Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh kemajuan zaman, gaya hidup, terkhusus
pada bidang pelayanan pesta pernikahan yang dimana moment tersebut ingin di
kemas secara sederhana dan terkesan mewah, serta adanya loyalitas pelanggan
yang membuat produk atau jasa dibidang tersebut dapat meningkatkan penjualan
secara cepat. Dengan banyaknya permintaan tersebut, pelaku usaha di bidang
pernikahan harus dapat mengatur strategi agar produk dan jasa yang di tawarkan
bisa di butuhkan oleh konsumen. Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah 1)
Bagaimana strategi bauran pemasaran pada Pramedia Audio Trenggalek. 2)
Bagaimana dampak dari penerapan strategi bauran pemasaran dan loyalitas
pelanggan Pramedia Audio Trenggalek.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik
pengumpulan data berasal dari hasil wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi yang
dilakukan pada objek penelitian yaitu Pramedia Audio Trenggalek. Data yang
terkumpul akan dianalisis dengan melakukan kondensasi data dan penyajian data
sehingga bisa ditarik sebuah kesimpulan. Dalam mengecek keabsahan temuan,
peneliti menggunakan teknik triangulasi yaitu triangulasi sumber, triangulasi
waktu dan triangulasi teknik.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Strategi bauran pemasaran 4P
yang dilakukan Pramedia Audio yaitu dengan menyediakan produk dan jasa lebih
lengkap untuk menyesuaikan dengan kebutuhan konsumen agar konsumen
melakukan pembelian ulang, menerapkan sistem harga paket untuk
mempermudah konsumen, melakukan promosi dengan media sosial untuk
menjangkau konsumen lebih banyak dan tempat yang strategis akan mendorong
konsumen meningkatkan loyalitasnya. 2) Dampak dari penerapan strategi bauran
pemasaran yaitu meningkatnya loyalitas pelanggan dengan cara ikut
merekomendasikan, membeli berulang, membeli semua lini produk dan menolak
tawaran dari pelaku usaha lain yang sama, sehingga loyalitas juga dapat
meningkatkan penjualan atau omzet yang didapatkan. Dampak lainnya terkait
dengan biaya operasional yang mahal karena produk selalu mengalami perubahan
trend yang berlaku, namun dengan adanya sistem harga paket, penjualan semua
produk bisa terus meningkat.

Adolescence in the developmental process is a period that is very prone to moral development, both physically and socially. For those who are weak beliefs or moral principles which have less, often leads to destructive and immoral.
In connection with the trend of promiscuity adolescents, reproductive health problems are not be underestimated. The solution is to give an explanation regarding reproductive or sexual health information that is positive for young people with reproductive or sexual health education in Islamic. Smart contracts for creating transparent transactions to reduce corruption
No full textCorruption is widely spread and not easy to avoid. Blockchain-based smart contract technology enables the opportunity to develop transactions in such a way that corruption should not be possible. In this paper, we develop and evaluate an arrangement based on blockchain-based smart contracts to avoid and reduce corruption. Smart contracts are used for buying and selling goods, in which the public must agree that the goods arrived and are used to contribute to the creation of societal value. Only then will the supplier be paid. Al transaction data is stored in a blockchain and opened to the public to create transparency. In this way, the price of the good and the sellers can be inspected to avoid price manipulation and nepotism. In this study, the researcher has a main problem, namely how the prohibition of basotio marriage and ban on basotio marriage is seen from the perspective of Islamic law which is located in the village of Penyasawan, Kec. Kampar, Kab. Kampar. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the prohibition of Basotio marriage in the village of Penyasawan, Kec. Kampar, Kab. Kampar and what is the perspective of Islamic law regarding the prohibition of Basotio marriage in the village of Pengasawan, Kec.Kampar, Kab. Kampar. The type of research used in this research is to conduct field research. This research goes directly to the research location to get information to collect the data needed related to the research being conducted. The result of the research is that in customary law, people who violate the marriage of basotio will be subject to customary sanctions. However, in Islamic law there is no prohibition on basotio marriage and basotio marriage is allowed. Therefore, the tradition of banning basotio marriages should be abandoned because of the disadvantages in the prohibition of marriages
PENGARUH EARNING PERSHARE, HARGA BATU BARA ACUAN DAN NILAI TUKAR TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM
No full textABSTRACTThis research aims to determine and analyze the Earning Pershare (EPS), Reference Coal Prices, and Exchange Rates of Stock Price in coal mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2020. The research method used is quantitative. The research population is 100 coal mining companies. Sampling in this research using purposive sampling method total to 40 coal mining companies. The results showed that Earning Pershare (EPS), had an effect on stock prices, but the Reference Coal Price and Exchange Rate had no effect on the Stock Price partially, while simultaneously Earning Pershare (EPS), Reference Coal Prices, and Exchange Rates had an effect on prices in coal mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2020Keywords: Earning Pershare (EPS), Reference Coal Prices, Exchange Rates and Stock Price in ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Earning Pershare (EPS), Harga Batubara Acuan, dan Nilai Tukar berpengaruh terhadap Harga pada perusahaan pertambangan sektor batubara yang terdaftar di BEI Tahun 2017-2020. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan kuantitatif. Populasi Penelitian berjumlah 100 perusahaan pertambangan sektor batu bara. Pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling berjumlah 40 Perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Earning Pershare (EPS), berpengaruh terhadap harga saham, namun Harga Batubara Acuan dan Nilai Tukar tidak berpengaruh terhadap Harga Saham secara parsial, sedangka secara simultan Earning Pershare (EPS), Harga Batubara Acuan, dan Nilai Tukar berpengaruh terhadap Harga pada perusahaan pertambangan sektor batubara yang terdaftar di BEI Tahun 2017-2020.Kata Kunci: Earning Pershare (EPS), Harga Batubara Acuan, Nilai Tukar, dan Harga Saha

sentrifugal yaitu gaya yang bergerak membentuk lintasan lingkaran,gaya
sentrifugal dimanfaatkan menjadi salah satu gaya dalam pompa air dari manual
hingga otomatis (Pompa Sentrifugal). Tujuan Penelitian menganalisis penurunan
flowrate pada pompa sentrifugal, menguji variasi head pompa sentrifugal secara
efisien, menentukan kapasitas mesin pompa yang dibutuhkan kolam renang.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif, metode ini
digunakan oleh penulis karena cocok dengan adanya beberapa fenomena yang
terjadi dalam penelitian dengan mengkombinasikan dengan data pendukung.
Penelitian ini menggunakan 3 variasi head dengan ketinggian 0,8 meter
menghasilkan debit air 5.553x10-6 m3/s, head 1 meter menghasilkan debit air
5.498x10-6 m3/s, head 1,2 meter menghasilkan debit air 5.451x10-6 m3/s. Hasil
penelitian ini yaitu, Penurunan flowrate tekanan dari 3500 kPa menjadi 1500 kPa
akibat adanya kavitasi pada katup isap. Pada ketinggian Head 1,2 meter
menghasilkan nilai efisiensi lebih besar dengan 12,04%. Kapasitas dan Head total
yang tepat digunakan pada kolam renang ini yaitu diatas 6.667x10-6 m3/s dan
Head total diatas 20 Meter. Industry in swimming pools uses many pumps with centrifugal force,
which is a force that moves to form a circular trajectory, centrifugal force is used
to be one of the forces in water pumps from manual to automatic (Centrifugal
Pump). The purpose of the study analyzes the flowrate decrease in the centrifugal
pump, tests the variation of the centrifugal pump head efficiently, determines the
capacity of the pump machine needed by the swimming pool. The method used in
this study is a descriptive method, this method is used by the author because it
matches the existence of several phenomena that occur in the study by combining
with supporting data. This study used 3 variations of head with a height of 0.8
meters resulting in a water discharge of 5.553x10-6 m3/s,, head 1 meter produced
a water discharge of 5.498x10-6 m3/s, head 1.2 meters produced a water
discharge of 5.451x10-6 m3/s. The result of this study is, a decrease in pressure
flowrate from 3500 kPa to 1500 kPa due to cavitation in the suction valve. At a
head height of 1.2 meters it produces a greater efficiency value by 12.04%. The
right capacity and total Head used in this swimming pool is above 6.667x10-6
m3/and the total Head is above 20 meters
