Types of container vessels can be broadly divided into two types, namely
full container and semi container vessels. In principle, all ships have a purpose to
maintain the safety of cargo and crew during the voyage. Especially in the case of
lashing the load during the voyage should be really taken care of. The existence of
problems in the process of lashing that is not appropriate procedures can endanger
the safety of shipping, because it is necessary to implement lashing properly and
solemnly to overcome the constraints in the lashing process. The procedure in
keeping the charge tight does not shift especially the deck charge and the system
is in the form of bonding to the load so as not to shift from its place.
The author uses descriptive qualitative research methods, namely by
retelling the events that occurred on the ship and conduct interviews directly to the
crew of MV. Eline Enterprise. The author describes all data obtained at the time
of carrying out the pre-sourced from the First Deck by way of interview.
Based on these interviews the process of lashing that is not appropriate
procedure occurs due to lack of accuracy and knowledge of the crew of the ship
against lashing procedures and limitations of lashing tools due to damage. Such
matter may endanger the safety of the vessel during the voyage, so it is necessary
to hold the implementation of the metting before carrying out the lashing and the
maintenance of lashing tools on a regular basis to maintain the quality of lashing
tools to be used properly. By conducting lashing according to the procedure that
includes preparation, execution, checking and supported by adequate lashing tools
and crew that understands in terms of lashing, it will be accomplished lashing
process smoothly and lashingnya strong, so as to create a safe and safe voyage to
the destination port.

Where the linguistic elements themselves consist of grammar (qawâ'idu al-lughah), vocabulary (mufradât), pronunciation and spelling (ashwat 'arabiyyah).While language skills include listening skills (mahâratu al-istimâ'), speaking skills (mahâratu al-kalâm), reading skills (mahâratu al-qirâ`ah) and writing skills (mahâratu al-kitabah).This learning media was created to improve Arabic language skills in one of the junior high schools or Madrasah Tsanawiyah in Jenawi Village.Al-Mufid is a media that the author will create and develop to be used to develop learning Arabic, Al-Mufid itself comes from the Arabic "mufid" which means "useful", meaning that if people use this game the author hopes it can be useful for them those who use it, as well as with the use of the Al-mufid game, people will feel they have a lot of additional knowledge in the field of Arabic lessons, especially the science of mufrodat.The research designed by this author uses the ADDIE development model, which has 5 stages starting from Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation.This media was tested on 2 media expert lecturers with an average result of coefficient V 0.847.As well as the reliability test results of 0.811. Meanwhile, the results of the test on material experts got an average coefficient of V of 0.89 while the reliability test got 0.915 which was declared excellent.At the time of testing, 20 respondents received another 61.3% disdain for the agree category

keterlibatan pelajar dalam mengikuti kegiatan balap motor liar yang selalu diadakan
di jalan-jalan umum. Lebih jauh, penelitian ini melihat adanya suatu bentuk dampak
sosial dari keterlibatan pelaku dalam kegiatan balap motor liar, dan perilaku
menyimpang yang dilakukan oleh pelajar. Selain itu, penelitian ini mendeskripsikan
beberapa peran yang dilakukan seorang pelajar dalam mengikuti kegiatan balap
motor liar.
Penelitian ini merupakan suatu studi yang menggunakan metode deskripstif
melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi,
wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari beberapa pelajar
yang mengikuti balap motor liar. mulai dari yang berperan sebagai joki, mekanik
motor, calo/perantara dalam kegiatan balap motor liar, dan perempuan bayaran.
Penulis menggunakan konsep sosialisasi teman sebaya untuk memahami fenomena
keterlibatan pelajar dalam balap liar. Sedangkan untuk menganalisis suatu perilaku
yang dikatakan sebagai sebuah penyimpangan, penulis menggunakan perspektif
perilaku menyimpang menurut Sutherland.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kegiatan balap liar yang dilakukan oleh
pelajar didasari oleh adanya sosialisasi teman sebaya yang mempunyai rentang usia
yang sama. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat perilaku yang
dianggap sebagai bentuk perilaku menyimpang. Karena terdapat suatu bentuk
pembelajaran perilaku menyimpang yang dilakukan pelajar di dalam interaksi mereka
sehari-hari. Selain itu terjadinya suatu bentuk perilaku menyimpang terjadi pada
kelompok yang intim, timbulnya suatu dorongan dan teknik. Kemudian timbul
adanya bentuk ketidaksesuaian antara kebutuhan umum dengan perilaku
menyimpang. Dimana yang kesemua itu dilakukan oleh para pelajar yang terlibat
dalamn kegiatan balap motor liar.
This study aims to look at how the processes and stages involved students in
following the activities of illegal motor racing is always held on public roads.
Furthermore, this study perceived a form of social impact of the perpetrator
involvement in the activities of illegal motor racing, and deviant behavior performed
by students. In addition, this study describes some of the role played by a student in
following the activities of illegal motor racing.
This research is a study using descriptive methods through a qualitative
approach to data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation.
Subjects of this study consisted of several students who follow motor racing wildly.
A ranging from the role as a jockey, motor mechanics, brokers / intermediaries in
illegal motor racing activities, and a prostitute. The author uses the concept of
socialization peers to understand the phenomenon of student involvement in illegal
racing. As for analyzing a behavior that is regarded as an aberration, the author uses
the perspective of deviant behavior by Sutherland.
The results showed that illegal racing activities undertaken by the students
based on the socialization of peers who have the same age range. Based on the results
of the analysis can be seen that there are behaviors that are considered as a form of
deviant behavior. Because there is a form of learning do students deviant behavior in
their daily interactions. Besides the occurrence of some form of deviant behavior
occurs in intimate groups, the emergence of instinct and technique. Then comes the
shape of a discrepancy between the needs of the public with deviant behavior. Where
is all of it done by students who are involved in illegal motorcycle racing activities

On the other hand, empirically historical-sociological is not the case, because there are reasons (illat) or other related to different religions to get the inheritance of Muslims who inherit using welfare factors. This research uses the normative legal research method. The author uses Gustav Radburch's theory of legal objectives governing justice, expediency, and legal certainty. Based on the results of the research found in the compilation of Islamic law is not available to the heirs who have been given apostasy. Religious differences as a barrier to inherit are specifically intended for heirs. So it can be concluded that Muslim heirs can inherit the assets of non-Muslim heirs, but not vice versa. In this study, non-Muslim heirs cannot inherit wealth from Muslim heirs, in order to fulfill a sense of justice and respect, these non-Muslim experts still obtain inheritance through mandatory wills which are processed through court determination. The will is obliged to be determined as a way out of giving the inheritance to non-Muslim heirs because the heir has died, and there is no other way to be able to transfer the heir's assets to the non-Muslim heirs

Get PDFThis research aims to identify internal and external factors that influence the beef cattle business and determine strategies that can be used to develop the beef cattle business in KT Lembu Makmur. In identifying the value of internal and external environmental factors the author uses the IFE and EFE Matrix. Formulation of alternative strategies for livestock groups using SWOT analysis and determining strategic priorities using QSPM analysis. The results of the IFE analysis show a value of 2.39 and an EFE of 2.59 which results in the Competitive Position Matrix of the livestock business being in the White Area. From these results it can be concluded that KT. Lembu Makmur is in a quite profitable position so that it can carry out the S - O (Strength - Opportunities) strategy. The S - O strategy included in the QSPM matrix produces the highest value of 1.02 with the strategic priority of developing human resources
