No full textThis research originated from the author’s interest in seeing the phenomena that occurred in the national political in 2019, which in that year was a political year, namely the implementation of elections simultaneously throughout the archipelago both in elections for the executive body to the legislative body starts from the national level to the local level each political contestant has considerable moral and materian encouragement from the investors in every process of implementing the election, both at the local and national levels. Thus bringing the author to take a deeper look at the political participation of entrepreneurs in taking their participation in every procession of winning Mrs. Khofifah and Emil Dardak in the election for Governor of East Java in 2018. Then because that, the author uses two problem formulations in this study as follows: (1) How is the process of political participation of entrepeneurs in winning Dra. Hj. Khofifah Indar Parawansa, M.Si and Dr. H. Emil Elistianto Dardak, M.Sc in the election for Governor of East Java in 2018? (2) What are the reasons for entrepeneurs involved in the winning process Dra. Hj. Khofifah Indar Parawansa, M.Si and Dr. H. Emil Elistianto Dardak, M.Sc in the election for Governor of East Java in 2018? To be able to answer the problem formulation the writer uses descriptive qualitative methods. In this study, the authors used data collection teach techniques in the form of observation, interviewes, and documentation. And for the theory used in the study the writer uses two theoretical approaches, namely Milbart and Goel’s theory of political participation and Gordon Tullock’s theory of rent seeking. The results of this study indicate that the political participation of entrepeneurs and political elite rulers are two things that can’t be separated in any political process, either acting as a political contestant or acting as an election winning still take team, an entrepreneur will still take on their respective roles according to the resources they have. Have to process in the political world, especially in the 2018 East Java regional elections, this is done with the aim that any political policy related to the business world can provide great benefits or the businesses they are in

In this paper the author uses comparative analysis by comparing the migration policy of Malaysia and the United Kingdom and focuses on the migrant worker rights to see if there are any possibilities or tendencies that Malaysia adopted the migration policy of the United Kingdom. In conclusion, the United Kingdom policy regarding the system and recruitment of migrant workers in order to limit the influx of migrant workers influenced Malaysia to adopt similar policy. But Malaysia has different implementation of policy regarding migrant worker rights comparing to the United Kingdom

No full textAbstract: Previous research has shown that writing is one of the most difficult language skills among the four other language skills. It stems from the fact that writing is an activity of expressing ideas of the mind that requires a variety of linguistic and non-linguistic competencies. This linguistic competence includes knowledge of morphology, syntax, and discourse. In writing, a person is required to use the correct choice of standard words, compose effective sentences, and arrange coherent paragraphs. The non-linguistic competence is the knowledge of information and scientific material owned by the author. This descriptive qualitative research aims to identify the errors of IAIN Bengkulu students in writing academic papers in Indonesian. Data was collected from PGMI and PAI student theses which were then analyzed through four stages, namely preparation, data collection, data analysis, and processing/presenting the results of data analysis. The results showed that the errors that were often found in the writing of students (including lecturers) both in the form of papers and thesis included the use of standard words, affixations, and effective sentences. Practically, this research is expected to be able to provide benefits for students and other academics in writing and producing higher quality scientific work

In this study, the author chose Pesantren al-Jannatu DÄrul Ma’wa Condromowo as the subject of the study. Pesantren Condromowois a Salaf Pesantren that focuses its attention on people who have mental illness in addition to continuing to teach religious sciences. This study aims to see the process of shifting the function of pesantren, what context is behind the change in function, and how the implications of changing the function of pesantren. This research uses historical research methods with stages of topic selection, heuristics, verification, interpretation, and historiography. The historical analysis is supported by literature studies, interviews, and observations. This result shows that several things background the development and changes of Pesantren. In the external context of the changes that occur in the case of increasing the percentage of mentally ill students every year, the impact of modernization, and the view that pesantren is a place of treatment for alternative In the internal context, change occurs due to the science and attitude of the Kiai in responding to the changes that occur. The implication is that there is a new typology in the world of pesantren, namely Pesantren Rehabilitation

With the creation of animated ads 2 Dimensions writer hopes to strengthen the image of Ainol Novo in society or the consumer. The final research will outline the steps in making an animated advertisement 2 Dimensions work and how to make it, what things have been done and what has not been done on the development of this software will be reviewed at the end of this report

In this study, the author discusses discussing a Website-Based Letter Management information system at PT. Clipan Finance Indonesia, Tbk. Related to the development of the system used is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model, Waterfall which includes an analysis of software requirements, design, program code creation, and testing. The system is built using a discussion of PHP programming and database server using MySQL. The results achieved in this study are the Letter Management information system. Hopefully, through this system, it will provide convenience for PT. Clipan Finance Indonesia, Tbk in saving time, effort, simplifies the database system.Sistem informasi Manajemen Surat dapat menjadi solusi bagi PT. Clipan Finance Indonesia untuk mempermudah proses pembuatan surat. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis membahas mengenai bagaimana merancang sistem informasi Manajemen Surat Berbasis Website pada PT. Clipan Finance Indonesia, Tbk. Adapun metodologi pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model waterfall yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan perangkat lunak, desain, pembuatan kode program, dan pengujian. No full textTalak adalah putusnya hubungan suami istri karena perceraian. Caranyapun berbeda-beda, ada yang diucapkan secara langsung, ada yang diajukan ke pengadilan, ada yang melalui surat, ada juga yang memakai SMS. Mengenai cara mentalak para fuqaha’ berbeda pendapat. Berdasarkan perbedaan pendapat tersebut penulis mencoba menkaji permasalahan ini dengan membahas pendapat salah satu ulama yaitu Ibnu Hazm, Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan memfokuskan pada penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa menurut Ibnu Hazm, apabila ada seorang suami yang mentalak istrinya dengan cara ditulis baik surat ataupun SMS, maka talak tersebut tidak sah bahkan sia-sia. Menurut beliau, tidak akan sah talak sebelum dilafadzkan. Karena dalam al-qur’an dan hadis tidak ditemukan nashnya secara jelas, maka istinbÄá¹ hukum Ibnu Hazm dalam pendapatnya tersebut adalah dengan menggunakan al-dalil dari nash. Bila nash memiliki makna tertentu, lalu makna tersebut diungkapkan dengan pernyataan lain yang semakna dengan lafadz. Dalam nash menyatakan bahwa ceraikanlah istrimu dengan cara yang baik, cara yang baik ini dapat ditarik dalil bahwa talak dengan cara yang baik adalah talak yang dilakukan dengan cara sepatutnya, yaitu dengan diucapkan.Kata kunci : Perceraian, Talak, Ibnu HazmAbstractDivorce is the breakup of the husband and wife's relationship due to divorce. The methods are different, some are spoken directly, some are submitted to the court, some are sent by mail, some are using SMS. Regarding the mentality of the jurists' opinions. Based on these differences of opinion the author tries to examine this problem by discussing the opinion of one of the scholars namely Ibn Hazm. This study uses qualitative research methods by focusing on library research. Data analysis using descriptive analysis method. The results of the study state that according to Ibn Hazm, if there is a husband whose wife's mentality is written either by letter or SMS, then the divorce is invalid even in vain. According to him, talak will not be valid before being recited. Because in the al-quran and hadith the nash is not clearly found, then the istinbÄ Ib of Ibn Hazm's law in his opinion is to use the al-proposition of the nash. If the text has a specific meaning, then the meaning is expressed by another statement that is similar to lafadz. Rancang Bangun Alat Pembersih Telur Asin Otomatis Berbasis Arduino Uno Untuk UMKM Di Kota Malang
No full texta lot, almost 90% is on the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) scale. At the time of carrying out the mechanism of the salted egg cleaning process the majority still use the manual method and of course this takes quite a long time and is inefficiency of human labor. To overcome this problem, the author designed an automatic cleaning tool in order to speed up the manufacture of salted eggs, especially in the egg cleaning process. The system of this tool includes an Arduino Uno microcontroller module, a BTS7960 motor driver module, a two-channel relay module, a DC motor, a proximity sensor, a 16x2 LCD, a buzzer, an on/off switch, and a push button. With the initial step of entering the dirty egg then the egg will roll down through the egg brush, with a certain time that we have set up then the egg will go down into a special container for the second cleaning process, so that from the dirty egg due to the diffusion process, it will turn into a clean egg and ready to be sale in market. So that by using this tool we have an effective of time and labor efficiency.
 Produksi telur asin di Kota Malang terutama di kelurahan purwantoro saat ini cukup banyak, hampir 90% berada pada skala Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). Pada waktu melakukan mekanisme proses pembersihan telur asin mayoritas masih menggunakan cara manual dan tentu saja hal ini memakan waktu yang cukup lama serta inefisiensi tenaga manusia. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut penulis membuat rancang bangun alat pembersih otomatis agar dapat mempercepat pembuatan telur asin khususnya pada proses pembersihan telur. Sistem dari alat ini meliputi modul mikrokontroller arduino uno, modul driver motor BTS7960, modul relay dua channel, motor DC, sensor proximity, LCD 16x2, buzzer, saklar on/off, serta push button. Dengan langkah awal memasukkan telur kotor kemudian telur akan menggelinding kebawah melewati sikat telur, dengan waktu tertentu yang telah kita sett up kemudian telur akan turun ke dalam bak wadah khusus untuk dilakukan proses pembersihan kedua, sehingga dari telur kotor tadi akibat proses difusi, akan berubah menjadi produk telur bersih yang siap dipasarkan. Sehingga dengan menggunakan alat ini kami memiliki tujuan efisiensi waktu dan tenaga kerja.

This study aims to find out how the community's appreciation for the pasombahan dance in the Kuok sub-district, Kampar district, Riau province. The method used is descriptive analysis method with qualitative data, with data collection techniques namely observation, interview and documentation techniques. The theory used in this study is the theory of Bustomi in Soebandi (2008:118-120). From the results of the research that the author did that in the field regarding the appreciation of Pasombahan dance in Kuok sub-district, Kampar district, Riau province, Pasombahan dance with historical background is a tradition in Kuok sub-district, Riau province. This dance is used to honor and welcome the great guests who are present. Pasombahan dance is a form of community identity in the Kuok sub-district, Kampar district. In a dance appreciation there are components, namely: Observing, Living, Evaluating, Research and Awards, Appreciating. The people of Kuok Subdistrict, Kampar Regency consider that the Pasombahan dance is very good to be maintained and preserved, which can be seen from the artistic aspect.
