Objectives: This research investigates the role of knowledge sharing and a supportive business climate in establishing a digital innovation ecosystem for Muslim entrepreneurs in West Java.Methodology: The study utilized a quantitative approach, combining descriptive and verification methods through an explanatory survey to gather data from 400 entrepreneurs. A proportional cluster random sampling method was employed, using business type as the basis for stratification. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS version 3.2.9.Finding: The results indicate that: 1) Knowledge sharing has a positive and significant impact on the business climate. 2) Knowledge sharing positively and significantly influences digital innovation. 3) The business climate has a positive and significant effect on digital innovation. 4) Furthermore, the business climate mediates the relationship between knowledge sharing and digital innovation.Conclusion: The research concludes that knowledge sharing is vital in improving both the business climate and digital innovation among Nahdliyin entrepreneurs in West Java. The significant and positive influence of knowledge sharing on the business climate highlights its role in creating a supportive entrepreneurial environment. Additionally, the business climate directly affects digital innovation and mediates the relationship between knowledge sharing and digital innovation. These insights suggest that enhancing digital innovation among entrepreneurs should involve fostering knowledge sharing and developing a conducive business climate. The study emphasizes the need to integrate these elements to build a strong digital innovation ecosystem that can improve entrepreneurial performance

    Employee performance selection is one of the crucial aspects in human resource management that affects the success and efficiency of the organization. This selection discusses the application of the TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method in selecting employee performance as an effective and transparent decision-making tool. The purpose of writing this thesis is to simplify the employee performance assessment process and provide transparent data in the employee performance assessment process at Imperial Golf Club Karawaci Tangerang. Where currently the calculation of employee performance assessments is carried out with the help of the Microsoft Excel application. The data collection method used by the author consists of observation method, interview method, and literature method. For the system analysis method, the author uses the SWOT analysis method and for the system development method, the author uses the SDLC method with the Waterfall model. As a result of this study, the author made an application of the Employee Performance Selection Decision Support System at PT Imperial Golf Club using the TOPSIS method. It is hoped that through the design of the menu of the decision support system with this topsis method, it can manage employee performance data well.

    Currently science and technology are progressing very rapidly, the development of science and technology makes humans to be able to relate to each other and get information quickly, precisely and without limits. The purpose of this Thesis Report is to provide alternatives and solutions to support work effectiveness, presenting information quickly and efficiently in the process of registering new students. The collection method in this study used observation and interview methods. Based on the observation stage previously carried out, the author decided to use the SWOT analysis method in this study to identify or evaluate observation activities. From the analysis and observations made, it can be seen that the PPDB process of SMK Ma'arif Jakarta is still manual and has not been computerized. Therefore, the author proposes by designing a website-based student registration information system. For the creation of supporting programs designed using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) method, namely designing flowcharts, use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, class diagrams, and entity relationshop diagrams, then the author makes them with the laravel framework. Systems that have been analyzed and built can improve and facilitate the registration committee of new students in accessing data more quickly and accurately.Keywords: New Student Registration, Information System, SMK Ma'arif Jakarta,                        Interactive Websites, UML, RAPID
