STRATEGI KOMUNIKASI CUSTOMER RELATIONS DALAM MENINGKATKAN KEPUASAN TAMU HOTEL NOVOTEL SOLO (Studi Deskriptif Kualitatif tentang kegiatan Customer Relations dalam rangka mencapai kepuasan tamu Hotel Novotel Solo tahun 2008).Skripsi, Jurusan Ilmu Komunikasi Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik Universitas Sebelas Maret.2009. Penelitian skripsi ini dilaksanakan di Hotel Novotel Solo. Yang beralamat di Jalan Slamet Riyadi Solo. Novotel Solo di tengah persaingan jasa perhotelan yang semakin kompetitif memandang Konsumen bukan lagi sekedar sekumpulan konsumen pengguna jasa Novotel Solo melainkan juga mitra bagi keberhasilan perusahaan mencapai tujuannya. Oleh karenanya melalui skripsi ini penulis menggambarkan pelaksanaan strategi komunikasi customer relations di Novotel Solo dan bagaimana tingkat kepuasan tamu hotel Novotel Solo dengan adanya kegiatan tersebut. Dalam penulisan skripsi ini penulis menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif yang merupakan prosedur pemecahan masalah yang diselidiki dengan menggambarkan atau menerangkan keadaan obyek penelitian pada saat sekarang berdasarkan fakta – fakta yang nampak atau sebagaimana adanya.Pendekatan deskriptif didukung dengan data kualitatif yang Pengumpulan datanya melalui wawancara , observasi langsung , dan metode kepustakaan. Data yang telah didapatkan kemudian dianalisis menggunakan skema interaktif. Dari hasil penelitian pelaksanaan strategi komunikasi customer relations melalui proses fact finding, planning, organization, act & communication, dan evaluation.Yang diwujudkan dalam kegiatan relationship yang dilakukan oleh sales & marketing department , inovasi produk jasa , dan peningkatan mutu pelayanan. Manajemen menyadari menjual produk jasa tidak hanya berkutat pada produk itu sendiri , melainkan juga memperhatikan aspek – aspek eksternal diluar produk sehingga mampu memuaskan konsumen. Kenyamanan dan kualitas pelayanan menjadi hal yang penting diperhatikan oleh tamu hotel. Dalam memberikan pelayanan, Novotel Solo perlu mempertimbangkan bahwa konsumen tidak hanya memperoleh pelayanan melalui media konvensional. Melihat website Novotel Solo yang ada relatif minim menyediakan sarana informasi bagi konsumennya. Harapannya website yang ada mampu menjadi sarana pengembangan pelayanan Novotel Solo. Salah satunya adalah penyediaan layanan konsumen yang memungkinkan untuk melakukan reservasi space meeting secara online.     An educational institution should be able to prove the quality of education. Consumers, in this case are students, need the proof of achievement, assessment, certification of quality, and the success of the alumni in getting work related to the field of knowledge. Evaluation is also needed to gain recognition from the community, as well as changes in curriculum and teaching methods that impact to better quality of the graduates. This study aims to analyze brand image influence to the expectations and satisfaction of students by taking sample 100 students from 5 study program i.e D3 Mass Communication, Hospitality, Informatics Management, Automotive, and Pharmacy by using systematic sample technique. Sample criteria that are students who have studied in semester 3 because students with the criteria should be able to evaluate their campus. The result of study indicates that brand image has significant effects to the expectation and satisfaction of the students

    ABSTRAK Hubungan Antara Intimate Friendship dengan Self Disclosure Pada Remaja Pengguna Tiktok Oleh: Anditha Juliannisa Self Disclosure adalah jenis komunikasi dimana seseorang secara terbuka memberitahukan atau mengungkapkan informasi mengenari dirinya yang meliputi pikiran, perasaan, dan perilaku. Self disclosure yang terjadi dalam kehidupan yang dijalani tidak hanya dialami pada komunikasi dan interaksi secara langsung antar individu, tetapi dapat dijalani melalui media sosial (DeVito, 2018)Self disclosure dapat dilakukan jika seseorang individu saling dekat dan dapat mempercayai satu sama lain, adalah adanya intimate friendship. Menurut Sharabany (2008) intimate friendship adalah dimana individu saling merasakan empati satu sama lain yang merupakan hubungan emosional, menjadi berkomitmen, percaya, perhatian, dan dengan orang lain, serta perhatian pada identitas diri teman, self esteem yang berkembang positif, dan penyesuaian diri yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, menggunakan skala self disclosure berdasarkan teori Devito (2018) jumlah 33 aitem dengan nilai reliabilitas α = 0,932 dan skala intimate friendship berdasarkan teori Sharabany (2009) jumlah 33 aitem dengan nilai reliabilitas α = 0,897. Subjek pada penelitian ini remaja akhir pengguna Tiktok, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yang melibatkan 73 remaja akhir pengguna Tiktok yang dengan tersebar di Indonesia. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis korelasi product moment, dihitung menggunakan aplikasi JASP ver 0.16.5.0 for windows Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara intimate friendship dengan self disclosure r = 0.502 dan, R Square sebesar 0.252 dan signifikan 0.001 (p < 0.01). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis diterima yaitu terdapat hubungan positig yang signifikan antara intimate friendship dengan self disclosure. Angka tersebut berarti semakin tinggi intimate friendship maka semakin tinggi self disclosure, begitu pula sebaliknya semakin rendah intimate friendship maka akan semakin rendah self disclosure. Author: Anditha Juliannisa Self-Disclosure is a type of communication where someone openly tells or reveals information about themselves including thoughts, feelings, and behavior. Self-disclosure that occurs in life is not only experienced in direct communication and interaction between individuals, but can be done through social media (DeVito, 2018)Selfdisclosure can be done if individuals are close to each other and can trust each other, namely intimate friendship. According to Sharabany (2008) intimate friendship is where individuals feel empathy for each other which is an emotional relationship, become committed, trust, care, and with others, as well as attention to the identity of friends, positive selfesteem, and better adjustment. This study uses a quantitative approach. The subjects in this study were late adolescents who used TikTok, the sampling technique used a purposive sampling technique involving 73 late adolescents, used self disclosure scale tool by Devito with 33 aitem, the reliability result are α = 0,932 and for intimate friendship the researcher used tools based on Sharabany’s theoory with the reliabitlity result are α = 0,89. The subject for this research are who used TikTok who were spread across Indonesia. The analysis technique used is product moment correlation analysis, calculated using the JASP ver 0.16.5.0 for windows application The results of this study indicate that there is a significant positive relationship between intimate friendship and self-disclosure r = 0.502 and, R Square of 0.252 and significant 0.001 (p <0.01). Based on these results, it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted, namely that there is a significant positive relationship between intimate friendship and self-disclosure. This figure means that the higher the intimate friendship, the higher the self-disclosure, and vice versa, the lower the intimate friendship, the lower the self-disclosure.     The main purpose in this research is the picture of organizational communication behavior that occurs in the implementation of work program socialization in Wonorejo village Gondangrejo districts karanganyar district.From the description of the authors draw the communication patterns formed in the organization's communication and the success of communication behavior that is applied to the satisfaction of the community and the sustainability of development.     Posyandu merupakan wadah bagi masyarakat untuk meningkatkan kesehatan ibu dan anak, khususnya dalam pemenuhan gizi dan kesehatan balita. Di Kelurahan Macanan, kader Posyandu Melati memiliki peran penting dalam memberikan penyuluhan kesehatan dan menyusun Pemberian Makanan Tambahan (PMT) yang sesuai untuk balita. Namun, keterampilan komunikasi yang efektif dalam menyampaikan informasi kepada masyarakat masih perlu ditingkatkan. Oleh karena itu, program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan komunikasi dan penyuluhan kesehatan bagi kader Posyandu Melati, serta memberikan keterampilan dalam mengolah PMT yang bergizi dan menarik bagi balita. Metode yang digunakan meliputi ceramah, diskusi interaktif, dan praktik langsung. Hasil pelatihan ini, kader posyandu dapat memahami cara komunikasi efektif dan menerapkan nya dalam menyampaikan informasi kesehatan kepada warga di wilayah. Hasil lain nya kader posyandu ditingkatkan kemampuan dalam menyediakan PMT yang variatif dan bergizi dari bahan baku singkong, sehingga dapat berkontribusi terhadap penurunan angka malnutrisi pada balita di wilayah tersebut. Dengan terselenggaranya kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini, kader posyandu mampu menerapkan komunikasi efektif dalam menyampaikan informasi kesehatan di forum-forum sosial ataupun secara antar personal ke ibu hamil, anak dan remaja.
