Learning Ushûl al-Fiqh Based on Problems. The goal of learning ushûl al-fiqhin order to apply the rules concerning useful arguments to obtain laws will appear successful if the model that is used triggers the student to think constructively and contextually by using participative learning principles in analyizing ushûl al-fiqhrules. The focus of problem that needs to be answered in this research is to see conceptually the effectiveness of learning ushûl al-fiqhbased on problems in reaching the applicable ushûl al-fiqhlearning goals. Kritik Atas Pemikiran Abdullahi Ahmed An-Naim Tentang Distorsi Syariah terhadap HAM
In liberal studies, Sharia and human rights are two issues that are often opposed to distort the role of sharia in solving human right cases. In his writings on sharia and human rights issues, Abdullahi Ahmed an-Naim often applies rational rules as the source of truth and human values as a goal, but he excludes the role of Islamic law and its interpretation. Naim states that the human right problems in the world can not be solved by the sharia but can only be solved by secular laws. For example, the practice of slavery and discrimination against women and non-Muslims ethnic is a subjective conclusion that is counter productive to the role of sharia. Therefore, this conclusion is unacceptable and is necessary to have objective assessment. PENGARUH MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN TERHADAP MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA KELAS X PROGRAM KEAHLIAN ADMINISTRASI PERKANTORAN DI SMK NEGERI 1 SELONG
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan media pembelajaran, tingkat motivasi belajar siswa dan pengaruh media pembelajaran terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas X program keahlian administrasi perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Selong. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut maka peneliti menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi dengan jumlah populasi 175 orang dan sampel 35 orang. Data diolah dengan menggunakan analisis kuantitatif untuk mengetahui pengaruh media pembelajaran terhadap motivasi belajar siswa.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat penggunaan media pembelajaran tergolong dalam kategori baik yang ditinjau dari indikator media visual, media audio dan media audio visual. Tingkat motivasi belajar siswa tergolong sangat tinggi yang ditinjau dari indikator menggairahkan siswa, memberikan harapan realistis, memberikan insentif, dan mengarahkan perilaku siswa. Hasil analisis dan pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan media pembelajaran terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas X program keahlian administrasi perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Selong dengan tingkat pengaruh rendah
MANAJEMEN STRATEGI DALAM MENINGKATKAN KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA KANTOR KEMENTERIAN AGAMA KOTA SELONG
Penelitian ini membahas Manajemen Kinerja Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Pegawai. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menjawab permasalahan: bagaimana strategi manajemen yang dijalankan kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Selong?, bagaimana meningkatkan kinerja pegawai kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Selong?.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriftip. Pendekatan kualitatif ini bermaksud menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa ucapan atau tindakan dari subjek yang diamati, baik secara tertulis maupun tidak tertulis. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan, yaitu penelitian lapangan (field research) seperti, wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi, adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data serta kesimpulan dan verifikasi.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang dijalankan kantor kementerian agama kota parepare yaitu dengan melakukan perencanaan strategi, implementasi strategi, dan evaluasi strategi. Adapun strategi meningkatkan kinerja pegawai kementerian agama kota parepare yaitu meningkatkan kualitas kerja pegawai, meningkatkatkan kuantitas kerja pegawai, menumbuhkan rasa tanggung jawab pegawai, meningkatkan inisiatif pegawai, menumbuhkan tingkat kerja sama sesama pegawai, dan meningkatkan ketaatan pegawai
Scientific Approach-Based Fikih Learning Model
AbstractThis study aims to find a model of Fikih learning based on a scientific approach in Islamic Senior High Schools. The methodology used is qualitative analysis supported by quantitative data. This type of research uses the Research & Development (R & D) approach. The source of the data is the Fikih learning based on the scientific approach held by MAN Insan Cendekia Serpong and MAN Insan Cendekia Gorontalo. The model that has been conceptualized is experimented on in MAN 1, South Tangerang City. The design of the scientific approach emphasizes the performance and exploration of students both independently and in groups. research results show that scientific approach based learning can encourage students to be active and creative. Students are able to produce a useful product. So it can be concluded that the application of the intended model is considered effective in achieving learning objectives through the application of flexible and conditional steps 5 M. As a recommendation, this learning model innovation based on student-centric is considered feasible to be applied at various levels of education those are equal.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan menemukan sebuah model pembelajaran Fikih berbasis pendekatan ilmiah di Madrasah Aliyah. Sumber data adalah pembelajaran Fikih berbasis pendekatan saintifik yang diselenggarakan oleh MAN Insan Cendekia Serpong dan MAN Insan Cendekia Gorontalo. Model yang telah terkonsep di eksperimenkan di MAN 1 Kota Tangerang Selatan. Desain pendekatan ilmiah ditekankan kepada kinerja dan eksplorasi siswa baik secara mandiri maupun kelompok. Diperoleh hasil penelitian, pembelajaran berbasis pendekatan ilmiah mampu mendorong siswa bersikap aktif dan kreatif. Siswa mamapu menghasilkan suatu produk yang bermanfaat. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model dimaksud dinilai efektif untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran melalui penerapan langkah 5 M yang fleksibel dan kondisional. PENGARUH METODE PEMBELAJARAN PAI TERHADAP SEMANGAT BELAJAR SISWA DI SMPN 4 KERUAK
Telah dilakukan peneliti mengenai pengaruh metode pembelajaran PAI terhadap semangat belajar siswa di SMPN 4 Keruak dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode pembelajaran PAI terhadap semangat belajar siswa. Penelitian yang penulis gunakan yaitu penelitian lapangan (field Research). Data dikumpulkan melalui lembar obserfasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan angket untuk respon siswa. Data dianalisis melalui rumus persentase, hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa siswa cukup merespon dengan pembelajaran yang menggunakan berbagai macam metode termasuk kategori yang cukup segnifikan. Berdasarkan angket respon siswa yang telah di isi oleh 28 orang siswa setelah mengikuti pembelajaran PAI yang memperpadukan metode pembelajaran. pengisian angket respon siswa ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perasaan, minat dan semangat belajar siswa mengenai pengaruh metode pembelajaran tehadap semangat belajar siswa. Persentase jawaban siswa terhadap pengaruh metode pembelajaran PAI dengan kriteria A .ya = 61,42%, B. kadang-kadang = 31,78%, C. jarang sekali = 2,32% dan D. tidak = 1,96%. Dengan kategori jawaban 79-60% (sebagian besar). Jadi pembelajaran PAI yang menggunakan berbagai macam metode dikatakan berhasil dengan sebagian besar siswa dapat semangat dalam mengikuti pembelajaran
Model Pembelajaran Ilmu Ushûl Fiqh di Jurusan Pendidikan Agama Islam (Analisis Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Konvensional dan Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah)
Learning System of Islamic Education (PAI) is still considered as low, including that of Ushûl Fiqh. In Departement of Islamic Education, the subject of Ushûl Fiqh must be taken by all students. However, since the learning system used is still expository approach based on teacher centred approaches which use speech method in explainning the subject. Consequently, the students do not understand the substance of Ushûl Fiqh well. Therefore, the learning system of Ushûl Fiqh can be regarded as ineffective. The focus of this research is to see the efectivity of convensional learning model and a model of learning based on problem. The research is focussed on the purpose, method, subject matter and evaluation of learning Ushûl Fiqh in Departement of Islamic Education with the goal, to find the effective model of learning Ushul fiqh. The result of observation and interview about the use of Ushûl Fiqh learning system held in two departements of Islamic Education (PAI) is that the activity of learning Ushûl Fiqh is far from what is expected. From the aspect of purpose, learning Ushûl Fiqh can only make the student “know”, not “expert”. From that of method, it is only dominated by speech method, and from that of evaluation, it can only measure cognitive ability of the student, but not their affective and psychomotoric. Ushûl Fiqh learning system will be success if the model used challenge student to think constructively and contextually by using participative learning principles in analyzing formulas in the science of Ushûl Fiqh. In addition, the method used is varied and encourages the student to do by him/herself through practice and task method. In term of evaluation system, it is comprehensive, not only to measure cognitive aspect, but also affective and pschycomotoric aspect simultaneously.Keywords: Model Pembelajaran, Ushul Fiqh, Pembelajaran Berbasis Masala
Initiation and Formulation of Internationalization of Islamic Religious Higher Education
Abstract
Globalisation trends and free trade have emerged as catalysts for the internationalisation of higher education institutions. The internationalisation of PTKI has primarily been spearheaded by State Islamic University (UIN) Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta and UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, particularly within their Postgraduate Programs (PPs). However, the efficacy of these initiatives necessitates critical review and evaluation, hence the imperative for this research. This qualitative, multi-case study employs internationalisation as the unit of analysis, gathering data through documentary studies and in-depth interviews. Following verification, reduction, and categorisation, the data were analysed utilising discourse and thematic techniques. This study focuses on the Postgraduate Schools (SPs) of UIN Jakarta and UIN Yogyakarta. The findings reveal that indicators of internationalisation across various dimensions, including management, teaching and educational staff, students, research, collaboration, and international reputation, have been pursued by the SPs of UIN Jakarta. However, one notable absence is the provision of international study programs at both the master’s and doctoral levels, a feature already present within the PPs of UIN Yogyakarta.

Tren globalisasi dan perdagangan bebas telah menjadi salah satu pendorong bagi internasionalisasi lembaga pendidikan tinggi. Internasionalisasi Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Islam (PTKI) telah diinisiasi, dirancang, dan bahkan diimplementasikan oleh Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta dan UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, khususnya Program Pascasarjana mereka. Namun, implementasinya perlu ditinjau kembali dan dievaluasi; oleh karena itu, ini adalah urgensi dari penyelenggaraan penelitian ini. Penelitian ini adalah studi kualitatif dan multi kasus di mana internasionalisasi digunakan sebagai unit analisis yang mengarah pada pengumpulan data melalui studi dokumen dan wawancara mendalam. Setelah verifikasi, reduksi, dan kategorisasi, data dianalisis menggunakan teknik diskursus dan tematik. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah Program Studi (PSs) UIN Jakarta dan UIN Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa indikator internasionalisasi lembaga pendidikan tinggi dalam Manajemen, pengajaran dan staf pendidik, mahasiswa, penelitian, kerjasama, dan reputasi internasional telah dilakukan dan terus dikejar oleh Program Pascasarjana (SPs) UIN Jakarta. Satu indikator yang absen dari SPs UIN Jakarta adalah program studi internasional baik pada tingkat magister maupun doktoral. Sebagai gantinya, program studi internasional telah ada di PPs UIN Yogyakarta.

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed.
