Pengukuran Usability System Aplikasi JMO Menggunakan USE Questionnaire (Studi Kasus PT Sapta Sari Tama Cabang Palembang)
PT Sapta Sari Tama Palembang bergerak di bagian distributor semua barang-barang farmasi contohnya obat-obatan yang aman dan juga sudah dalam pengawasan BPOM (Badan pengawasan obat dan makanan). PT Sapta Sari Tama Palembang sebagai perusahaan yang sudah bekerja sama dengan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan dan juga sudah menggunakan aplikasi Jamsostek Mobile (JMO). Aplikasi JMO adalah salah satu aplikasi yang bersifat mobile untuk memberi pelayanan kepada anggota khususnya terkait ketenagakerjaan. Karyawan PT Sapta Sari Tama cabang Palembang sebelum menggunakan aplikasi JMO memiliki permasalahan terkait dengan informasi dana Jaminan Hari Tua (JHT). Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengukur Aplikasi JMO secara terperinci. Penelitian ini mengukur kemudahan dari pengguna aplikasi dari segi Efficiency (Efisiensi), Memorability (Mudah diingat), Learnability (Kemudahan) Satisfaction (Kesalahan dan Kepuasan), Errors (Keamanan). Pengukuran ini bermanfaat untuk keberlangsungan dan perkembangan Aplikasi. Adapun alat yang dipakai untuk evaluasi dalam pengukuran adalah usability dengan menggunakan USE Questionnaire. Terdapat beberapa aspek usability diantaranya adalah kegunaan (usefulness), kepuasan (satisfaction), kemudahan belajar (ease of learning), dan kemudahan pengguna (ease of use). Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 92 responden. Hasil nilai yang didapatkan dari masing-masing aspek Usability adalah aspek Ease Of Use mendapatkan kelayakan 90%, Ease Of Learning mendapatkan kelayakan 89%, Satisfaction mendapatkan kelayakan 89%, Usefulness mendapatkan kelayakan sebesar 91%, perhitungan dari semua Hasil Usability mendapatkan kelayakan 92%, maka Aplikasi JMO sangat layak digunakan oleh atasan maupun karyawan dikarenakan aplikasi ini mudah dipelajari, mudah digunakan, dan dapat memberikan kepuasan dan juga sangat berguna bagi pengguna pada PT Sapta Sari Tama Cabang Palembang

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, internal control and human resource management audit on employee performance at PT. Sapta Sari Tama Medan.
Independent variable in this research is motivation, internal control and human resources management audit and dependent variable in this research is employee performance. this study used population studies or census studies. the data in this study is the primary data obtained from the spread of questionnaires directly to employees at PT. Sapta Sari Tama Medan.
The results of this study, simultaneously show the motivation of work, internal control and human resources management audit significant effect on employee performance at PT. Sapta Sari Tama Medan. Partially Work motivation significantly influence the performance of employees at PT. Sapta Sari Tama Medan. While the internal control and human resources management audit does not affect the performance of employees at PT. Sapta Sari Tama Medan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja, pengendalian intern dan audit manajemen sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. The purpose of this research is to get a valid and reliable data or fact, to know the positive correlation between age with Organization Commitment of PT. Sapta Sari Tama Employee in Jakarta.
This research have been done for two month since May 2015 until June 2015. The method of research is survey method with correlation approach, while the data is got from instrument to employee of PT. Sapta Sari Tama. The populations research consist of all employee of PT. Sapta Sari Tama with total 56 employees, 48 employees for sampling with. To encompass data from X variable about age that was get through data that was given by company that was measured using ordinal scale. To Y variable about Organizatiion Commitment using questionnaire. Before using, Y variable has validity test by validation process that is correlation coefficient valuing score with the total score and reliability test using Alpha Cronbach formula. Reliability of the instrument Y variable (job satisfaction) is 0,885.
The hypothesis trial with uses formula Z distribution through Gamma Transformation. That was get Z count (2,030) > Z table (1,645), so H that was rejected. This suggests that there is a positive correlation between age with organization commitment at employee.
From the calculation G = 0,559 included in the level of positive correlation is medium. The conclusion of the research, there is a positive correlation between age with Organization Commitment of PT. Sapta Sari Tama Employee in Jakarta.

ANALISA FAKTOR-FAKTOR TERJADINYA OVERLOAD DI PEDAGANG BESAR FARMASI (STUDI KASUS PT. SAPTA SARI TAMA KOTA MANADO)
Pengelolaan obat dalam proses pendistribusian obat-obatan dibuat secara terorganisir sehingga tidak terjadi hal-hal yang dapat menghambat pelayanan terhadap konsumen. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apa saja faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya overload di PT. Sapta Sari Tama dan mengetahui upaya apa saja yang dapat meminimalisir terjadinya hal tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pengambilan data secara observasi dan wawancara. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Sapta Sari Tama Kota Manado pada bulan Januari hingga Maret 2023. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan 5 orang dan menggunakan analiisis periode waktu (retrospektif), diketahui adanya ketidaksesuaian Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) umum PBF dengan sistem operasional PT. Sapta Sari Tama. Terdapat empat faktor penyebab terjadinya Overload yaitu ruang penyimpanan yang kurang mencukupi, minimnya transportasi dan tenaga pengantar, ketidak sesuaian kondisi obat dengan faktur, dan adanya pengembalian produk obat. Upayanya ialah perluasan lahan gudang yang cukup dan memperbaiki kondisi ruangan untuk menyimpan obat yang belum sempat di keluarkan serta meningkatan operasional secara optimal, perekrutan pegawai serta penambahan alat transportasi, menarik kembali barang kemudian dibuatkan faktur yang baru untuk penggantian barang yang tidak sesuai, menerapkan sistem pengecekan kembali ketersediaan barang dan menyarankan untuk peningkatan penjualan di outlet
PERANCANGAN TATA LETAK DAN SISTEM INFORMASI GUDANG OBAT (Studi kasus di PT. SAPTA SARI TAMA)
ABSTRAKSI
PT. Sapta Sari Tama merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang pendistribusian obat ke konsumen. Sebagai distributor obat fungsi penyimpanan/gudang merupakan hal yang sangat penting. Tetapi kenyataan dilapangan menunjukkan bahwa banyak terdapat permasalahan yang terjadi di gudang. Permasalahan yang dihadapi PT. Sapta Sari Tama yaitu ketidakteraturan penyimpanan obat dan lokasi penyimpanan yang sering berubah-ubah. Akibatnya, proses pencarian obat membutuhkan waktu lama dan operator harus menyediakan waktu ekstra untuk mencari obat yang dibutuhkan. Selain hal tersebut diatas, banyak ditemukan obat yang melebihi masa kadaluarsa. Hal ini disebabkan proses dokumentasi keluar masuknya obat masih dilakukan secara manual.
Penelitian ini mengusulkan alternatif penyimpanan gudang obat dengan memperhatikan kriteria penyimpanan berdasarkan popularity, similarity ,characteristic dan size (Thomkins, 1996). Dari kriteria penyimpanan tersebut akan dihasilkan alternatif gabungan yang akan digunakan sebagai suatu layout penyimpanan yang baku. Untuk memudahkan operasional gudang obat, penelitian ini merancang suatu sistem informasi yang dapat membantu dalam mengoptimalkan aktivitas pergudangan dalam hal ini tata letak gudang obat dan pengendalian expire date.
Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa layout gabungan terpilih sebagai layout terbaik dengan utilisasi ruang terbesar 95 % , pemakaian luas gudang 12,9 % dan jarak tempuh Material handling 330,66 m untuk bulan April 2009. Hasil dari rancangan layout gabungan digunakan sebagai masukan dalam pembuatan sistem informasi gudang obat PT. Sapta Sari Tama. Dengan sistem informasi gudang pencarian yang sebelumnya membutuhkan waktu lama menjadi lebih cepat karena lokasi setiap obat terdata dengan rapi dan dengan adanya sistem informasi ini semua data mengenai kadaluarsa obat dapat terdata, sehingga memudahkan pegawai gudang dalam mengontrol kondisi kadaluarsa obat.

PT. Sapta Sari Tama represent the peripatetic company in the field of distribution medicinize to consumer. As distributor medicinize the depository function/ warehouse represent the very important matter. But depend on the field fact indicate that a lot of there are problems that happened in bond. Problems of PT.Sapta Sari Tama is depository irregularity medicinize and depository location which often fluctuate. As a result, the drug seeking process require the longer time and operator have to provide the extra time to looking for the drug required. Besides above mentioned, a lot of found drug exceeding a period to expired. This matter is caused the document information process of drug inventory by input and output entry of drug still be done manual.
This research propose the depository alternative of warehouse medicinize by attention to depository criterion based on popularity, similarity , characteristic and size (Thomkins, 1996). From the depository criterion will be generate by merger alternative to be used permanent depository layout. To facilitate the operational of drug warehouse, this research design, information system which can assist in optimal of warehousing activity in this case arrange the warehouse medicinize situation and controlled expire date.
From research result got that chosen layout merger as best layout by biggest utilitation space is 95% , wide usage of warehouse 12,9 % and travelled distance of Material handling 330,66 m for April 2009. Result from device of layout merger used as input in making of information system of warehouse medicinize the PT. Sapta Sari Tama. With the information system seeking require is longer and than become quicker because location of each drug data elegantly and with the existence of all these information system data concerning drug expired earn the data, so that facilitate can make the stock clerk easier in controlling condition of drug expired
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more
